:00:08. > :00:15.Last week our celebrities exploded on to the Strictly dancefloor. With

:00:16. > :00:22.Ore setting the scoreboard on fire. This week our celebrities will have

:00:23. > :00:27.to dig even deeper. Each week that goes by we have to push harder and

:00:28. > :00:30.harder. There's so many steps, so much choreography. I'm working so

:00:31. > :00:35.hard this week. You have to make sure your dance is fantastic. I want

:00:36. > :00:39.to show the judges I can dance. This competition is so hot, it is on

:00:40. > :00:45.fire! I have found it really stressful. I will do the best I can.

:00:46. > :00:49.Everybody is trying incredibly hard. Everyone is getting better and

:00:50. > :00:53.better every week. Every week. You have to believe in yourself. When

:00:54. > :00:57.you move from the training room to the studio it suddenly becomes real.

:00:58. > :01:02.Rehearsing here on the Strictly dancefloor really gets your heart

:01:03. > :01:05.racing. I know I've got to give it my absolute all. I do not want to be

:01:06. > :01:53.in that Dance Off. Live from the BBC, this

:01:54. > :01:58.is Strictly Come Dancing! Hello and welcome to

:01:59. > :02:28.Strictly Come Dancing. Last week we saw some

:02:29. > :02:31.incredible routines, including an energetic

:02:32. > :02:33.Charleston from Lesley, a superb quickstep from Danny, and

:02:34. > :02:40.that unforgettable jive from Ore. It was a routine so good,

:02:41. > :02:43.it made three of our judges reach for their

:02:44. > :02:47.10 paddles and Ore And sadly, after losing

:02:48. > :02:52.out to Anastacia and Brendan in the Dance

:02:53. > :02:54.Off, Naga and Pasha became the fourth

:02:55. > :03:04.couple to leave the Speaking of Brendan, as many of you

:03:05. > :03:07.know, he's been ill this week, so the brilliant Gorka has kindly

:03:08. > :03:08.stepped in and will be dancing with Anastacia tonight.

:03:09. > :03:15.APPLAUSE. All of our couples are backstage,

:03:16. > :03:45.desperate to come out here and entertain you all again, so

:03:46. > :03:53.please welcome our Strictly stars. TV presenter and singer,

:03:54. > :03:55.Louise Redknapp, and her Star of Judge Rinder,

:03:56. > :04:00.Robert Rinder, and his partner, Actress Lesley Joseph

:04:01. > :04:03.and her partner, Olympic gymnast Claudia

:04:04. > :04:07.Fragapane and her BBC sports presenter,

:04:08. > :04:11.Ore Oduba, and his partner, Model Daisy Lowe and her

:04:12. > :04:19.partner, Aljaz Skorjanec. World champion longjumper

:04:20. > :04:20.Greg Rutherford and his Former Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls,

:04:21. > :04:29.and his partner, Katya Jones. Actor Danny Mac, and his

:04:30. > :04:34.partner, Oti Mabuse. And singer Anastacia

:04:35. > :04:50.and Gorka Marquez. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE.

:04:51. > :05:03.Also, the eagle-eyed amongst you may have

:05:04. > :05:07.Laura has injured her ankle and she's currently resting at home,

:05:08. > :05:09.so won't be able to dance with Giovanni tonight.

:05:10. > :05:12.Laura, if you're watching, we wish you a speedy

:05:13. > :05:16.I hope you've remembered your dancing shoes.

:05:17. > :05:24.Now, we do have ten couples ready to pull out all

:05:25. > :05:26.the stops in their performances tonight and you

:05:27. > :05:29.will be able to vote for your favourite later on.

:05:30. > :05:31.Your votes will be added to the judges' scores to

:05:32. > :05:33.decide which two couples will face the Dance Off

:05:34. > :05:37.It's then down to our judges alone to decide who

:05:38. > :05:41.And with the standard so high, I really don't envy their task.

:05:42. > :05:42.Dancing first tonight is Judge Rinder and his

:05:43. > :05:53.For this week's jive, the Judge will be a GI and

:05:54. > :05:55.Oksana is hoping her little soldier will get a salute

:05:56. > :05:57.from the judges, and a quick march through to

:05:58. > :06:12.How do you think last week went? Not so good. I wanted really badly tole

:06:13. > :06:17.prove. When you go out there and it doesn't live up to what you expected

:06:18. > :06:22.and what you hoped for, it's just so frustrating. It's like I see you

:06:23. > :06:27.overthinking, and you don't need to. I think there's a lot of quality in

:06:28. > :06:31.there and we want to see that now. I want to get to the end, look at you

:06:32. > :06:35.and think, yeah, that was the best we could have done it. This week we

:06:36. > :06:39.are really going to come out and just dance. I'm doing a jive this

:06:40. > :06:42.week. We have very little time to train, because I work during the

:06:43. > :06:48.week, so it is really hard to remember the steps. How do you find

:06:49. > :06:51.training this week? Oh dear, well, I've had eight cases today and I'm

:06:52. > :06:55.finding it really hard to remember the steps. You need to come to my

:06:56. > :07:02.court and see what's happening. I who love to come and watch. Oksana

:07:03. > :07:10.goes to see how hard Judge Rinder really works. He is terrifying, not

:07:11. > :07:17.to me, but to other people. I had the curious daydream today. Madam

:07:18. > :07:23.Oksana, you are charged with filling my brain. Are you guilty or not

:07:24. > :07:31.guilty? Not guilty. Of course you are guilty. I sentence you to 10

:07:32. > :07:36.years in jail. It was disappointing but then there she was teaching me

:07:37. > :07:39.even more dance. If I can remember the steps in my courtroom, hopefully

:07:40. > :07:40.I can remember the dance on Saturday night.

:07:41. > :07:43.Dancing the jive, Judge Rinder and Oksana Platero.

:07:44. > :09:47.Oh yes! They're on their feet for you Judge Rinder! I loved it.

:09:48. > :09:51.She's really putting you through your paces.

:09:52. > :10:02.I have to thank her. Isn't she marvellous? Deliciously terrifying.

:10:03. > :10:04.The pair of you are marvellous together.

:10:05. > :10:06.While you two stand at ease, let's welcome our fabulous

:10:07. > :10:09.live singers - Hayley, Lance, Andrea, Tommy and of

:10:10. > :10:10.course Dave Arch and his brilliant orchestra.

:10:11. > :10:19.I know how much you wanted to impress this week. Len, did he? I

:10:20. > :10:25.don't know what you just said, so I can't anticipates that. Did he

:10:26. > :10:30.impress you, darling? Hey? He impressed me immensely. You...

:10:31. > :10:34.CHEERING. You put the camp into boot camp, you really do. A lovely mix.

:10:35. > :10:39.It was like the history of jive. You got a bit of jitterbug, Linde, rock

:10:40. > :10:42.'n' roll, into some jive. Full of energy, full of enthusiasm. You did

:10:43. > :10:47.a step called the toe heel survive el. Could have had a bit more

:10:48. > :10:52.survive el in it, but I will tell you what, that was as tight as a

:10:53. > :10:57.bugle boy's cheeks. Right on it. Well done!

:10:58. > :11:04.CHEERING. You impressed the head judge. Bruno? Talk about jumpy. You

:11:05. > :11:08.were bouncing around like Jiminy Cricket in camp camouflage. You

:11:09. > :11:13.weren't just dancing. You were erupting. Among the steps your legs

:11:14. > :11:18.were so high it looked like a can-can. Then I thought you were

:11:19. > :11:23.going to fall on your butt. The last survive sell you did, it was

:11:24. > :11:33.something to behold. I have to say, the energy and enthusiasm you put

:11:34. > :11:36.into it, it is not perfect but it is eminently watchable.

:11:37. > :11:41.CHEERING. Absolutely watchable. Craig, last week you said there was

:11:42. > :11:46.a dancer hidden within Judge Rinder. Did that dancer emerge tonight?

:11:47. > :11:51.Well, die like the fact you dance with tempestuous abandon. That's a

:11:52. > :11:56.very good thing. However, for me it was a little bit flat-footed. It

:11:57. > :12:02.needed to be a lot more precision in there. There needs to be retraction

:12:03. > :12:05.on those kicks, my darling. I did however love the one-handed scart

:12:06. > :12:11.wheel. Not easy to do. CHEERING. Great start. Thank you

:12:12. > :12:16.Craig. Darcey? It was one hard routine that you gave him, Oksana.

:12:17. > :12:20.Really, to get through it, your enthusiasm obviously takes over and

:12:21. > :12:24.gets a little bit carried away, but what you packed into there, the

:12:25. > :12:27.tricks, the tours, the kicks were a bit wild, a bit high, but I loved

:12:28. > :12:34.it. CHEERING.

:12:35. > :12:39.Let's hope the people at home loved it as much as we did. Well done.

:12:40. > :12:59.Left, right! Very, very well done. I remembered

:13:00. > :13:04.the steps! You are quite hard on yourself, you have said, all you

:13:05. > :13:07.want is to finish the dance and say, have I done it right? I just

:13:08. > :13:15.listened to the music and had so much fun! It is lovely that you had

:13:16. > :13:20.that, the standing ovation, and your mum is in the audience! There she

:13:21. > :13:25.is! I hope you have got the right person, oh, yes! These goals are in.

:13:26. > :13:32.The judges have their scores. Craig Revel Horwood...

:13:33. > :13:45.Six. Darcey Bussell. Eight. Len Goodman. Aid. Bruno Tonioli. Seven.

:13:46. > :13:52.Are you all right with that? It is an improvement, I know Craig meant

:13:53. > :13:54.seven, I am sure he did. He probably couldn't find it under the table,

:13:55. > :13:57.poor darling. If you want to see Judge

:13:58. > :13:59.Rinder and Oksana back next week in our Halloween

:14:00. > :14:02.special, all the details are on your screen now,

:14:03. > :14:04.so you can vote for them when voting opens at

:14:05. > :14:06.the end of the show. Now, I have some

:14:07. > :14:10.exciting news tonight. We're joined by Strictly superfans

:14:11. > :14:24.Steve and Rod. Hi! Thank you very much! What are

:14:25. > :14:25.your favourite things about the show?

:14:26. > :14:28.I love the costumes, and the dancing.

:14:29. > :14:31.Well, you've come to the right place.

:14:32. > :14:36.Calls cost 15p plus any network access charge and...

:14:37. > :14:39.I'll have to say this, he can't pronounce his Ps.

:14:40. > :14:43.Please ask the bill payer's permission.

:14:44. > :14:53.Yes, by visiting bbc.co.uk/strictly, where you will

:14:54. > :14:59.Voting won't open until all our couples have danced,

:15:00. > :15:01.so please don't call yet, as your vote won't count

:15:02. > :15:08.and you may still be charged. Tess.

:15:09. > :15:16.Our next couple is Lesley Joseph and her partner, Anton Du Beke.

:15:17. > :15:25.and Lesley is going to be a fortune teller.

:15:26. > :15:28.She starts the routine by gazing into a crystal ball

:15:29. > :15:37.and would love to see herself here next week.

:15:38. > :15:45.It was good last week, I was really pleased. Brilliant. I thought it

:15:46. > :15:50.went very well. You showed brilliant energy, you kept on going until the

:15:51. > :15:58.end. It was strong, vibrant, I loved it. You are improving every week,

:15:59. > :16:02.with energy and personality. You know I am really enjoying it, and I

:16:03. > :16:09.cannot wait to see what this week old install. The tango! I need to

:16:10. > :16:15.play a fortune-telling in my tango, so he has been showing me some of

:16:16. > :16:19.his fortune-telling prowess. Can you read tea leaves? Yeah, I can, it

:16:20. > :16:26.says you are going to finish top of the Leader Board - or something like

:16:27. > :16:35.that. Secondly, we had cards, quite extraordinary. A Glitterball! Four

:16:36. > :16:41.tens! Standing ovation from the judges! That is what I want. That

:16:42. > :16:47.looks like a perfect result. Thirdly, the crystal ball. I can see

:16:48. > :16:54.Craig smiling! Oh, the glasses cracked. I can see Blackpool Tower,

:16:55. > :17:06.I can say blackball Our! Yes! I can see me kneeling, I see the Queen,

:17:07. > :17:10.arise Sir Anton Du Beke for services to dance! No-one can predict the

:17:11. > :17:11.future, so fingers crossed I remember the steps and we stay in

:17:12. > :17:13.another week. Dancing the tango,

:17:14. > :19:09.Lesley Joseph and Anton Du Beke. Goodness me! Absolutely brilliant,

:19:10. > :19:16.come on over, they are on their feet, you smashed it. Absolutely

:19:17. > :19:20.smashed it, Madam Lola and Sir Anton, I have never seen you so

:19:21. > :19:28.stern! She has broken character! What do you see for Lesley in your

:19:29. > :19:34.crystal ball? Well, I can see Mystic Lesley, so intense, she really

:19:35. > :19:39.cracked the crystal ball, and Anton's back, by the look of it. You

:19:40. > :19:43.were hanging on to him like the alive, he is mine, I am never going

:19:44. > :19:50.to let him go! Really attached for ever. You know what you want, don't

:19:51. > :19:56.you, girl? You are going to get it! I love your intent city, I love the

:19:57. > :20:02.way you acted. Unfortunately, a lot of the steps, you messed it up a

:20:03. > :20:07.little bit. Just a couple of times. Then it becomes Skippy, the tango

:20:08. > :20:11.always glides, you cannot skip, and because of your attachment and the

:20:12. > :20:19.intensity, you were literally like that! No shoulders, no neck, keep

:20:20. > :20:28.away from him, make him want you. I can barely resist myself! That is

:20:29. > :20:31.the understatement of the evening! Craig, last week you were shocked by

:20:32. > :20:38.how good Lesley is, what about tonight? Well, not the same, sadly.

:20:39. > :20:42.This should be danced on one level, and Bruno is right, you were going

:20:43. > :20:51.up and down through the whole thing, there were stumbles, I felt like

:20:52. > :20:54.your neck was very stiff, I was missing the V shape that you need to

:20:55. > :21:01.create, your right shoulder was up. This is not really a dance for you.

:21:02. > :21:07.Darcey. Well, I enjoyed the amount of dance content you had. The amount

:21:08. > :21:12.you have picked up in one week coming he gave you everything, and

:21:13. > :21:18.you nearly achieved it all. Wonderful, nice, short head snaps

:21:19. > :21:24.and all of that, you were achieving those. I know it is difficult when

:21:25. > :21:29.you haven't got the frame, which is hard, to create that drama and that

:21:30. > :21:33.intensity that you need in a tango. That is all we're missing, that

:21:34. > :21:37.neck, you have to lower and relax your shoulders. But the energy was

:21:38. > :21:45.there, you still did a very good job. Darcey, thank you very much.

:21:46. > :21:52.Len. It was all there! The steps, the mood, staccato, musicality.

:21:53. > :21:56.Unfortunately, there were one or two little incidents along the way, but

:21:57. > :22:02.you are going to get them if you are dancing with Anton! You were

:22:03. > :22:09.spot-on, Anton, pull it together, William?! Well done, Lesley.

:22:10. > :22:17.Thank you, judges. I know you want to see what the future holds, well

:22:18. > :22:28.done, my darling, Lesley! I made a mistake, didn't I? I know!

:22:29. > :22:36.We absolutely loved it up here, but I saw the disappointment. I know, I

:22:37. > :22:40.went wrong in a couple of places, it is difficult to have passion and be

:22:41. > :22:46.relaxed at the same time, the passion makes you want to grab them!

:22:47. > :22:51.Darcey loved the intensity. Look at him, he has got my eyeliner! What I

:22:52. > :22:58.loved about it, your positivity each week, you love it, you always do. I

:22:59. > :23:00.have got the jive next week. I know you are desperate to do it. The

:23:01. > :23:19.scores are in. Five. Darcey Bussell. Six. Len

:23:20. > :23:24.Goodman. Seven! Bruno Tonioli. Six. It is not your worst score, that is

:23:25. > :23:29.the good news! It is not my best either!

:23:30. > :23:32.If you want Lesley and Anton to be here next week,

:23:33. > :23:34.all the details are on your screen now, so you can vote

:23:35. > :23:37.for them when voting opens at the end of the show.

:23:38. > :23:40.Still to come, Anastacia is in the park with a Pot Noodle.

:23:41. > :23:44.Next on the floor is Greg Rutherford and his partner, Natalie Lowe.

:23:45. > :23:49.For an athlete with no dance experience,

:23:50. > :23:51.Greg has been consistently good so far.

:23:52. > :23:54.This week, he's dancing the cha-cha, and Natalie decided a visit

:23:55. > :23:57.to where he won gold in 2012 would be the perfect place

:23:58. > :24:10.to keep him, quite literally, on track.

:24:11. > :24:18.Hurricane Greg hits the salsa and shakes it for all it is worth! The

:24:19. > :24:23.lift at the end, it was going to be an epic talking point. That lived at

:24:24. > :24:28.the end was absolutely brilliant! I am chuffed to bits that we nailed

:24:29. > :24:34.it. Your bum was going to town, oh yes! It was a good finish to what

:24:35. > :24:43.had been a really tough week. This week, we are doing the cha-cha.

:24:44. > :24:47.There are no heel leads, there is a lovely straightening of the knee,

:24:48. > :24:52.which Greg has never done before. The steps are so precise, I'm going

:24:53. > :24:55.to be so exposed, I have to nail it and show I have got good will would

:24:56. > :25:00.work. It is a different challenge to what

:25:01. > :25:05.Greg faced at the 2012 Olympics, and Natalie has got a treat lined up. I

:25:06. > :25:10.brought into the Olympic Park stadium for some inspiration for

:25:11. > :25:13.Saturday night. I love at here, London 2012 was huge for me,

:25:14. > :25:18.hopefully I can bring their performance on Saturday. Outside of

:25:19. > :25:22.the training room, getting onto the track, it has definitely helped.

:25:23. > :25:26.This is sacred ground to me, the best training session we have had

:25:27. > :25:30.for the cha-cha. For being so fantastic and training, I thought I

:25:31. > :25:36.would give him a surprise. I have a piece of the London 2012 track that

:25:37. > :25:40.you won gold on. Wow! Where did you get that from? You didn't just pick

:25:41. > :25:46.it up, did you?! That is incredible. I am hoping this is a good omen to

:25:47. > :25:48.keep me on track for a good score on Saturday night.

:25:49. > :25:55.Dancing the cha-cha-cha, Greg Rutherford and Natalie Lowe.

:25:56. > :27:45.CHEERING. Well done. Oh yes! Absolutely brilliant! Come on.

:27:46. > :27:51.CHEERING. Dave Arch doing dance music. Yes, Dave. That was a proper

:27:52. > :27:55.party dance. And very intense. You raised the roof in here. I know

:27:56. > :28:01.you've been working so hard on that footwork. How did you find it,

:28:02. > :28:06.Craig? Well, one good thing is you did show Natalie off in this dance,

:28:07. > :28:12.and that's what it's about. But sadly it looked very stiff. You are

:28:13. > :28:15.pigeon toed and naturally bow of leg, which makes you an Olympic

:28:16. > :28:21.champion but in this particular dance you have to try to rectify

:28:22. > :28:25.that and lose less of the gap by turning your feet out a little bit.

:28:26. > :28:30.And especially the walks. They are very awkward. They difficult to do

:28:31. > :28:33.and this dance I'm afraid really did expose all the stuff that you really

:28:34. > :28:39.can't do, sadly. That's the thing about the cha-cha characters it is

:28:40. > :28:42.very exposing isn't it? Darcey? You must remember, Greg, you've

:28:43. > :28:47.accomplished so much every week... CHEERING. Every dance. There will

:28:48. > :28:53.always be one dance that isn't yours. Sadly this one is not your

:28:54. > :28:56.dance, OK? You will come back stronger, but it is just unfortunate

:28:57. > :29:00.if you can't straighten your knees very well or if you can't turn out

:29:01. > :29:04.the lower leg. But really, as a whole, you had your gorgeous

:29:05. > :29:08.Natalie. Just enjoy it for what it is, yeah? Don't get down on this.

:29:09. > :29:15.Come back stronger. APPLAUSE. Len? We mustn't forget,

:29:16. > :29:21.you're an athlete. You've never danced before. You're right out

:29:22. > :29:26.here, not in your comfort zone at all. I must say, you didn't, if I

:29:27. > :29:29.can go into your brain, you didn't look comfortable and confident. I

:29:30. > :29:33.think that had a lot to do with it. I don't think you really liked the

:29:34. > :29:37.cha-cha-cha. I'm not sure, but it was like you had the attitude, oh, I

:29:38. > :29:42.don't like this, and that sort of came out a little bit. There was a

:29:43. > :29:49.horrendous blunder early on but you disguised it, covered it up. I

:29:50. > :29:52.thought you gave it a great lot of content, Natalie, Cuban breaks here,

:29:53. > :29:54.there and everywhere. Listen, you did a great job, be proud of

:29:55. > :30:03.yourself. Well done. APPLAUSE. Bruno? Listen, I always

:30:04. > :30:07.love your heroic, muscular stance. So statuesque, framing your partner

:30:08. > :30:13.so beautifully, very caring about your girl. I love to see that in a

:30:14. > :30:17.man. And, I think what happened, you stiffened up a little bit. That's

:30:18. > :30:22.why... Sometimes you overattack a dance, especially the cha-cha-cha,

:30:23. > :30:27.when you have to have such smooth hip action that comes from the foot.

:30:28. > :30:32.If you overattack it, you stomp it and the hips won't happen. I am sure

:30:33. > :30:39.next time you do it, will you be fabulous.

:30:40. > :30:44.APPLAUSE. Thank you judges. We all loved it. You started the party

:30:45. > :30:45.here. Go and join Claudia's party upstairs.

:30:46. > :31:01.CHEERING. Well done. You know what was so

:31:02. > :31:05.sweet, the moment you finished that dance, you turned to Natalie and

:31:06. > :31:08.said, sorry. We had a couple of good rehearsals today, and this morning

:31:09. > :31:12.it seemed to be working. And then annoyingly with this one I haven't

:31:13. > :31:16.been retaining it. I've been trying to hard all week, put so much into

:31:17. > :31:23.it but it hasn't come in. I'm sorry about that. No, don't be, you gave

:31:24. > :31:24.it absolutely. You're sparkly. Rihanna go have loved it.

:31:25. > :31:52.That's better. 24. Everyone was shocked by the 4. Everyone behind me

:31:53. > :31:55.went, what! As Darcey said, come back stronger. If we have to do it

:31:56. > :31:57.later, we'll do it better. They found love, and if you can,

:31:58. > :31:59.find a pen, jot down All the details are on your screen

:32:00. > :32:04.now, and voting opens Don't forget if you want to vote

:32:05. > :32:08.online, you'll need to register Three couples have danced,

:32:09. > :32:20.and there's still all this to come. Brendan's not feeling well, so we

:32:21. > :32:27.have Gorka coming in to help the routine until my Brendan is ready to

:32:28. > :32:30.go back. I will do whatever Kevin throws at me. Whether I do it

:32:31. > :32:35.correctly or not is another story. I'm really scare of the rumba.

:32:36. > :32:39.It's such an honour to go on that floor and dance these wonderful

:32:40. > :32:42.dances with a great band and a wonderful partner. I hope to do my

:32:43. > :32:45.best, and I'm going to. APPLAUSE.

:32:46. > :33:01.Brendan was unable to train and still isn't well enough to dance

:33:02. > :33:06.with Anastacia tonight. Get well soon, Brendan, from all of us.

:33:07. > :33:08.Stepping into his shoes is Gorka Marquez. Here he is with Anastacia

:33:09. > :33:22.in training. I wished my score was higher. It was

:33:23. > :33:27.disappointing, because I worked really hard. I was focused on making

:33:28. > :33:31.my arms more girly. Such expressive arms. The reality of what I see in

:33:32. > :33:37.the competition, it was very hard. Anastacia and Brendan. I want to

:33:38. > :33:41.stay in as long as I can. This week Anastacia and Brendan... Hold it

:33:42. > :33:46.right there. Brendan, you look different! It's Gorka. You are my

:33:47. > :33:51.temporary new partner, as Brendan isn't feeling well. So this week we

:33:52. > :33:55.are doing the quickstep. Quickstep is one of the most fast numbers we

:33:56. > :33:58.are going to do. We are going to travel around all the floor very

:33:59. > :34:04.fast. We are going to have so much fun, you will love it. OK, I'm

:34:05. > :34:07.excited. It will be interesting to work with another another person. I

:34:08. > :34:13.want to be a good student and want to have Brendan be really proud.

:34:14. > :34:17.Turn your head. It is really important especially for Anastacia

:34:18. > :34:22.to keep always this projection like outside. Now change. Gorka has been

:34:23. > :34:26.motivating me to have great posture. Everything has to be relaxed from

:34:27. > :34:32.here. I say to her, if you keep here, Brendan is going to be happy.

:34:33. > :34:36.Happy Brendan, grumpy Brendan. As the week draws to a close Anastacia

:34:37. > :34:40.is given the news that Brendan still isn't well enough to dance this

:34:41. > :34:44.weekend. The amazing Gorka is going to be my Prince Charming. We are

:34:45. > :34:48.going to do a greet performance and we want to make Brendan very proud.

:34:49. > :34:49.Get well, young man. CHEERING.

:34:50. > :34:54.Dancing the quickstep, Anastacia and Gorka Marquez.

:34:55. > :36:44.CHEERING. Yes! Well done, Anastacia and Gorka!

:36:45. > :36:51.That was my kind of quickstep, let me tell you. Well done, darling.

:36:52. > :37:00.Come here. Thank you for stepping, in Gorka the corker. Gorka makes me

:37:01. > :37:04.walka. Makes me wanna work. Understand song must have meant a

:37:05. > :37:09.lot to you because it's your home town. It did, the my Granada is

:37:10. > :37:15.upstairs going, you go, girl. You go! How have they done, Darcey? That

:37:16. > :37:20.was such a lovely surprise. You are so light on your feet.

:37:21. > :37:25.APPLAUSE. What I really love is the pendulum step in this corner. It was

:37:26. > :37:30.beautifully instructed. Really nice. And you flowed off. There were many

:37:31. > :37:32.stops and starts which makes it difficult for that continuity and

:37:33. > :37:36.keeping the flow. There were moments where it could have been smoother

:37:37. > :37:41.and you could have lent out, but this was one lovely dance. Well

:37:42. > :37:47.done. Wasn't it judge? Well done. Was it your kind of dance, Len? It

:37:48. > :37:54.was 100%. Getting a new partner is a bit like getting a new pair of

:37:55. > :37:58.shoes. It's awesome? It takes a while to get them broken in and

:37:59. > :38:02.comfortable. But you looked in your comfort zone. Light and bright, fun

:38:03. > :38:07.and frivolous. It was easy on the eye. I don't want to upset Brendan,

:38:08. > :38:18.but it was your best dance. CHEERING. A bit of Spain does

:38:19. > :38:23.wonders to you. I tell you. You were like a lick coquettish swinger. You

:38:24. > :38:29.couldn't wait to jump into action. I love The Verve, the renewed energy.

:38:30. > :38:35.Light on your feet, great musicality, mind the gap though. The

:38:36. > :38:39.gapping. Be careful. Don't get carried away and into your own

:38:40. > :38:43.world. Lovely, very, very nice. Thank you.

:38:44. > :38:47.APPLAUSE. Dance Off last week, Craig, better this week? Well,

:38:48. > :38:53.there's no gap now, darling, but there certainly was through that

:38:54. > :38:58.dance and you could have felled a tree through it. It was that bad

:38:59. > :39:01.Darcey. You need body contact in this and that's what makes it

:39:02. > :39:04.difficult. However, all that being said, it was, as the other judges

:39:05. > :39:07.say, very light and I wasn't expecting that. You flew across the

:39:08. > :39:12.stage... APPLAUSE. I thought you performed it

:39:13. > :39:17.absolutely brilliantly. Thank you. Crew Craig. I'm sure Brendan is very

:39:18. > :39:29.proud of you Anastacia and Gorka. CHEERING. Very well done and thank

:39:30. > :39:33.you so much, Gorka. Like a superhero, he said, I'll help. But

:39:34. > :39:38.confusing for you to go hi, I'm Anastacia? All the pros are amazing.

:39:39. > :39:43.I'm so lucky to have been able to dance with two, let alone one. They

:39:44. > :39:49.are so good. Thank you so much. My pleasure. They said it is your best

:39:50. > :39:55.dance. I know Brendan is unwell at home. Would like to send a message

:39:56. > :39:58.to him? Brendan, get busy, we've got to go to work next week.

:39:59. > :40:25.That's your highest school ever. You are top of the leaderboard.

:40:26. > :40:27.If you loved Anastacia and Gorka's quickstep and want to keep

:40:28. > :40:30.her in the competition, you can vote for them when voting

:40:31. > :40:36.Still to come, Ed is looking for the way to Amarillo.

:40:37. > :40:45.Our next couple is Louise Redknapp and her partner, Kevin Clifton.

:40:46. > :40:55.Tonight, Louise and Kevin are doing a tender loving rumba set

:40:56. > :40:58.Tonight, Louise and Kevin are doing a tender emotional rumba set

:40:59. > :41:00.in the most romantic city in the world.

:41:01. > :41:09.How did you find Saturday night? It was good, I really enjoyed it. I

:41:10. > :41:14.like the foxtrot. I was apprehensive going into it, because it was

:41:15. > :41:18.ballroom. I thought I loved the Latin for some reason. It felt

:41:19. > :41:22.different from everything else. Was that a standing ovation and your

:41:23. > :41:27.technique was amazing. I was delighted with how you did. Get in!

:41:28. > :41:30.Check out you and your footwork. I think it's my favourite so far. The

:41:31. > :41:36.rumba this week. We've got to conquer the theme of our dance. It

:41:37. > :41:43.just so happens our dance is set in Paris by the Eiffel Tower. We are

:41:44. > :41:46.going to Paris! Of course we are. Right, welcome to France. Today

:41:47. > :41:51.we've got to fit in as much research as possible. And some shopping? I

:41:52. > :41:59.don't know about that, Redknapp, but we are going here first. So here we

:42:00. > :42:06.are in Paris. Rumba walks, here we development Kevin! Straighten that

:42:07. > :42:15.back, Quasimodo. Because the theme is dancing under

:42:16. > :42:22.the Eiffel tower, it was important to come and understand that. Kevin

:42:23. > :42:27.has made me do the rumba walk down the shots Elysee, under the Eiffel

:42:28. > :42:32.tower, anywhere there was space for me to do it, I did it. The rumba is

:42:33. > :42:34.definitely the hardest I have done so far, and I have to go out and

:42:35. > :42:37.just do my best on Saturday night. Dancing the rumba,

:42:38. > :44:43.Louise Redknapp and Kevin Clifton. C'est magnifique! You really brought

:44:44. > :44:49.the romance of Paris alive, delightful! What is on your mind,

:44:50. > :44:56.then? It was a dance in France and getting an Eiffel was delightful!

:44:57. > :45:00.You are consistently good, no-one, if any of these judges say you are

:45:01. > :45:06.not good, they are not telling the truth. You are consistently good.

:45:07. > :45:10.But for me, you were on a plateau, you know? You are on this plateau,

:45:11. > :45:14.and something has got to happen to give you that extra boost, because

:45:15. > :45:19.there is one or two others that are also on a plateau but it is a little

:45:20. > :45:24.bit higher. We have got to come out now and dance with that clarity and

:45:25. > :45:35.purity, but also a little bit more wow! Well done. Bruno?

:45:36. > :45:44.# Every little breeze seems to whisper Louise... #

:45:45. > :45:52.I went into French mode, but it was distinguished, elegant, very chic,

:45:53. > :46:00.and there was a sequence of turns, it was like watching Gene Kellie in

:46:01. > :46:07.American In Paris, I absolutely loved the cultural references that

:46:08. > :46:09.are so relevant, and you gave it that French tone, that flavour,

:46:10. > :46:18.thanks to Kevin as well. And to me, that is what it needed.

:46:19. > :46:23.Were you feeling the romance, Craig? Well, for me, it lacked excitement,

:46:24. > :46:27.I have got to admit. There was nothing really dangerous about it.

:46:28. > :46:31.It was romantic! You need to accentuate your hips a little bit

:46:32. > :46:39.more, but I suppose at least you got a free trip to Paris out of it,

:46:40. > :46:41.darling. However...! That being said, you have wonderful lyricism,

:46:42. > :46:49.which I think is brilliant. APPLAUSE

:46:50. > :46:55.Darcey? Louise, it was one classy rumba, you bring out the best in

:46:56. > :46:58.her, Kevin, you really do. Beautiful quality, beautiful relationship

:46:59. > :47:03.between you. I would love a little bit more tension when you caressed

:47:04. > :47:07.the floor. Like the boys are saying, you have all the ability to be at

:47:08. > :47:12.the top of the Leader Board, and you are getting there, going in the

:47:13. > :47:16.right direction, but just keep working, exaggerate those moves.

:47:17. > :47:23.Extend yourself more. Good work. They want to keep pushing you, they

:47:24. > :47:23.know you can do it! Louise and Kevin!

:47:24. > :47:38.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE CHEERING

:47:39. > :47:41.Well done! You got a standing ovation, I have to ask you, we have

:47:42. > :47:47.got to say hello to your mother-in-law. She had an accident,

:47:48. > :47:50.and she said, the only thing I care about, I must say my

:47:51. > :47:55.daughter-in-law. She was in the ambulance, she was saying, I need to

:47:56. > :48:01.be well for Saturday night and Strictly! You enjoyed that, didn't

:48:02. > :48:04.you? I found it so hard, you are so exposed in a rumba, everything is

:48:05. > :48:12.slow, you are trying to feel the music, but I loved doing it, Kevin

:48:13. > :48:18.is the start. The scores are in. The judges have their scores, Craig

:48:19. > :48:30.Revel Horwood. Eight! Darcey Bussell. Eight! Len Goodman. Eight!

:48:31. > :48:39.Bruno Tonioli. Nine! Yes! You were getting eights,

:48:40. > :48:44.saying, this is fine, then you got the nine!

:48:45. > :48:47.If Louise and Kevin are always on your mind, vote for them.

:48:48. > :48:49.All the details are on your screen now.

:48:50. > :48:52.Still to come, Daisy is dancing to a song about body parts.

:48:53. > :49:03.Could be Head, Shoulders, Knees And Toes, Knees And Toes.

:49:04. > :49:08.# Heads, shoulders, knees and toes! #

:49:09. > :49:12.Dancing next in the ballroom is Ed Balls and his partner, Katya Jones.

:49:13. > :49:16.and they're going to be playing the part of hitchhikers.

:49:17. > :49:18.I just hope Ed holds his thumb in the right place,

:49:19. > :49:26.or there'll be hell to pay from Craig.

:49:27. > :49:46.No, darling, down, down! See what I mean?! There we go! Last Saturday

:49:47. > :49:50.did not really go to plan. My mind blanked, and suddenly I was doing

:49:51. > :49:54.this. It looks like you were directing traffic, what is this?!

:49:55. > :50:04.You were mincing around like you were in an episode of Some Mothers

:50:05. > :50:12.Do Have 'Em! The marks were low. On the positive side, we are getting

:50:13. > :50:16.better. This week we are dancing American

:50:17. > :50:20.Smooth foxtrot. After the comments from the judges, I think Ed is

:50:21. > :50:27.really determined to get the dancing right, the technique, the footwork.

:50:28. > :50:33.Open left leg a bit more. I find the little things difficult. Compared to

:50:34. > :50:37.the last few weeks, with this big character, how are you feeling the

:50:38. > :50:42.American Smooth? I want to entertain people, but I want to show you can

:50:43. > :50:48.learn and get better. I know you can do it. Ed came in this week really

:50:49. > :50:56.determined to impress the judges with his proper dancing. Is that

:50:57. > :51:00.right? Perfect! Better! I have shown I can throw myself into it and

:51:01. > :51:04.perform, but I want to show that we can do the dance steps, and I am

:51:05. > :51:08.learning and getting better. Learn once me to show I can do it, this is

:51:09. > :51:15.my week to prove it. -- Len. Dancing the American smooth,

:51:16. > :51:19.Ed Balls and Katya Jones. MUSIC: "Is This The Way

:51:20. > :53:16.To Amarillo?" Oh! Oh, look, they are doing the

:53:17. > :53:23.lift again! No, no! CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

:53:24. > :53:35.It went so well in Ozil, and it went very well there. It was ambitious!

:53:36. > :53:41.That is the way to entertain! Oh! Bruno, you have never doubted Ed's

:53:42. > :53:44.efforts, but is is dancing improving? Are you kidding?! One

:53:45. > :53:50.thing is for sure, you are never going to join the Royal Ballet, I

:53:51. > :53:55.will tell you that! That ride nearly ended in disaster, I thought, my

:53:56. > :54:01.God, he is going to drop! There is one thing I have to say, you always

:54:02. > :54:05.take us places I would never expect. LAUGHTER

:54:06. > :54:10.But there was a point where you just tried, he went into the hold, you

:54:11. > :54:16.tried to do a proper foxtrot, OK, he can actually do it. Then you go all

:54:17. > :54:19.over the place, like you read the hitchhiker's guide to ballroom

:54:20. > :54:23.backwards! You can do it, I really do think you can, it is just you

:54:24. > :54:29.have to be consistent, do not overstretch yourself in the Carlos

:54:30. > :54:34.Acosta lift, they are not going to happen, love, I will tell you that!

:54:35. > :54:39.He is trying so very hard. APPLAUSE

:54:40. > :54:44.Craig? Well, that was the antithesis, I am afraid, of smooth.

:54:45. > :54:49.Plodding, pedestrian, I felt he were fighting one another all the way

:54:50. > :54:55.through. Absolutely no style whatsoever out of the hold. And this

:54:56. > :55:01.dance, you are allowed to do three lifts, you did four, three of which,

:55:02. > :55:06.I thought, were very good. But that horrific one, darling, you really

:55:07. > :55:11.didn't need to demonstrate afterwards, because it wasn't that

:55:12. > :55:18.good. It was a risky move, he wanted to prove he can do it. It is a

:55:19. > :55:25.really good lift! It is a good lift. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

:55:26. > :55:29.I could do it to you as well, I think!

:55:30. > :55:36.We could try that in the bar later. We will try up later! Darcey! You

:55:37. > :55:40.did start incredibly well, and the lift that you did achieve... I mean,

:55:41. > :55:45.you do have the strength to do it, and it is just a shame that you did

:55:46. > :55:50.stumble there. But, you know, like show, things go wrong, even in a

:55:51. > :55:54.live show, and it was a shame that you were not able to recover out of

:55:55. > :55:59.it. It is the kind of thing where you have to find your composure,

:56:00. > :56:04.make a mistake, get back on the programme, focus. I note you can do

:56:05. > :56:06.it, you tried again, which was great! Comeback next year... Next

:56:07. > :56:17.year?! LAUGHTER

:56:18. > :56:23.No, thank God! We know you have it in you, so comeback next week! You

:56:24. > :56:28.have got it in you, Ed. What is going on?! This is the trouble with

:56:29. > :56:34.hitchhiking, you always get a dodgy lift!

:56:35. > :56:41.LAUGHTER Now, in your defence, and totally

:56:42. > :56:47.against Craig, let me say, OK, you got into hold, you started off a

:56:48. > :56:52.further step, lovely, reverse turn, Federer finished, a little bit of

:56:53. > :56:56.dancing, into a weave. All of that section, I thought, was terrific,

:56:57. > :57:02.and you were on the way, it was just a rotten shame that your big

:57:03. > :57:08.spectacular moment went a bit pear shaped. But well done, I liked

:57:09. > :57:19.watching you! Don't we all?! Thank you very much, Ed and Catania! --

:57:20. > :57:27.Katya. Ed! That lift looked incredibly

:57:28. > :57:32.complicated. I'm pleased you showed us what it was going to be. You

:57:33. > :57:36.enjoyed it though? I loved doing the lift. It was fabulous. We invented

:57:37. > :57:44.it this week. Really, the two of you? It was the glitterball special.

:57:45. > :57:46.It was going to be dedicated to Tony Curtis and Peter Kay. But after

:57:47. > :58:11.that, I won't. Ed, the good news is that it is

:58:12. > :58:16.better than last week, yes? Yes, but not as good as the week before. The

:58:17. > :58:22.other good news, you've had your first spray tan. I did.

:58:23. > :58:27.CHEERING. Well done. If I come back, do I do a full Jeremy Vine, the

:58:28. > :58:31.whole lot? Of course you do. Let's not pull on that string! If you

:58:32. > :58:34.If you want Ed and Katya back If you here and dancing

:58:35. > :58:36.in our Hallowe'en special next week, then vote for them.

:58:44. > :58:56.This week we've got to somehow keep the composure with the waltz. It's

:58:57. > :59:03.going be difficult but I'm really up for the challenge. Can we dance now,

:59:04. > :59:09.please? The Charleston is 1920s flapper girls, lots of ankle swivels

:59:10. > :59:12.and it is about having a good time. I've been finding it really, really

:59:13. > :59:15.difficult. The routine is so fast. I feel like my brain is going to

:59:16. > :59:22.explode. There's a long way to go. Switch and

:59:23. > :59:26.catch. Hopefully come Saturday night we'll be ready to rumba.

:59:27. > :59:31.She's going to be dancing a samba underneath a giant mirrorball

:59:32. > :59:35.that's going to be dangling from the ceiling.

:59:36. > :59:37.I know, and I'm holding it up for her.

:59:38. > :59:54.Our next couple to take to the floor is Ore Oduba

:59:55. > :00:03.They're dancing a waltz, and Ore starts off under a spotlight.

:00:04. > :00:07.I don't think we need it - if this is anything like last week's

:00:08. > :00:14.jive, he'll be lighting the floor up all on his own.

:00:15. > :00:22.That was better than even the way it happened in my dreams. I couldn't

:00:23. > :00:29.believe what happened. You are the one to beat in this competition.

:00:30. > :00:36.What?! What is he talking about. A star is born. That's when I couldn't

:00:37. > :00:42.hold it in. 10! You know me. A cuddle. Let's not speak, just

:00:43. > :00:49.cuddle. This week from the quickness of last week's jive we are on to the

:00:50. > :00:53.smooth class of the waltz. So we are going to slow things down. They

:00:54. > :00:58.might be slowing things down in the training room but life is busier

:00:59. > :01:03.than ever for Ore and Joanne is going along for the ride. We are in

:01:04. > :01:06.Manchester, the Paralympic and Olympic parade is going through the

:01:07. > :01:13.streets of the city. Let's go on the float. I do have for you a Team GB

:01:14. > :01:19.bracelet. Excuse me. It's an absolute treat. Manchester looking

:01:20. > :01:26.resplendent mere. We have had a bit of rain but you can hear the cheers.

:01:27. > :01:31.Ore! As soon as he saw me, he ran to the back of the float and said, is

:01:32. > :01:37.that alright? I said yeah, but we are doing the waltz. I have some

:01:38. > :01:43.gold medal-winning athletes. Can you teach me? Good luck Ore for this

:01:44. > :01:46.Saturday. The best of luck. It is a winning atmosphere. We've just got

:01:47. > :01:49.to try and tap into that and bring some of it to Saturday night.

:01:50. > :01:51.CHEERING. Dancing the waltz, Ore Oduba

:01:52. > :04:00.and Joanne Clifton. Brilliant from Ore and Joanne. Come

:04:01. > :04:05.on over. Oh, breathtaking. What an amazing performance from our singer,

:04:06. > :04:10.Andrea. Yes! A beautiful voice. As for you, we saw your softer side

:04:11. > :04:15.tonight, didn't we? Slowing things down after that jive. Yeah, that was

:04:16. > :04:22.hard. Euro managementic side. It's there somewhere. He was top of the

:04:23. > :04:31.leaderboard last week, Craig, how did he do tonight? Extremely well.

:04:32. > :04:35.This is normally done in 4-4 time but the orchestra did it in 3-4 time

:04:36. > :04:38.to marry it into a waltz. A the fraying was wonderful. There was

:04:39. > :04:43.rise and fall, which was delicious. A bit of swing and sway. The

:04:44. > :04:53.storytelling. The you are just incredible.

:04:54. > :05:00.CHEERING. Darcey? Well, I feel the same. It's calm. It's elegant. You

:05:01. > :05:04.are able to produce something with such control, it's not easy. You

:05:05. > :05:08.still had great energy as you moved across the dancefloor, which also is

:05:09. > :05:14.hard, but there was lovely moments of stillness. Stillness. You were

:05:15. > :05:18.able to hold on to your frame. You had moments of a little right

:05:19. > :05:26.shoulder popping up now and then, but beautiful control. Well done.

:05:27. > :05:29.APPLAUSE. Len? It was quiet, it was calm and it was sophisticated.

:05:30. > :05:34.People think the waltz is like a dainty, small dance, it's not. It's

:05:35. > :05:41.a big, flowing, full on dance, and you showed that. I loved that hover.

:05:42. > :05:46.I did. My old dance teacher used to say the hardest thing to do is

:05:47. > :05:51.nothing, and to just stop and hold that for a bar and then come out.

:05:52. > :05:55.Gorgeous. A little bit of a problem with that turning lock. It got a bit

:05:56. > :05:58.sticky over there. However, having said that, you are an incredible

:05:59. > :06:09.dancer. CHEERING. Bruno? Love is in the air.

:06:10. > :06:12.It's irresistible. You two look so good together. They've all explained

:06:13. > :06:17.the technical merits of the dance, but I want to go further. What you

:06:18. > :06:21.have is a connection and a chemistry that is outstanding. You seem to

:06:22. > :06:27.communicate through moves effortlessly. You have a connection

:06:28. > :06:32.within the tune and the music that's outstanding. So wonderful to see.

:06:33. > :06:36.Every week you surprise me, you really do.

:06:37. > :06:44.APPLAUSE. The judges loved it and I think this audience will always love

:06:45. > :06:56.you too. Off you go, well done. Ore and Joanne!

:06:57. > :07:01.CHEERING. Well done. Ore and Joanne. Craig just said you were incredible.

:07:02. > :07:05.I don't know what just happened. So did Len. It is quite hard, that

:07:06. > :07:11.pressure What they don't know is just before we started that dance my

:07:12. > :07:15.knees went, absolutely shot. I was shivering. So nervous. It's been a

:07:16. > :07:20.really difficult week. This is the one with the control and just the

:07:21. > :07:27.pressure from last week, it was a really nerve-racking week, but she

:07:28. > :07:31.was so patient with me, my mate, coach, my better dancing half. So

:07:32. > :07:32.patient. I'm chuffed. So, so chuffed.

:07:33. > :07:57.Well done. Top of the leaderboard. Really, really good.

:07:58. > :07:59.If you don't want Ore and Joanne waltzing off

:08:00. > :08:01.the show, all the details are on your screen now.

:08:02. > :08:06.So you can vote for them when voting opens at the end of the show.

:08:07. > :08:12.Still to come, Danny is doing a rumba to the Sam Smith

:08:13. > :08:19.Our next couple is Daisy Lowe and her partner, Aljaz Skorjanec.

:08:20. > :08:22.This week they're taking on the charleston,

:08:23. > :08:25.and they're going to start off the routine in the dark.

:08:26. > :08:28.Not only is this a first for Strictly, but it also means

:08:29. > :08:34.the judges might not be able to spot if they make any mistakes.

:08:35. > :08:42.They will, they definitely will. I loved dancing that dance with you.

:08:43. > :08:46.It felt like we were completely in the moment and everything else fell

:08:47. > :08:52.away and I was just there with you. It was really special. Long, languid

:08:53. > :08:55.move it is, very difficult to control and sustain. To get that

:08:56. > :09:03.balance every time you stretched out, very impressive. There was no

:09:04. > :09:11.hiccups, no mistakes. It just sort of flowed the whole way through. A

:09:12. > :09:17.terrifically difficult dance and I thought you did a terrifically good

:09:18. > :09:21.job. It was beautiful. Honestly. But this week we are dancing the

:09:22. > :09:25.Charleston to a song called Happy Feet. My feet are very happy this

:09:26. > :09:29.week. We are going to start in the dark dressed all the black. The only

:09:30. > :09:33.thing that's going to be visible is white gloves and white shoes. I

:09:34. > :09:41.thought to get you used to functioning in the dark, here they

:09:42. > :09:48.serve food in the pitch black. Enjoy your food, Daisy. Yeah, bon appetit.

:09:49. > :09:54.Yum, is that chicken? I don't think I have anything on my fork. Eating

:09:55. > :09:58.in the dark was delicious and hilarious. My nose was slightly

:09:59. > :10:06.injured. He fed me a full breast of chicken at the end of a full... Yes!

:10:07. > :10:12.Sorry, shall we do some promise. Loved dancing in the dark. Hopefully

:10:13. > :10:13.on Saturday night we c illuminate the dancefloor.

:10:14. > :10:14.CHEERING. Dancing the Charleston,

:10:15. > :12:18.Daisy Lowe and Aljaz Skorjanec. Oh, that was superb, come on, Aljaz!

:12:19. > :12:25.That was superb, so original! We have never seen done like that

:12:26. > :12:31.before. Lots of happy hands for you. They were so lovely, you capture the

:12:32. > :12:35.quirky playfulness of the silent movies, you are in there, and that

:12:36. > :12:39.was just heaven, your style really suited you, not easy when you are

:12:40. > :12:43.tall, because you have to be really contained to achieve all those

:12:44. > :12:47.moves, especially with the white shoes and white gloves, very

:12:48. > :12:54.revealing of the technique, so well done, well done! Very good! I would

:12:55. > :12:59.only say, at the very end, you get tired, and the crispness goes just

:13:00. > :13:04.in the moves. No, it wasn't bad, I am being really picky, because I

:13:05. > :13:09.loved it. Just tighten up the core, get it around in those lifts, but it

:13:10. > :13:18.is difficult to do those at the end. Well done! You have got happy feet,

:13:19. > :13:24.I am happy, I know everyone in here is happy, and ideal you did a

:13:25. > :13:30.wonderful charleston, well done! Bruno? Wonderful, clever, full of

:13:31. > :13:35.joy, smart concept, it was like watching Betty Boop coming back to

:13:36. > :13:43.life, I loved it, very nice indeed. Did it give you a happy face? Yes, a

:13:44. > :13:46.very happy face. Mistakes are going to be amplified considerably with

:13:47. > :13:51.those big old white shoes, but you danced on the off beads, slightly

:13:52. > :13:57.late, tired, but I loved it, I thought it was brilliant. Lovely to

:13:58. > :14:09.see something different, take those happy feet up to Claudia! Yes!

:14:10. > :14:14.CHEERING So different from last week's rumba,

:14:15. > :14:18.you were like, what, what am I doing?!

:14:19. > :14:28.I am very warm in all the clothes! The scores are in. Craig Revel

:14:29. > :14:37.Horwood. Eight. Darcey Bussell. Eight. Len Goodman. And other eight.

:14:38. > :14:37.And Bruno Tonioli. Fauldhouse, eight!

:14:38. > :14:43.Well done, Aljaz, that was amazing. If you enjoyed their Happy Feet,

:14:44. > :14:46.use your happy fingers to vote All the details you need

:14:47. > :14:49.are on your screen now. You can vote for them when voting

:14:50. > :14:52.opens at the end of the show. Still to come,

:14:53. > :14:54.Claudia tries some samba rolls. Our next couple was going to be

:14:55. > :14:59.Laura Whitmore and her partner, But as we mentioned earlier,

:15:00. > :15:02.Laura has injured her ankle and is therefore unable

:15:03. > :15:04.to perform tonight. Here's what happened

:15:05. > :15:18.during the week. I really enjoyed the quickstep, I

:15:19. > :15:22.had loads of fun. It was nerve wracking, especially since I was in

:15:23. > :15:27.the dance of the week before, but I really had fun doing it. Plenty of

:15:28. > :15:33.lights, plenty of cameras, plenty of action. If you are in the bottom two

:15:34. > :15:37.this week, I am going to pickle my walnuts, I promise! I just want to

:15:38. > :15:43.get better every week, so I was really happy.

:15:44. > :15:50.This week, I am learning how to jive, and I am so excited. With the

:15:51. > :15:56.jive, it is fast, but it is also about the steps. Jive is quite a

:15:57. > :16:02.difficult stance, you have a lot of kicks, a lot of stamina. Jive is my

:16:03. > :16:06.favourite dance, so I want to make sure that it is going to be good.

:16:07. > :16:11.During the week, all the training is starting to take its toll on Laura.

:16:12. > :16:16.Laura got an injury on the ankle. I have put too much pressure on it, I

:16:17. > :16:21.have not been 100%. The left leg is grand, but I have an issue with the

:16:22. > :16:27.right. As the week continues, the pain gets worse, so Laura is seen by

:16:28. > :16:31.a Strictly physio for assessment. The physio has just said that I

:16:32. > :16:36.cannot dance. I am just really gutted because of the dance as well,

:16:37. > :16:40.because from before I started Strictly, the one I wanted to learn

:16:41. > :16:43.was the jive. I am devastated, but I have to look forward to getting

:16:44. > :16:46.better, think about resting it and sorting myself out for next week,

:16:47. > :16:50.which is the most important thing. Laura, if you're watching,

:16:51. > :16:54.we send you all our love. Laura and Giovanni will not be up

:16:55. > :17:04.for the viewer vote tonight. They have been given a bye through

:17:05. > :17:09.to next week. The medics have said she should be fit enough to danced

:17:10. > :17:13.then. I know you are both devastated, and it is your

:17:14. > :17:18.favourite, are you all right? Yes, we are both a little bit sad, but

:17:19. > :17:24.jive is my favourite, she was learning forward to learn it, but it

:17:25. > :17:28.is about the health, so maybe it is better this way, I think it is

:17:29. > :17:33.better this way. I know she is watching at home, do you have a

:17:34. > :17:36.message? Yes, all of us, we are missing you, get rest, looking

:17:37. > :17:42.forward for the next week, it is going to be a different stance.

:17:43. > :17:46.Thank you very much. Thank you, we send all our love.

:17:47. > :17:51.Dancing next is Danny Mac and his partner, Oti Mabuse.

:17:52. > :17:54.Danny will be the first male celebrity

:17:55. > :17:59.It's a notoriously difficult dance for the men to master,

:18:00. > :18:08.but if anyone can do it, Dan's the man.

:18:09. > :18:19.The weekend was amazing. It was the best. The judges were pretty pleased

:18:20. > :18:25.with you. It was absolutely wonderful! Outstanding! You are on

:18:26. > :18:33.fire! You look good, you dance good, and by golly you did good! Nine! It

:18:34. > :18:38.was the most incredible feeling. This week we have got the eight, I

:18:39. > :18:45.think it is going to take so much focus and concentration. Buys this

:18:46. > :18:49.feels so weird. The rumba is a very technical dance, it requires

:18:50. > :18:59.precision and balance. To help with the precision and balance, Oti has

:19:00. > :19:04.an idea. I have come to the circus to try my hand at tightrope walking.

:19:05. > :19:08.The same stills you need for a rumba, balance, precision, really

:19:09. > :19:17.strong core. You expect me to do that?! That is really good! To be a

:19:18. > :19:24.tightrope walker, you have to be strong, you have to be flexible, you

:19:25. > :19:30.have to have good balance. Restarted off really shaky, but he looked

:19:31. > :19:34.pretty good towards the end. Really good, look at you! Yeah! It has been

:19:35. > :19:39.really fun at the circus, and I think this is going to help my

:19:40. > :19:40.technique in the rumba this week. I just hope my performance isn't

:19:41. > :19:43.ropey! I have got to stop this. Dancing the rumba,

:19:44. > :19:50.Danny Mac and Oti Mabuse. Oh, yes! Oh,

:19:51. > :22:16.easy. -- you smoothly. My legs were Oh, yes! Oh,

:22:17. > :22:24.little bit staccato, which was not so pleasant. However,

:22:25. > :22:24.little bit staccato, which was not I loved very nice, you stuck a turn

:22:25. > :22:36.in. I loved very nice, you stuck a turn

:22:37. > :22:54.you like it? One thing is for sure, those

:22:55. > :22:54.you like it? One thing is for sure, subtlety, and you did it overall

:22:55. > :23:00.very well, subtlety, and you did it overall

:23:01. > :23:08.became a bit jagged, but I am telling you, I would

:23:09. > :23:08.became a bit jagged, but I am Not any dance-off! I would like to

:23:09. > :23:15.see it Not any dance-off! I would like to

:23:16. > :23:23.much attack for me. Too much powering

:23:24. > :23:33.much attack for me. Too much than rumba. But I love, love,

:23:34. > :23:33.much attack for me. Too much Darcey? I have to agree with the

:23:34. > :23:42.boys, you have Darcey? I have to agree with the

:23:43. > :23:49.was very consistent as well. You know, you

:23:50. > :24:10.was very consistent as well. You for rumba. I know,

:24:11. > :24:15.was very consistent as well. You Well done, are you all right after

:24:16. > :24:20.that? I am, I just did not want to fall over, that was my main focus!

:24:21. > :24:25.Were you thinking that while you were doing it? I had her in my arms

:24:26. > :24:30.for a few of the bits, it could have been carnage! And you did not want

:24:31. > :24:34.to show your chest, I believe? I had a big argument with costume but they

:24:35. > :24:39.ran out of buttons. Don't be never so about it, it is working for us on

:24:40. > :24:45.every level, I cannot even look at it, it has become a thing! It is

:24:46. > :24:52.your grandma's 82nd birthday. Happy birthday, Nanna! The scores are in.

:24:53. > :24:59.Ladies and gentlemen, the judges have their schools, Craig Revel

:25:00. > :25:11.Horwood. Eight. Darcey Bussell. And nine. Len Goodman. Nine. Bruno

:25:12. > :25:16.Tonioli. Nine! I was not expecting that! You are

:25:17. > :25:22.second on the leader board so far. If you liked that, put down your TV

:25:23. > :25:26.remote and vote for them, all the details are on screen now. Voting

:25:27. > :25:30.opens at the end of the show, only one couple left to dance.

:25:31. > :25:32.Our final couple tonight is Claudia Fragapani

:25:33. > :25:37.This week they're doing a samba, and it's going to have a disco vibe.

:25:38. > :25:40.But will this dance under a mirrorball get them

:25:41. > :25:50.one step closer to picking up the Glitterball?

:25:51. > :25:58.I really loved it at there, doing the foxtrot, it is so bad I got the

:25:59. > :26:05.steps wrong. You really put your mind to it, I can see you have been

:26:06. > :26:10.working hard, so well done. What did you think? So happy, it was great. I

:26:11. > :26:15.am so proud of you from week one to week five, I know the foxtrot was so

:26:16. > :26:22.hard, it was amazing on the night. Thank you. This week we're doing the

:26:23. > :26:30.samba, it is fast, fierce, it is super complicated. Oh, gosh! Pivot,

:26:31. > :26:34.pivot. I have been finding it really, really difficult. That was

:26:35. > :26:42.not the normal speed. Some of the technical stuff we have been

:26:43. > :26:50.learning, it has gone in one ear and out the other. Release the core,

:26:51. > :26:56.that gymnastics training. Try not to get angry! No anger, take the anger

:26:57. > :27:02.out on the step. He says I need to loosen up my rib cage. Samba is very

:27:03. > :27:06.rhythmical, very free, I need you to relax and loosen up. It is really

:27:07. > :27:11.hard, I have done 12 years of gymnastics, being fixed and still,

:27:12. > :27:16.so this is a challenge in four days. It is our most intense, fastest, the

:27:17. > :27:25.hardest choreography we have done so far. That is the speed you are

:27:26. > :27:27.dealing with. If I slip up or forget any of the moves and Saturday night,

:27:28. > :27:29.it will go horribly wrong. Take me back to gymnastics!

:27:30. > :27:32.Dancing the samba, Claudia Fragapane and AJ Pritchard!

:27:33. > :29:30.Amazing. Look at that for a reaction! Well done. That's what I

:29:31. > :29:36.call a glitterball and that's what I call a Samba. Brilliant job. Soak it

:29:37. > :29:42.up. Reversing 12 years of gymnastics in just six days, not easy. Did that

:29:43. > :29:49.make your young heart run free, Bruno? Forever young, darling, after

:29:50. > :29:55.this. I wanted to enjoy it so much. You've got the biggest disco ball I

:29:56. > :29:59.have ever seen. You put so much stuff into that samba, the girl had

:30:00. > :30:05.every single step you would expect. You did that on purpose to make it

:30:06. > :30:09.harder for you. The pressure. Oh my God the pressure is so difficult to

:30:10. > :30:15.do and you did it overall very well. But there is just one little thing,

:30:16. > :30:19.my darling, don't rush the music. Don't go ahead of it. Because it is

:32:01. > :32:06.VT working on hip action in the voltas. She couldn't do it. It was

:32:07. > :32:10.too fast. It all became hectic. However, having said that, you are a
