:07:39. > :07:45.Who do you think it is? Faith owed later in the shore. We will reveal

:07:45. > :07:53.later in the shore. We will reveal everything later on.

:07:53. > :08:03.Here to deflect on the teens is Karen Hardy. -- to reflect on the

:08:03. > :08:19.

:08:19. > :08:22.Please welcome the Queen of choreography. Did you feel like the

:08:22. > :08:31.professional dancers are trying to show off their technical ability?

:08:31. > :08:41.Absolutely. It is all in the Like my Irish stew. It is all in

:08:41. > :08:44.

:08:44. > :08:49.the preparation. The professionals have been doing all this homework,

:08:49. > :08:54.for all these weeks. Now all that homework is starting to pay offer.

:08:54. > :09:01.We had some incredible numbers this week. Let us take a look. Anita and

:09:01. > :09:07.Robin and the Charleston. Such fun. Was a bold of Robin to put in so

:09:07. > :09:10.much solo work? All this will work much solo work? All this will work

:09:10. > :09:17.was interesting. Last week, she was on her own throughout. This will

:09:17. > :09:21.make her stronger and stronger. Look at the timings. The Unison is

:09:21. > :09:25.slightly off. This is so fast. It slightly off. This is so fast. It

:09:25. > :09:34.is getting faster, than music. She managed it. She is an inspiration

:09:34. > :09:38.up the floor. What is important about solo work, as a professional,

:09:38. > :09:45.we are always taught that you have to learn the steps yourself. You

:09:45. > :09:49.have to be strong on your own feet so that your mark the United team.

:09:49. > :09:54.-- You are the United team. This is a great week for her to be learning

:09:54. > :09:59.how to stand her ground. Anything else to come, they will be strong.

:09:59. > :10:04.She will walk it. Oodles of energy, as always. Jason and Christine, a

:10:04. > :10:14.shock on Saturday. They were quite low. Alesha even said she got bored

:10:14. > :10:14.

:10:14. > :10:20.We don't see our celebrities do a great rumba. Our male celebrities.

:10:20. > :10:26.Taking these steps, two, three, four, hold, two, three, four, hold.

:10:26. > :10:30.That's the reason why rumba is so difficult. What they are having to

:10:30. > :10:38.do, we've got four beats, but they're only allowed to step on

:10:38. > :10:41.three of them. What happens on the fourth for the celebrities.

:10:41. > :10:48.Kristina's been clever and is putting in the basic work for the

:10:48. > :10:52.judges because she knows she's got to get the points, but then like a

:10:52. > :10:56.red herring, she's lifting, backbending, elevating, all sorts

:10:56. > :11:02.of things, distracting the eye which is perfect. To be honest, you

:11:02. > :11:05.need to get through this rumba. So I don't ever remember a great male

:11:05. > :11:10.celebrity rumba. We've seen some great lady celebritys in the past

:11:10. > :11:15.but never men. It's that heavy empty look that we always get from

:11:15. > :11:23.it. So yes, it felt down the mark. Not his strongest? No. But he's

:11:23. > :11:28.never bad, Jason, is he, even when he's not as good. Russell and

:11:28. > :11:32.Flavia, the delightful bullfighter, hilarious, did Flavia put in a lot

:11:32. > :11:37.of paso content here? This was comedy and content all together.

:11:37. > :11:41.What a mix! We were ready for the comedy and we thought it would be,

:11:41. > :11:47.come on, Russell, let's have a laugh. I was shocked by this. Look

:11:47. > :11:53.at the arms and the pair there, he maintains the arm stretch and uses

:11:53. > :11:57.them up, all the basic lines that the judges will bang on. People at

:11:57. > :12:02.home will understand this, you know. I think sometimes we get distracted

:12:02. > :12:09.by what dance this is. This was pretty clear, Paso Doble. Strong

:12:09. > :12:15.marching steps, OK, rumbas and cha- chas, we walk. Samba and jive, we

:12:15. > :12:19.step. In Paso Doble, we march and he was marching across the floor

:12:19. > :12:24.with great shapes and a bit of comedy to add to the value. Holly

:12:24. > :12:28.and Artem and the jive. What was it about the choreography that made

:12:28. > :12:32.this so unique and terrific? It was very, very special, I've got to say.

:12:32. > :12:35.I'll try and explain why. Look at this choreography I've chosen here,

:12:35. > :12:39.look. She's flicking her feet, rotating the whole step and turning

:12:39. > :12:44.under the arm at the same time. We've got so much content in there,

:12:44. > :12:49.so many steps, but then on the top they were like oh, this is so

:12:49. > :12:52.easy... So cool. This is so cool. It wasn't that normal jive we are

:12:52. > :12:55.used to where it's normally that beat bop beat bop junking around,

:12:56. > :13:00.so I want to say to everybody at home, it's definitely not wrong

:13:00. > :13:03.what they were doing, it was an alternative swing-style jive.

:13:03. > :13:07.People will be used to the big heavy kicks, they were in there,

:13:07. > :13:11.but what he did is, he trained her to pick the feet up to the body,

:13:11. > :13:17.rather than bounce around with the head. On to Harry and Aliona and

:13:17. > :13:21.their Samba. Great comments but not good I should say. Where do you

:13:21. > :13:25.think he's lacking? choreography was brilliant. What

:13:25. > :13:29.was missing was the party element. He just needed to relax. But look

:13:29. > :13:34.at this slow-mo. Did you see that body action? I'm trying not to look,

:13:34. > :13:37.please! I know everybody at home is in love with the Harry and the look

:13:37. > :13:42.and everything, but I want to explain to you, that is called body

:13:42. > :13:46.action. Yes. Now, they only have such a short time to train in a

:13:47. > :13:51.week. Layer one, choreography, layer two, timing, layer three,

:13:51. > :13:56.technique. We had all of that in this routine. Layer four, she had

:13:56. > :14:01.time for layer four, which is using the body action. But, to be honest,

:14:01. > :14:06.I would have traded that body action at this moment for just a

:14:06. > :14:10.big smile and a big, yes, I'm in carnival and loving what I'm doing.

:14:10. > :14:15.It was all a bit too serious for me, but in general, the choreography

:14:15. > :14:21.was all there and brilliant. show dancing? No, good, I loved it.

:14:21. > :14:24.A point for that. Robbie and Ola and their waltz. Robbie had mixed

:14:24. > :14:27.feedback. It seemed very traditional. Was that Ola's aim, do

:14:27. > :14:31.you think? What I saw here was, everything was stripped away from

:14:31. > :14:35.Robbie and it was the pure dancing. Look at this, one, two, three, of

:14:35. > :14:39.the waltz. She's basically, you know, it's one of the messages I

:14:39. > :14:44.like. Little messages from the professionals saying, everybody

:14:44. > :14:48.look at my celebrity. The rising of the falling and everything. This is

:14:48. > :14:51.what I want you to look at. The beautiful waltz across the floor

:14:52. > :14:57.and he for me has the best top line in this competition yet. He's going

:14:57. > :14:59.to be so chuffed to hear that. Great top line, it shows off the

:14:59. > :15:01.choreography, he's a ballroom dancer through and through,

:15:01. > :15:06.beautiful. There was a great weekend of dancing.

:15:06. > :15:11.Good. Well done Robbie. Chelsee and Pasha to finish with. Their

:15:11. > :15:15.charleston. It was so exciting. Top scores of the night. Very clever

:15:15. > :15:21.choreography from Pasha and tricky. Tricky! We had everything in here

:15:21. > :15:25.from the side by side, from arms kicking, look at this bit of

:15:25. > :15:30.choreography I've chosen on one leg. Arms going, legs going the other

:15:30. > :15:34.way, it's one of these, have you tried this? I'm not attempting it!

:15:34. > :15:37.And doing your head at the same time. That's what charleston is.

:15:38. > :15:43.Then he had her using the stairs, they're back on the floor doing

:15:43. > :15:48.lifts. It was the most incredible number, it really was a finale. I

:15:48. > :15:51.would like to see some tens coming soon because she's beginning to

:15:51. > :15:56.improve her her technique is getting stronger. The beat bop look

:15:56. > :16:00.is gone now. It's getting strength inside it and I think every week

:16:00. > :16:05.now these couples - I'm so excited - it's brilliant! Karen, see you

:16:05. > :16:09.next week, we love you, Karen Hardy!

:16:09. > :16:13.Alex and James impressed all the judges this weekend with their

:16:13. > :16:22.classy and sophisticated quickstep. I'll chat to them in a second but

:16:22. > :16:26.first up, a reminder of how they did it. Excitement. Elegant,

:16:26. > :16:30.dynamic. Alex, the quickstep was like a fine champagne. It made me

:16:30. > :16:40.feel giddy. You are going from strength-to-strength, the girl from

:16:40. > :16:42.

:16:42. > :16:47.Wales did good! You really did that dance which was full of personality.

:16:47. > :16:51.Eight. Oh, ork, oh, put me down now, put me down. Despite the dress and

:16:51. > :16:56.lying on the floor at the end, I think we are moving in the right

:16:56. > :16:59.direction. Been compared to a fine champagne, who'd have thought, even

:17:00. > :17:04.if we were in the club we would have been on our backs drinking the

:17:04. > :17:08.champagne. Give it up for Alex and James.

:17:08. > :17:13.Hello. You gorgeous twosome. You had a gruelling week last week, but

:17:13. > :17:18.it paid off, Alex. Great quickstep? Well, the quickstep, as you know,

:17:18. > :17:22.very quick, James turned into Sergeant-Major and put me through

:17:22. > :17:28.my paces and he was very - it was very tiring, although you were more

:17:28. > :17:32.tired than me to be fair. My bum looks real I nice in those trousers.

:17:32. > :17:35.I'm not surprised after all the bouncing up and down. We are

:17:36. > :17:41.looking at Alex's face, not your bottom. I imagine some are. Craig

:17:41. > :17:44.thanked you, he loved it so much Can you believe it?! Can you

:17:44. > :17:48.believe it! It was like an outer body experience when Craig said

:17:48. > :17:53.that. It's probably the highest praise you can get. Coming from

:17:53. > :17:57.Craig, well, that was amazing. Craig was the only one that

:17:57. > :18:00.commented on the dress situation and I think he even spoke to me

:18:00. > :18:04.afterwards and said, I saw after 25 seconds, her foot got caught and

:18:04. > :18:09.didn't come out at all for the rest of the routine. I was watching at

:18:09. > :18:12.home with my buddies and nobody even noticed that. Well done for

:18:12. > :18:16.coping with that. That could have thrown somebody. When did you

:18:16. > :18:20.realise it got stuck. I went to do a hop and I thought I can't move my

:18:20. > :18:25.foot and I tried to dislodge it but it wasn't happening and a few of

:18:25. > :18:29.the steps got lost because of it. But I just thought we are here now,

:18:29. > :18:32.carry on. But I'm very grateful to Craig just for saying that he did

:18:32. > :18:37.notice because, as you said, it wouldn't have been obvious to the

:18:37. > :18:41.people at home. I know. Well done, you really did cope brilliantly.

:18:41. > :18:46.Well done. Also, the ending. That was hilarious. We are all assuming

:18:46. > :18:53.it wasn't planned. The falling over? I don't... You thought it was

:18:53. > :18:59.funny, I didn't think it was that funny. Really. Can we see it again.

:18:59. > :19:06.Down they go! Look! Yeah, really funny, yes.

:19:06. > :19:10.Alesha and Bruno laughing, Craig didn't look amused. I wasn't.

:19:10. > :19:16.you were the one that fell backwards. You sat on me and pulled

:19:16. > :19:20.me over. Come on now, I was just so relieved to get to the end of the

:19:20. > :19:27.routine by that part. You thought you would rugby tackle me. You are

:19:27. > :19:31.supposed to be the fit and strong one, sit up! Well said! You tell

:19:31. > :19:35.him, Alex! You thought that was fast, you are doing the jive this

:19:35. > :19:41.week. Even faster. How are you finding it, Alex? We haven't done

:19:41. > :19:44.that much so far. It's all about kicks and flicks. Yeah, I'm finding

:19:44. > :19:47.the basics a bit difficult, but it's always like this at the

:19:47. > :19:53.beginning of the week. This is something I need to ask you, as the

:19:53. > :19:59.competition goes on, does any of it get any easier? Any of Strictly?

:19:59. > :20:03.Well, I suppose it gets easier - you probably disagree - to learn

:20:03. > :20:09.the routine and remember the steps. Look at his eyes. No yes. We are

:20:09. > :20:12.feeling that this week with the jive aren't we? Yes. I don't know,

:20:12. > :20:16.even though I'm still nervous, I think it's because we are getting

:20:16. > :20:19.to the point when there are less contestants there, it's really

:20:19. > :20:23.important to enjoy yourselves on a Saturday because it could be the

:20:23. > :20:27.last week. I've just kind of tried to push the nerves aside a bit.

:20:27. > :20:33.noticed that as well with her. be gutted if I come out and think,

:20:33. > :20:37.why did you look so scared. Yes. You have given it a bit more welly

:20:37. > :20:41.now, as Len would say. It was joyful watching you on Saturday

:20:41. > :20:44.because you really did, even though you had your heel stuck, you were

:20:44. > :20:54.loving it. What do you think the main hurdles will be for Alex with

:20:54. > :20:55.

:20:55. > :21:05.the jive, James? Probably the jive. Worrying. At the moment, you're OK

:21:05. > :21:06.

:21:06. > :21:14.with lindy kicks... What is a lindy kick? Do I have to do it? This is a

:21:14. > :21:18.lindy kick, but as soon as she does anything in sync, that is it.

:21:18. > :21:23.can't believe you wear a tap shoe just generally. They are not tap

:21:23. > :21:29.shoes, it's this floor. James, you ooze masculinity. I think so.

:21:29. > :21:32.been told to say that. When you are dancing,, but in training, you are

:21:32. > :21:40.quite capable - you know what's coming - of embraiting your

:21:40. > :21:44.feminine side. Have a little look at this. Oh, no. Embracing your

:21:44. > :21:49.feminine side. I'm probably the man's man out of everybody. # All

:21:49. > :21:55.the single ladies # All the single ladies... #

:21:56. > :22:05.tight fit that skirt on you. I know. Two, three, cha-cha-cha, I'm happy

:22:06. > :22:07.

:22:08. > :22:17.to show her true femininity. from the top...

:22:17. > :22:25.And dance the turn. Like at me like that. He makes a great girl. Stop

:22:25. > :22:30.It's the funniest thing I've seen. Come on, Janet, it was time. That

:22:30. > :22:35.you came out to play properly. dad would be so proud, he really

:22:35. > :22:41.will. Thoroughly thrilled. Ten days to two until Wembley. How much

:22:41. > :22:45.daupt to be there? I really want to be there, but I just want to stay -

:22:45. > :22:49.- do you want to be there. I love spending time with Janet. Joking

:22:49. > :22:53.aside, we have such a good time. do. It's not about winning or

:22:53. > :22:57.getting to a certain stage, it's just about being able to dance the

:22:57. > :23:03.next day and the day after that. And spend time with me. And spend

:23:03. > :23:07.time with you. With him. Good luck this weekend with the kicks, flicks

:23:07. > :23:11.and tricks, Alex and Janet! Thanks for that!

:23:11. > :23:17.Janet Jordan, it's got a certain ring to it! Have you managed to

:23:17. > :23:23.guess who the pro-dancers were? Here is the answer. Who was

:23:23. > :23:26.everyone talking about? Did you guess? You guessed it, it's me.

:23:26. > :23:30.James thought it was Kristina, he got it wrong. It was our very own

:23:30. > :23:34.Aliona. This weekend, we saw Holly in pinstripe, Russell in polka dots

:23:34. > :23:41.and Harry in a slashed shirt so sheer you could see straight

:23:41. > :23:49.through it. Here to talk fashion in just a second our designers Sadie

:23:49. > :23:59.Frost and Jemima French but nirs a reminder of who wore what at the

:23:59. > :24:05.

:24:05. > :24:10.Please welcome founders and designers of fashion label Frost

:24:10. > :24:14.French, Sadie Frost and Jemima French. Welcome to the show, ladies.

:24:15. > :24:17.Let ice kick off with Chelsee's charleston dress from Saturday's

:24:18. > :24:23.show. The first time we saw a charleston dress. What did you

:24:23. > :24:28.think of her frock? It's very cute isn't it and very cheeky and

:24:28. > :24:31.reminds me of a bit Betty boop and I liked the fringing revealing her

:24:31. > :24:36.leg and stuff when she was dancing, she has a beautiful figure so when

:24:37. > :24:41.she does that twist it's sexy. really cheeky dance. She had to

:24:41. > :24:47.entice someone to help her with her car and stuff, it made her look

:24:47. > :24:54.really sexy and it worked with the dance. The cheverons on the front

:24:54. > :24:59.of the dress accentuated her big boobs and small waist. It's racey

:24:59. > :25:04.really because the fringing goes up quite high, then you have the flesh

:25:04. > :25:08.colour there but it's all very... Untypical for a charleston like the

:25:08. > :25:14.flapper dress, very untypical compared to Anita's dress which was

:25:14. > :25:18.much more classic, longer, more square cut, dropped waist,

:25:18. > :25:21.waistband. Drop waists are becoming a bit of a theme with Anita. She's

:25:21. > :25:24.had that a couple of times and she's worn very bright colours in

:25:24. > :25:30.her costumes and here she gets to wear classic black. What did you

:25:30. > :25:33.love about this? I do like the drop waist. It's very Art Deco. The

:25:33. > :25:38.fringing on the bottom is really nice and the low scoop back.

:25:38. > :25:41.Everything fits together and it's an amazing design dress I think and

:25:42. > :25:45.beautifully made. The head dress, you know, she's really enjoying it,

:25:45. > :25:51.pulls the whole thing off. I think she looks so comfortable in it.

:25:51. > :25:53.When you are making an outfit, that's how it should be because you

:25:53. > :25:57.have to feel great and exude confidence.

:25:57. > :26:02.That's what you want isn't it, to send your ladies out looking

:26:02. > :26:06.glorious and feeling it as well? She looks like she could be going

:26:06. > :26:10.to a cocktail party, the flapper dress was a real liberation for

:26:10. > :26:13.women, they could move, breathe, kick their legs, show their flesh a

:26:13. > :26:18.bit more, so the departure from the traditional boned structured

:26:18. > :26:26.outfits that people had to wear. It really fits with that beautiful

:26:27. > :26:34.amazing fun, cheeky dance she was doing. Very Gatsby. 8,000 stones on

:26:34. > :26:40.the dress all done by hand. Which is lob orious. Do you use stoning?

:26:40. > :26:43.Have done in the past but not that many. Alex was wearing her

:26:43. > :26:47.turquoise dress for the quickstep on Saturday. Quite a bold colour

:26:47. > :26:52.which obviously really suits her. What did you think of this, Sadie?

:26:52. > :26:58.When you look at the detail and how beautiful it is, quite mermaidy

:26:59. > :27:02.isn't it? Yes, very. Figure hugging. It's a great colour and the gold

:27:02. > :27:07.underneath when you could see that... That is a lovely extra

:27:07. > :27:11.little flash. Great detail but very hard to dance in. So heavy and so

:27:11. > :27:17.much fabric. Actually, fashion fact, apparently they used a lighter

:27:17. > :27:24.material to make it lighter for her because she had to move so fast.

:27:24. > :27:28.You can see the inserted fabric. Yes, you get the points for that!

:27:28. > :27:34.35 metres of fabric and 10,000 stones in Tote afplt that took

:27:34. > :27:39.someone an awful long time. -- total. They nipped it in to give

:27:39. > :27:48.her a lovely little waist to make the skirt look fuller. Let's have a

:27:48. > :27:51.look at Holly's jive outfit. Jemima, tell me about that? Wide lapels, a

:27:51. > :27:56.nod to Ralph Lauren I think because he's done a lot of that this season

:27:56. > :28:01.and last. Lovely wide collar. Gangster but with a twist because I

:28:01. > :28:07.think it's a silver pinstripe isn't it? It's just not traditionally

:28:07. > :28:10.Strictly is it? I mean what other woman's worn a suit that I've seen.
