0:09:20 > 0:09:24- It developed into Meniere's disease - where I went deaf in my right ear.

0:09:24 > 0:09:28- As a result, - I got tinnitus in my right ear.

0:09:33 > 0:09:39- The sound was a high-pitched, - loud electrical noise.

0:09:40 > 0:09:47- We had a six-month-old baby - and the crying made it much worse.

0:09:48 > 0:09:53- It's in the right ear - for the majority of the time...

0:09:53 > 0:10:01- ..but in loud environments it's - in both ears and lasts for an hour.

0:10:01 > 0:10:07- There isn't any medication - but you're offered advice...
