0:17:00 > 0:17:06- Painkillers can be an array - of tablets.

0:17:06 > 0:17:11- First, it's important to realize - that you need to take painkillers.

0:17:11 > 0:17:16- Most people will take paracetamol.

0:17:16 > 0:17:26- You can get it on prescription.

0:17:26 > 0:17:34- However, you can buy them - over the counter too.

0:17:34 > 0:17:39- You're not meant to take more than - four tablets a day...

0:17:40 > 0:17:50- ..which is about 4g.

0:17:51 > 0:18:01- You need to be aware of the number - of tablets that you're taking.

0:18:12 > 0:18:17- Some people will take a Lemsip - for a cold or the flu...

0:18:17 > 0:18:24- ..but it does contain a high dose - of paracetamol.
