:00:07. > :00:13.Hello and welcome to Tuesday's It Takes Two. Tonight, she nearly faced
:00:14. > :00:19.the final countdown but stole the show in the dance-off, Rachel and
:00:20. > :00:24.Pasha are here. He came out all guns blazing with a spicy salsa, it's Ben
:00:25. > :00:29.and Kristina. She's back with a mission, to make a dance dream come
:00:30. > :00:34.true, it's the gorgeous Natalie Lowe. And keeping the choreography
:00:35. > :00:44.corner shop open while Karen is away, it's Vincent and Flavia. Oh!
:00:45. > :01:24.Old friends. This is Strictly: It Takes Two.
:01:25. > :01:36.From London, this is Strictly: It Takes Two. Please welcome your host,
:01:37. > :01:39.Zoe Ball. Hello and welcome to It Takes Two,
:01:40. > :01:43.another Saturday gone and it's onwards and hopefully upwards as our
:01:44. > :01:47.couples prepare for their next dance, hoping for a reversal in
:01:48. > :01:51.fortune after finding themselves in the bottom two for the first time
:01:52. > :01:56.are Rachel and Pasha. Here's a reminder of what happened.
:01:57. > :02:03.Rachel, you tricky girl. You just about got away with it. You started
:02:04. > :02:09.off terrific. I thought this is going to be your best dance. As it
:02:10. > :02:14.went on you lost posture a bit. Work on the control. Control and
:02:15. > :02:18.strength. That was hard and you did a very good job, strengthen that
:02:19. > :02:28.core and everything will have much more improvement. We got through
:02:29. > :02:31.learning steps before we got time to polish. That's the nature of
:02:32. > :02:37.Strictly. You get a few days and you are out there in front of millions.
:02:38. > :02:44.We will find out which of you will be back to dance next week. Rachel
:02:45. > :02:54.and Pasha. Rachel and Pasha. Rachel and Pasha. Please welcome Rachel and
:02:55. > :02:59.Pasha. We're back! Thank goodness for that. You made it through after
:03:00. > :03:03.the bottom two shocker. Were you as shocked as we were watching at home?
:03:04. > :03:08.I saw my Strictly life flash before my eyes, I thought we were going
:03:09. > :03:12.home. She was like, I don't want to go home. You have to go home tonight
:03:13. > :03:16.anyway! You don't want to go home, home. We are laughing at your
:03:17. > :03:20.serious face waiting for the results. I can be serious sometimes.
:03:21. > :03:26.It's a serious business. It's horrible. We can see how emotional
:03:27. > :03:30.you were, first after the dance-off and then getting the vote to go
:03:31. > :03:35.through. How much did it mean to stay in the competition? I wasn't
:03:36. > :03:39.expecting it. I know what we have coming up, there's so many more
:03:40. > :03:44.dances I want to do and I felt like I let him down because I did a bad
:03:45. > :03:47.performance on the night and I was gutted. I am loving it so much, it's
:03:48. > :03:51.taking over everything. I have fallen in love with it, I have the
:03:52. > :03:55.bug and couldn't imagine going home so soon. You didn't want it to be
:03:56. > :03:59.over yet. What happened, why do you think you were in the bottom two?
:04:00. > :04:05.Well, I guess there are a lot of reasons. Starting with me doing
:04:06. > :04:10.choreography, making it very, very difficult. You see he's admitted it,
:04:11. > :04:15.difficult choreography. You obviously think Rachel is capable of
:04:16. > :04:20.dancing that. It's all about... I could do it, it was a bit hit and
:04:21. > :04:25.miss. It's about the limit every week. If you dance something simple,
:04:26. > :04:30.it's good. There is no challenge. She's capable of pulling it off. I
:04:31. > :04:35.absolutely loved it. It was beautiful to watch. We loved the
:04:36. > :04:44.outfits, we loved you doing a bit of acting, being Bonnie and Clyde? I
:04:45. > :04:49.loved the choreography, we were bank robbers, being sneaky and dancing
:04:50. > :04:54.and twirling. Good acting. Then acting out a little bit in training,
:04:55. > :05:01.as well. Look at this. What did you do now? I have no idea.
:05:02. > :05:11.That's an original approach to the quick-step. I have been practising
:05:12. > :05:19.that one. I like that you have every time with every dance your own
:05:20. > :05:29.version going. Something for me to look at.
:05:30. > :05:38.I want to get that in somewhere. Pasha taught me that. That's what we
:05:39. > :05:43.have been doing in training. We should put that into the routine.
:05:44. > :05:50.Dave already took it. Dave used that move. It's all right. Will you take
:05:51. > :05:58.any of Rachel's moves into your choreography? The paso. Does it have
:05:59. > :06:03.a name? We will give it one. The Dave. So you are doing the paso this
:06:04. > :06:08.week, how is it going in the training? I love it. It's just my
:06:09. > :06:16.favourite dance to watch on Strictly. I adore it and we have a
:06:17. > :06:20.man-eater. I am the man. OK. There are elements of anger and aggression
:06:21. > :06:24.in this fiery dance. Is there anything from the weekend you can
:06:25. > :06:28.use in that dance? Yeah, it was quite traumatic for me, I have to
:06:29. > :06:32.say, and I needed a good liedown in a dark room and we went strain --
:06:33. > :06:36.training the next day and I did bring that and focus and try and get
:06:37. > :06:52.the character in and get everything together. I think it's working. Good
:06:53. > :06:57.luck this week. Rachel and Pasha! So with cars, canes, costume reveals
:06:58. > :07:01.and a bottom slap the weekend's choreography could not have been
:07:02. > :07:07.more packed. With Karen away we thought we would need twice the
:07:08. > :07:10.help. How we have missed those faces!
:07:11. > :07:18.Please welcome back Vincent and Flavia! Can I just say it is so good
:07:19. > :07:22.to see you back. We have missed you so much. Are you missing us? Of
:07:23. > :07:28.course we are. Absolutely. It's impossible not to. I am missing
:07:29. > :07:32.myself so much Can't bear it. He has been looking at himself on camera,
:07:33. > :07:35.going I look so good. How can that be possible? What do you think of
:07:36. > :07:41.the line-up of celebrities? Really good. Every year they're getting
:07:42. > :07:45.better. The girls are up there. Yeah. I am planning to come back
:07:46. > :07:52.next year as a celebrity. Flavia can be my partner. The level is there,
:07:53. > :07:57.you know. Let's talk about the saved couple. Rachel and Pasha and the
:07:58. > :08:00.quick-step. Len and Bruno said the performance had plenty of content
:08:01. > :08:08.but lacked quality. What steps did you notice? Absolutely. It was a
:08:09. > :08:12.routine I would say was hoppety-skippety. One side that we
:08:13. > :08:15.have. There wasn't a lot of swing action. When it's a complicated
:08:16. > :08:20.routine you are going to lose a little bit of quality of the
:08:21. > :08:23.posture. And the footwork and things like that. That's really what
:08:24. > :08:27.happened. It was a very tricky routine. She did well to keep up but
:08:28. > :08:34.you are going to lose on posture and things like that, I think that's
:08:35. > :08:48.what happened. I agree. Just saying, hashtag! Natalie and Artem. They
:08:49. > :08:55.loved t fusion. She's amazing. She could be the best celebrity we ever
:08:56. > :08:59.had on Strictly. In a way Artem has a hard job, he can do almost
:09:00. > :09:06.anything with her. Brilliant. I am happy that you are here, Vincent.
:09:07. > :09:10.Brilliant. Fiona and Anton and the rumba. She struggled with balance
:09:11. > :09:15.and fluidity here. What did you think? We all know now that the
:09:16. > :09:18.slower dances are the hardest. The rumba for the ladies is very
:09:19. > :09:21.difficult. I like the way she was straightening her legs on every step
:09:22. > :09:27.which is a difficult thing for girls to do. She has a natural ability to
:09:28. > :09:30.do that. To get that stability on her feet she needs to use the floor
:09:31. > :09:33.more. We have to glide our feet and keep toes in contact with the floor
:09:34. > :09:36.all the time. What was happening she was stepping and picking the foot
:09:37. > :09:42.off the floor like you would normally when you walk. That makes
:09:43. > :09:47.it slightly an uneven flow to it. She needs to make sure she knows the
:09:48. > :09:52.ground is going to be her best friend and ruse it with -- use it
:09:53. > :09:58.with her feet. OK, enough now! Ask me something. Is the - it is the
:09:59. > :10:04.dance of love, Vincent, which is up your street. Let's remember how well
:10:05. > :10:08.you did with Rachel. Let's not! Why is this a special dance? Because I
:10:09. > :10:14.usually get involved when it comes to the rumba situation. I have to
:10:15. > :10:19.say with them I didn't really feel the love. Everything was too fast
:10:20. > :10:25.and the rumba is a beautiful dance when it's really slow so you can see
:10:26. > :10:35.the details. I love that. I love that. With that fine Italian face.
:10:36. > :10:40.Let's talk about Ashley and Ola. How do you think he could have given
:10:41. > :10:44.this waltz more? It looked beautiful, he looks great. It was
:10:45. > :10:50.fluid and elegant. The problem he has, which is actually quite a good
:10:51. > :10:56.problem is he is back-weighted, so to get that drive you need to see in
:10:57. > :11:00.most ballroom dances, you need to drive and move more. It needs to
:11:01. > :11:07.come from the hips. Can you demonstrate for us? It's exciting!
:11:08. > :11:12.Let's do it together. You will feel left out. Warming up! You will
:11:13. > :11:16.complain otherwise. We dance with our knees flexed which gives us a
:11:17. > :11:22.small base. The knees come together which allow us to work our tops away
:11:23. > :11:26.from each other which gives a beautiful topline. Most guys tend to
:11:27. > :11:30.be forward-weighted and have hips back. What happens is your hips, you
:11:31. > :11:37.can see they're restricted. You can't get basically this leg swing
:11:38. > :11:41.which is what we want. In Ashley's case he is back-weighted. Even
:11:42. > :11:48.though that's good because it's creating this big topline... And
:11:49. > :11:53.also is having a lovely moment. It's restricting his hip flex. That's
:11:54. > :11:57.what I would have liked to have seen more power, more movement. But
:11:58. > :12:06.that's to be so that the hips are neutral so that you can really swing
:12:07. > :12:10.the leg. It all makes perfect sense. I love it. I enjoyed that so much.
:12:11. > :12:16.Will you come back for a second helping? I will, not sure about
:12:17. > :12:19.Flavia. APPLAUSE AND CHEERING
:12:20. > :12:23.How we missed them. On Saturday Ben proved he could more than handle the
:12:24. > :12:28.salsa and drove the judges crazy scoring his highest marks yet. He
:12:29. > :12:35.will be here in a moment with Kristina. In case you missed it here
:12:36. > :12:50.is a quick recap. Dirty, oiled mechanic. It's ticking every box.
:12:51. > :12:58.You are having fun, I love it! Surprisingly smooth for such a big
:12:59. > :13:07.Brucer. -- bruiser. You have the guns and now you have the
:13:08. > :13:17.ammunition, that was terrific. Yeah, not one, not two, three 8s! I think
:13:18. > :13:24.it's safe to say Kristina is quite excited. From now on he will be
:13:25. > :13:30.known as snake-hips Cohen. Never going to live that down. You were
:13:31. > :13:35.brilliant at ballroom, then you do a brilliant rumba and salsa. You are
:13:36. > :13:39.like Latin lover. How pleased were you with Saturday? It was hard work
:13:40. > :13:44.last week. It was great. I enjoyed it. It was fantastic. I felt more at
:13:45. > :13:49.home chucking someone around, poor Kristina. I have bruises everywhere.
:13:50. > :13:53.Were you in fear of your life, because some moves were incredible.
:13:54. > :13:59.He whipped you around and your teeth were that far from the floor. I am a
:14:00. > :14:03.bit out there person, you know, and I realised he can handle all those
:14:04. > :14:07.tricks. He didn't drop me once in rehearsals. We did them over and
:14:08. > :14:15.over again. He was amazing with that. Well done. Thank you. Did you
:14:16. > :14:18.imagine she was a rugby ball? I thought it's easier to catch. This
:14:19. > :14:23.is true. You didn't even drop her once, impressive. Obviously to go
:14:24. > :14:27.from 28 the week before up to 31, you must have both been pleased?
:14:28. > :14:34.Yes, very pleased and I am so proud of him. He worked so very hard. I am
:14:35. > :14:44.quite tough on him. He is amazing. We have noticed that! Would never
:14:45. > :14:47.have noticed that. D'Arcy got a juicy smackeroo, are you going to
:14:48. > :14:51.work your way through the judges and the audience? No one's going to
:14:52. > :14:55.complain. It's completely spontaneous. I have to say that I
:14:56. > :14:58.probably won't do any more. People might think it's a dirty trick or
:14:59. > :15:03.something, but it's not. It's nice to get good comments after a hard
:15:04. > :15:09.week's training. We work so hard and put in nine hours a day. To get it
:15:10. > :15:14.right on the night is different pressure completely. It was great to
:15:15. > :15:19.get three 8s and a 7. Really good scores. Bruno's obviously devastated
:15:20. > :15:24.now he might not get a kiss. He will never get a kiss. The thing is
:15:25. > :15:29.obviously your good looks can be distracting for some people. The
:15:30. > :15:36.team have decided maybe you could do training in this so that we can
:15:37. > :15:42.concentrate on your dancing. There's no escape. Do I have to put this on?
:15:43. > :15:49.Put it on and now imagine him dancing. Isn't he handsome! This
:15:50. > :15:53.weekend it's the quick-step for you. It takes a lot of stamina. You are a
:15:54. > :16:00.sportsman, surely this could be a good dance for Ben. I think it's
:16:01. > :16:05.going to be his dance. He picked it up really quickly on Monday. In
:16:06. > :16:09.rugby you did a lot of warm-ups and quick footwork so he was excited to
:16:10. > :16:16.learn. There's no lifts. How can you still go out there and wow? It's all
:16:17. > :16:18.about progressing. It's a race against yourself in this
:16:19. > :16:23.competition. You have to show people you are improving, you are working
:16:24. > :16:29.hard. As long as he does that and dances better than before we are
:16:30. > :16:34.good. She's pleased with you. She's working me hard. I am proud of him.
:16:35. > :16:39.I want to do the quick-step right and get it right and posture and
:16:40. > :16:43.frame are my next big work-ones. Just try and get that right.
:16:44. > :16:47.Whatever it is you are doing, you are doing it right. Keep going.
:16:48. > :16:52.Don't forget the bucket. Ben and Kristina!
:16:53. > :17:03.We are four weeks into the competition and our celebrities are
:17:04. > :17:06.falling in love with dance. From day one I fell in love with the show.
:17:07. > :17:10.It's given me a new perspective on dancing and I am loving it. You
:17:11. > :17:18.become immersed in the world of Strictly. You have to embrace it
:17:19. > :17:22.all. Strictly is definitely - it's given me a love for dance. You can't
:17:23. > :17:26.describe the feeling. It's like being invited to the best party in
:17:27. > :17:30.the world. One day you can't do anything and a couple of days later
:17:31. > :17:34.you can do a dance. It's a rush and I love it. When you are out there
:17:35. > :17:39.doing it everything else falls away and it's so addictive. That's what
:17:40. > :17:43.you are chasing, that feeling. People are saying I put a smile on
:17:44. > :17:47.their face and it makes you feel great. I am enjoying the learning
:17:48. > :17:53.and being part of the Strictly family. I don't want to even imagine
:17:54. > :18:00.having to walk away. Oh, gosh, I love dancing in the arena, as it
:18:01. > :18:02.were. It's learning to dance properly with somebody who knows
:18:03. > :18:06.exactly what they're doing. You don't get moments like that often
:18:07. > :18:14.and we are given the opportunity and it is like magic. It's amazing.
:18:15. > :18:18.Oh! Millions of people, including me, were heartbroken when an injury
:18:19. > :18:24.meant our next guest couldn't take part in Strictly this year. But
:18:25. > :18:30.there was no point in her laying low, we love her too much, please
:18:31. > :18:34.welcome back Natalie Lowe! Hello, darling. I missed you. We have been
:18:35. > :18:37.missing you. It feels weird. We are thrilled to have you here. First of
:18:38. > :18:41.all, most importantly, how is your foot? It's good. It's getting
:18:42. > :18:46.better. I had a second MRI last week and they said about three weeks'
:18:47. > :18:51.time... Two or three weeks you can be dancing? Back in group
:18:52. > :18:56.rehearsals. Yeah! I can in the wait. Go easy, don't do anything daft. We
:18:57. > :19:02.have set you a little mission. What can you tell us? I have been
:19:03. > :19:08.assigned by the team to teach a lovely couple the ultimate wedding
:19:09. > :19:12.dance. I love this! It's cool. I was like, when I heard about it, I was
:19:13. > :19:17.like yes, I can't be part of the show, obviously. To be doing
:19:18. > :19:23.something behind the scenes with It Takes Two is amazing. Let's meet the
:19:24. > :19:29.lucky bride and groom, Melanie and Gordon. I am Gordon. This is my
:19:30. > :19:34.fiancee, Melanie. I am a massive Strictly fan. When I met Melanie I
:19:35. > :19:39.realised the fandom went to another level. I have to go to sleep every
:19:40. > :19:48.night with a picture of my fiancee with her arm around Anton Du Beke
:19:49. > :19:50.above my head. Night, Anton. We are getting married on Friday 13th
:19:51. > :19:54.December, we didn't want a Saturday because I knew it would be the
:19:55. > :19:59.semifinals of the Strictly show. Dancing is not really my forte. The
:20:00. > :20:03.guys I work with think I am going to embarrass myself on national
:20:04. > :20:07.television. I am petrified by the thing in all honestly. For me it
:20:08. > :20:10.makes the wedding and I can't believe it's happening, to be on
:20:11. > :20:19.that dancefloor and do something like they do on the TV. I can't
:20:20. > :20:24.believe this is happening. Oh! Aren't they lovely. Two things that
:20:25. > :20:30.strike me, slightly concerned about the Anton picture above the bed, and
:20:31. > :20:34.the fact she won't get married on ap Saturday but will get married on
:20:35. > :20:40.Friday 13th. They're dedicated. They're so lovely. They don't have
:20:41. > :20:44.any dance experience. Is that of concern to you? I am used to working
:20:45. > :20:49.with a blank canvas but normally I am in control, this is more scary.
:20:50. > :20:55.Neither of them know what they're doing! Normally I can lead it in a
:20:56. > :20:58.way. But I just pray it's going to be OK. Last week you met up to have
:20:59. > :21:04.your first little dance session with them. Let's see how they got on. I
:21:05. > :21:13.can't believe we are actually doing this, it's mad. I am not going to be
:21:14. > :21:16.easy on them but we want it to be fun. I hope it's the ultimate
:21:17. > :21:27.wedding dance and their guests remember it forever. Wish me luck.
:21:28. > :21:34.Hello! I am Mel. Lovely to meet you. I feel like I know you already.
:21:35. > :21:38.Hello, Gordon. Are you up for it? You have your work cut out. I have
:21:39. > :21:47.heard! Shall we get started? Let's do it. Let's go. One, two, three and
:21:48. > :21:51.back. Two, three. Look up. It's a surreal experience to have Natalie
:21:52. > :21:54.teaching us how to dance. She started off with a waltz which we
:21:55. > :21:58.were having difficulty practising at home. You need to feel like you are
:21:59. > :22:04.sitting on the toilet, truly that's the feeling. That's my level, you
:22:05. > :22:09.found it. Sorry. There we go, the first toe. It's strange watching
:22:10. > :22:20.Natalie dance with him but I am loving it. I don't mind. The waltz
:22:21. > :22:27.definitely suits them. Look at them. Salsa is easy. Just think one, two,
:22:28. > :22:35.three. You did it in the waltz, which is really good. I can't put
:22:36. > :22:43.into words how surprised I am that he is a secret salsa dancer. More
:22:44. > :22:49.hip action. That's it. Gordon's got really good hip action. Look at each
:22:50. > :22:54.other. There's a little salsa man there ready to get out. It's
:22:55. > :23:01.amazing. There might be salsa in our first dance which I can't believe I
:23:02. > :23:05.am saying, but it's true. Sorry. That was impressive how well he has
:23:06. > :23:15.done and now I am worried he will show me up on the day. I might be
:23:16. > :23:18.the better one! Get you, Gordon! He is a little mover. What dance are
:23:19. > :23:26.they going to do as a wedding dance, is it a waltz or salsa or a fusion?
:23:27. > :23:32.I would like to do a fusion. I wanted to see what they were good at
:23:33. > :23:35.first before we put music. To do a dance to that is limiting, but to
:23:36. > :23:38.see what they're good at and research music around that and
:23:39. > :23:44.hopefully they're happy with what we come up with. Have you left them
:23:45. > :23:48.homework to practise? Dance as much around the kitchen as possible and
:23:49. > :23:53.doing those salsa hips and relax into it and I am sure Mel will crack
:23:54. > :23:57.the whip. She is a superfan. They're so lovely. It's daunting to have It
:23:58. > :24:02.Takes Two there on your wedding day. And now the pressure because
:24:03. > :24:07.everyone will be waiting. It's going to be amazing and you will give us
:24:08. > :24:14.regular updates. Yes. It's lovely to have you back. Good luck with the
:24:15. > :24:17.foot. Natalie everybody! Time to revisit the weekend's performances
:24:18. > :24:30.with the second round of Choreography Corner.
:24:31. > :24:38.Will you welcome back Vincent and Flavia!
:24:39. > :24:45.Let's talk about the rest of our couples, Deborah and Robin and their
:24:46. > :24:48.jive. Len did say the technique wasn't quite there. What would you
:24:49. > :24:55.have liked to have seen more of? First of all, I have to say she's so
:24:56. > :24:59.adorable. She's giving it her all. She's stepping forward with her
:25:00. > :25:04.heels constantly. The weight is too much on the back. And jive you have
:25:05. > :25:09.to do that, or she's not going to gain speed. Do you mind if I show
:25:10. > :25:16.you? Show us. Do we mind?! Of course not. Do you want my Rear of the
:25:17. > :25:23.Year? The front. The kicks, if I stay on balls of the feet it would
:25:24. > :25:29.be easier to bounce. Look at that. The jacket is off, off he goes! On
:25:30. > :25:36.the balls of the feet. Simple, simple. Ben and Kristina and their
:25:37. > :25:44.salsa. Flavia, you scored 38 with Louis last year. Remember that
:25:45. > :25:50.everybody. Whatever! He's just jealous. How were Ben's hips? It was
:25:51. > :25:55.good. To be honest, with somebody of his shape it's so difficult to get a
:25:56. > :25:59.fluid hip movement. I would have liked to have seen more hip action.
:26:00. > :26:02.But I could see that he was trying. There was a little bit of movement.
:26:03. > :26:08.The more he does the Latin dances, the more that will naturally become
:26:09. > :26:15.easier to him. It's not easy when you are so... So solid. How did he
:26:16. > :26:19.handle the lifts, incredible work. Very strong. He could lift you, I
:26:20. > :26:23.think. And you, as well. I looked and thought, my goodness, I wish I
:26:24. > :26:32.looked at least half as good he looks. Actually, I do. I am half of
:26:33. > :26:39.him. I think the lifts were amazing. Spectacular. I wish I saw was a bit
:26:40. > :26:52.more down and dirty into the steps. More salsa steps. But the lifts
:26:53. > :26:57.amazing. Abbey and The tango. They're well matched. She has heel
:26:58. > :27:03.leads. In the tango we do pick up and place the feet. In the rumba we
:27:04. > :27:08.need the toes in contact with the floor. In tango, we do a peeling
:27:09. > :27:12.action so we pick up the foot and place it and that gives you the
:27:13. > :27:17.action. She was doing exactly that. It looked powerful. She kept her
:27:18. > :27:21.knees flexed throughout so that you maintain one height. You don't want
:27:22. > :27:26.to go up and down. You need to keep a flat level with your partner. She
:27:27. > :27:32.had all those basic techniques in place. You end up with a great
:27:33. > :27:38.routine. They are quite formidable these two. She looks amazing, I will
:27:39. > :27:45.give her 10 because the way she looks. Susanna and Kevin and the
:27:46. > :27:48.samba. Craig said it lost a bit of impact. Bruno said she tended to
:27:49. > :27:53.lose the finish. How could she ensure it had more impact? I think
:27:54. > :27:57.she did an amazing job. I was impressed. The samba I think is the
:27:58. > :28:01.hardest of the dances. It's a tick action which is a forward and
:28:02. > :28:04.backward action of the pelvis. Rather than the typical figure of
:28:05. > :28:09.eight we are talking about, this has a forward and backward action. You
:28:10. > :28:14.have that going on in the body, the foot pressure of the feet like the
:28:15. > :28:20.rumba and then you have to have a strong arm action. So much. Lots of
:28:21. > :28:25.multitasking going on. Overall she coped with it really well. She needs
:28:26. > :28:30.to work on the foot control because that will give you the strength to
:28:31. > :28:37.use your arms in a much stronger way which is what really they want. OK,
:28:38. > :28:43.enough. I loved that. That's it. That's all we have time for. Is that
:28:44. > :28:47.it? We only just got started. There is a cue for a song. We will do it
:28:48. > :28:54.after. Thank you so much. Brilliant seeing you back. Vincent and Flavia!
:28:55. > :29:00.That's it for today. A big thank you to all my guests. Tomorrow I am
:29:01. > :29:05.joined by Deborah and Robin and Mark and Iveta and Ian Waite will be
:29:06. > :29:07.back.
