0:35:47 > 0:35:50She couldn't sit on the beach because she was always in plaster.

0:45:46 > 0:45:51The way Mitchell dealt with my dad's death was to just shut out the world,

0:45:51 > 0:45:55perhaps for a few weeks pretend it didn't happen, and just live in his own bubble.

0:45:55 > 0:45:58'But Mitchell wasn't just shutting himself away,

0:45:58 > 0:46:02'he was dealing with his grief by turning it into something positive.

0:46:02 > 0:46:08'And up in his room, he was learning to dance. Mitchell's big dream was to meet dance group Diversity.'

0:46:12 > 0:46:18'After his sister Jamie-Lee got in touch, I took my team to his school and fed Mitchell a big fat lie.'

0:46:22 > 0:46:24was doing a video shoot for one of their courses.

0:46:24 > 0:46:29But it wasn't really, it was the BBC and I didn't have a clue.
