:00:00. > :00:12.Welcome to It Takes Two. It's Thursday. On the show - we could

:00:13. > :00:17.have watched them dance all night long. It's Sophie and Brendan.

:00:18. > :00:21.She has come down with a case of Latin fever. Rachel and Pasha are

:00:22. > :00:28.here. Len called him the people's champion. What will his weekend be

:00:29. > :00:34.like? Dave and Karen are here. Plus to give me a weekend run-down of all

:00:35. > :00:39.the dresses, it is Nicky Gill and we'll have the latest training room

:00:40. > :00:55.updates from all the couples. This is Strictly, it takes two. -- It

:00:56. > :01:28.Takes Two. Live, from London, it is Strictly,

:01:29. > :01:34.It Takes Two. Please welcome your host zsh Zoe Ball.

:01:35. > :01:39.Welcome to It Takes Two. Time to get excited, as Saturday's showdown gets

:01:40. > :01:43.ever-closer. Hoping to up the ante even more after their

:01:44. > :01:47.highest-scoring samba at the weekend are my first guests, Sophie and

:01:48. > :01:54.Brendan. They are here next but first let's look at how some of the

:01:55. > :01:58.couples are getting on in training. This week we are dancing the

:01:59. > :02:04.Viennese waltz. It's going to be beautiful. Slow. It's going to be

:02:05. > :02:07.lovely. When I dance the waltz, you are supposed to keep your frame. But

:02:08. > :02:13.when I start moving my shoulder comes in and my neck goes to the

:02:14. > :02:19.side and it all looks skew-whiff. Look at your posture. Why is it

:02:20. > :02:26.twisted? Look, look. He is kicking me with his knee. I'm being bruised

:02:27. > :02:29.everywhere. You need shin pads. Today is about fine-tuning the

:02:30. > :02:34.brain. It is a big test. The waltz is a slow dance. Any mistakes will

:02:35. > :02:39.be seen. We are dancing the salsa. Hopefully

:02:40. > :02:43.I can get a little bit of movement, the shoulder rolling and stuff.

:02:44. > :02:49.Yeah, I mean, this is all knew to me It is like learning to flipping

:02:50. > :02:54.walk. Ben has to push himself further. More hip rotation, body

:02:55. > :02:59.action, faster feed, quicker line. Don't get lazy. . My big bottom is

:03:00. > :03:04.moving. The hips are moving a bit. I'm trying to loosen them up. . It

:03:05. > :03:09.is a social dance. There is not many rules. You can go for it and have

:03:10. > :03:16.fun. Fingers cross it'll be good at the weekend. Dancing the foxtrot, it

:03:17. > :03:20.is proper Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers' territory. A good foxtrot is

:03:21. > :03:25.of the position the lady holds, you should be telling a ro man take

:03:26. > :03:32.story. Six, seven, eight. There is so much that has to be happening

:03:33. > :03:36.with your feet and hips. It's a tricky dance, the foxtrot in

:03:37. > :03:40.terms of the technical side of things. But I'm excited. I think it

:03:41. > :03:44.is going to be a very good dance for her. Good job, Batman.

:03:45. > :03:53.Stylisticically I think it is gorgeous, so I know where we are

:03:54. > :03:59.aiming. I just don't know if I'll achieve it. Welcome Sophie and

:04:00. > :04:02.Brendan. A superb samba from Sophie on Saturday. You didn't look like

:04:03. > :04:06.you broke into a sweat. I love the way you look so cool when you do the

:04:07. > :04:10.dances. Did you enjoy yourself? I enjoyed it when we were dancing it.

:04:11. > :04:16.I stressed about it all week. It was the hardest dance for me, so far.

:04:17. > :04:21.Why was it so hard? It is a really tricky technique, isn't it, samba?

:04:22. > :04:24.Yeah. I could have done with a couple more days on it, really. I

:04:25. > :04:28.felt we were using the last couple of days in the studio getting it

:04:29. > :04:31.ready. So feeling not quite as prepared. There is a will the going

:04:32. > :04:37.on all the time. It is very technical. Tonnes to remember. It

:04:38. > :04:43.gets harder and harder. Wait until it gets to two dances. Panic. You

:04:44. > :04:47.meany, you made her do all those moves facing the judges. That must

:04:48. > :04:52.have been terrifying. Although she did it superbly. I have faith in

:04:53. > :04:58.Sophie. She is a lovely dancer. She has a natural feel for that. Look at

:04:59. > :05:01.that. Go on, girl. Challenge them. They are not here to

:05:02. > :05:05.have a nice little holiday. They are here to really enjoy the experience

:05:06. > :05:09.and get involved in it. I never push her too hard but I want to see where

:05:10. > :05:13.the limit is, if you know what I mean. I'm liking it. How was it for

:05:14. > :05:17.you to dance your wedding dance in front of millions of people

:05:18. > :05:23.watching, with a man who is not your husband? A little bit strange! The

:05:24. > :05:27.twisted folk. Richard really enjoyed it. He had come along to the

:05:28. > :05:33.training. It is a song I love. It really helps if you love the song

:05:34. > :05:37.when you dance with it. Of I I took strength from that. If you love the

:05:38. > :05:44.song, costume and partner, it is perfect. Two out of three ain't bad.

:05:45. > :05:50.We can only hope. Another mishap on rehearsals on Saturday, I hear. What

:05:51. > :05:53.happened this time? Oh, yeah. Well, the thing that everybody doesn't

:05:54. > :05:58.want to happen, falling over when you are dancing. I got my heel

:05:59. > :06:02.spectacularly caught in my frock and went down not once but twice because

:06:03. > :06:06.I couldn't get it out and landed on my bum. Dress rehearsal is the last

:06:07. > :06:11.chance you get before the live show, you want it to go smoothly otherwise

:06:12. > :06:15.you have uts do. The fact -- you have doubts.

:06:16. > :06:18.The fact that it didn't go as smoothly as planned shows how much

:06:19. > :06:24.she is loving it and getting involved. She is like - never mind,

:06:25. > :06:33.I'm getting back on it. I got out of doing the samba rolls. Hats off to

:06:34. > :06:43.you, ole king kole. You put all of Len's favourite hits, we had core at

:06:44. > :06:47.that backyas, and -- cortajackas and other moves. It is a great

:06:48. > :06:52.opportunity for us, the pros to do what we think is best for our

:06:53. > :06:55.partners. If we can find something in the mix which looks great and is

:06:56. > :07:00.also technical and gives them a challenge. I liked the choreography.

:07:01. > :07:04.It is a winner, showing off Sophie's ability but also in the training

:07:05. > :07:09.room showing off your ability to impersonate a woman. Have a look.

:07:10. > :07:13.Oh, no. We are here to play tennis, be the

:07:14. > :07:19.elegant sexy woman you are going to be.

:07:20. > :07:29.It looks a bit funny when I do it because I'm a burly, steely bloke.

:07:30. > :07:32.You are looking good. I'm jealous I'm not doing this, to

:07:33. > :07:47.be honest, as feminine as it is. Is that harder in heels? Not really.

:07:48. > :07:56.Do I look like I have ever worn heels? Anybody who has photographs

:07:57. > :08:00.of Brendan Cole wearing women's heels send them in. Foxtrot this

:08:01. > :08:05.week for you. How is it going? You have an amazing piece of music. We

:08:06. > :08:11.can play it as we chat. Cheek to Cheek. Are you in heaven? Are you

:08:12. > :08:18.loving it? I'm chuffed. It is a lovely dance. My granny, Sybil is

:08:19. > :08:24.coming on Saturday. I'm happy that she will see this. It is proper Fred

:08:25. > :08:30.and Ginger territory. I have heard, also, you are keeping it simple. But

:08:31. > :08:33.knowing you it won't be that simple? It is not simple. It is a difficult,

:08:34. > :08:39.tricky routine but like I said, I want the best and I think this week,

:08:40. > :08:43.we could have it. #2k3w50d luck. I'm -- good luck. I'm sure granny Sybil

:08:44. > :08:49.will love it. Thank you. Back it the training room

:08:50. > :08:52.-- back to the training rooms to see how Abbey, Deborah and Rachel are

:08:53. > :08:56.getting on. This week I'm dancing the tanning

:08:57. > :09:00.yoe. It is very strong and passionate. The only bit I'm

:09:01. > :09:04.concerned about is giving it fierce attitude. I have the Gibbs.

:09:05. > :09:12.LAUGHTER What is funny?

:09:13. > :09:16.-- I have the giggles. I couldn't stop laughing. I think he

:09:17. > :09:21.was getting annoyed with me. Come on, focus. Be dead serious. I

:09:22. > :09:24.really, really need to go out there on Saturday and prove I can be this

:09:25. > :09:33.strong, fierce woman. I'm dancing the jive. It is full of

:09:34. > :09:40.loads and loads of steps. Step, knee, knee, step, hold.

:09:41. > :09:44.Two, three. I am finding the jive steps very, very difficult to pick

:09:45. > :09:49.up. Two, three, four, five, six. One of

:09:50. > :09:54.the biggest challenges is that it is really fast I actually have to work

:09:55. > :09:59.hard at it. I have to think about things. Two, three, four, it's not

:10:00. > :10:03.hard. Got T I learn my routines by thinking about them, not just doing

:10:04. > :10:10.them. -- got it. Knee up. And then kick. ! This week

:10:11. > :10:16.Pasha and I are dancing the quickstep, unsurprisingly, it is

:10:17. > :10:20.very, very quick. I want us flying, right from the start. Flying across

:10:21. > :10:24.the floor. The good thing about the quickstep is a lot is in hold. I'm

:10:25. > :10:28.going back to my original plan - hang on to Pasha and find out what

:10:29. > :10:34.happens. If it is uncomfortable, it means you are in the right place.

:10:35. > :10:41.Don't hang on to me. Fly away. She needs, speed, stamina and lightning

:10:42. > :10:45.reactions. It is really hard. I have to really concentrate to bring it on

:10:46. > :10:50.Saturday night. Love that - fly away, it's time.

:10:51. > :10:55.Welcome Rachel and Pasha. Oh, dear. We'll talk about this week

:10:56. > :10:58.in a moment but clever cats, you weren't looking forward to the

:10:59. > :11:04.cha-cha-cha and look what happened, you went out and got 27. Brilliant

:11:05. > :11:10.Yes. I was pleased. Much better than the salsa. Utter relief. Bless you.

:11:11. > :11:13.There was r sort of like a Samsonesque transformation. I don't

:11:14. > :11:17.know whether it was the hair extensions, which equals power. Did

:11:18. > :11:21.that give you a character to pretend to be? It was weird. I didn't feel

:11:22. > :11:25.like myself. As soon as I had that hair - I have never had hair that

:11:26. > :11:30.long, I was doing all that. Even when they took it out, I was still

:11:31. > :11:34.going. Have you kept in it in a box under your bed? No, they went back.

:11:35. > :11:39.Zbloo that would be weird. -- That would be weird. You had double

:11:40. > :11:44.Latins. Was it great it see Rachel finally got it? It was great to have

:11:45. > :11:48.two Latin dances, we had to build on one after the other. The whole

:11:49. > :11:51.thing, the character, the dress, the hair, I think it helped Rachael a

:11:52. > :11:56.lot to get into the cha-cha mode. You went from 20 to 27. You saw

:11:57. > :12:00.improvement in your girl. It was amazing improvement. I think

:12:01. > :12:04.that's what it is call about anyway. Giving little tasks and pushing them

:12:05. > :12:09.a little bit every single time. Did you feel the tingles that Bruno was

:12:10. > :12:14.going on about? I'm not sure what they were, but I definitely have to

:12:15. > :12:18.get into cha-cha, sexy mode. I took myself into the zone before I went

:12:19. > :12:23.on and ignored everything else and tried to focus. It worked. Len could

:12:24. > :12:28.not stop going on about your bionic bum. I'm in the really sure - I fell

:12:29. > :12:34.on it today, it feels nice and soft. No metal in there. You were limping

:12:35. > :12:40.in. What have you done? Well, bionic bum or not, it is your treat that

:12:41. > :12:47.need a little bit of tlc. Have a little peek. The modern torture

:12:48. > :12:52.twice of modern dancing. Every time Rachael wears them she gets nasty,

:12:53. > :13:01.nasty blisters. I'm getting another blister. ! Shoes verses ravel. 1-0.

:13:02. > :13:05.Shoes are winning. Blister again in my ballroom shoes. Straight out of

:13:06. > :13:13.them, straight into my slippers. Really? Looking good to move.

:13:14. > :13:17.Comfie. Are you going to dance on the show in your heels? Not if I can

:13:18. > :13:21.get away with slippers. I shi you should have a matching

:13:22. > :13:25.pair. -- I think. That would be cool. We can slide

:13:26. > :13:29.across the floor. This week it is ballroom. You were saying in the

:13:30. > :13:35.training bit, you just want to hang on to Pasha. It's the quickstep. How

:13:36. > :13:39.is it? I can see why they called it the quickstep. Everyone always says

:13:40. > :13:43.that - the clue is in the title! It's not that it is quick, but it is

:13:44. > :13:48.quick, and because it is quick, you can fit at least three times more

:13:49. > :13:52.steps in, so so many more steps sto remember, and -- steps to remember.

:13:53. > :13:55.And to count. Talking about counting, which obviously you should

:13:56. > :13:59.be brilliant at. Because you are a mathematical genius but you have

:14:00. > :14:04.discovered something about Rachel this week. Great with big sums, got

:14:05. > :14:12.a problem with... Left and right. Nightmare with dancing. Spachl

:14:13. > :14:19.awareness. Can I just get over this, no-one has noticed yet Can you put L

:14:20. > :14:25.and R on her feet? We don't want her looking down. Let's hear your music.

:14:26. > :14:32.A great track. Johnny Got A Boom Boom.

:14:33. > :14:37.Pasha has a Boom Boom as well. What? You have had great success with

:14:38. > :14:41.Kimberly and Chelsea. How is it working out? Are you pleased? As

:14:42. > :14:46.usual, I put too much content into the quickstep so judges cannot

:14:47. > :14:51.say... It is amazing, I love T when he does it by himself, it looks

:14:52. > :14:55.brilliant. Whapts when you step in -- what happens? When Pasha does it

:14:56. > :15:00.by himself, it looks brilliant. Have some faith in yourself. You needed

:15:01. > :15:04.to build up some stamina. It is so fast. I believe you got sent out to

:15:05. > :15:10.do some sport this week. We played squash. Do you play it normally? I

:15:11. > :15:17.love it. Are you any good? Not bad but I haven't played for ages. He

:15:18. > :15:25.keeps me busy. Who won the squash? Oh, yes, come on, Rachel. How can

:15:26. > :15:29.you ensure your confidence stays up this week? I've loved T I couldn't

:15:30. > :15:33.wait to get back to the ballroom. I love quickstep. I just wish we had a

:15:34. > :15:37.joker card to play to have a bit longer, maybe next week. By Saturday

:15:38. > :15:42.it will be awesome. Another day and a week! I can't give you that. Good

:15:43. > :15:44.luck this weekend. Rachel and Paddy Ashdownia.

:15:45. > :15:50.Let's head back to the training room to check up on some more of our

:15:51. > :15:57.celebrities. This week we are dancing the

:15:58. > :16:01.cha-cha. It's been pretty tricky. Cha-cha is a very energetic dance,

:16:02. > :16:12.but there has to be a connection between two people. How am I getting

:16:13. > :16:16.confused? ? What happens is sometimes I can follow it and

:16:17. > :16:20.sometimes it is slightly tricky. When you are with me, it is easier.

:16:21. > :16:25.I can't remember that bit. She said - do it together and it will be

:16:26. > :16:31.easier. When she did, it was a bit of a Eureka. It was great fun! And

:16:32. > :16:35.dancing the rumba, and Anton is throwing me about the stage a little

:16:36. > :16:44.bit. It is an upbeat sort of fun, rum BA we are going to have some fun

:16:45. > :16:48.with it. . We do a couple of big, crowd-pleasing manoeuvres I'm loving

:16:49. > :16:52.the rumba but I'm finding it incredibly painful. I'm covered in

:16:53. > :16:56.bruises. My wrist yesterday and my ankle today. There is a trick to

:16:57. > :17:01.being thrown around in the rumba and that's the core strength you need.

:17:02. > :17:05.That is the bit I'm stumbling with at the moment. The rumba is the most

:17:06. > :17:10.dangerous dance I have done. I hope it is worth it in the end. This

:17:11. > :17:15.weekend I'm doing a salsa. Very excited. I have always wanted to

:17:16. > :17:20.learn it. I think Julien is going to do really well. He has a natural,

:17:21. > :17:26.little, funny grove going on. Don't laugh. Things which look easy never

:17:27. > :17:31.are. There is a lot of arm and twists and turns in it.

:17:32. > :17:36.And we shimmy a lot. I'm going to teach Julien how to properly shimmy.

:17:37. > :17:42.Salsa is a dance of lots of timing and so on. I need to focus on those

:17:43. > :17:46.points and enjoy myself. This week we are dancing the

:17:47. > :17:52.quickstep. At the moment it is all a bit frantic.

:17:53. > :17:56.Just skipping along. It's impossible. Quickstep is probably

:17:57. > :18:01.the hardest one out of all ballroom dances. Your timing has to be really

:18:02. > :18:07.good. Things can go wrong in many, many places. More practice is needed

:18:08. > :18:12.and crossed fingers. I literally feel a bit faint.

:18:13. > :18:17.Today we had to finish rehearsal early because of the pain that

:18:18. > :18:21.Natalie had in her back. It is quite nerve-wrecking. If it is serious,

:18:22. > :18:26.she might not be able to continue. Poor Natalie. She has really been

:18:27. > :18:29.struggling with a back injury. She has missed out on training. She is

:18:30. > :18:34.going to the doctors and we will have more of an update from Natalie

:18:35. > :18:41.herself on tomorrow's show. Fingers crossed she will be OK. Time for my

:18:42. > :18:46.one of my favourite parts of the show, where I get a peek at the

:18:47. > :18:50.costumes. Welcome back Vicky Gill. We are four weeks into the

:18:51. > :18:54.competition. At this point, to make it clear, how many costumes do you

:18:55. > :18:59.thou I this you have designed and made this series so far? -- do you

:19:00. > :19:04.think? About 250. All on her own! No, no, no. Incredible. It is the

:19:05. > :19:08.fourth year of you being head of costume. Do you ever run out of

:19:09. > :19:12.idea? Or is your brain crammed with them? Ideas is not a problem. It is

:19:13. > :19:16.how we get through the week and think - are we going to make the

:19:17. > :19:20.live and get everything finished. The creative, that's the fun bit. It

:19:21. > :19:24.flows. Let's talk about this week. Walk with me.

:19:25. > :19:29.If I do this, imagine what that dress is going to look like? Who is

:19:30. > :19:35.going to be wearing this? Susannah. She is doing the samba. With Kevin

:19:36. > :19:41.from Grimsby. He is in tonight, by the way.

:19:42. > :19:45.Moving with Indiana Jones' theme. An Indiana Jones' them to this. Very

:19:46. > :19:52.excited. Is it going to have a whip? Maybe. And a hat. Talk me through

:19:53. > :19:57.the design of this. We went with a chocolate brown base but to liven it

:19:58. > :20:01.up we created an Aztec print all done by hand by the wonderful

:20:02. > :20:05.stoning and embellishment department. I like that grand title

:20:06. > :20:12.as well. I think the colours are rat great.

:20:13. > :20:16.We have mat crystals - AB crystals, that's what they are called. The

:20:17. > :20:20.official title. So we get lots of shine. The fringing, of course -

:20:21. > :20:25.this gets cut once Susannah is wearing the dress. On Friday we will

:20:26. > :20:30.do our fitting and I'm 100% sure that the skirt, the hemline will

:20:31. > :20:35.come up. Hopefully we'll reveal more cover from the underskirt. And it'll

:20:36. > :20:41.swish. As the weeks go on, the ladies get more confident and the

:20:42. > :20:45.dresses get shorter. Look at this. This is Fiona's. It is work in

:20:46. > :20:50.progress. We are going to do our fitting again tomorrow. She is doing

:20:51. > :20:55.a rumba She will decide, really, how high she would like the splits to go

:20:56. > :20:59.on the side. How much leg to show on the centre front. You will have to

:21:00. > :21:03.watch this space to see how much is revealed. Remember it now. When you

:21:04. > :21:08.see it on Saturday it might be tucked in more and up She has lovely

:21:09. > :21:11.pins. Let's talk about Deborah. I loved her quickstep dress on

:21:12. > :21:17.Saturday. Is she was one of my favourites. This week she is doing a

:21:18. > :21:21.jive to Bucks Fizz Making Your Mind Up. I think we all know what is

:21:22. > :21:27.going to happen. We are going to have the big rip-off. Fantastic.

:21:28. > :21:32.What is your frock like? We'll start with a red number. The neckline and

:21:33. > :21:38.silhouette will be there to make her feel comfortable. I hope when she

:21:39. > :21:43.does her fitting, she will be happy. When she does the reveal, it'll up

:21:44. > :21:48.to her whether she will have silver hotpants or a frilly skirt. Abbey is

:21:49. > :21:53.doing a tango. We have two red dresses here. On the live it'll not

:21:54. > :21:59.be so red, within the show. Abbey's dress is quite sheer with a crystal

:22:00. > :22:05.underbody. Strictly Sparkle is not too far away. They will be dance g

:22:06. > :22:12.to a number which was the inspiration to the beginnings. I

:22:13. > :22:15.like the back Very low. Two high splits over each leg. Although it

:22:16. > :22:19.looks covered at the moment I'm sure when you see it... Her lovely long

:22:20. > :22:23.pins will come out. I have heard Ben, very kroe. That is he a all I

:22:24. > :22:28.needed to know. That means something is coming off. -- velcro. There will

:22:29. > :22:34.be a reveal of sorts. Watch this space. Mark, more the excitingly is

:22:35. > :22:38.dancing to MC Hammer. We definitely have Hammer pants. Whether they are

:22:39. > :22:42.gold or black we will have to wait and see. I love this show.

:22:43. > :22:48.Fantastic, you are doing an amazing job.

:22:49. > :22:55.Give it up for Vice Gill. We -- Vice Gill. We know some of our

:22:56. > :22:58.celebrities are working hard but do they know what they are doing? This

:22:59. > :23:03.week we will be dancing the Choo cha. It is good fun, a fun routine.

:23:04. > :23:07.-- cha-cha. I was made for cha-cha. You were made for dancing. I'm

:23:08. > :23:13.struggling getting the timing of steps.

:23:14. > :23:17.He has really connected to this dance. We are just having a great

:23:18. > :23:21.time learning it. That's what you want to see. That'sm not very fast,

:23:22. > :23:25.is it? Although it is really complicated. I'm enjoying it. I

:23:26. > :23:32.wouldn't describe it as a straight cha-cha. Yvette at that has put a

:23:33. > :23:35.couple of other bits in that hopefully the audience will really

:23:36. > :23:43.enjoy. We are dancing the samba.

:23:44. > :23:48.This is in your face, party, Latin, shake everything you have got kind

:23:49. > :23:54.of dance. Oh, I can't do that I'm terrified by the samba. Silly. There

:23:55. > :24:00.is a lot of rotating of the hips. At times it can be close and intimate.

:24:01. > :24:04.At other times you are on your own. There is nothing about it that

:24:05. > :24:08.doesn't frighten the life out of me. It is notoriously difficult. We have

:24:09. > :24:16.a lot of work to do. Snooft it stresses me out slight. I'm not sure

:24:17. > :24:21.I can pull it off. Karen and I will be dancing the waltz. Sometimes it

:24:22. > :24:26.is a cacophony of confusion. Look at me, don't look at me. I never told

:24:27. > :24:29.you to look away. We have to work on our technique and posture. You are

:24:30. > :24:33.driving like a madman. I do not want to be a passenger. She has got cross

:24:34. > :24:39.with me a few times but justified. She cares. The waltz has to be

:24:40. > :24:44.accurate. She relies on me having a nice frame. A nice frame, where is

:24:45. > :24:48.your frame? Where you are your frame? I'm making sure he has

:24:49. > :24:49.everything from his finger nails to his toes, everything has to be

:24:50. > :25:03.perfect. Dave and Karen.p

:25:04. > :25:07.We love it, we love it. I love it so much. A beautiful whistle you are

:25:08. > :25:11.wearing. I think the waltz. I'm trying to improve my posture and

:25:12. > :25:17.live this dance. I feel a suit is quite appropriate for tonight. Very.

:25:18. > :25:21.Look, I'm sitting up straight. We are all being good. Let's talk about

:25:22. > :25:25.the paso doble. Everybody loved it on Saturday night. How did you enjoy

:25:26. > :25:29.it? We loved it, didn't we? It was brilliant. We did it with passion.

:25:30. > :25:33.Tried to give it everything we could. We got those messages from

:25:34. > :25:37.Meatloaf as well in the morning. That was the best, you know. What

:25:38. > :25:41.did he say? Well, he wished us luck. I tweeted back, "If I can do the

:25:42. > :25:48.dance with 10% of the passion you have, I have it made." He said,

:25:49. > :25:53."Dave, (he said) well, he didn't say Dave, he didn't know my name. He

:25:54. > :26:00.said - get into character forget you you are ""I did. I imagined I was a

:26:01. > :26:05.rhinoceros that was transfused with Steven Siegal's blood and went out

:26:06. > :26:09.there like an endangered species. I'm still catching up with that. It

:26:10. > :26:14.worked. Glorious. Before you went on to do the dance, Karen, we picked up

:26:15. > :26:20.on your microphone, obviously everyone is listening to you 24/7.

:26:21. > :26:23.You said, "This is going to be epic." It was. The audience and

:26:24. > :26:27.everyone at home loved T you go to the judges and they are critical.

:26:28. > :26:31.How confusing is that? Well, we are not confused. The judges - I love

:26:32. > :26:35.the judges but they are a bit confusing sometimes. I mean

:26:36. > :26:44.everybody loved it. I mean this one, he was out there for blood. He was.

:26:45. > :26:49.That face again. He was scared half of the time. All of a sudden I

:26:50. > :26:55.thought I was doing faces as well. I was attacking him as well. Help me?

:26:56. > :27:01.We were violent to each other. I feel like I'm at the zoo. It's

:27:02. > :27:07.brilliant. A mat adore, you are trying to kill a bull. ! Well, Len

:27:08. > :27:12.said watching it. He said it was like being waxed. Seems cruel.

:27:13. > :27:17.Smooth. When you have worked so hard, does it hurt to get comments

:27:18. > :27:21.like that? Were you disappointed? I was gutted, not disappointed. On the

:27:22. > :27:25.other hand, it was the ovation that we got from the audience. They said

:27:26. > :27:31.on the show it was one of the biggest standing ovations e they had

:27:32. > :27:35.had on Strictly. -- ovations they'd had. We were ten feet high. Nobody

:27:36. > :27:39.is going to take us down. You have to look at Bruno watching you.

:27:40. > :27:44.He looks like he is in some sort of pain. Have a look. I think he

:27:45. > :27:50.swallowed a fly there. I love Darcey's face as well. Suddenly, off

:27:51. > :27:54.he goes. But, Craig, look how seriously Craig is taking the whole

:27:55. > :27:59.thing. What is he like? Anyway, the great thing s we come back to Len

:28:00. > :28:07.and he says People's Champ Yorks, positive, hooray. -- people's

:28:08. > :28:11.champion. He has said some brilliant things. The American smooth. He said

:28:12. > :28:19.it was like a budget airline, we are bumpy in the air but we get there in

:28:20. > :28:25.the end. A change of pays from paso to waltz. -- pace.

:28:26. > :28:32.You are getting there. This is your paso face. It has to turn into a

:28:33. > :28:36.happy face. Paso face, happy face. Paso face, happy face. Paso face,

:28:37. > :28:44.happy, waltzy face. Good.

:28:45. > :28:50.LAUGHS I love it. Happy waltzy face is so

:28:51. > :28:56.good. Happy face. You are dancing to the Eagles, which we can hear.

:28:57. > :29:01.How is it going to be for you on Saturday, Dave? Is it going to be a

:29:02. > :29:05.good one for you? Do you feel it? I do. We have kind of cracked it. I'm

:29:06. > :29:13.walking upright for the first time in 35 years. She has made know ander

:29:14. > :29:18.tal man stand up. -- made knee ander tal man stand up. It is a work in

:29:19. > :29:22.progress. Every day he is progressing. Small steps make big

:29:23. > :29:28.victories. How will you make the judges say more positive things? Do

:29:29. > :29:34.you think this week will be it? I think we can turn the judges around

:29:35. > :29:38.this week. He has got - we have been workings. We are out of time I'm so

:29:39. > :29:42.sorry. We have been working really hard.

:29:43. > :29:47.Good luck, Dave and Karen. It gets to you after a while, this show.

:29:48. > :29:51.Join me tomorrow here at 6.30pm. Ashley and hola and Deborah and

:29:52. > :29:58.Robin. And we'll catch up with Artem. Plus a Friday Panel which

:29:59. > :30:00.features Jenny Faulkner, Tom Fletcher from McFly and Christopher
