:03:47. > :03:50.dedication and just how physically demanding it is. And mentally

:06:15. > :06:18.behalf because they know how hard we have worked and so I felt when we

:28:14. > :28:16.dances earlier. There has been a process over the following weeks and
:28:17. > :28:21.they have improved and learned so many things I can apply to that
