0:27:27 > 0:27:32- On 12 April 2012, she gave - birth to twins, Jac and Wil.

0:27:32 > 0:27:36- It was a joyous day for the family.

0:27:36 > 0:27:40- But tragically, on 3 February 2015, - two years ago to tomorrow...

0:27:41 > 0:27:43- ..Jac sadly died.

0:27:44 > 0:27:47- His parents, Sian and Andy - have set up a special trust...

0:27:48 > 0:27:51- ..to help other parents - who face a similar battle.

0:27:56 > 0:28:00- Tell us about Jac - who was the second twin to be born.

0:28:00 > 0:28:05- He had a straight-forward birth, - just like Wil.

0:28:05 > 0:28:12- At about six months, we noticed - that he wasn't developing like Wil.

0:28:12 > 0:28:18- He never enjoyed eating - and always had stomach problems...

0:28:18 > 0:28:22- ..just like a lot of other babies.

0:28:22 > 0:28:27- We consulted a doctor and noticed - some differences between the pair.

0:28:28 > 0:28:33- He had a lot of tests - and they thought he had epilepsy.

0:28:33 > 0:28:40- He was put on various courses - of medication but nothing worked.

0:28:40 > 0:28:50- I had to fight to get a doctor to - study the workings of his stomach.

0:28:50 > 0:28:56- We eventually saw a specialist and - thought we were on the right path...

0:28:56 > 0:29:03- ..as he was improving - and gaining weight.

0:29:03 > 0:29:07- Unfortunately in the November...

0:29:07 > 0:29:11- ..he got a virus - and was admitted to hospital.

0:29:11 > 0:29:16- Wil was ill too just like a lot - of children at that time of year.

0:29:17 > 0:29:25- The doctors were very worried and he - went into the high dependency unit.

0:29:25 > 0:29:29- He was discharged - but his body wasn't strong enough...

0:29:30 > 0:29:33- ..and he lost his battle.

0:29:33 > 0:29:37- We're not certain but think - that the virus caused his death.

0:29:37 > 0:29:41- You still don't know what caused it.

0:29:41 > 0:29:48- No, we don't know why he suffered - in those early days.

0:29:48 > 0:29:52- He had bronchiolitis

0:29:52 > 0:29:56- His body was so weak - that he couldn't fight it.

0:29:56 > 0:30:00- When you have children - of the same age...

0:30:00 > 0:30:06- ..it's only natural that you compare - their development.

0:30:06 > 0:30:10- Yes, they advise against it - but it's difficult to avoid.

0:30:11 > 0:30:15- Wil was walking - at eight and a half months...

0:30:15 > 0:30:19- ..so they were both - at different extremes.

0:30:19 > 0:30:26- Friends had babies at the same time - so it was difficult not to compare.

0:30:26 > 0:30:31- You were shocked that he wasn't - as strong as his brother...

0:30:31 > 0:30:37- ..but it was an even bigger blow - to lose him.

0:30:37 > 0:30:42- Yes, and the night he died, - everyone in the house was ill...

0:30:42 > 0:30:47- ..but he seemed to have turned - a corner and was improving...

0:30:47 > 0:30:51- ..so it was totally unexpected.

0:30:51 > 0:30:56- That was two years ago and - his brother, Wil, is full of life.

0:30:56 > 0:31:00- Yes, that's right.

0:31:00 > 0:31:10- Did he miss his brother - or was he too young to realize?

0:31:10 > 0:31:14- We explained it in a simple way by - saying that he'd gone to the stars.

0:31:14 > 0:31:18- Wil still looks to the stars - and talks to him.

0:31:19 > 0:31:23- We talk about him and there are - photographs all over the house.

0:31:28 > 0:31:33- A month after losing Jac, - we had a leaflet through the door.

0:31:33 > 0:31:39- It was from a neighbour who I didn't - know and lived five doors away.

0:31:39 > 0:31:43- She wanted money for her twin - daughter who had cerebral palsy.

0:31:43 > 0:31:48- They needed 80,000 - for the treatment.

0:31:48 > 0:31:52- After my experience, I knew - that I had to help this girl.

0:31:52 > 0:31:58- I didn't know how to raise money - but was told to start a charity.

0:31:59 > 0:32:04- I thought it was silly - and not something that I could do.

0:32:04 > 0:32:11- We thought about it and decided to - try it and we named it after Jac.

0:32:11 > 0:32:19- Elusen Jac Bach Charity - has raised about 60,000 to date.

0:32:19 > 0:32:26- We've helped eleven families - and we're working with two more now.
