:00:11. > :00:21.Where is your brains? That's nonsense. It's a disgrace. The
:00:21. > :00:28.
:00:28. > :00:33.failure's down to you. You're fired. APPLAUSE
:00:33. > :00:37.Good evening. And welcome The Apprentice: You're Fired. As the
:00:37. > :00:43.find for Lord Sugar's search for a business partner draws closer, we
:00:43. > :00:49.discover what went wrong in the task to sell, buy and sell again.
:00:49. > :00:52.We watched candidates desperately learn to business tricks. They've
:00:52. > :00:55.learned pricing, negotiation, sales and marketing. But none of that
:00:55. > :00:58.matters. If you're serious about business, if you really want to
:00:59. > :01:08.make some money, all you have to do is buy more of these.
:01:09. > :01:12.
:01:12. > :01:18.APPLAUSE This is a secret of business and
:01:18. > :01:23.sell what smells or something like that. Any way, I may have misheard
:01:23. > :01:28.that. Apprentice fans one and all, Kim Winser, broadcaster, Trevor
:01:28. > :01:32.Nelson and business consultant and comedian, Ruby Wax. Welcome to
:01:32. > :01:37.You're Fired. APPLAUSE
:01:37. > :01:41.Tonight's task seems simple enough, sell the stuff, then reinvest the
:01:41. > :01:45.money, buy more and sell again. It led to the down fall of our global
:01:45. > :01:49.superstar. The person going today, doesn't necessarily mean they're a
:01:49. > :01:55.failure in any way or form. It means they're not made for me. On
:01:55. > :02:03.that basis, I have to say that it is with regret, melody, that you're
:02:03. > :02:13.fired. Thank you Lord Sugar, Nick, Karren.
:02:13. > :02:35.
:02:35. > :02:38.I've seen ambitious, but that's incredible. You weren't happy, you
:02:38. > :02:43.were upset at the end. It was extremely emotional because I
:02:43. > :02:48.really wanted it. When he said take 100 off, I thought we had it. But
:02:48. > :02:53.it is what it is. OK. Well let's, do you mind me asking you one
:02:53. > :03:02.question. You've been one of the big stars of the show over the few
:03:02. > :03:07.weeks. One thing that's just tiny, what do you actually do? Genuinely,
:03:07. > :03:12.what does your business do? I run a social enterprise - did I mention
:03:12. > :03:16.it's global? That did come across. I run a social enterprise and the
:03:16. > :03:19.bottom line is to improve the lives of children and young people. We
:03:19. > :03:23.deliver skills development training to allow them to do that, support
:03:23. > :03:29.them to be the best they can be. get the aspiration. I get the aim.
:03:29. > :03:33.But what do you actually do. Is it a training, is it a college
:03:33. > :03:39.essentially? It's a wide range of services. We're a consultancy
:03:39. > :03:42.business. We support young people. 10am in the morning, what do you
:03:42. > :03:48.do? Are you talking in front of people, doing a motivational
:03:48. > :03:54.speech? All of that. Ruby? I know you do public speaking, but how
:03:54. > :03:59.come I'm not understanding a word you're say sning -- Saying? I don't
:03:59. > :04:04.mean to be mean. I understand consultancy, that's loud and clear,
:04:04. > :04:08.but consultancy, is it to do with language or mime? I just don't
:04:08. > :04:12.understand. What are you teaching the kids, to play the Tubea, it
:04:12. > :04:22.could be anything? Why would kids want to go into business when
:04:22. > :04:24.
:04:24. > :04:30.they're kids? You know they just want to play
:04:30. > :04:36.with clay. That's not true. I'm not bad at
:04:36. > :04:46.public speaking. Coy help you. -- I could help you.
:04:46. > :04:47.
:04:47. > :04:52.APPLAUSE Aawww. Don't point at me. You have
:04:52. > :04:55.spoken a few times, it's a bit vague. Millions of young people
:04:55. > :04:59.volunteer every year within their communities, but it's how do you
:04:59. > :05:02.combine that passion with a real business model. And that's what
:05:02. > :05:06.makes social enterprise and a social entrepreneur. We support
:05:06. > :05:13.young people to combine their passions with skills to achieve
:05:13. > :05:17.their vision. APPLAUSE
:05:17. > :05:21.OK. Let's relive why your apprentice dream ended tonight.
:05:21. > :05:26.I hear you went into Poundland? It says in the front of the shop, we
:05:26. > :05:31.sell things for a pound. This is a pound shop. Yes I understand.
:05:31. > :05:39.Nothing you had there could be sold to somebody for them to sell for a
:05:39. > :05:42.pound. Yeah. I have sold out of the bull dogs. Digital alarm clock, 206
:05:42. > :05:46.these. One thing I said was that the nodding dogs was really popular.
:05:46. > :05:52.It's a shame we didn't get any more. The whole principle of this is to
:05:52. > :05:57.replenish what you know has sold. Digital alarm clock radio? No.
:05:57. > :06:02.You're supposed to smell what is smelling.
:06:02. > :06:05.This was selling. Why did you not buy more of these? The bane of my
:06:05. > :06:08.life that nodding dog. Absolutely, we should have done. What happened
:06:08. > :06:13.was that we called up the wholesaler that had them. They
:06:13. > :06:17.didn't have any left where we called. The one that did, the other
:06:17. > :06:21.team went, to they only had that and not the other items I wanted.
:06:21. > :06:28.We got more of the phone chargers and that did sell. You've been
:06:28. > :06:35.involved with brands like Pringle, aqua execute up, what did you
:06:35. > :06:39.think? -- aquascutu mu, what did you think? Retail is about the
:06:39. > :06:43.product and the customer. It was a long way into the task before you
:06:43. > :06:47.started to think of where you were going, getting in front of the
:06:47. > :06:51.customers with the right products. It's about chasing your best
:06:51. > :06:57.sellers, that will improve your profitability. You go after your
:06:57. > :07:02.best sellers all the time. What was the obsession with the duvet?
:07:02. > :07:05.was on the original pallet, but we had a sale there and I wanted to
:07:06. > :07:11.honour that commitment. Yeah, yeah, four hours is not worth doing, that
:07:11. > :07:17.especially since it was closed. LAUGHTER
:07:17. > :07:22.Yeah you found the most relaxed... Yauz I'm home, it's 5pm and I'm
:07:22. > :07:25.locked up. And a warehouse that closed at 2pm. Treffer, what due
:07:25. > :07:28.think? It would be an understatement to say you were
:07:28. > :07:31.single minded. I found you not to be the best team player. Putting
:07:31. > :07:36.your hand up all the time to project manage this task for
:07:36. > :07:39.example and not really listening. You went on a sort of shopping
:07:39. > :07:45.spree. You were going electric clock this and that. I thought you
:07:45. > :07:49.lost your way a bit. I kind of put my hand up and thought Melody will
:07:49. > :07:54.go off on one and not listen to everyone, not because you're not
:07:54. > :07:58.talented but because you don't like being told. When I'm come ing
:07:58. > :08:01.across and most confident and arrogant is when I'm most insecure
:08:01. > :08:04.and vulnerable. It's my way of almost covering that up. That's me
:08:04. > :08:09.being completely honest. If you watch me in the last boardroom, all
:08:09. > :08:14.that stripped away and I got the guns out and I was going at it, it
:08:14. > :08:16.was passion left. There wasn't any of, and it is when I'm extremely
:08:16. > :08:21.insecure is when I come across because that's my way of dealing
:08:21. > :08:24.with it. Can I just say, and we appreciate that, you know the
:08:24. > :08:26.vulnerability, but you know, you've been trained in leadership and
:08:26. > :08:31.you've been trained in public Speaker and you've been trained
:08:31. > :08:36.with working with people, you know what really sells, vulnerability.
:08:36. > :08:41.So it's interesting that things that you've been trained in you're
:08:41. > :08:45.not pulling out yourself. It's because I'm trained on
:08:45. > :08:50.communication skills, I'm so aware... So it's a work in
:08:50. > :08:55.progress? Yeah, it is and I've learned to such. That is one of the
:08:55. > :09:01.things that I'll be taking forward. It's OK to appear a bit weak, so
:09:01. > :09:07.that makes you human. She's found herself.
:09:07. > :09:13.APPLAUSE This is your second time as PM and
:09:13. > :09:18.the first time, in the shows that we have ever had a project manager
:09:18. > :09:24.facing an uprising. I heard there was like a coup in the kitchen.
:09:25. > :09:30.it best if I take over as project manager?
:09:30. > :09:34.LAUGHTER She doesn't seem to be organised or
:09:34. > :09:39.even grasp the concept of what we're meant to be doing. I think I
:09:39. > :09:41.would be able to give a better overview while you're shifting the
:09:41. > :09:45.goods. It's difficult to respect your leader and follow them when
:09:45. > :09:50.you know she hasn't got a clear what she's talking about. No to
:09:50. > :09:54.that and that's it. That is a first in the show. How
:09:54. > :09:58.did it feel to be in the middle of that? What was interesting is we
:09:58. > :10:01.just said good morning and sat down, then she suddenly said, right,
:10:02. > :10:06.before we begin... She didn't let me say what the strategy was for
:10:06. > :10:10.the day. Looking at the other team, I'm happy with what our strategy,
:10:10. > :10:14.at least we took the risk and reinvested. I was clear about that.
:10:14. > :10:18.I wanted electrical items. We sold out of those. Her strategy was to
:10:19. > :10:23.go for retailers and Lord Sugar in the end said that was the wrong
:10:23. > :10:27.strategy. Perhaps I did right in sticking to my guns a little bit.
:10:27. > :10:31.But I felt quite upset afterwards. We carried on and the day went on
:10:31. > :10:35.and that was good. Ever held a coup because you thought your boss
:10:35. > :10:38.wasn't doing the right thing? wanted to say I think it tells you
:10:38. > :10:42.something about Helen actually. Because I think the fact that you
:10:42. > :10:45.came in first thing in the morning and she'd already decided that,
:10:45. > :10:50.that was a strategic move from Helen. It wouldn't have mattered
:10:50. > :10:55.what you had said at that meeting. She was going to put that into the
:10:56. > :11:00.pot that morning. I think actually it shows a lot about Helen. It's
:11:00. > :11:03.not maybe quite so quiet and gentle as everybody may think. You're very
:11:03. > :11:09.up front with your aggression. APPLAUSE
:11:09. > :11:19.I wonder if there's an undercurrent with Helen. And no, I haven't.
:11:19. > :11:23.you ever -- do senior people make mistakes? I give senior people a
:11:23. > :11:26.hard time. People above I give a really tough time because I think
:11:26. > :11:35.they earn twice as much and deserve a really tough time, always.
:11:35. > :11:38.APPLAUSE I think, up until now Helen's been
:11:38. > :11:42.amazing. Everybody has to admit that watching her work has been
:11:42. > :11:46.tremendous. She's helped people who were losing a task, win a task.
:11:46. > :11:49.She's brought people back from the brink, but that was a shock to me.
:11:49. > :11:52.She said she dreamt about it. She couldn't sleep all night because
:11:52. > :11:57.she was going to sort this out, like she took it on herself, I
:11:57. > :12:00.don't want to lose a task. You did the right thing, absolutely shut
:12:00. > :12:05.her down. Lord Sugar would never have forgiven you I think, if you
:12:05. > :12:09.let her take over as project manager. You did the right thing. I
:12:09. > :12:12.agree, really now Helen's marked for me. Because I don't know, she
:12:12. > :12:16.obviously wants to win and would do anything to win. You teach
:12:16. > :12:21.businesses about communication, was that a particularly good piece of
:12:21. > :12:25.business communication? Helen communicated it in that prom queen
:12:25. > :12:29.way she has, like she's just won Miss America. I think she must have
:12:29. > :12:33.been up all night writing that line. It was a brilliant thing for this
:12:33. > :12:37.kind of, you know, I don't like pretty women you know that. To show
:12:37. > :12:42.her edge, so that now she's got this kind of elegance and she's got
:12:42. > :12:46.the edge. Soy think it made her look good. I think she used you for
:12:46. > :12:51.that. Tom did some fantastic selling, especially on the nodding
:12:51. > :12:56.dogs. What is it about Tom and those dogs. I can understand why
:12:56. > :13:06.you sold the nodding dogs well. There might have been some synergy
:13:06. > :13:12.
:13:12. > :13:22.LAUGHTER If you move your head any more, I'm
:13:22. > :13:22.
:13:22. > :13:27.going to put you on the back seat of my ploody car.
:13:27. > :13:34.-- Bloody car. APPLAUSE
:13:34. > :13:40.Ruby, what do you make of Tom? think he's smarter than he looks.
:13:40. > :13:44.You know, that he quoted back everybody's exactly what Alan sugar
:13:44. > :13:48.said about everybody means that he's got some steel under him. He's
:13:48. > :13:52.just pretending to be this kind of, you know, vulnerable guy. But he's
:13:52. > :14:00.the opposite of you. He's pretending, but he's really steel.
:14:00. > :14:05.You're vulnerable and pretending to be steel. It's a beautiful symmetry.
:14:05. > :14:09.How due find Tom? I like anybody who is passionate about product. I
:14:09. > :14:14.like him very much. He's really squeezing money out of small kids,
:14:14. > :14:21.that's really a good moment. LAUGHTER
:14:21. > :14:27.Come on give me seven, go rob your mother's wallet. The small kid
:14:27. > :14:31.comes up with a fiver for a piece of tag. 6 kiddo, disappointment,
:14:31. > :14:34.learn it early. Say goodbye to the doggy. You're a fan, are you?
:14:34. > :14:38.wasn't sure about him early on. I thought I wasn't a fan. I've grown
:14:38. > :14:44.into him. I think he needs managing though. That's the biggest grey
:14:44. > :14:49.area for Tom, it's whether Lord Sugar wants someone with a business
:14:49. > :14:54.idea. He's whacky. Every creator needs management. What you're
:14:54. > :14:57.employing in a designer or innovator is what, the way they
:14:57. > :15:03.look at the future and develop things. None of us have even
:15:03. > :15:07.thought of. We have to look back to week one, when you uttered these
:15:07. > :15:15.immortal words. Don't tell me the sky's the limits if there are
:15:15. > :15:22.footprints on the moon. Now as many people are pointing out,
:15:22. > :15:27.firstly the moon is in the sky, in it's not some place yopbld the sky.
:15:27. > :15:29.How many phrases do you have? have quite a few. Yeah, it's become
:15:29. > :15:37.quite a scientific conversation about the moon and where the moon
:15:37. > :15:41.is in the sky. The phrase is the sky's the limit. It's not the limit.
:15:41. > :15:46.Well, what is? Sorry. I'm fascinated with you. Jo what's the
:15:46. > :15:54.limit then for business? I just think that anything is possible.
:15:54. > :15:59.Even a pound shop on the moon, there you'd do well because their
:15:59. > :16:03.currency is all over the place. can't hold it against you because
:16:03. > :16:07.you've been taught by incredible people. I've been taught by Nobel
:16:07. > :16:12.Peace Prize winners have worked with me in over 100 countries with
:16:12. > :16:19.20,000 people. I was trained by Al Gore, the former vice-president, Al
:16:20. > :16:29.Gore. I was personally taught by Desmond Tutu and Dalai Lama. It
:16:30. > :16:44.
:16:44. > :16:47.You met the Dalai Lama, Desmond Tutu, Al Gore? I have spent two
:16:47. > :16:52.hours with Al Gore. I interviewed him. He taught me everything I need
:16:52. > :16:58.to know about climate change. He did. Sometimes it's hot. Sometimes
:16:58. > :17:04.it's cold. Exactly. The point is, you really, in my industry, there's
:17:04. > :17:10.a lot of names dropping, Jay-Z, Beyonce, you take it to the next
:17:10. > :17:16.level. You put me to shame. We should have a name drop off. I mean,
:17:16. > :17:20.what you've done, your CV, we were looking at it. It's amazing. Pretty
:17:20. > :17:26.outrageous. What you've done for 26, it's amazing. I'm wondering what
:17:26. > :17:31.you were doing on this show. were you on this show? Because, I
:17:31. > :17:36.don't know if this fits in with where you Farrelly belong? Because
:17:36. > :17:39.I guess, Lord Sugar is a product man and he comes from a corporate
:17:39. > :17:44.environment. I wanted to bring something else to the table. I
:17:44. > :17:47.wanted the 250,000 investment. I had an idea for a different kind of
:17:47. > :17:51.business and also how incredible would it be to work with someone
:17:51. > :17:56.like him? I want to learn. I was there to take it to the next level
:17:56. > :18:03.really. That's what I wanted from myself but also what I wanted to
:18:03. > :18:06.give. Let's hear what Lord Sugar has to say. Melody is a vivacious
:18:06. > :18:11.person, full of energy, but she made a huge error, condoning,
:18:11. > :18:16.trying to sell to retailers, when retailers could have gone to the
:18:16. > :18:20.same suppliers they were going to. Where is the business brain there?
:18:20. > :18:26.She basically didn't understand the concept of the task Melody was like
:18:26. > :18:30.we'll browse and see what we like. Selling a few bits and pieces here
:18:30. > :18:36.or there is not a strategy. She is focused on collecting accolades all
:18:36. > :18:39.the time. If she was to put all your energy into focusing on
:18:39. > :18:42.business, she could have been a contender. I don't think she is
:18:42. > :18:46.going to do that. That's why I couldn't go into business with
:18:46. > :18:50.Melody. What's your reaction to that? He's the man who has to run
:18:50. > :18:56.the business. If he feels that, then that's absolutely right for
:18:56. > :19:01.him. I do respect that. There's a lot that I'm going to take away
:19:01. > :19:04.from this process. What will you take from it? Like for example
:19:04. > :19:09.listening more. We're expanding our business at the moment. I've run it
:19:09. > :19:12.single handedly for a long time, I've had to rely on my instincts.
:19:12. > :19:18.Now I will be forced to work with a lot of different types of people.
:19:18. > :19:22.We do that, but also just to learn that I don't have to be so, come
:19:22. > :19:26.across as so strong all the time and that it's OK to show a bit of
:19:26. > :19:31.vulnerability. That's a very, very fine lesson to take. Can I offer
:19:31. > :19:38.one other small thing, biscuits are not the new pop corn. And if they
:19:38. > :19:44.ever were, they won't be under the name popscuits. A hideous image in
:19:44. > :19:48.your head. Kim, you work in a global market, what lessons can
:19:48. > :19:56.Melody take from this? You've had a fantastic experience. I mean, what
:19:56. > :20:00.an opportunity at your age. And you really, if you want to do what Lord
:20:00. > :20:03.Sugar was worried you won't do, I actually don't agree with him. I
:20:03. > :20:08.think you're a learner. So I think you will actually take it on board.
:20:08. > :20:13.I think if you do, and you learn from all of these people, don't
:20:13. > :20:17.worry about any more badges. You have plenty. Don't worry about that
:20:17. > :20:20.any more. Just concentrate and the thing I love about you is your
:20:20. > :20:24.energy, your passion and commitment. If you throw that into whatever it
:20:24. > :20:34.is that you love to do, you'll probably be very successful.
:20:34. > :20:37.
:20:37. > :20:42.Let's have a look at the other team for whom Natasha was the winning
:20:42. > :20:47.project manager, I say "winning" project manager. I've been working
:20:47. > :20:51.my butt off trying to sell and Natasha is literally doing nothing.
:20:51. > :20:56.Are you telling me that the reason you missed the point as PM is
:20:57. > :21:02.because of me? Yeah, absolutely. Stop being such an angry person
:21:02. > :21:06.today. I'm not being angry. I'm telling you how I feel. Stop
:21:06. > :21:11.embarrassing yourself. Natasha hasn't got a grip of this task. Are
:21:11. > :21:16.you OK is this I'm delighted. past the bravado and passion and
:21:17. > :21:26.there's nothing there. You can't handle the pressure. I don't know
:21:26. > :21:31.where her strengths lie, maybe off doing something by herself. Maybe a
:21:31. > :21:35.closed environment. APPLAUSE
:21:35. > :21:39.Natasha was lucky to win. Absolutely. She definitely didn't
:21:39. > :21:43.get it at all. I would not think she had a clue what she was doing.
:21:43. > :21:47.She was very lucky. Jim saved it for that team. He was a good
:21:48. > :21:53.salesman. As soon as the project came up, I said Jim's going to win
:21:53. > :21:57.this. He is sales and marketing. She blags too much for me. She's
:21:57. > :22:01.all enthusiastic and stuff about it and then you see it whirring in her
:22:01. > :22:08.head wondering how am I going to do this? Jim came back big for me this
:22:08. > :22:16.week, in a sense of where was Jim, he's been quiet. He's been like too
:22:16. > :22:21.quiet. We miss Jim's commentary. He die sects you with like in two
:22:21. > :22:25.minutes it's like "You know what she's doing..." He's spot on. When
:22:25. > :22:29.he's got confidence he's great. When he's in the background I don't
:22:29. > :22:34.like it. Jim has an arc, like most of them. He was up at the start and
:22:34. > :22:41.then it went bad and dark for a while. Now it really is Star Wars,
:22:41. > :22:46.emperor strikes back. -- Empire strikes back. Now it's revenge of
:22:46. > :22:51.the Jedi. Now he's with the Ewoks, they're all with the song and
:22:51. > :22:55.killing his own father with the lightsabre. He's gone the whole way.
:22:55. > :22:58.He knows when he's doing well. somebody has a sense of humour,
:22:58. > :23:04.I'll buy anything. He could have bought my underwear and sold it
:23:04. > :23:09.back to me. LAUGHTER
:23:09. > :23:13.You know Jim's watching and making notes. Jim, I'll give you my
:23:13. > :23:17.underwear. Natasha's team may have won. But
:23:17. > :23:22.Lord Sugar was not pleased about the way they went about it.
:23:22. > :23:30.I had a treat lined up for you by helicopter down to Goodwood and
:23:30. > :23:36.then ride around in vintage cars, but you can forget that. No guts,
:23:36. > :23:42.no reen vestment. Just get back to the -- Reinvestment, just get back
:23:42. > :23:50.to the house. Two firsts, no treat and no tipy toe hug outside the
:23:50. > :23:54.boardroom. It was a silent dance of celebration. It was awful. It was
:23:54. > :24:02.useless. They didn't deserve that treat at all. Susan sold well on
:24:02. > :24:08.the second day, but trotted up a blind alley on the first. Guards in
:24:08. > :24:13.the way, oh, my God. Are they going to be doing more walking. Can I ask
:24:13. > :24:23.you a quick question, please? Hello? OK, that was the cleaner.
:24:23. > :24:32.
:24:32. > :24:39.Walk in the middle of the road. MOBILE PHONE RINGS
:24:39. > :24:49.Oh, my God. Hi, how's it going? have not stopped at all.
:24:49. > :24:54.APPLAUSE Loving the blind optimism of going
:24:54. > :25:01.door to door in Knightsbridge, because you know, when what are
:25:01. > :25:06.those houses worth 3 million. they need that polyester. They need
:25:06. > :25:13.to save money on linen. Cheap sheets. They get the foreskin of a
:25:13. > :25:17.Ghazal to wrap their bodies in. Susan can be a bit Marmite, love
:25:17. > :25:25.her or hate her. I like Marmite. I like Susan.
:25:25. > :25:29.APPLAUSE In a way I sort of feel she's one
:25:29. > :25:33.of those kids at school that gets bullied all the time. But I really
:25:33. > :25:36.like her. There's something about her I really like. It's good that
:25:36. > :25:41.she's started her own business in cosmetics and she's passionate
:25:41. > :25:45.about it. In a certain field she's good. If Jim's arc is like that,
:25:45. > :25:50.hers is a steadily growing curve. A lot of people thought she would
:25:50. > :25:53.have been out weeks ago. I like her a lot. I think whereas you came
:25:53. > :25:57.into the whole process never selling anything, she's a
:25:57. > :26:03.salesperson. She wants to sell. She wants, to I think Lord Sugar sees
:26:03. > :26:08.something in her because she's very young. Yes, she gets shouted down
:26:08. > :26:13.too easily. She's like "I'll do it." No you won't. OK. Please Susan
:26:13. > :26:17.get some balls. I think she has got something about her. She's my Dark
:26:17. > :26:19.Horse to be honest. Who do you think will make the final?
:26:19. > :26:25.thought it was you. I thought you'd make it.
:26:25. > :26:30.APPLAUSE I'll let you enjoy the compliment
:26:30. > :26:33.for a second, but now who's going to get into the final? I would like
:26:33. > :26:39.to choose Tom because I like a product person.
:26:39. > :26:45.APPLAUSE I also do like Helen. I think she's
:26:45. > :26:55.quite strong strategically. I think I'm going to go for Tom and Susie.
:26:55. > :26:56.
:26:56. > :27:01.APPLAUSE I would have said Helen, until she
:27:01. > :27:06.went retail. So a little bit of Helen, because she'd look good in
:27:06. > :27:13.the office, but big time Tom. three have said Tom. No Jim?
:27:13. > :27:17.I'd hire him. Buying and reselling that underwear.
:27:17. > :27:27.OK, to the vote for tonight's show. Do you think Lord Sugar was right
:27:27. > :27:27.
:27:27. > :27:33.to fire Melody? No. Treffer? gutted, but yes. -- Trevor?
:27:33. > :27:38.gutted but yes. No, shouldn't have been fire. Two to one, shouldn't
:27:38. > :27:41.been fired. You know how it works, red for fired, green for hired?
:27:41. > :27:48.That's very, very tight. But I think it's just fired I'm afraid at
:27:48. > :27:56.the end of that. Waving them doesn't change the
:27:56. > :28:00.vote! They're still the same chlorine if you flap them around.
:28:00. > :28:08.OK, all of our candidates that come in here, we like to give them
:28:08. > :28:08.something that they'll remember us by, an appropriate gift. It's
:28:08. > :28:16.difficult to know what to give you, because you have so many citations.
:28:16. > :28:23.But you've never received a medal. And that's why we have made for you
:28:23. > :28:26.very especially, the Dara O'Briain Medal For Business Globalisation.
:28:26. > :28:34.APPLAUSE That is for you. It's lovely. Thank
:28:34. > :28:38.you so much. You have been fantastic for the ten
:28:38. > :28:46.weeks. You have been one of the undoubted stars of this year's
:28:46. > :28:52.series. Here are some of your highlights. No matter how long it
:28:52. > :28:56.takes, I will take it to success. I give you every dog, ladies and
:28:56. > :29:04.gentleman. We're like the green team coming to the rescue. Think
:29:04. > :29:12.above and beyond, bix mix. Fresh fruit, berries here. This is a seal.
:29:12. > :29:19.We work hard and then we play hard. That's what I've been waiting for
:29:19. > :29:26.all my life. Is that victory I'm tasting? Whatever. Ladies and
:29:26. > :29:30.gentleman, Melody Hossaini! APPLAUSE
:29:30. > :29:32.That's it for tonight. Thanks to all my guests, Melody will be on
:29:33. > :29:39.BBC Breakfast tomorrow morning. If you want more join in the
:29:39. > :29:43.conversation on Facebook and Twitter. Details are on the website
:29:43. > :29:51.at bbc.co.uk/apprentice. Tomorrow night July 7, there's the annual
:29:51. > :29:58.bonus programme, The Final Five, featuring, John, -- Tom, Jim,
:29:58. > :30:06.Natasha Susan and Helen. Your task is to create the next fast food
:30:06. > :30:11.restaurant. Too much cheese. Didn't Columbus discover the potato in
:30:12. > :30:17.America? Can we make way for that order? Service! It's messy. The
