0:11:00 > 0:11:03- He was a doctor called Raynaud.

0:11:11 > 0:11:16- It's all about the veins that lead - to the extremities...

0:11:21 > 0:11:26- ..which means that the blood - doesn't flow to the hands.

0:11:28 > 0:11:33- The hands can go white - at the start...

0:11:33 > 0:11:38- ..and then go blue...

0:11:38 > 0:11:44- ..before going very red.

0:11:45 > 0:11:53- It can last for minutes - or up to an hour.

0:11:54 > 0:12:00- If this lasts for a regular - amount of time...

0:12:00 > 0:12:04- ..then it can lead to bruises - and cuts.
