:02:54. > :03:11.BMX is massively on the rise. Everybody wants the Olympic dream

:03:12. > :03:16.and that's what everyone is pushing for. This is a standard track, it

:03:17. > :03:20.can hold regional and national competitions. It is fun and quite a

:03:21. > :03:24.sociable sport. You get the adrenaline rush and it makes you

:03:25. > :03:30.very happy. Very family-oriented sport. Maybe on a weekend there is a

:03:31. > :03:39.beverage involved! We all like that part, socialising. Something that's

:03:40. > :03:43.pretty unique, the only national standard BMX track in the country.

:04:34. > :04:35.adult, sensible, a lot of confidence. The best thing about

:04:36. > :04:38.these kids, seeing the looks on their face when they do something

:04:50. > :04:55.Scotland and we have 25 actors with disabilities. -- Theatre group. We

:04:56. > :04:58.are going for the professional theatre group, everything is

:04:59. > :05:07.professional like another theatre company. I was nervous but now I'm

:05:08. > :05:12.confident. It's really fun for me. We don't show how difficult our

:05:13. > :05:16.lives are but we change people's perceptions because they see the

:05:17. > :05:20.quality of the work. I can see how more relaxed he is in this workshop

:05:21. > :05:24.than when he started when he had his hands in his pockets. Now he's

:05:25. > :05:31.taking part more freely and really enjoying it. Disabled performers can

:05:32. > :05:36.put on exactly the same kind of high-quality performances as any

:05:37. > :05:43.actor. It was really good, I enjoyed it, it was good fun. Amazing and I
