:03:50. > :03:54.Today has been about making sure young people are more confident and
:03:55. > :04:01.independent in their wheelchairs when they are out and about. It's
:04:02. > :04:10.only a small kit, but when you are up there, it seems huge. It's
:04:11. > :04:16.getting the confidence, really. The instructors were helping me down and
:04:17. > :04:23.you get a feeling and I had to do it. It's helped me with my
:04:24. > :04:27.confidence and independence. And made me some new friends, meeting
:04:28. > :04:33.new people. I've seen a big change, she's a different girl. More like an
:04:34. > :04:35.adult, sensible, a lot of confidence. The best thing about
:04:36. > :04:38.these kids, seeing the looks on their face when they do something
:04:39. > :04:49.they couldn't do before. The Lung Ha the group is based in
:04:50. > :04:55.Scotland and we have 25 actors with disabilities. -- Theatre group. We
:04:56. > :04:58.are going for the professional theatre group, everything is
:04:59. > :05:07.professional like another theatre company. I was nervous but now I'm
:05:08. > :05:12.confident. It's really fun for me. We don't show how difficult our
:05:13. > :05:16.lives are but we change people's perceptions because they see the
:05:17. > :05:20.quality of the work. I can see how more relaxed he is in this workshop
:05:21. > :05:24.than when he started when he had his hands in his pockets. Now he's
:05:25. > :05:31.taking part more freely and really enjoying it. Disabled performers can
:05:32. > :05:36.put on exactly the same kind of high-quality performances as any
:05:37. > :05:43.actor. It was really good, I enjoyed it, it was good fun. Amazing and I
