:00:08. > :00:11.Get your popcorn at the ready - it's Thursday's movie special. On
:00:11. > :00:15.the bill tonight - Robbie Legs 11 Savage and his partner Ola drop in
:00:15. > :00:20.for a chat. Chelsee and Pasha's Argentine tango got rave reviews,
:00:20. > :00:23.but will their jive be the perfect sequel? They're here to tell all.
:00:23. > :00:33.We get a premiere of this weekend's outfits. And the botafogo battle
:00:33. > :01:12.
:01:12. > :01:20.continues in our Pro Dance Live from television, this is
:01:20. > :01:23.Strictly Come Dancing. Please, welcome your host, it's Zoe Ball.
:01:23. > :01:26.Hello and welcome to It Takes Two. This Saturday our six remaining
:01:26. > :01:30.couples are all hoping to put on a scene-stealing performance. In a
:01:30. > :01:40.moment, I'll be chatting to Robbie and Ola, but first, here's how our
:01:40. > :01:41.
:01:41. > :01:47.matinee males are getting on in training. This is week we are doing
:01:47. > :01:53.the American smooth. Great song, great theme. It's Singing In The
:01:53. > :01:56.Rain. Jason is wonderful. He absolutely lives it. I have to say
:01:57. > :02:02.the American smooth is smooth, rich and full of flavour. The things
:02:02. > :02:05.that are probably the most difficult to come together and in
:02:06. > :02:10.this type of dance is obviously hand placement. I'm trying to work
:02:10. > :02:15.hard on that. The lifts are always difficult because it involves two
:02:15. > :02:20.people and then I'm doing it for the first time, so sometimes it
:02:20. > :02:26.feels awkward. We are chasing Harry. We are chasing Chelsee. This week I
:02:26. > :02:36.am officially the oldest person in the competition. Now, that is a
:02:36. > :02:36.
:02:36. > :02:44.reason to dig deep and go hard. This week, it's Movie Week and we
:02:44. > :02:48.are dancing the rumba. We are doing Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves.
:02:48. > :02:54.precise and slow and technical as always, which makes it very tough.
:02:54. > :02:58.I think my biggest challenge is to really lose myself in the dance.
:02:58. > :03:03.That's going to be a big challenge, but I'm going to really try to
:03:03. > :03:11.achieve that. And two, but you have to touch yourself. It's notoriously
:03:11. > :03:16.a tough dance. To me, they are all pretty tough, so, so far it's going
:03:16. > :03:20.OK. Take me with you each step that you do. Our aim every week is to
:03:20. > :03:24.try to improve and keep getting better and trying to impress the
:03:24. > :03:28.judges and the audience at home, so I would be gutted to be knocked out
:03:28. > :03:38.this close to the final, but the competition's getting hotter every
:03:38. > :03:39.
:03:39. > :03:43.week. This week we are doing the quickstep. We are dancing to a song
:03:43. > :03:47.from a movie, Reservoir Dogs. have to be light on the balls of
:03:47. > :03:53.your feet and posture and you have to be quick. That is one thing I
:03:53. > :03:59.never was on the pitch, was quick. Good, good, good. That was the
:03:59. > :04:05.right hop. This is a tricky dance. It's not good. It is. Every dance
:04:05. > :04:12.is tricky. No, no, no. I know. You move your feet quick, quick and
:04:12. > :04:15.then a hop and jump and run. It's getting your brain into gear.
:04:15. > :04:20.are you hopping there for? Your feet working with your brain. It's
:04:20. > :04:25.going to be a long week. Good. Right steps. To be fair, some
:04:25. > :04:35.people say I've never had a brain. The perfect happy ending to this
:04:35. > :04:38.
:04:38. > :04:43.dance for myself and Ola would be a high score. Please, welcome Robbie
:04:43. > :04:48.and Ola. You've had a really tough week. How are you? It's been tough,
:04:48. > :04:52.losing one of my best friends in Gary Speed. It's been hard, but Ola
:04:52. > :04:55.has been great getting me through it. It just shows after what has
:04:55. > :05:00.happened to Gary, this is a dance competition and it's fun and energy
:05:00. > :05:04.and having fun and that's what we're doing. He was a really big
:05:05. > :05:09.fan of the show? He was here the four weeks ago and that's the
:05:09. > :05:14.lasting picture. I did the jive and I high-fiveed him. Our love and
:05:14. > :05:20.thoughts go out to his family at this time. You caused quite a stir,
:05:20. > :05:26.it could be said, on Saturday night. Any regrets about the infamous
:05:26. > :05:30.trouser removal? No, not really, because for me and Ola for us to
:05:30. > :05:33.stay, we are doing it for the public. I don't think we are the
:05:33. > :05:38.judges' favourite and rightly so because technically I'm not the
:05:38. > :05:43.best dancer left, but what I'm doing every time on the floor, I'm
:05:43. > :05:47.having fun and enjoying myself. Ola is the best and she's great. She
:05:47. > :05:52.hides my lack of dancing. I told him to say that. You are my
:05:52. > :05:59.husband's favourite as well, but none of that! All the viewers on-
:05:59. > :06:03.line have loved it. Kerry posted, "I must remember to curb my
:06:03. > :06:08.enthusiasm when my husband is in the room. Who cares about Robbie's
:06:08. > :06:14.dancing? That was hot." I would have left my Y-fronts on, but it's
:06:14. > :06:22.a family show, so I needed shorts on, so Craig was talking nonsense.
:06:22. > :06:26.It was the fully from the full montgy? -- The Full Monty? Yeah.
:06:26. > :06:29.Did you think your time was up in the results show on Sunday? Yeah,
:06:30. > :06:34.we so did. We were prepared to go and be in the bottom two and
:06:35. > :06:38.prepared to go, but surprisingly we are still in the competition.
:06:38. > :06:42.was, we have had a great time and we are having fun and that's what's
:06:42. > :06:46.life is about. It's been a tragic week. It's about taking every day
:06:46. > :06:53.as it comes. Saturday, we are going out there, if it's our last we'll
:06:53. > :06:57.have fun. It will be great. Don't say that. We want to be in the
:06:57. > :07:02.final. I know you do. Quickstep this week. In training the footage
:07:02. > :07:06.we saw, you said you were finding it tricky to get your brain to
:07:06. > :07:11.connect with your feet. Are you still finding that a challenge?
:07:12. > :07:16.Yes. Very, very hard. As Harry said, every dance is so tricky, but it's
:07:16. > :07:20.hop, step, move and people say when I play football I didn't have a
:07:20. > :07:25.brain. It's hard finding it now. do know you have a brain. I know
:07:25. > :07:31.where you keep it. This week, it's Movie Week and you are dancing to
:07:31. > :07:37.Little Green Bag from Reservoir Dogs. Ola, can you say it for me?
:07:37. > :07:42.No, I can't. That was six takes for me to say it. A great film all
:07:42. > :07:46.about a bank rob and gangsters and everything that goes wrong. How are
:07:46. > :07:52.you getting into character? have to be quite cool in the dance
:07:52. > :07:56.and Robbie's struggled with it a little bit
:07:56. > :08:01.LAUGHTER Tell it like it is. It is. You are
:08:01. > :08:09.not cool yourself. She is so cool. Try these on. Some shades for you
:08:09. > :08:16.to get you into character. Who will you be - Mr Blue or Mr Orange? Mr
:08:16. > :08:21.Blonde? Who said I wasn't cool?! Wearing a cardigan!! We are getting
:08:21. > :08:27.to the final stages. Ola, how tough are you getting? Robbie, I'll ask
:08:27. > :08:32.you that? She is changing. For the first ten weeks it was yes, you are
:08:32. > :08:38.funny and we'll get on with it. Now, it's that's wrong, sit down. Stop.
:08:38. > :08:43.Move. Don't do that. She has been nasty and I don't like it. I'm not!
:08:43. > :08:48.I'm just a bit tougher. Come on, it's getting to the semi-finals.
:08:48. > :08:53.have got this far on having fun. If I try to compete against Harry and
:08:53. > :08:58.Chelsee in the dancing, see you, I'm out. If I want to have fun and
:08:58. > :09:05.enjoy it, yeah, we'll get to the final by doing that. I saw her turn.
:09:05. > :09:09.It was during the swing-a-thon. That was wrong. Let's not bring
:09:09. > :09:13.that up again. Craig again! Help me! Now, there is something that
:09:13. > :09:20.you do struggle with in the training room. Whatever you do,
:09:20. > :09:30.don't make him spin. Look at this. The moves I find scary is spinning.
:09:30. > :09:32.
:09:32. > :09:40.I get very, very dizzy. I'm dizzy, man. The tea -- the teacups on the
:09:40. > :09:50.waltzers I could never go on them. It's a dizzy dance. One, two. Don't
:09:50. > :09:53.
:09:53. > :10:01.tell me you're dizzy. I am. Wow, that's dizzy. Keep going. So dizzy.
:10:01. > :10:07.I know. LAUGHTER
:10:07. > :10:10.I've heard it so many times. Spin as often as you can. You made it
:10:10. > :10:17.through to Wembley. How much does the sportsman in you want to make
:10:17. > :10:25.it to the semis? The most important thing for me now is to - I've got
:10:25. > :10:28.this far through Ola and for me to get to the final would be great. I
:10:28. > :10:33.think only Brendan has been there twice. If she was the first female
:10:34. > :10:40.to get there has a dancer I've done my job and I would be proud.
:10:40. > :10:46.work it. Even though she is nasty to me. I'm not. You are. I'll leave
:10:46. > :10:49.these two to sort it out. Ola, we'll see you for the pro challenge
:10:49. > :10:54.later on. Good luck this weekend, Mr Blonde.
:10:54. > :10:58.APPLAUSE Unlike the Cardy. If you like Jason
:10:58. > :11:04.and Alex then you are planning on doing an American smooth and you
:11:04. > :11:14.are in luck, because super-pro is here with his guide to performing
:11:14. > :11:19.
:11:19. > :11:25.Welcome to the brend dand Cole guide to the American smooth. --
:11:25. > :11:29.Brendan Cole guide to the American smooth. It has this beautiful old-
:11:29. > :11:35.school, almost Hollywood glamour about it and I think you can create
:11:35. > :11:40.quite a magical piece when do you it. -- when doing it. Three main
:11:40. > :11:45.steps. One, you have to stay on ballroom hold for 60%. You can do a
:11:45. > :11:53.waltz, quickstep. Maybe even a tango. But if you want a tip from
:11:53. > :12:01.me, stick to foxtrot, that's where the magic is. Number two, you are
:12:01. > :12:09.allowed to throw in a couple of lifts. Number three, a little bit
:12:09. > :12:12.of magic. You want to tell a story. If the music sell walk arm in arm
:12:12. > :12:17.through a park, maybe sure you replicate that. American smooth is
:12:17. > :12:20.all about the story. Two people dancing a magical piece and it
:12:20. > :12:25.should almost feel like it's set in another world where the two people
:12:25. > :12:27.are the only two people that are in it for me, there has only been one
:12:27. > :12:35.American smooth in this little Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two
:12:35. > :12:39.over the years and that is the lovely Kelly Brook. When we danced
:12:39. > :12:43.it, we had a connection and when we finished it we had the same and it
:12:43. > :12:48.didn't lose throughout and I think it's when you can create magic on a
:12:48. > :12:55.show like this, that dancing takes a whole new meaning. That to me is
:12:55. > :13:02.one outstanding performance. Thank you for joining me for my step-by-
:13:02. > :13:05.step guide to the American smooth. I hope you enjoyed it. I want to do
:13:05. > :13:09.it again. He keeps on giving. We love him. This weekend it's not
:13:09. > :13:13.just the dancers that need to be fit for the silver screen. The
:13:13. > :13:19.outfits also have to be red-carpet ready. Earlier on I went to the
:13:19. > :13:24.department for a sneak look at this weekend's garments. I'm with head
:13:24. > :13:30.costume designer, Vicky. It's Movie Week. Alex is dancing to something
:13:30. > :13:36.from Pretty Woman. I'm mathing not the mini skirt look and boots.
:13:36. > :13:41.we refrained. I'm sure she would give it a good. And look amazing --
:13:41. > :13:51.give it a go. And look amazing. have a long-line American smooth
:13:51. > :13:53.
:13:53. > :14:01.dress. Lots of crystals an jewels to is is Strictly-ed up. Absolutely
:14:01. > :14:06.stunning. Jason and Kristina are dancing to Singing in The Rain.
:14:06. > :14:11.What are they wearing? There is a piece in the movie where she is
:14:11. > :14:14.wearing the yellow raincoat and lilac hat. We have used that in
:14:14. > :14:24.terms of choosing the colours. Kristina's dress, again American
:14:24. > :14:32.smooth, so a long-line and elegant. There is a lot of gaudets there.
:14:32. > :14:39.Seven metres there. We may use this here in the skullcap. Jason,
:14:39. > :14:43.looking like Gene Kelly? I'm sure he will behave like him. We are
:14:43. > :14:48.using dark grey to reflect the piece in the movie, which is browns
:14:48. > :14:53.and greys, to lift it and recreate a Strictly moment, we have lots of
:14:53. > :14:58.crystals which will be like raindrops running down. Stunning.
:14:58. > :15:02.Chelsee is jiving. The music is something from Shrek. Interesting
:15:02. > :15:08.couple of elements to mix. challenge. Green possibly?
:15:08. > :15:12.thought pink, but no, we are back to green. We are making sure she
:15:12. > :15:17.has quite a traditional shape to the dress so she can perform the
:15:17. > :15:24.piece and feel at ease, but yes, we are using green and gold. The gold
:15:24. > :15:28.is for our princess element. Very opulent. Very pretty. Lace to make
:15:28. > :15:33.it lighter. Speaking of green, Harry is doing the rumba to
:15:33. > :15:38.something from Prince of Thieves. Will he be in tights? Please,
:15:38. > :15:48.please. Absolutely not. I think he could carry it off. It was worth a
:15:48. > :15:48.
:15:48. > :15:57.shot. What is under the cold cloth this week? Are they Zs by any
:15:57. > :16:01.chance and this that exairt slightly flamenco? It -- skirt
:16:01. > :16:04.slightly flamenco? It shouldn't take it long to work out. We
:16:04. > :16:09.worship at your costume temple. Have a great weekend. Thank you.
:16:09. > :16:17.Back to me in the studio. Just thinking about Harry in tights. Yep,
:16:17. > :16:21.stored that thought. This week's challenge is in full swing. Natalie,
:16:21. > :16:25.Aliona and Erin have a-- attempted to set the botafogo world record.
:16:25. > :16:31.Today, it's the turn of the pocket rock ert, Ola Jordan
:16:31. > :16:39.APPLAUSE -- pocket rocket, Ola Jordan.
:16:39. > :16:48.APPLAUSE This whole idea has gripped the
:16:48. > :16:52.nation. Everybody is botafogo mad. I have been tweeted by many people.
:16:52. > :16:57.Loads of people asking Craig to do it, but today it's your turn. How
:16:57. > :17:01.nervous were you? Very. I want to do the best, so I was very nervous
:17:01. > :17:10.to do it. Shall we see how you did. Yes. Come on, are you ready. Here
:17:10. > :17:20.we go. We have the world record at stake. The most botafogos in 30
:17:20. > :17:22.
:17:22. > :17:27.seconds. We want a world champion. It would mean a lot to win the
:17:27. > :17:32.world record for me. To have my name in the record book, brilliant,
:17:32. > :17:40.I would love that. Will the next challenger please make their way to
:17:40. > :17:48.the floor! Hello. How are you feeling? Nervous, but excited?
:17:48. > :17:56.I want to win and beat James. Please, take to the floor. Dancer,
:17:56. > :18:06.ready? Ready. Richard, guru of all technique, ready? Very ready.
:18:06. > :18:35.
:18:35. > :18:42.you ready? Ready. For the record, three, two, one. Go. Stop. How do
:18:42. > :18:47.you feel? My legs are burning. When she said 15 I thought I
:18:47. > :18:52.wouldn't last and my legs were getting tangled. I thought it was
:18:52. > :18:57.probably the cleanest we have seen yet. Thank you very much. Wow, that
:18:57. > :19:04.was very tiring. My legs are so tired now. I was getting tangled up
:19:04. > :19:11.just by the end. Another glitter ball, maybe?!
:19:11. > :19:16.APPLAUSE Pretty nifty, Ola. At the moment,
:19:16. > :19:24.top is Aliona with 64. Do you think you could beat her? I would like to
:19:24. > :19:27.think I'm going to be on top, yes. OK, right. Keep that thought. Your
:19:27. > :19:37.botafogos have been counted and verified and it's time to get your
:19:37. > :19:46.
:19:46. > :19:52.result... I can announce that you have received no disqualifications
:19:52. > :20:00.and that you scored 64 botafogos. APPLAUSE
:20:00. > :20:03.Go, Ola. We'll look at the leaderboard. There you are.
:20:03. > :20:06.APPLAUSE Next week we'll see how your
:20:06. > :20:13.husband, Mr James Jordan got on. Are you confident that you can beat
:20:13. > :20:19.him? I don't know now. I hope so. I want to beat him, yes. We want to
:20:19. > :20:22.see you beat him, please. Stay tuned to find out. Well done, Ola.
:20:22. > :20:28.APPLAUSE Thank you.
:20:28. > :20:33.It's so good. In just one moment Chelsee and Pasha will be here to
:20:33. > :20:43.do some jive talking, but first the training rooms starting with our
:20:43. > :20:44.
:20:44. > :20:53.leading ladies. This week we have got the paso doble. The music is
:20:53. > :20:58.Legend from Zorro. We are fighting to stay in the competition, so it's
:20:59. > :21:04.a perfect dance. It's hard and aggressive, but I want to be so
:21:04. > :21:10.good, because it could be our swan song. It's the style of dancing
:21:10. > :21:15.that I like to do, so because I'm having fun it might read better.
:21:15. > :21:20.Even though they are difficult moves, they feel good to do. I
:21:20. > :21:25.think I just like stomping. It's the drummer in me getting to play
:21:25. > :21:29.along to the beat with my feet. have to be character. It's very
:21:29. > :21:39.aggressive and passionate. It's pretty full-on. Hopefully we'll be
:21:39. > :21:41.
:21:42. > :21:47.good to go on Saturday night. week it's the American smooth.
:21:47. > :21:50.inspiration is Pretty Woman. Maybe oversold there. I'll have to become
:21:51. > :21:56.elegant and refined. It's very clear what we are trying to achieve,
:21:56. > :22:00.because we have seen the film. You more regularly than most people.
:22:00. > :22:04.Hundreds of times. Once we have the steps I think that will make it
:22:04. > :22:14.more enjoyable. It's a shame we couldn't act it out, because I know
:22:14. > :22:16.
:22:16. > :22:20.all the words. Wrong leg. I haven't quite nailed it. In fact, we are a
:22:20. > :22:25.long way from nailing any of it. Let's know what we are doing now
:22:25. > :22:30.instead of guessing. I know what I'm doing. Well, I don't. Slow,
:22:30. > :22:40.quick. I don't know what we are doing. It's a tough dance, but she
:22:40. > :22:41.
:22:41. > :22:48.is going to be fine. This week it's movie week and I'm dancing the jive
:22:48. > :22:53.to I'm A Believer. Yes, yes, yes. It's all about twisting and hopping
:22:53. > :22:59.around and being super-fast and requires stamina and footwork and
:22:59. > :23:03.technique. Not too much passion, but a lot of fun. Forward, side.
:23:04. > :23:09.I'm getting mixed up. The hardest thing is the kicks. Five, six,
:23:09. > :23:14.seven and eight and one. It's got a sort of a bounce to it and I'm not
:23:14. > :23:19.getting the timing just yet. more time. It's hard. She needs to
:23:19. > :23:23.push through to make it very energetic and although she is
:23:23. > :23:30.bubbly and fun just like this dance, she needs an extra push to make it
:23:30. > :23:36.look great. Walk, walk, walk. didn't lose my energy. Once it is
:23:36. > :23:39.all straightened out, then it's going to be the perfect dance.
:23:39. > :23:47.Please, welcome Chelsee and Pasha. APPLAUSE
:23:47. > :23:51.Hello. Great performance last weekend. Well done. Thank you.
:23:51. > :23:54.said he was a little confused because he didn't think that you
:23:54. > :24:00.were acting as though you fancied Pasha. The thing is we know you are
:24:01. > :24:06.a brilliant actress and we know Pasha is quite lovely, so is it
:24:06. > :24:10.hard to do something like dance and act together? Combining the two
:24:10. > :24:15.together. I'm not too bad at doing them separately, but putting them
:24:15. > :24:17.together is a different story. There were still moments when I
:24:17. > :24:22.thought you looked thoroughly wrapped in him. I thought I was in
:24:22. > :24:29.the moment, but obviously not. There is passion there, isn't
:24:29. > :24:33.there? Definitely passion. That bit. Quiet passion. Alesha said if you
:24:33. > :24:38.get rid of your inhibitions you will go through the roof. Are you
:24:38. > :24:47.ready to left yourself go? I am ready. I'm always ready to do
:24:47. > :24:51.anything, but I don't know how to let go there. I don't know how to
:24:51. > :24:56.do that. It's difficult, because a couple of weeks ago they were
:24:56. > :25:01.saying rein it in and now they are saying let it go. I'm scared,
:25:01. > :25:06.because if I let go I will think I won't have the technique and then
:25:06. > :25:11.they'll call it disco. It is different, so sometimes you have to
:25:11. > :25:21.be more passionate and sometimes you have to be more crazy. Pasha,
:25:21. > :25:24.
:25:24. > :25:34.how can she get to the next level? I have a secret technique! I have a
:25:34. > :25:38.
:25:38. > :25:40.whip in one hand and a cane in the other. You are dancing the jive
:25:40. > :25:46.this week. You were saying in the training footage you were
:25:46. > :25:51.struggling with the speed. How is it going? I'm still struggling. I
:25:51. > :25:58.seem to always be struggling. I am good with fastness, but it's very,
:25:58. > :26:02.very fast. It is. The first time we saw Pasha next to you, he's doing
:26:02. > :26:07.it fully as the professional, but you believe in her? Absolutely. I
:26:07. > :26:13.know she can do it. It's learning the steps, the first stage and now
:26:13. > :26:17.she got them and she's up to speed. She asked me today, can we slow it
:26:17. > :26:24.down? He said no. We had a discussion about that. They never
:26:24. > :26:30.do. I remember begging Ian. This is what you are dancing to.
:26:30. > :26:34.# And then I saw her face # Now I'm a believer... #
:26:34. > :26:37.It's from Shrek, the Movie. You were saying to Claudia on the
:26:37. > :26:44.results show last week that you had never seen it. Have you managed to
:26:44. > :26:51.see it yet? No. If you want to know, this is what princess Fiona and
:26:51. > :27:00.Shrek look like. That's not what I planned. Won't you be greening up?
:27:00. > :27:07.We thought we would get you into the spirit. She is the princess.
:27:07. > :27:11.I'm the princess. Does the role suit Chelsee, Pasha? Well, I think
:27:11. > :27:18.she is kind of good at the role, because her mum called her princess
:27:18. > :27:22.all the time. You do as well. Is that pretty or princess in a bit
:27:22. > :27:26.of a madam? No, pretty, of course. She is quite comfortable there.
:27:26. > :27:32.This dance will be perfect. going to keep the hat just in case,
:27:32. > :27:37.you never know. Also, Chelsee, we think you are going to make a great
:27:37. > :27:41.princess, because we have noticed all your characteristics are not
:27:41. > :27:51.always lady-like. This is hilarious. When she laughs she snorts a little
:27:51. > :28:12.
:28:12. > :28:15.bit. SNORTS Come on little piggy. SNORTS
:28:15. > :28:22.LAUGHTER That's gorgeous. I wasn't referring
:28:22. > :28:27.to that. Bless you. The semi-finals are looming. Is there anything you
:28:27. > :28:33.need to work on for the judges for Saturday night, because they'll be
:28:33. > :28:37.really picky? I would kind of say everything. No, well, we have to
:28:37. > :28:40.make sure that the judges will see the proper jive. They'll see kicks
:28:40. > :28:47.and energy and proper arms placement and of course, character,
:28:47. > :28:53.but she is got the character down. How gutted would you be not to make
:28:53. > :28:58.the semi-finals? You know what, I would be devastated. But you never
:28:58. > :29:01.know. It is scary. I find it really scary, but to make it would be
:29:01. > :29:06.amazing. I thought I would have been out the first week, so to
:29:06. > :29:12.still be here is something else. Every week she is like, "We're
:29:12. > :29:16.out." You have to believe little princess. I am a believer. Good
:29:16. > :29:22.luck this weekend. APPLAUSE
