:06:35. > :06:39.routine. Top hats. What kind of leading man has Anton been? I wasn't

:06:40. > :06:44.taking the mick, it is a serious question. Well he does lead and he

:06:45. > :06:49.is a man. Listen, you have been doing this for how long now, 150

:06:50. > :06:52.years? It is not that often you get that excited. It is Blackpool,

:06:53. > :06:57.Saturday night and the dancing as well. It is sort of a perfect storm.

:06:58. > :07:02.I have the perfect leading lady, in a storm. It is raining and we have

:07:03. > :07:06.got a bullroom dance. We are in the home of ballroom dancing, Blackpool.

:07:47. > :07:51.rocking and rolling You add in a few dancers. Does that add to the

:07:52. > :07:58.problem They add to the fire. It is a big dance, big show. ! You are

:07:59. > :08:03.dancing to I'm A Believer. Did you choose that on purpose? No, I was

:08:04. > :08:12.given it on purpose. I really like the song now. Now. Is it true, if

:08:13. > :08:15.you get through this week, next week will be your first-ever Argentine

:08:16. > :08:22.tango, I can't believe that? Yes. Oh, oh. They normally save it for

:08:23. > :08:28.the semifinals the rotten - I have never been. What a year you are

:08:29. > :08:33.having, incredible. Blackpool, you have got past Week 2. It's

:08:41. > :08:45.are in Blackpool, it is only right we have brought some rocks. There is

:08:46. > :08:51.a question on the rock. If you were stuck up the top of Blackpool Tower

:08:52. > :09:02.with a pro dancer, who would it be? That has to be an easy answer?

:09:03. > :09:11.Anton. Any particular reason? Your answer is obvious. Ian Waite. In a

:09:12. > :09:15.donkey onsie. Any friends of family coming to

:09:16. > :09:20.watch you? Yes, the lovely Josie, my husband and my friend Kath. John is

:09:21. > :09:26.like, king of the Green Room party. He will be taking everybody coming,

:09:27. > :09:31.even if you don't. Have you all got friends afamily coming? My brother

:09:32. > :09:36.and sister flew in from Miami My wife and brother-in-law. So very

:09:37. > :09:44.happy. My boyfriend is coming. Does he come every week, just in case? I

:09:45. > :09:52.think that's why he is coming, to be honest. Only joking. Time for one

:09:53. > :09:57.more question. Sno who did you have breakfast with this morning and what

:09:58. > :10:02.did you have? Don't tell them. I haven't had breakfast. Moving on.

:10:03. > :10:08.Which of the judges would you like to see take an early morning dip in

:10:09. > :10:14.the sea? ? The only one I think would do that is Len, he is kind of

:10:15. > :10:18.that - all right. I don't know why I said that. Jamelia wanted to see Len

:10:19. > :10:24.in his speedos. Moving on. Maybe Len. I love you, Len. Guys, the best

:10:25. > :10:28.of luck to. I can tell there is excitement in the room. I can't wait

:10:29. > :10:36.for tomorrow. It will be brilliant. Thank you so much, the best of luck.

:10:37. > :10:38.The very idea of Len Goodman in speedos has sent a the bit of a rush

:10:39. > :10:40.among the ladies. The Blackpool buzz is spreading

:10:41. > :10:45.like wildfire on social media. Look, even Punch is at it, with the

:10:46. > :10:52.help of Marcus. And despite preparing

:10:53. > :10:54.for their biggest show so far, our couples have been keeping the world

:10:55. > :10:57.up to speed on their preparations, starting with Anita who let slip how

:10:58. > :11:00.she was travelling up to Blackpool. # A whole new

:11:01. > :11:02.world...# Meanwhile some of the female pro

:11:03. > :11:05.dancers had a right knees up And a cold looking Aljaz appears to

:11:06. > :11:13.be less happy as he gets used to He posted, "I am slowly getting

:11:14. > :11:23.used to the climate change in I just gave away my shorts,

:11:24. > :11:25.towel and sunblock." Now, this weekend,

:11:26. > :11:28.our pros and celebrities are joining forces for not one but two group

:11:29. > :11:32.dances and for this one they've gone all lords and ladies and cooks

:11:33. > :11:37.and cleaners for it. We had a little peek earlier. Yes,

:11:38. > :11:51.we did. This Will This routine is an

:11:52. > :11:55.Upstairs Downstairs. The celebrities will be upstairs being oarist

:11:56. > :12:01.towcrats and it is going on in the kitchen where pros and extra dancers

:12:02. > :12:05.are creating mayhem One of the celebrities sends back food. They

:12:06. > :12:09.are not happy. It gets handed back until it gets to the kitchen to a

:12:10. > :12:14.grumpy chef. That's how it Tuilagily comes together We wanted to use

:12:15. > :12:19.Lindy hop as the main Lang whack. It is not an easy thing to learn. It is

:12:20. > :12:22.different for the pros. They are used to holding their bod yans

:12:23. > :12:26.pushing through stuff. We are loose. To do a proper whole routine of

:12:27. > :12:34.lippedy hop is quite exciting. There are lifts, it is fast, it is fun. It

:12:35. > :12:39.is so fun. I'm losing my legs. If I could learn any style of dance, it

:12:40. > :12:48.would be Lindy hop. I'm excited. I love T This dance is going to be...

:12:49. > :12:51.I would think epic is the world. The Blackpool numbers have to be

:12:52. > :12:54.massive. This won't disappoint you. Make sure you tune in.

:12:55. > :12:57.That looks brilliant. Thank you. Okay, let's see what backstage nook

:12:58. > :13:08.Gethin has wormed his way into. Hello darling. Hello darling. I'm

:13:09. > :13:15.wangled my way down to the ballroom bouncy floor. I have found two of

:13:16. > :13:22.the most gorgeous girls you can emergency You look amazing Jo and

:13:23. > :13:25.Nat are you spray-tanned up? We have literally just had a spray tan? What

:13:26. > :13:30.is the occasion, tonight or tomorrow. This is for tomorrow. You

:13:31. > :13:37.can't tell I have any on. She is supertan. That's a Grimsby tan, Jo,

:13:38. > :13:42.but still beautiful. I know you have been here all day watching the

:13:43. > :13:48.couples. You have spent a lot of time in Choreography Corner. You are

:13:49. > :13:54.perfect to ask this. Who should we be looking out for I saw Aljaz and

:13:55. > :13:59.Helen. It was energetic but they were together in every move they Z

:14:00. > :14:03.they are looking strong. I'm looking forward to seeing Georgia. She is

:14:04. > :14:08.doing an American smooth but in Viennese waltz timing. We have

:14:09. > :14:11.probably only ever seen one done before in the history. It will be

:14:12. > :14:15.amazing. Anton American smooth. Ballroom on this floor is special. I

:14:16. > :14:19.think everyone will up their game It will be an incredible weekend. I

:14:20. > :14:24.know the result show you will be doing something with Take That. I

:14:25. > :14:31.know you can't do too much away. But look up there Anastasia is there.

:14:32. > :14:35.That is a move, a Blackpool, seaside move. Welcome, how are you feeling

:14:36. > :14:37.before performing and rehearsing? Superexcited and nervous. This is so

:14:38. > :14:46.exciting. Love T You are Superexcited and nervous. This is so

:14:47. > :14:50.practise. You have a greatest hits album out and you are going to have

:14:51. > :14:55.a practise I'm going to practise. I'm so excited. I can't imagine you

:14:56. > :15:03.needing practice ti.s thank you very much. All the best for the weekend.

:15:04. > :15:05.Back to you. A future contestant in an staysia.

:15:06. > :15:08.I do believe it's now that part of the show where I welcome

:15:09. > :15:11.a trio of highly esteemed experts to talk about all things Strictly.

:15:12. > :15:14.Sadly they couldn't make it, so instead let's hear it for

:15:15. > :15:21.Louis Smith, Louise Redknapp and Mel Giedroyc.

:15:22. > :15:36.Hello, Zoe! Look at those moves, Mel. You let me hanging, I said,

:15:37. > :15:41.let's all dance. We got a bit nervous. Rabbit in the headlights.

:15:42. > :15:46.Sorry, darling, they are always in the way. How much are you enjoying

:15:47. > :15:50.this series? I am loving it. They are also good, especially this week.

:15:51. > :15:55.They are at such a great standard that you don't know what is going to

:15:56. > :16:02.happen week from week. We don't even know. Normally, we do, but you

:16:03. > :16:10.really can tell. Lewis, what has been your standout performance? I

:16:11. > :16:20.think it has to be James. He was so good. -- Jay's jive. Can you better

:16:21. > :16:24.the jive? I don't see why not. He is in great hands

:16:25. > :16:30.the jive? I don't see why not. He is talent. And Mel, you are taking over

:16:31. > :16:37.the stripper come dancing live tour. -- Strictly Come Dancing. How

:16:38. > :16:47.excited are you? Everybody on Strictly has a really good teeth.

:16:48. > :16:52.excited are you? Everybody on They are really quite and straight.

:16:53. > :17:00.Should I have these done? Quietening 81771. So you are saying they are

:17:01. > :17:12.yellow? -- whitening them up. I need a brace. You have lovely teeth. Come

:17:13. > :17:17.on... It is a jive for Peter and Jeanette. They are

:17:18. > :17:22.Turner. Tell me, could this be a good weekend for Peter Andre?

:17:23. > :17:28.Turner. Tell me, could this be a at that, very strong and confident.

:17:29. > :17:33.I think he has come through some kind of psychological thing in the

:17:34. > :17:39.last week. I think he is absolutely on it now. I am worried about his

:17:40. > :17:47.hair when the hat comes off. They will spread into place. -- spray it

:17:48. > :17:53.into place. Lewis, what do you think of Peter? We have met a few times

:17:54. > :18:02.but to be honest, I think he looks a little soft. It was only Tuesday. He

:18:03. > :18:09.doesn't look sharp. What does he need for the jive? My jive was not

:18:10. > :18:17.great, I could not execute it. It is such a weird feeling. You have to

:18:18. > :18:24.have your flips on point. What does that mean? This is all floppy, but

:18:25. > :18:29.it has to be like this. Moving onto Katie and Anton. We are looking for

:18:30. > :18:33.good stuff. It is an American smooth. The king of ballroom in the

:18:34. > :18:40.home of ballroom. Top hats and everything, how good could this be?

:18:41. > :18:46.She is so elegant and beautiful, and she just takes everything in her own

:18:47. > :18:49.way. She makes everything look very classy and beautiful. I think it is

:18:50. > :18:54.very hard for her because everybody is quite technical and getting

:18:55. > :18:57.stronger and probably technically she is not at the standard of some

:18:58. > :19:06.of the others. But I think she will pull it off, just being so

:19:07. > :19:15.gorgeous. And Anton has a very tight grip. Very briefly, he showed me his

:19:16. > :19:26.grip once. He showed me his grip in the shops. What is he like?! Moving

:19:27. > :19:34.onto Jay and Aliona. This weekend, it is a salsa. Some kind of body

:19:35. > :19:40.ripple. He is going to be great this week. I think it is his time now.

:19:41. > :19:52.Especially after the pulp fiction dance, I think it is something he

:19:53. > :19:58.can move around too. I think he will really embrace this. But are his

:19:59. > :20:08.hips on point? How should he is said to be in a salsa? -- how should his

:20:09. > :20:18.hips be. Should we look? Louise Redknapp, I do believe you took a

:20:19. > :20:25.closer look! And Chile are in practice, dancing to Dolly Parton.

:20:26. > :20:30.What we think of these two. She has come on brilliantly. Says me, an

:20:31. > :20:37.amateur. But I can just see that she wants it. I could see it in her eyes

:20:38. > :20:39.last week, couldn't you? I think she is really professional and she comes

:20:40. > :20:45.from a background where you have to get on with it and learn your dance.

:20:46. > :20:48.And that really shows, it shows that she comes from a background where

:20:49. > :20:54.performance is everything. And you are going to go at it head-on and

:20:55. > :20:58.tackle it. Louise, you need to do the show.

:20:59. > :21:01.If you like the songs our couples are dancing to and want to hear

:21:02. > :21:06.more, then head to our website for the full Strictly playlist.

:21:07. > :21:09.This bunch'll be back shortly for some Blackpool shenanigans but for

:21:10. > :21:11.now let's hear it for our Friday Panel.

:21:12. > :21:14.Time to check in with the Tower Ballroom and see who Gethin

:21:15. > :21:26.I am just getting used to my surroundings here in Blackpool. I am

:21:27. > :21:34.backstage and this is make up, very glamorous. Not so much. More make up

:21:35. > :21:38.through the year. You've got a screen to see what is going on in

:21:39. > :21:48.the rehearsal room. That is an eater and Gleb. It will be better by

:21:49. > :21:54.tomorrow night. -- that is ten seam. And here in make up, Jay and Aliona.

:21:55. > :22:00.What did I just disturbed? Were you talking about dancing? We were

:22:01. > :22:08.talking about that cardigan. We were debating whether I bought it a size

:22:09. > :22:13.too big. What do you think? I think it's great. If you are happy with

:22:14. > :22:17.that. I wonder, I wonder. That is for another show. I wonder if that

:22:18. > :22:24.is out because you are feeling Pirelli. How are you feeling? I was

:22:25. > :22:29.ill at the beginning of the week so we had to have a day off training.

:22:30. > :22:36.It is a short week at the run-up to Saturday. How much did affect you

:22:37. > :22:39.guys? To be honest, I have had one week with no East Enders, so

:22:40. > :22:44.actually, even though we missed a day, we have had more time this week

:22:45. > :22:51.than we would normally get, so for us, it has been a really good week.

:22:52. > :22:55.Full days of training. Not just three hours in the evening. I expect

:22:56. > :23:02.to see the results on Saturday night. What about you guys, how did

:23:03. > :23:11.you get here? We got here by car. It was a fun road trip. At two this

:23:12. > :23:16.morning, we got to bed. Halfway there, we stopped to the bar and had

:23:17. > :23:21.some food. A little birdie tells me that you'd like a long lunch. That

:23:22. > :23:26.is true. Because you have to get to the place, you have to order, wait

:23:27. > :23:33.for the food, eat it, digestive, and only then can you start dancing. You

:23:34. > :23:38.cannot do it on a. Ack. Zogby through the journey. You are in the

:23:39. > :23:50.back of the car... -- talk me through the journey. He played

:23:51. > :23:53.avatar on the TV. It was brilliant. It's a strong cardigan. How are you

:23:54. > :23:58.feeling about Saturday night in Blackpool? Pretty special. I am

:23:59. > :24:02.really excited. I'm excited for these guys, for all the celebrities

:24:03. > :24:07.to experience it because it is such a magical place, and such a massive

:24:08. > :24:13.part of ballroom dancing. I like seeing the looks on the celebrities

:24:14. > :24:17.faces. I just could not get over it when I walked in. It is so

:24:25. > :24:28.stunning. It is absolutely amazing. Anastacia and take that sharing the

:24:53. > :25:00.night. Blackpool means rock. We have questions on the rock. What

:25:01. > :25:10.essentials did you pack? I brought my dance shoes. Very important. You

:25:11. > :25:13.said you would warm coat. I do have a warm coat. I brought lots of

:25:14. > :25:19.things. I never go anywhere without snacks. Ballroom aside, what is the

:25:20. > :25:24.biggest difference between Elstree Studios and Blackpool? The audience.

:25:25. > :25:29.I think there is more audience and it feels incredible when everyone

:25:30. > :25:36.cheers, because I think there is double the audience watching in the

:25:37. > :25:42.studio. That is really cool. It is a heck of an atmosphere. Jay... Who

:25:43. > :25:46.out of the Strictly family went to bed latest last night. Brian

:25:47. > :25:54.McFadden was there. He said, come for a drink, and I said, I would,

:25:55. > :26:00.but it is 2am and I am up at 7:00am. And you were first on the dance

:26:01. > :26:07.floor. That's right. 7:00am. It felt we are doing a salsa at 7:30am. Show

:26:08. > :26:28.us your happy face. Smile. Someone give me a croissant. Card, -- Oso or

:26:29. > :26:31.scampi. I was like to say cod. Who of the Strictly family would

:26:32. > :26:35.scampi. I was like to say cod. Who bigger screen on the Big Dipper. The

:26:36. > :26:41.biggest screamer is Kellie, without a doubt. If she does a right order

:26:42. > :26:45.biggest screamer is Kellie, without she does wrong. That is the same

:26:46. > :26:46.sound! Thanks for your chat. Enjoy the day and the very best of luck

:26:47. > :26:53.for the day and the very best of luck

:26:54. > :26:58.bobble hats. Laura, she has made her own necklace. Look. Her sisters are

:26:59. > :27:00.so embarrassed, they have hidden. Blackpool has seen some

:27:01. > :27:04.spectacular routines in the past. I mean, who could forget Anne

:27:05. > :27:07.Widdecombe getting dragged around Hopefully this year's routines will

:27:08. > :27:16.be as memorable but for slightly different reasons, so let's see how

:27:17. > :27:25.our couples are looking in training. I like your necklace. Thank you.

:27:26. > :27:33.Quickstep training has gone surprisingly well. I feel that I

:27:34. > :27:37.have done a lot of dances that have prepared me for this one, so I have

:27:38. > :27:41.done a couple ballroom numbers. I am quite confident in the holds. I have

:27:42. > :27:45.done some that require fast-food work like the Charleston and

:27:46. > :27:53.December. It feels quite familiar. In a weird way. I am really enjoying

:27:54. > :27:59.it. It is fun. This week, we are doing the Charleston. It is

:28:00. > :28:02.definitely the most difficult choreography we have done. It is

:28:03. > :28:06.very fast with what's in it. Training has been intense because

:28:07. > :28:11.there are so many moves. You change Asian steppe every two beats. There

:28:12. > :28:18.are loads of lifts and splits, so it is a lot to do. We're laughing at

:28:19. > :28:22.the lifts more than actually doing them. I think I am over my fear of

:28:23. > :28:31.lifts. I like being upside down, it is so much fun.

:28:32. > :28:34.This week we are doing a quickstep. You have to really have it in your

:28:35. > :28:41.bones otherwise if you miss one piece of work, you are thrown off.

:28:42. > :28:44.The hard thing about it is that your legs are going like the clappers but

:28:45. > :28:48.the top half of your body is supposed to be elegant. She is going

:28:49. > :28:54.to have to concentrate hard on that. A lot of good and bouncing. The top

:28:55. > :28:59.half needs to stay static. That is the routine. It is going to be a

:29:00. > :29:03.cracking Luckily I know

:29:04. > :29:25.a man that has all the answers. Bobby, where have you been! I have

:29:26. > :29:27.missed you very much. Thank you, I'm glad you're back. You

:29:28. > :29:32.missed you very much. Thank you, I'm memories of Blackpool. We danced

:29:33. > :29:42.there with Patsy Kensit. Week ate, we danced the Samba to Copacabana.

:29:43. > :29:49.-- week eight. We should have been in the final. But I have made peace

:29:50. > :29:54.with that. The Tower ballroom is very iconic but when did it become

:29:55. > :29:58.so important to ballroom dancing? It has always been important. Blackpool

:29:59. > :30:02.was the hub of all holiday destinations, not only for people in

:30:03. > :30:06.the UK but all around the world. People would go to that grand Tower

:30:07. > :30:11.ballroom, whisk the partners around, and from then on, it started

:30:12. > :30:15.to build. And then once we started with the British championship, the

:30:16. > :30:19.biggest competition in the world, it became the hub of ballroom dancing.

:30:20. > :30:24.People come from all over the world for these championships.

:30:25. > :30:27.Absolutely. The junior and juveniles, that was still in the

:30:28. > :30:36.Tower ballroom until not long ago. Now it is in the Winter Gardens. And

:30:37. > :30:43.there it is, look at that. Each country would send the top two or

:30:44. > :30:47.three competitors from the country, so the standard of dancing was the

:30:48. > :30:51.best you would ever see. I have been to the competition before. How do

:30:52. > :30:57.you cope, because on the dance floor, there are millions of people

:30:58. > :31:00.dancing at the same time. Does it get vicious? It is all about flawed

:31:01. > :31:07.craft. You have seen Strictly Ballroom, where they are trying to

:31:08. > :31:11.get not under each other's feet. With the group numbers, all the

:31:12. > :31:16.competitors are on the floor at the same time and it is all about not

:31:17. > :31:23.crashing into each other. How many times did you compete? Over the

:31:24. > :31:24.years, 18 or 19 times. If only we could see a picture of a young

:31:25. > :31:34.Robin. Look at him. So much hair. Which

:31:35. > :31:39.competition was this, do you remember? One of them I was 12. The

:31:40. > :31:43.one on the right. The one on the left I was 15. That was the first

:31:44. > :31:49.final I made at Blackpool. Who was your partner? Katherine Marsh. We

:31:50. > :31:53.are still greatp friends. Do you get to dance together? Not any more. We

:31:54. > :31:58.still speak all the time. Dance floor at the Tower Ballroom is much

:31:59. > :32:03.bigger than the Strictly studio. How easy is it for our couples, the

:32:04. > :32:07.celebrities to adjust? Because it is so vast in side, you want to perform

:32:08. > :32:11.out all the time but you have to remember you have a camera, you have

:32:12. > :32:14.to perform to everybody at home. You need to find the balance between

:32:15. > :32:17.entertaining the audience by performing out to them but also

:32:18. > :32:21.making sure yu please everyone at home as well. -- making sure you

:32:22. > :32:25.please everyone at home. How scared will they be? Petrified. The moment

:32:26. > :32:29.you walk in, the first time you feel the history of everything that has

:32:30. > :32:33.happened there over the years and it brings a nervous energy on. It is

:32:34. > :32:38.much bigger than the studio. Even professionals get nervous. Really?

:32:39. > :32:42.Do the locals love having the competition up there each year? They

:32:43. > :32:47.love us coming up to Blackpool. We head up to the local coffee shops,

:32:48. > :32:51.sit down and have a good old cup of tea and get chatting. They love us

:32:52. > :32:55.being there. It makes Blackpool all lively again. We must say - good

:32:56. > :32:58.luck, you are doing the Strictly Christmas special who. Is your

:32:59. > :33:03.wonderful partner? Alison Hammond. You lucky thing. Have you had a

:33:04. > :33:08.practise? We have, it is a scream. We are having a lot of fun, as you

:33:09. > :33:11.can imagine. We can't wait for Christmas. You have been away too

:33:12. > :33:22.long. Don't stay away so long next time. Come back soon. It is Robin.

:33:23. > :33:26.Let's head back upnorth and see what mischief Gethin is causing now.

:33:27. > :33:31.Thank you and because we are at the world famous Blackpool. It is only

:33:32. > :33:34.right the director of choreography pulls out all the stops for Saturday

:33:35. > :33:39.night. Two big numbers with the celebs. How is it going? Full on. I

:33:40. > :33:42.think we have never had this many elements in both routines, both the

:33:43. > :33:46.Saturday and Sunday routine, as big as you can get How much is it

:33:47. > :33:52.affected by the fact you are here and not in Elstree? Is there a big

:33:53. > :33:56.difference to what you can do? It is a beautiful building. One of the

:33:57. > :33:59.most beautiful ballrooms in the world but not made for the

:34:00. > :34:03.production we want to do. It is difficult to wedge it in. I have

:34:04. > :34:06.been speaking to some of the pros and celebs about you. They told me

:34:07. > :34:11.two things - you are absolutely brilliant but you shout a lot, is

:34:12. > :34:16.that true? Um, no, me? No, no, I do. But it is a rowdy mob. They have a

:34:17. > :34:20.good time and sometimes being heard over the top of them is pretty

:34:21. > :34:24.intense. Yes, I lose my voice about once a week. Especially with the two

:34:25. > :34:29.dances you have, so many people involved and extra dances. More than

:34:30. > :34:33.50 on the floor at one time. Crazy With the celebs, are you seeing

:34:34. > :34:36.people excel. There is pressure on them in the competition. How much

:34:37. > :34:41.focus do they put on the group dances? I think because this is -

:34:42. > :34:45.since Hallowe'en this is the first time they have all come together as

:34:46. > :34:50.a group. Making it to Blackpool is such a big thing for the celebs, and

:34:51. > :34:55.for them to get out there and be a part of the opening number t sets a

:34:56. > :35:00.tone for the whole night. - it sets a tone I know you have lots of work

:35:01. > :35:05.to do. I'm really excited. Thank you very much for your time. Good to see

:35:06. > :35:09.you again Jason and he has just got engaged. Congratulations.

:35:10. > :35:11.Now we can't talk about Blackpool without some end-of-the-pier-style

:35:12. > :35:15.However, as you know, here on It Takes Two we like to be

:35:16. > :35:17.informative as well as entertaining so join us as we play...

:35:18. > :35:23.This is going to be the finest television you have ever seen.

:35:24. > :35:28.It's team Mel and Louis verses Team Robin and Louise.

:35:29. > :35:32.You are going head-to-head in a series of quickfire questions

:35:33. > :35:37.Each team has one minute to answer as many questions as you can.

:35:38. > :35:43.If you get one right you get to throw a hoop.

:35:44. > :35:45.Whoever has the most hoops on the board at the end

:35:46. > :35:56.Who is thrower? I will be the thrower. Answerer. OK, get in place.

:35:57. > :36:01.You are going first. Some encouragement from the floor. Roll

:36:02. > :36:04.up, roll up. All the questions are about Blackpool. She is psyching

:36:05. > :36:08.herself up. Are you ready? Totally. The minute starts now. This is the

:36:09. > :36:14.first time Strictly has been to Blackpool. True or false? False.

:36:15. > :36:17.Right. And he got one. In 20119 Strictly final was broadcast from

:36:18. > :36:31.the Blackpool Tower Ballroom. Who was the winner? 2011? The year

:36:32. > :36:35.before me. Kara Tointon? No, Harry Judd. What animals can be

:36:36. > :36:41.seen riding along the beach front Donkeys. Well done, Mel. Oh, he has

:36:42. > :36:47.missed. What was the lowest score ever given by one of the judges in

:36:48. > :36:55.Blackpool, 9 or 13? 9. It's actually 13. 13. That's what I

:36:56. > :37:00.meant to say. Anya and Anton got it in series 8. How many tonnes of

:37:01. > :37:05.paint does it take to cover the Blackpool Tower. 9 or 15? 15, Zoe.

:37:06. > :37:15.#12k3w4r they are shouting #: You have gone for 15. 9. She said 9. 9.

:37:16. > :37:19.#12k3w4r throw. Which blonde extremely talented top of the game

:37:20. > :37:26.television presenter was born in Blackpool. Zoe Ball.

:37:27. > :37:34.Another hoop. Well done, Lewis. I tried my best. Can we hear it for

:37:35. > :37:41.our glamorous ice-cream assistant. Hafshy. Fist time on televichlingts

:37:42. > :37:47.he is wearing my tights. By the way. Time for team Robin and Louise.

:37:48. > :37:53.Shall I throw? Yes, I'm not great at sport Because I'm great at it.

:37:54. > :38:02.Ready, Bobby. Which famous tennis mum left... Judy Murray. Go on Lou.

:38:03. > :38:08.Which Blackpool amusement park rhymes with... Pleasure beach.

:38:09. > :38:13.Go on. Which structly judge is the only person who have given a one in

:38:14. > :38:19.Blackpool? Craig. Here she goes again. I'm really rubbish. The

:38:20. > :38:24.Blackpool ferris wheel is bigger than the London Eye. True or false.

:38:25. > :38:30.False. It is. He has it right. Off you go, Louise.

:38:31. > :38:35.Go on you go. You can always swap. Which Strictly siblings won the

:38:36. > :38:43.British national junior Latin Championships... Kevin and Jo an. Go

:38:44. > :38:46.on, Lou. Go on. Yes! A gold for Redknapp. In which year was the

:38:47. > :38:55.Blackpool Tower room built. Redknapp. In which year was the

:38:56. > :39:04.1894. 1894. Well done, Lou. ... Which means our winners are -

:39:05. > :39:06.Mel and Louis. Always a pleasure. You win this prize, which you have

:39:07. > :39:18.to share - we are so tight. Let's hear it for Harvey. While we

:39:19. > :39:22.recover from that chaos, let's see what is happening in Blackpool. Well

:39:23. > :39:25.lob Louise. Zoe you would not believe the amount

:39:26. > :39:31.of stuff they have had to bring up. All the costumes here. All the work

:39:32. > :39:38.going on, as we speak. It comes on. Sewing going on. Who is in here, Ola

:39:39. > :39:42.Jordan. Oh, my favourite. Look, all the girls are here. Jo. Are you

:39:43. > :39:45.looking for Harry Judd? No, I left him back home.

:39:46. > :39:50.Come through here. Here she is. him back home.

:39:51. > :39:55.this Anita's paso dress It is. For tomorrow. This is beautiful. Good.

:39:56. > :40:01.Have you been working on this since 3.00am? I haven't. I was in the car,

:40:02. > :40:06.though but everyone else is working really late, all week. They work so

:40:07. > :40:09.hard. This one wasn't even given a day off on her birthday yesterday.

:40:10. > :40:15.Everyone shout happy birthday Happy birthday. We will sing. I haven't

:40:16. > :40:19.got time. Happy birthday, Jane. Have a wonderful time. See you in bai. I

:40:20. > :40:23.will rock through here. Excuse me. Even more stuff to see through here.

:40:24. > :40:31.The boys' dressing room. Who do we have? Oh, boys and girls in here.

:40:32. > :40:36.Hi, guys. How are you doing? Stop texting. I have seen your paso dress

:40:37. > :40:43.Dramatic. All that mesh and red. Oh, it is really sexy. I can't wait. I'm

:40:44. > :40:45.ready. I watched a bit of the performance earlier on. It

:40:46. > :40:48.ready. I watched a bit of the rather wonderful. You are in the

:40:49. > :40:52.wars, how are you doing and feeling about it? I feel great. We are in

:40:53. > :40:56.Blackpool. Super excited. It is really different. It feels like you

:40:57. > :41:01.are in somewhere great but, I just want to get on with it, you know and

:41:02. > :41:06.do it. Friday is a weird day. Gleb in terms of Blackpool and the dance

:41:07. > :41:06.floor, I have heard it is a bit different, bouncier, is

:41:07. > :41:12.floor, I have heard it is a bit Does it cause problems on a Friday?

:41:13. > :41:16.It is a bit bouncy. I think it is because it is either old or it is

:41:17. > :41:21.supposed to be like that. But it feels really, really good. It is

:41:22. > :41:24.really smooth and it is not slippery which is very important for dancers,

:41:25. > :41:28.you know what I'm talking about. No? Do you know what he is talking

:41:29. > :41:33.about? It is for people who doesn't have a good balance. We need to have

:41:34. > :41:37.not slippery floors so we can grip on there. Yes, it is amazing. I have

:41:38. > :41:42.never been on there. Yes, it is amazing. I have

:41:43. > :41:45.it is so Bute #i68. The energy you have in the room,

:41:46. > :41:51.it is so Bute #i68. The energy you incredible. It is your first time.

:41:52. > :41:57.How is it for you, pro? I feel like it is a different emotion. Everyone

:41:58. > :42:02.told me it is mazing. I realised today it is really different here.

:42:03. > :42:08.-- amazing. Is it a bit different to Sicily? Blackpool and Sicily,

:42:09. > :42:13.really, really close. I mean, the weather is absolutely the same. It's

:42:14. > :42:17.really hot, like Sicily. You two have been rehearsing this morning H

:42:18. > :42:22.you have been out and about as well. What have you been doing? We have

:42:23. > :42:28.been on the Big One. Yes, in these galeforce winds. It was so cold. Yes

:42:29. > :42:31.I'm feeling it. How does that help with the Viennese waltz? I have no

:42:32. > :42:36.idea. Apparently it was the quickest way to get here today. We ended up

:42:37. > :42:42.going back o in a circle. I don't know how that worked out. One thing

:42:43. > :42:45.I heard you earlier was singing until the corridor, Whitney Houston

:42:46. > :42:51.everywhere. # I having in,ing in...#

:42:52. > :42:58.He loves Whitney Houston. I don't know what that was. I have to listen

:42:59. > :43:04.to this every tie. Torture, torture. That was him singing? It is a big

:43:05. > :43:08.surprise for tomorrow. Whit any Houston, Viennese waltz, it looked

:43:09. > :43:12.amazing in rehearsal. Are you looking forward to it? I'm looking

:43:13. > :43:17.forward to it. I'm coming down from the ceiling. I'm looking forward to

:43:18. > :43:21.it. It is a beautiful dance. Top of the leaderboard last week. Pressure?

:43:22. > :43:26.Definite pressure but nice. On that, this year is weird. A lot of people

:43:27. > :43:30.have been top of the leaderboard and a lot in the bottom two. It is

:43:31. > :43:35.really wide open. Are you feeling that? Well I have not been at the

:43:36. > :43:42.top or the... You know, the other end. Don't say the word. There are a

:43:43. > :43:48.lot of fantastic dancers in this competition. It is Blackpool. We've

:43:49. > :43:54.got rocks! I know, Georgia it is only done the road for you, Georgia

:43:55. > :44:00.with your bus pass. Where's Gleb's rock. There is a question on it. How

:44:01. > :44:05.will you be painting the town red after the show? How will I be doing

:44:06. > :44:10.that? I'm going to be hanging out with these boys. I'm going to take

:44:11. > :44:17.Giovanni and Gleb out for a night out in Blackpool. Two northern lasts

:44:18. > :44:22.and two pro dancers. Georgia, Georgia, you don't even go out, you

:44:23. > :44:27.just have pizza, every time I pick up a paper on a Sunday, you are just

:44:28. > :44:33.eating pizza. We don't get to eat that much when rehearsing. It is

:44:34. > :44:39.such a long way. I'm literally, all on the way home, inhaling food.

:44:40. > :44:45.Inhail the question on your rock? What reception have you had from the

:44:46. > :44:48.locals? Quite nice. We have been here since 7.30am, everyone was

:44:49. > :44:58.still in bed. You haven't seen anyone. Last one. Cod, haddock oar

:44:59. > :45:02.scampi. I have no idea. Cod, fish and chip Whilst Gleb works out what

:45:03. > :45:06.that question is about, we'll probably wrap it up. If you don't

:45:07. > :45:11.fancy anything, you can enjoy your rocks. Have a great time. The best

:45:12. > :45:13.of luck tomorrow night in Blackpool. Could there be a winner moping that

:45:14. > :45:18.little group, ladies and gentlemen? It's time to welcome

:45:19. > :45:33.back three people who love to They say if you both start on either

:45:34. > :45:41.end. Lady and the Tramp style. Obviously not. Let's talk about

:45:42. > :45:53.George and Giovanni. A Viennese waltz with an American smooth twist.

:45:54. > :45:57.Listen to that. Now she is looking absolutely extraordinary, I think,

:45:58. > :46:03.and the last couple of weeks, don't you think? Pundit, Louise. I think

:46:04. > :46:07.she has really found her module. She has really got confident and I think

:46:08. > :46:16.she is just moving around the floor with ease. I think she is going to

:46:17. > :46:21.the top. We are loving Louise Redknapp the pundit. I have been

:46:22. > :46:29.watching my husband for too long, clearly! Gleb and Anita are doing

:46:30. > :46:36.the Paso Doble. I love her because she is a grafter. Don't you agree?

:46:37. > :46:42.She works so hard. She has not come from a dancing background as far as

:46:43. > :46:46.I know. And she is a fantastic presenter. And the Shias, looking

:46:47. > :46:53.amazing. She is brilliant. I would like to win, can I say that? You can

:46:54. > :46:58.absolutely say that. -- and they are she is, looking amazing. How is her

:46:59. > :47:04.technique? The Paso Doble is a strong, passionate dance. She needs

:47:05. > :47:12.to attack it. That is just training but on the night, she needs to go

:47:13. > :47:19.for it. She has got attack in bags. She has got attack, she has. She

:47:20. > :47:21.will not be beaten. Let's talk about Tristan and Jamelia. Back in the

:47:22. > :47:32.ballroom with a quickstep. Let's look. Dancing to the Monkees. I can

:47:33. > :47:37.spirit. Can she stay out the dance-off? If she goes in this week,

:47:38. > :47:43.it will be the fifth time. The most ever. Nobody has survived four. She

:47:44. > :47:46.is amazing. She has got great. I don't think Strictly would be the

:47:47. > :47:51.same without her. There is a lot of technical dancers but she brings a

:47:52. > :47:55.real personality to her dancing. She is always Jamelia, she has always

:47:56. > :47:58.got a lovely big smile and she makes me smile when I watch. I want to

:47:59. > :48:04.survive because I think she has been a real trooper. I think she looked

:48:05. > :48:11.relaxed. It is a great dance, the quickstep. It is a bigger floor, and

:48:12. > :48:15.you can really move around. Sweep around. Lewis, you never got to

:48:16. > :48:20.dance at Blackpool but you did dance at Wembley. How exciting is the

:48:21. > :48:23.noise of the crowd? It is scary. When you are training, you have only

:48:24. > :48:28.got small areas to training and when you get to Wembley, it was a massive

:48:29. > :48:37.shock. And the voices echo in Wembley. The voices in your head!

:48:38. > :48:43.Helen and Aljaz are doing the Charleston. I imagine this is going

:48:44. > :48:55.to be quite good. Flabby hands. What is so good about Helen? Well, she is

:48:56. > :49:00.a fantastic actress. -- flappy hands. Even in rehearsal, she is in

:49:01. > :49:03.ruddy character. She dances from the top to the bottom so I think she is

:49:04. > :49:06.thinking about her feet and her hands when she is dancing. Every

:49:07. > :49:12.part of her is dancing. That is when you really see somebody take steps

:49:13. > :49:19.forward, because they become really accomplished. Head to toe. They have

:49:20. > :49:23.done very well this series, the Charlestons. What do you think about

:49:24. > :49:28.this one? I think she is fantastic, completely switched on. She is

:49:29. > :49:31.grafting and I think she will be amazing. Louise, there were rumours

:49:32. > :49:36.that you and your husband would do the show and we were very excited. I

:49:37. > :49:42.heard that! Would you ever do the show? I don't know if we would get

:49:43. > :49:47.Jamie in Lycra or spandex or anything like that, he is such a

:49:48. > :49:52.bloke. I don't think we would get in doing a step. But I love the show. I

:49:53. > :50:00.am a massive fan. There is a promise! Low pressure! Who is saying

:50:01. > :50:05.goodbye this weekend, who do you think is going home? So tough,

:50:06. > :50:09.because they are all brilliant now. It will be tough for Jamelia because

:50:10. > :50:14.of previous weeks. And technically, they before Katie as well. There are

:50:15. > :50:19.others who have moved on. Who is going home this weekend? I think it

:50:20. > :50:27.might be Jamelia and peaked in the bottom two. Judging from what I have

:50:28. > :50:35.seen... Dancing to Beyonce?! Who is going home for you? As long as it is

:50:36. > :50:36.not Anita. It is not that I don't mind, but I don't want her to go

:50:37. > :50:45.home. Give it up for our panel. For many of

:50:46. > :50:51.our professional dancers, competing in Blackpool is a right of passage

:50:52. > :51:03.and when it comes to The Cliftons, People might think Blackpool is an

:51:04. > :51:07.old seaside town, like Grimsby. With just the arcade and fish and chips.

:51:08. > :51:11.But the town is the heart of UK ballroom dancing and it is known

:51:12. > :51:18.throughout the world. For us and our family, Blackpool has been a

:51:19. > :51:21.magnificent part of our life. Because it was always the biggest

:51:22. > :51:29.championship in the world. It has given us a lot of memories. We know

:51:30. > :51:36.nothing else. Watching the videos, and the photos, seeing them in

:51:37. > :51:45.action, I am very proud. We won three national championships, and

:51:46. > :51:49.one open World Championships. We used to coming to Blackpool, driving

:51:50. > :51:53.the car from Grimsby, and we always had a little competition between the

:51:54. > :52:02.four of us. Who is the first to see the Blackpool Tower? Whoever sees at

:52:03. > :52:05.first gets 20p. -- sees it first. We would come here and we would be on

:52:06. > :52:11.the donkey, we would be on the carousel, we would go to the arcade,

:52:12. > :52:19.we would play bingo on the prom. We loved it. It was more of a holiday,

:52:20. > :52:25.not just dancing. At an early age, they showed a lot of promise. Ken

:52:26. > :52:34.and I have been competing here for over ten years. Together, we have

:52:35. > :52:38.won two British championship titles. It was probably obvious that the

:52:39. > :52:48.offspring of dancers would be dancers themselves. You can't come

:52:49. > :52:55.to Blackpool without fish and chips. Isn't it great? Fantastic. Blackpool

:52:56. > :53:06.has so many good memories, not just dancing. I had my very first proper

:53:07. > :53:14.kiss in the aquarium. What?! We had our first kiss down there as well.

:53:15. > :53:22.That's gross! Both ballrooms

:53:23. > :53:25.That's gross! incredible. The Winter Gardens is

:53:26. > :53:31.hugely important for us. It has provided the iconic moments in our

:53:32. > :53:37.lives. And those moments will never be forgotten. When you walk out onto

:53:38. > :53:47.the dance floor, there is something about it, singles in your spine. The

:53:48. > :53:53.ballroom, it is a feeling that you cannot describe it. The adrenaline,

:53:54. > :53:59.the nerves, wanting to do everything so perfectly. It is just a wonderful

:54:00. > :54:04.feeling. Just to dance on the floor is

:54:05. > :54:09.something so special. Because wherever we are now, wherever we

:54:10. > :54:15.have got to come me and Kevin, even on a shoulder extra click on

:54:16. > :54:22.dancing, are all careers started here. -- even on a show like

:54:23. > :54:27.Strictly Come Dancing. It has made us the people that we are and given

:54:28. > :54:45.us huge memories. Blackpool is dance. Temp back. -- Totes emosh.

:54:46. > :54:48.On Monday's show, we are bringing you the deluxe edition of Ask The

:55:05. > :55:09.Right, let's head back to the Tower Ballroom for the final time to

:55:10. > :55:15.Things are quietening down a little bit now. Rehearsals are coming to an

:55:16. > :55:19.end. I was stood there, thinking, when this place is full tomorrow

:55:20. > :55:23.night, and millions of people are watching around the UK, it will be

:55:24. > :55:28.easy to crumble under the pressure but you know, I think the class of

:55:29. > :55:32.2015 have got it in the bag. All the celebrities and pros are back in the

:55:33. > :55:38.hotel now. Jeremy is here, and then they are going to play Eggheads and

:55:39. > :55:41.go for fish and chips, as you do, in Blackpool.

:55:42. > :55:47.That is nearly it for tonight. Thank you to my guests and Gethin in

:55:48. > :55:49.Blackpool. We are gossiping about the Great British Bake Off!

:55:50. > :55:51.Make sure you watch Strictly from Blackpool tomorrow at 6.50 on BBC1.

:56:20. > :56:36.# I could be the first to let you in

:56:37. > :56:39.# I could help you find a place again
