:00:00. > :00:00.Tonight on It Takes Two, we're saying goodbye to

:00:00. > :00:13.Dame Karen Hardy is back for her Choreography Corner.

:00:14. > :00:17.And we also have Jeremy and Karen here.

:00:18. > :00:21.Oh, Jeremy, what are you doing back here?

:00:22. > :00:30.I'm back here, because I wanna dance with you!

:00:31. > :01:19.Live from London, this is Strictly - It Takes Two. Please welcome your

:01:20. > :01:23.post, Zoe Ball! I don't know about you,

:01:24. > :01:36.but I'm still recovering from the That was one result none

:01:37. > :01:43.of us forecast. Sadly for Carol and Pasha,

:01:44. > :01:45.the Strictly skies clouded over Let's enjoy

:01:46. > :02:22.their last dance one more time. You have got the tissues at the

:02:23. > :02:44.ready. I feel sad.

:02:45. > :02:50.But the overwhelming feeling is one of pleasure. It was just amazing,

:02:51. > :02:55.amazing to be part of Strictly, the glamour, to be taught by Pasha how

:02:56. > :02:58.to dance, what a privilege. It was fabulous.

:02:59. > :03:03.When you see yourself dancing, can you believe, that is me! On national

:03:04. > :03:08.TV. It seems like a dream, even though

:03:09. > :03:11.it was at the weekend. Did it really happen? It was a dream

:03:12. > :03:13.come true. It was.

:03:14. > :03:15.You smiled your way through the results show last night.

:03:16. > :03:23.But, be honest, are you relieved it's now all over?

:03:24. > :03:29.Or are you heartbroken? It is a bit of both.

:03:30. > :03:33.I've got as far as I could because I am not the greatest dancer. I give

:03:34. > :03:38.it my best shot. I am going to cry.

:03:39. > :03:44.The tissues are there. No crying, we are a happy couple.

:03:45. > :03:45.Are you going to miss her? How disappointed are you that

:03:46. > :03:55.you won't get to see that Of course I will miss you, we had so

:03:56. > :03:59.match. There's little things Carol tells me every day, the weather

:04:00. > :04:05.reports. Little songs.

:04:06. > :04:09.Carol singing as well, that has been a joy.

:04:10. > :04:20.Does power shower scene? Just nod. He does a wee bit. We have

:04:21. > :04:25.a favourite song. That could be a Christmas single.

:04:26. > :04:35.Our favourite song? ! Can we make a video, afterwards?

:04:36. > :04:40.How do you feel about going out of the competition? You were at the

:04:41. > :04:45.bottom three weeks. Do you feel it was the right time to

:04:46. > :04:51.go? I never look at it from this point

:04:52. > :04:56.of view. We had fun, and each starts we did our best. This week, we ended

:04:57. > :05:02.up to be going away. But we take so much with us.

:05:03. > :05:08.The judges also said you did improve, Darcey and Len saw

:05:09. > :05:11.improvement. Did they give you enough abolishment for all the work

:05:12. > :05:14.you did? You might not have been up with the

:05:15. > :05:18.other dancers but you are working really hard, you put in the effort

:05:19. > :05:25.and were fantastic. Thank you, I wish you had been on

:05:26. > :05:29.the judging panel! They are the experts and I was just

:05:30. > :05:34.learning. Pasha is a brilliant teacher.

:05:35. > :05:38.They tried to be constructive. I really respect that. The judges are

:05:39. > :05:43.lovely. Did you feel like you were on the

:05:44. > :05:47.map, mastering, improving every week?

:05:48. > :05:52.Sometimes we were up, sometimes down. I loved the American Smooth.

:05:53. > :05:57.Such good fun. I was dreading these lists by Pasha gave me the

:05:58. > :06:02.confidence to go for it. I felt you were better and better in

:06:03. > :06:07.confidence. When we started, you were a little bit shy, blushing.

:06:08. > :06:12.Look at you. Up there.

:06:13. > :06:17.If you are going out on a darts, that was an incredible performance.

:06:18. > :06:24.What we got from watching you dance is how much fun you are having.

:06:25. > :06:28.Totally. It was such good fun. It was nerve wracking when you were on

:06:29. > :06:33.the floor waiting to go on. When the dance started, you could not help

:06:34. > :06:38.but smile. I loved it. What will you miss the most about

:06:39. > :06:40.her? Just our little conversations

:06:41. > :06:44.together, and how hard she was working. She wanted to do it again.

:06:45. > :07:00.And again. So many people were sad to see you.

:07:01. > :07:07.-- to see you go. We were sad to see you go. We always

:07:08. > :07:11.thought you were marvellous. She was our favourite. I will read

:07:12. > :07:18.out some comments, Kate, well done Carol. Penny, I shall miss her.

:07:19. > :07:23.Philip, a pleasure to watch her. Mary, well done, Carol, dignified to

:07:24. > :07:26.the end. You are brilliant, well done.

:07:27. > :07:30.We knew you'd stay in the condition because whatever the nasty judges

:07:31. > :07:35.said, we knew people would keep voting for you week after week.

:07:36. > :07:43.They didn't stop but that is all right. Just keep smiling, we know

:07:44. > :07:48.you always will. We have loved watching you dance

:07:49. > :07:55.together. Let us look back at your Strictly story.

:07:56. > :07:59.I really did save the very best till last.

:08:00. > :08:05.Never in my dreams did I think I would get the reigning champion.

:08:06. > :08:09.Put it together. I can do that. I haven't fallen in love with dance

:08:10. > :08:14.just yet. The cold front blew in and you did

:08:15. > :08:23.not survive it. This week is the foxtrot, and it is

:08:24. > :08:28.lovely. She loves trotting. Carol, I hope you are happy, with

:08:29. > :08:35.the work, it has paid off. I just don't want to let you go.

:08:36. > :08:41.Limp, lame and very lacklustre I am afraid, three.

:08:42. > :08:47.It is hard keeping that serious face.

:08:48. > :08:53.What did I do? This is the first time we have seen

:08:54. > :08:59.your body actually engage in any dance, well done, and improvement.

:09:00. > :09:02.Once upon a time, there was the most ladylike of ladies called Princess

:09:03. > :09:06.Carol. This dance never stops turning. You

:09:07. > :09:13.do get dizzy with all of these things.

:09:14. > :09:20.A very nice, stylish Viennese waltz. Google, wiggle. That is it, you are

:09:21. > :09:25.with me. I am blushing. I wish the air conditioner would come on.

:09:26. > :09:33.Are you enjoyed that secretly? Yes. I would.

:09:34. > :09:40.Sadly, just isn't your dance. Two. Three. Four.

:09:41. > :09:43.The thing that I most worry about are the lifts.

:09:44. > :09:47.Pasha, I am scared. I really hope we have a solid routine, it has got to

:09:48. > :09:51.be good. I can see the confidence and intense

:09:52. > :09:55.and energy. You need to sell it and you were selling it.

:09:56. > :10:00.I would like to save Kellie and Kevin.

:10:01. > :10:03.It has been the most wonderful experience.

:10:04. > :10:07.A huge thank you to Pasha, he is wonderful. Thank you for teaching

:10:08. > :10:12.me. I am so proud of you. Working with

:10:13. > :10:20.you was the most experienced experience. Thank you, I will

:10:21. > :10:25.definitely miss you. Carol, your very own Strictly story,

:10:26. > :10:32.you can treasure your lovely memories. Who would you like to see

:10:33. > :10:36.go to lift the trophy, Carol? All of them, all the remaining contestants,

:10:37. > :10:36.they are all brilliant and good friends.

:10:37. > :10:38.We will miss you. Before you go, we have to get one

:10:39. > :10:42.last forecast and, as we've got six weeks left, can it be a long-range

:10:43. > :10:52.forecast up until Christmas? Is it going to be a white Christmas?

:10:53. > :10:57.The next few days, unseasonably mild, wet and windy at times.

:10:58. > :11:04.The temperature will drop, with snow on the hills of Scotland.

:11:05. > :11:10.She is incredible. Can I say, you will generally one of the most

:11:11. > :11:12.positive people I have met. Such a joy watching you dance. Now I am

:11:13. > :11:13.going to cry. We're officially halfway through the

:11:14. > :11:20.series which means it's time the Right, let's start with Dom

:11:21. > :11:32.on camera one. Come on, you've got 29 more

:11:33. > :11:51.shows to get up to an A. Rascal on camera three, it is not

:11:52. > :11:55.good. Good morning, class, quite for the

:11:56. > :12:03.register. George. Here, sir. The Guinness?

:12:04. > :12:15.Jamelia? Andrei? Yes, sir.

:12:16. > :12:22.Anton has been a good teacher, not too strict, encouraging. Mucks

:12:23. > :12:26.around in class quite a lot, but I like that. And easily distracted

:12:27. > :12:32.pupil. I feel like I am in detention or the time being taught by Gleb.

:12:33. > :12:38.He is the best kind of teacher, makes me laugh, always positive. You

:12:39. > :12:42.had better not get anything else wrong.

:12:43. > :12:48.It is like I have been handed a huge textbook and I haven't read page

:12:49. > :12:54.one, that is how I feel. My teacher, Ali Ash, he is so calm,

:12:55. > :12:58.so nice, who probably be a really good teacher at whether those

:12:59. > :13:02.schools. Head girl is probably Kellie, our

:13:03. > :13:09.dance captain. Class clown, Peter Andre, terrible

:13:10. > :13:13.jokes. Terrible jokes. Jeremy is the head

:13:14. > :13:17.boy. Jeremy is an absolute legend when it

:13:18. > :13:20.comes to practising, I have never seen anyone practice as much as he

:13:21. > :13:25.does. Jeremy is a very good choice.

:13:26. > :13:33.He is like the prefect. Jay is the one. Calm down.

:13:34. > :13:42.Five minutes, folks. Almost perfect.

:13:43. > :13:48.School is out! Class, dismissed.

:13:49. > :13:51.Now, it's not just the dancing we're all talking about.

:13:52. > :13:53.It was a weekend of firsts for our beloved Len.

:13:54. > :14:04.He dished out his first 10 of the series and, boy, did Peter love it!

:14:05. > :14:09.Len Goodman? It is the first ten from me.

:14:10. > :14:11.So exciting. Len then whipped out one

:14:12. > :14:23.of his trademark lines If you are in the dance of this

:14:24. > :14:27.week, I am going to pick on my walnuts!

:14:28. > :14:27.Don't want to think about that too long.

:14:28. > :14:30.And we've had to wait six weeks but, on Saturday, there was

:14:31. > :14:41.It is a Romberg, you can't change what it is. But also, you are

:14:42. > :14:44.allowed to choose what steps you use for the Rumba.

:14:45. > :14:47.Fight, fight. Right, fans of Dame Hardy, breathe a

:14:48. > :14:50.sigh of relief because the almighty has returned, and is bursting to get

:14:51. > :15:21.back into her Choreography Corner. This is you desperately, in China

:15:22. > :15:24.and Japan. Look what I got for you. Little chopsticks with sparkles on

:15:25. > :15:28.the top. That is beautiful, she is so

:15:29. > :15:30.generous. I thought she would never get me a present. She has shocked

:15:31. > :15:31.me. We're halfway through

:15:32. > :15:33.the series now. We had a shock couple

:15:34. > :15:36.in the dance off at the weekend. Is this

:15:37. > :15:52.when the competition gets serious? I did not expect Kellie to be down

:15:53. > :15:56.there. It says, professionals, drop down a gear, get ready, they will

:15:57. > :16:02.bring in some more amazing choreography. We are halfway which

:16:03. > :16:07.means we have new pros, hopefully some new choreography.

:16:08. > :16:13.And we have our lovely professionals who have been here for a while who

:16:14. > :16:14.know the game. They know what excites everybody, I can't wait.

:16:15. > :16:17.Right, we're going to take a look at the first half of our couples.

:16:18. > :16:19.Let's start with Jamelia and Tristan.

:16:20. > :16:21.She managed to avoid the dance off this week.

:16:22. > :16:23.Len said she's clearly worked on her footwork.

:16:24. > :16:42.beautifully, heel leads which leads to graceful movement across the

:16:43. > :16:49.dance floor. Another piece I have picked up on, the clash with the

:16:50. > :16:56.guitar at the top. However, what we had to say, the importance of the

:16:57. > :17:03.feet. Other was nervousness in her. What happened? That then messed up

:17:04. > :17:09.some steps later on. A simple dance gave her time to learn the feet. Use

:17:10. > :17:14.those feet and give us great movement. It is unfortunate with a

:17:15. > :17:17.prop on the floral like that. Let's move on to Katie and Anton's

:17:18. > :17:19.quickstep. Craig said that this was

:17:20. > :17:21.an ambitious routine. What made it ambitious

:17:22. > :17:33.and how well did she cope with it? This was very ambitious. This is

:17:34. > :17:40.what we would do in a competition, strike the first chord and go

:17:41. > :17:46.straight to our rivals. The thing is, Anton went but Katie was

:17:47. > :17:52.struggling. This was an incredible piece of choreography. All the

:17:53. > :17:56.changes of direction. But again, so complex and by the end of the

:17:57. > :18:04.routine I was feeling for them. If that had gone well it would have

:18:05. > :18:11.been a show stopping performance. So I will commend Anton, he is playing

:18:12. > :18:17.the game, taking gambles. Next week if we have choreography as difficult

:18:18. > :18:23.and she nails it should we will go from zero to hero. No pressure, but

:18:24. > :18:26.massive pressure. This was the first Argentine

:18:27. > :18:30.tango of the series. Darcey used the word "perfection",

:18:31. > :18:34.Len said "polished". But the judges still want to

:18:35. > :18:36.see more emotion from Jay. What does he need to do

:18:37. > :18:50.and has he got it in him? Yes, we just need presentation. A

:18:51. > :18:55.feeling of emotion is what we are looking for. We know she is lovely

:18:56. > :19:02.and innocent but I have chosen this year, look at the hand. We have

:19:03. > :19:06.beautiful choreography, movement down the steps, intricacy of

:19:07. > :19:16.everything and the delivery. But it is losing the passion. The voice of

:19:17. > :19:22.dance comes through your body. So, we have done this before, if I just

:19:23. > :19:27.put my hand out without my body behind it there is no voice. But if

:19:28. > :19:38.I put my hand out and move the body. Hand, body. You feel that.

:19:39. > :19:45.Body, hand. It gives it a voice and depth. But the other thing is what

:19:46. > :19:49.he is thinking about. If he is thinking about steps his face will

:19:50. > :19:52.look like that, that if he is thinking about getting hot and

:19:53. > :19:56.sweaty we might have different look on face. I might have turned!

:19:57. > :19:58.Kellie and Kevin survived the dance off.

:19:59. > :20:01.It was 8s all round from the judges for their waltz.

:20:02. > :20:02.Darcey picked up on Kellie's right shoulder,

:20:03. > :20:10.which she said herself has a life of its own, what does she mean?

:20:11. > :20:16.Topline, gapping, footwork, this pole pieces the judges will be

:20:17. > :20:25.looking at and everyone at home now as these. -- everyone at home

:20:26. > :20:32.nosebleeds. This is what I want you to look at, she has gone into the

:20:33. > :20:36.turning spin, can you see the right side has started to turn? As she

:20:37. > :20:46.comes to go out of it she corrects it. Hops the Rachel Berbatov. --

:20:47. > :20:52.pops the right shoulder back. We have a lovely audience tonight.

:20:53. > :20:58.Everyone at home put down your cooking tools. Ladies, take up the

:20:59. > :21:04.ballroom hold. The frame goes from elbow to elbow. Four points on a

:21:05. > :21:10.picture frame, elbow to elbow and the points on your knees as well are

:21:11. > :21:15.your four points. The body has to an one-way and the head has to turn the

:21:16. > :21:19.other. What happens is if your head and body turn the same direction can

:21:20. > :21:25.you see what happens to my right arm? So what we have to do is turn

:21:26. > :21:31.the body back but you have to leave your head there. That is the

:21:32. > :21:33.challenge in the kitchen tonight. Very night. We will talk about the

:21:34. > :21:39.rest of the couples tomorrow. You'll be back tomorrow

:21:40. > :21:42.for more choreography chit-chat. A few weeks ago,

:21:43. > :21:46.he was showering in front of the nation, and at the weekend he

:21:47. > :21:50.was seen straddling a horse whilst Is it me or does it sound

:21:51. > :21:53.like he's working Well done, another brilliant

:21:54. > :22:20.performance. When you were told you would be

:22:21. > :22:33.starting your tango on a massive I remember the film spinal tap,

:22:34. > :22:36.Stonehenge, instead of it being 18 feet it was 18 inches. I wondered if

:22:37. > :22:42.we were heading for one of those moments. But I walked backstage on

:22:43. > :22:51.Friday and I saw it and the size of it, it was incredible. This face is

:22:52. > :23:01.rather alarming. You did perfect the tango face. Was it an enjoyable

:23:02. > :23:06.experience? So much, the beginning, saying I am back because I want to

:23:07. > :23:11.dance with you. In the rehearsal I was told that is all I would have to

:23:12. > :23:14.do. But we spent a lot of time on the dance and afterwards Anton and

:23:15. > :23:20.Brendan came up separately and said it was a dance. They were being

:23:21. > :23:24.serious. I am at the point where I was so chuffed about that because

:23:25. > :23:32.they saw we had worked on it. The bizarre combination.

:23:33. > :23:37.Congratulations. I know the horse is distracting, but there was some

:23:38. > :23:40.dancing. As for Craig saying he spotted my bottom, that was not

:23:41. > :23:45.deliberate. We will come to that in a moment. But last week you

:23:46. > :23:47.mentioned it's not the first time you have worn a cowboy hat.

:23:48. > :23:50.So, we had a rummage through the BBC vaults, and unearthed this gem

:23:51. > :24:02.This is a shoot out saloon, I am looking for a politician to try my

:24:03. > :24:11.shooting skills on. So embarrassing. It was the Liberal

:24:12. > :24:16.Democrats, Nick Clegg was due to appear as a cowboy so somebody said

:24:17. > :24:21.why don't you appear as a cowboy and I said yes. Afterwards there was a

:24:22. > :24:25.huge enquiry as to what on earth and all got the sack. You were hesitant

:24:26. > :24:33.when I said you were going to wear cowboy hat. Darcey complimented you

:24:34. > :24:41.on your topline and Len says he loves watching you, how does that

:24:42. > :24:46.feel? Can you feel the improvement? You should answer that because Karen

:24:47. > :24:50.sees it better than me. I feel it here and when he starts dropping I

:24:51. > :24:56.am like, but you know, he is improving. His timing is impact

:24:57. > :25:04.able. -- impeccable. He never gets anything wrong, you are leading me.

:25:05. > :25:07.The one thing, and I did not realise this until we started the

:25:08. > :25:14.competition is that when I was a teenager I played the drums. Yes! I

:25:15. > :25:19.realise how handy that is, you can hear the beat and it has really

:25:20. > :25:24.helped. That is about all that has helped me! Don't be so hard on

:25:25. > :25:31.yourself. Find footage of him on the drums... Let's talk about Craig with

:25:32. > :25:34.his more backhanded compliment. It was like playing the lottery with

:25:35. > :25:42.you, we never know where the limit is going to land but I did enjoy

:25:43. > :25:52.your little bottom as you went past the desk. Another format, the sky is

:25:53. > :26:02.the limit! I think we need to move to a decimal point system. Then we

:26:03. > :26:06.would see, I am sure it is a 4.3, but for -5 is too much to hope for.

:26:07. > :26:14.But every dance we do we are going to do that move just in front of

:26:15. > :26:19.Craig. So much love for you on social media.

:26:20. > :26:26.And award-winning choreographer Matthew Bourne, who has an OBE

:26:27. > :26:41.for dance, and a Tony Award for his choreography for Swan Lake said:

:26:42. > :26:48.The choreography, I want to place Karen -- praise Karen because

:26:49. > :26:59.telling me I would be on a horse, brilliant. You inspire me. What a
