1:03:23 > 1:03:27Yeah, dancing is so important to me because of that.

1:03:30 > 1:03:34I feel like it's exhilarating and it can get you to stop thinking about
1:03:34 > 1:03:37what's going on in the past or in the future and live in the moment.
