:00:18. > :00:27.I do want to win. I'm more nervous than for a world title fight. Me in

:00:28. > :00:31.a leotard, that's ridiculous. My back feels like it's going to It

:00:32. > :00:37.will snap. Be tough. But I'm so excited. Gymnastics is hard, crazy

:01:14. > :01:22.trained hard enough. This is gymnastics like you've never seen

:01:23. > :01:42.before. I've got to do this in front of the nation!

:03:08. > :03:13.who knows, maybe even cart wheeling off it. Now tonight, ten daring

:03:14. > :03:18.celebrities will perform dazzling gymnastics and circus-inspired

:03:19. > :03:22.routines live to you, the nation. So please welcome, with their

:03:23. > :03:29.professional partners, our bold, beautiful and brave celebrities.

:03:30. > :03:43.East Ender and West End star, John Partridge with Kat Would. Loose

:03:44. > :03:49.Women's Andrea MacLean with Alex Atley. H from Steps with Holly

:03:50. > :04:01.Johnstone. Girls Aloud's Sarah Harding with Leon Fagbemi. Wolfblood

:04:02. > :04:13.actor Bobby Lockwood with Kristin Allen. Shugababe Amelle Berrabah

:04:14. > :04:22.with Doug Fordyce. Actor and Blue Peter's Peter Duncan with Kate

:04:23. > :04:33.McWilliam. TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh with Billy George.

:04:34. > :04:42.Actress and Dynasty icon Emma Samms with Ivan Pastore. And four-time

:04:43. > :04:50.world champion super-middleweight boxer Carl Froch with Sita Bhuller.

:04:51. > :04:54.Aren't they a fit looking lot? Now, for the last eight weeks, they've

:04:55. > :04:58.been training with their own elite gymnastic coaches, who are all

:04:59. > :05:04.sitting over there, evening coaches! There they are. I tell you what,

:05:05. > :05:09.they have had a tough job. Some of the celebrities hadn't even done a

:05:10. > :05:13.forward roll before this. But, this isn't gymnastics as we know it. We

:05:14. > :05:17.are adding a whole lot of showbiz magic. Tonight, we'll see

:05:18. > :05:29.performances that take place on the floor, and the aerial hoop and

:05:30. > :05:33.someone will be facing this. That vault looks terrifying. But nobody

:05:34. > :05:38.said this would be easy. And each week, our celebrities will find

:05:39. > :05:42.themselves under the glare of four judges with very serious

:05:43. > :05:47.credentials. My name is Nadia Comaneci. I competed in two Olympic

:05:48. > :05:53.Games. I won a total of nine medals, five of them gold. In 1976 in

:05:54. > :05:57.Montreal I was the first female that scored a perfect ten in Olympic

:05:58. > :06:03.history. COMMENTATOR: That's perfection. I'm

:06:04. > :06:11.Louis Smith, a British Olympian and a bad aon the Pommel Horse. Winning

:06:12. > :06:16.a medal at London 2012 was the most emotional time of my life. It was a

:06:17. > :06:25.magical year. It sounds cheesy, but it really was. I'm Sebastien Stella,

:06:26. > :06:32.a special I choreographer and circus performer. I've worked with Cher,

:06:33. > :06:39.Pink, etc, etc. I've been developing all different techniques from flying

:06:40. > :06:45.to flipping to jumping. I'm Craig Heap. In 1998 I made history by

:06:46. > :06:48.captaining England in their first ever Commonwealth Games Gold Medal

:06:49. > :06:54.and four years later in Manchester, I did it again. To be the only

:06:55. > :06:59.person to represent Great Britain in gymnastics at the 2000 Olympics is

:07:00. > :07:03.probably the most special thing in my life. I'm totally committed and

:07:04. > :07:08.dedicated, that's what the celebrities will have to do. If they

:07:09. > :07:12.don't, they've had it. Every performance from the celebrity

:07:13. > :07:17.is going to be expected to be extraordinary. They face

:07:18. > :07:21.embarrassment, injury, humiliation and they've got to wear lycra! I

:07:22. > :07:25.don't think they understand how hard it's going to be. I've got sweaty

:07:26. > :07:34.palms thinking about it and I'm just judging. I'm looking forward to

:07:35. > :07:39.giving a perfect ten to somebody. Our head judge, Olympic legend,

:07:40. > :07:45.Nadia Comaneci. APPLAUSE

:07:46. > :07:52.Commonwealth Games multimedallist, gymnast, Craig Heap.

:07:53. > :07:58.APPLAUSE Circus and aerial performer and

:07:59. > :08:02.choreographer to the stars, Sebastien Stella.

:08:03. > :08:12.APPLAUSE And our very own Olympic and

:08:13. > :08:16.Commonwealth hero, Louis Smith. MBE. APPLAUSE

:08:17. > :08:24.The Tumble judges everybody! APPLAUSE

:08:25. > :08:28.I've got goose bumps. It's so exciting. Let's get this show on the

:08:29. > :08:31.road then. Believe me when I say nobody wanted to be the first to

:08:32. > :08:42.perform tonight, but somebody had to. And she's a girl band member

:08:43. > :08:49.with high hopes for the high hoops. I'm Amelle Berrabah best known for

:08:50. > :08:52.being in the Sugababes. Being in a girl band, most people's perception

:08:53. > :08:55.is that it's easy, you get your hair and make up done, but you have to

:08:56. > :08:59.really work hard. That's what I want to do with this competition. Any

:09:00. > :09:07.minute now I'm going to meet my partner. I'm really excited. I'm

:09:08. > :09:12.Doug. I became acrobatic world champion, not once but twice. Nice

:09:13. > :09:18.to meet you. I've met my professional partner and I have a

:09:19. > :09:23.coach called Dave as well, who is amazing. Pleasure to meet you. I'm

:09:24. > :09:27.so excited. Off we go. Gymnastics is definitely really hard. Everything

:09:28. > :09:33.in your body is saying, "No, don't do it. She's a perfectist. And she

:09:34. > :09:38.keeps on going until she completes that skill. I've been given aerial

:09:39. > :09:44.for my first routine. I'm a little bit nervous. Big day. Yeah. First

:09:45. > :09:48.time on the hoop. It's gymnastics and dance in the air. The hoop is

:09:49. > :09:57.always moving which makes it difficult and dangerous. That's a

:09:58. > :10:02.serious stretch, man. In terms of the pain threshold, the pain is as

:10:03. > :10:07.good as it gets. You have to grit your teeth, literally, and work

:10:08. > :10:12.through it. I'm just going to take the pain. We have them on separate

:10:13. > :10:16.hoops and then to make it harder, they're on the same hoop and they

:10:17. > :10:20.have to mirror each other. There's not a lot of space on the hoop for

:10:21. > :10:25.two people. It took getting used to. Sorry, the wrong leg. I'm in a funny

:10:26. > :10:31.position. When you're on the hoop together, you're totally reliant on

:10:32. > :10:37.each other to do the move safely. I have a tear in my right hand. You

:10:38. > :10:40.take the pain or you fall. My hands are torn up at the moment.

:10:41. > :10:42.I'm going to block out everything around me and literally cling on for

:10:43. > :12:05.dear life. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

:12:06. > :12:08.Huge pressure, being first up, but you'd never know it. What a

:12:09. > :12:16.consummate performance from Amelle. She has the audience right with her.

:12:17. > :12:21.Fabulous stuff. Splits Ghazal with great range and control. Look at the

:12:22. > :12:27.confident smile. And the inverted stag, well, so impressive. This

:12:28. > :12:36.really is a good performance, a great opener. Waist balance,

:12:37. > :12:40.beautiful form, stylish and confident performance. Well done!

:12:41. > :12:42.What a great start to Tumble, honestly, thank you both. The

:12:43. > :12:46.audience loved it. CHEERING

:12:47. > :12:51.So good. How was it for you? Really good. I'm really happy that we got

:12:52. > :12:55.everything on point. Really enjoyed it, to be honest. Thank you so much.

:12:56. > :13:00.Really enjoyed it. It all came together. We'll say a quick hell

:13:01. > :13:08.throw Mitch Fenner in the commentary box. Hello there! Hi everybody!

:13:09. > :13:12.APPLAUSE And a big hello to the judges,

:13:13. > :13:16.settling in. You look very comfortable. Seb, you've worked a

:13:17. > :13:21.lot on the aerial hoop, what were the main things you were looking for

:13:22. > :13:26.in that performance? Well, we have a saying in circus is you have to be

:13:27. > :13:30.the boss of the hoop, because it's a very dangerous apparatus. I didn't

:13:31. > :13:32.see the hoop swing. I saw you in perfect control. I

:13:33. > :13:32.see the hoop swing. I saw you in perfect control. saw perfect

:13:33. > :13:37.transition. perfect control. saw perfect

:13:38. > :13:46.Everything was into place. It was great entertainment. Bravo. By the

:13:47. > :13:51.way, congratulations on the Commonwealth Games as well. Thank

:13:52. > :13:55.you very much. Thank you. I would like to start off by saying well

:13:56. > :14:00.done for being the first person up on this brand new show, Tumble.

:14:01. > :14:02.That's brave in is of. Definitely. I like the fact that you're working

:14:03. > :14:06.hard and you have the blisters to prove it. That's a very important

:14:07. > :14:10.part. It showed tonight. It was very clean. It was finished. I love the

:14:11. > :14:22.drop to the bottom bar. I think it was a great performance, well done.

:14:23. > :14:26.Nadia? Gymnastics is hard. The key ingredients you have. You have great

:14:27. > :14:33.technique and beautiful line and speed and timing. That is important.

:14:34. > :14:38.Great job. Very good. Mr Craig Heap. I remember as a kid when the first

:14:39. > :14:43.time I got a washing machine, because I'm from up north. Where is

:14:44. > :14:48.this going? I remember sitting on the floor watching it going round,

:14:49. > :14:53.being amazed by the machine. That reminded me of that performance. I

:14:54. > :14:57.was mesmerised by what you did. I could have watched it for hours.

:14:58. > :15:05.Well done. I think that is good. Happy with that? Very happy. Thank

:15:06. > :15:15.you very much. Amelle and Doug. Craig went back to his childhood,

:15:16. > :15:20.said great technique. Louis likes the blisters. And David the coach

:15:21. > :15:26.looks very happy. Each judge will score the performances out of ten.

:15:27. > :15:32.With a total of 40 points available. In Tumble they can give half a point

:15:33. > :15:34.too. So judges let's hear the scores o's for the first performance.

:15:35. > :16:01.Seven. That is 24 out of 40 for Amelle and

:16:02. > :16:06.Doug. Craig? We are going to fall out. If you're into social media,

:16:07. > :16:10.the details are up here now. You can find out what Amelle and the others

:16:11. > :16:16.really think of the judges' comments and see other exclusives that will

:16:17. > :16:20.keep you going from week-to-week. We have been up in the air. So now for

:16:21. > :16:26.our first performance on the floor. This man is a legend of children's

:16:27. > :16:33.television. But his Blue Peter badge won't help him now.

:16:34. > :16:42.The man on the street said to me, Peter, Duncan, I know you, Blue

:16:43. > :16:47.Peter man. That is great. I love that. I love that positive thing

:16:48. > :16:51.that Blue Peter spread across our culture. I think the older you get

:16:52. > :16:57.the more physical you should get. That is always my secret weapon. You

:16:58. > :17:03.start humble and frail and when they think you're way ahead, suddenly

:17:04. > :17:14.you're ahead. How will they catch up with this ancient God of a man who

:17:15. > :17:19.is 60 years old? I'm Kate and I'm an acrobat. I recognised him from Blue

:17:20. > :17:24.Peter. That is fantastic. The fact he has been comfortable to jump on a

:17:25. > :17:28.trampoline is brilliant. I'm looking forward to start. You have a team

:17:29. > :17:41.helping you develop your skills. I have a coach called Andy. I started

:17:42. > :17:51.gymnast from age seven. We have the choreographer. Don't do that. You're

:17:52. > :17:59.not eating an hamburger. I'm going to go for her. OK. My first

:18:00. > :18:08.performance will be an acrobatic floor routine. He has got a

:18:09. > :18:14.difficult lift called Front Ane kl that -- front angel that turns into

:18:15. > :18:19.the pigeon. There could be a serious injury. The most dangerous routine

:18:20. > :18:23.is the pitch into the somersault. The most important thing is the

:18:24. > :18:31.relationship I have with Kate. Mainly trust. Most gymnasts build it

:18:32. > :18:38.up over years. We are talking about weeks. If he was to drop me. It

:18:39. > :18:40.would be game over. If I mess it up, she lands on her head. I have got to

:18:41. > :20:03.get it right. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Well this man

:20:04. > :20:08.has tried everything from wrestling to high wire walking and he was

:20:09. > :20:13.worried about dropping his partner. No need, Peter. Fron angel into

:20:14. > :20:19.pigeon, no problem. Look at that strength. Look at that poise and

:20:20. > :20:24.look at the rack ra si of this. O' e-- accuracy of this. Hugely

:20:25. > :20:30.confident, totally reliable and look at this - he is enjoying it! He has

:20:31. > :20:38.got someone balancing on his head and he's loving it. Brilliant. Did

:20:39. > :20:45.you just see that? This man is like Popeye, you're incredible. I love it

:20:46. > :20:54.when it's live. You were amazing. Louis, you spoke about the

:20:55. > :20:59.difficultness of that pigeon lift. How difficult is that? That is very

:21:00. > :21:05.difficult. Any parent know what is it is like to throw their kid around

:21:06. > :21:09.when they're two or three, but to do wit a full grown woman is hard. That

:21:10. > :21:14.pigeon lift if you get a gap and they start falling, it is all over.

:21:15. > :21:22.But he is so strong and went from lift to lift and didn't seem to

:21:23. > :21:28.struggle. The gymnastic side wasn't as good. But the lift made up for

:21:29. > :21:32.that. We thought it was excellent. Nadia? I consider myself a person in

:21:33. > :21:37.shape. But after seeing this, I think I need to go work out a little

:21:38. > :21:42.more! You worked with a lot of confidence on the floofr and if you

:21:43. > :21:47.had -- floor and you had done, you did five tricks hard. You would have

:21:48. > :21:54.done two, I would be happy. I was amazed. Congratulations. Very good

:21:55. > :21:58.comments there. Craig, a lot of the audience were watching like this.

:21:59. > :22:02.What did you make of it? Well, I was so impressed with that back pitch

:22:03. > :22:07.somersault. It is impressive and coaches find it difficult over years

:22:08. > :22:12.to be able to spot gymnasts like that. So that was awesome to see.

:22:13. > :22:26.Peter, I have not said this to a bloke before, I think I love you,

:22:27. > :22:31.man! Seb? Well strength, focus, balance, I think you understand a

:22:32. > :22:34.lot about floor acrobatics. It is amazing. I can't wait to see what

:22:35. > :22:41.you're going to do in the air. We are all very excited. An amazing

:22:42. > :22:49.performance. Peter and Kate everyone. Surely worth a Blue Peter

:22:50. > :22:53.badge to add to his collection. Louis said this is not easy. Craig

:22:54. > :22:59.has fallen in love and Seb is just impressed all the way through. He

:23:00. > :23:00.has the lot, he said. So judges, let's hear your scores, starting

:23:01. > :23:27.with Seb. 23.5 out of 40. Do you know, we seem

:23:28. > :23:37.to know another Craig similar to this one. He said he loved me. Now

:23:38. > :23:41.then, Andy, you are Peter's coach and you said in the difficult it was

:23:42. > :23:45.as a coach to get the celebrities up to a certain standard in eight

:23:46. > :23:50.weeks. Can you put that into words for describe how it has been for

:23:51. > :23:53.you? These guys have worked hard and what normally takes months and

:23:54. > :23:57.years, they have done in eight weeks. That is amazing. The show is

:23:58. > :24:08.amazing and I'm proud to be part of it. Brilliant. Well done. I am going

:24:09. > :24:16.to nip in here. David, you're Amelle's coach. We saw her on the

:24:17. > :24:22.hoop. How hard is it to do all these disciplines with a celebrity in such

:24:23. > :24:26.a short space of time? Normally they stick to one discipline and they

:24:27. > :24:30.have to do all the disciplines in eight weeks. So they're doing a

:24:31. > :24:35.fantastic job. Amelle, you have been injured. We have seen your abes,

:24:36. > :24:41.they look brilliant. How intense has it been as celebrities? It is really

:24:42. > :24:46.intense and it is a shock to the system for all of us. It has been

:24:47. > :24:51.the most enjoyable experience. I'm so proud of myself and of everyone.

:24:52. > :24:56.I didn't think I would be able to do half the things. I'm blessed to have

:24:57. > :25:01.Doug and Dave and I want to carry on with Tumble. It is such an amazing

:25:02. > :25:08.thing to watch you all. Now, you will know our next celebrity as a

:25:09. > :25:14.loose woom. But hanging from a -- loose woman, but hanging from a hoop

:25:15. > :25:33.she will be more of a hold on tight girl. I'm Andrea McLean and I'm a

:25:34. > :25:39.loose woman. Bhi main goal is to do a rolly Poley. If I can do that I

:25:40. > :25:46.will be really pleased. I'm Alex, I'm a world champion. Do you have

:25:47. > :25:51.any worries? Just don't spin me. The last time I tried spinning, it was

:25:52. > :25:56.horrendous. I did three spins and felt sick for about four hours.

:25:57. > :26:03.Today is my first day of aerial training. I'm nervous. Oh, my

:26:04. > :26:08.goodness. I'm not great with spinning. I'm just going to have to

:26:09. > :26:15.butch up. She must be careful, the hoop, once it starts spinning, it

:26:16. > :26:20.has a mind of its own. If I can't get my head around the shin spinning

:26:21. > :26:23.problem I may not be able to tackle the hoops. I feel like I'm going to

:26:24. > :26:29.be sick. It is horrible. It is not like I can ignore it. It becomes so

:26:30. > :26:36.all consuming, I don't know what to do. I will try anything. I have got

:26:37. > :26:41.sickness bands and tablets. Everything. I'm never going to like

:26:42. > :26:45.the spinning thing. But I am taking every potion known to man to help me

:26:46. > :26:51.get through this. Live performance, there is two ways it could go. I'm

:26:52. > :27:00.very ill and become a YouTube sensation. Or it could go well. I

:27:01. > :27:15.know which one I prefer. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE.

:27:16. > :28:30.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE No sign of spin phobia there. She has left

:28:31. > :28:33.roly-polies far behind. That was such a confident performance.

:28:34. > :28:43.Forward circle through the hoop. Lovely toe point and look at that

:28:44. > :28:47.smile, no problem there. Forward Arabesque. Loving every moment and

:28:48. > :28:55.the one-arm fish hang, well, what a performance. Well done!

:28:56. > :29:05.We saw you have struggled with this motion sickness, but you did it?

:29:06. > :29:11.Yeah! I did wonder whether I should bring a bucket. But you're fine. At

:29:12. > :29:18.the moment. I did have a moment. Nadia, you first. The quality of a

:29:19. > :29:23.champion is to not give up when it is hard. You're a champion. I like

:29:24. > :29:28.that you attempted the routine and the skills were clean, there was not

:29:29. > :29:41.very difficult, but I know you can do much more. So good job. Craig?

:29:42. > :29:46.Andrea, saucy, Sasse, house wife. Gymnastics is about pushing yourself

:29:47. > :29:50.and feeling the fear every week. I guess like Nadia says, we want you

:29:51. > :29:55.to believe in yourself more. I want to see more. And I'm sure you can do

:29:56. > :30:07.just a little bit more next week. But well done. What about you, Seb?

:30:08. > :30:12.Well, one of my aboutings was the spinning hook and for 24 hours we

:30:13. > :30:17.had to spin. My friend at the time was a bucket. That is what happened.

:30:18. > :30:24.Just the fact that you went through that and built a routine to perform,

:30:25. > :30:32.I admire you. You did very good. And Louis. I loved it. You smiled

:30:33. > :30:37.throughout even you probably wanted to vomit is great. But no, it was

:30:38. > :30:41.good. Like they said, I would like to see yourself push yourself in

:30:42. > :30:47.training and step it up. But I thought you did a great job. So are

:30:48. > :30:53.you going to push yourself for next week? Yes. I thought this was hard.

:30:54. > :30:58.The floor routine is more difficult, because I keep banging into him. But

:30:59. > :31:06.I can't wait. I'm so excited that I did it. We can't wait to see what

:31:07. > :31:12.else you have up your sleeves. Andrea and Alex everyone. From wash

:31:13. > :31:22.day blues to bliss. Thumbs up from everyone. They're loving it.

:31:23. > :31:42.Let's hear your scores then. Six. Five. 5. 5. 4. 5. So, a total of 21

:31:43. > :31:43.out of 40 for Andrea and Alex. OK then, Mitch, let's look at how

:31:44. > :32:00.the score board stands: It's early doors yet. You have to

:32:01. > :32:08.remember, there's still a long way to go. Oh, yes there is. Thanks

:32:09. > :32:12.Mitch. Our judges aren't just here to offer words of wisdom. Later, two

:32:13. > :32:17.of them will be stripped to their gym gear, One Showing us exactly how

:32:18. > :32:20.the vault is done, and the other will be, well, showing off. I'm

:32:21. > :32:25.joking a, very special performance coming up later from one of these.

:32:26. > :32:31.Now, there are plenty more famous faces panicking back stage,

:32:32. > :32:38.including world boxing champ, Carl Froch, Girls Aloud's Sarah Harding

:32:39. > :32:41.and TOWIE's Lucy Mecklenburgh. Learning all these new skills, it

:32:42. > :32:45.has been the hardest thing I've ever done. I hope it pays This is off.

:32:46. > :32:51.Going to be physically, mentally demanding. I would like to prove to

:32:52. > :32:59.myself that I can do this The hoop is a ring, but it's no boxing ring.

:33:00. > :33:04.Yeah, plenty still to come. Our next celebrity has come a long way in

:33:05. > :33:14.training already. In fact, you could say he's made some great steps.

:33:15. > :33:24.My name is Ian Watkins and everybody will know me from Steps. I've been

:33:25. > :33:29.called H since I was nine years old. It stood for hyperactive. I've not

:33:30. > :33:36.met my partner yet. So I think I'm going to play a little trick. Can

:33:37. > :33:40.you see me? I'm Holly. I'm trained in circus arts. My special I is

:33:41. > :33:52.aerial hoop and I've performed all over the world. It's H! Hi. Come and

:33:53. > :34:01.give us a love. I've met Holly and if that wasn't amazing enough I have

:34:02. > :34:11.a coach called Alex. H! We've met. It's time to start training. That's

:34:12. > :34:16.it, good. My neck is killing me. H has been moaning, to be fair, he is

:34:17. > :34:20.covered in bruises. I can't even believe you've set there already and

:34:21. > :34:24.I can't do them. You just need to do them. We gave H a particularly hard

:34:25. > :34:27.routine today with a lot of advanced gymnastic skills in it and we're

:34:28. > :34:34.asking him to dance. But he was really negative about it. I'm just

:34:35. > :34:38.knackered. I'm frustrated with H because he's good. You have an

:34:39. > :34:42.amazing team here, but you need to shut up. I'm going to stop

:34:43. > :34:55.complaining. I'm going to ignore the pain and plough through it.

:34:56. > :35:02.That felt better. . I'm writing down key points. He's totally changed his

:35:03. > :35:17.attitude. I worked so hard. I just hope that it's going to be enough.

:35:18. > :36:25.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Well, well, well. The audience will

:36:26. > :36:29.be queueing up to buy aburg frer that store. Fast food with a

:36:30. > :36:37.difference from flipping burgers to flipping backwards. And just look at

:36:38. > :36:44.this. Consummate just like a gymnast. We've tried those any

:36:45. > :36:50.gymnast worth his salt has suffered learning. This I remember it well!

:36:51. > :36:55.And the needle splits on shoulders, beautifully supported. Well done,

:36:56. > :36:59.young man. You did it! And you did it

:37:00. > :37:04.brilliantly, both of you. I want to do it again! You will, next week.

:37:05. > :37:08.Oh, OK. You know, what I thought that was great. Let's go to the

:37:09. > :37:12.judges. Craig, what due make of it? Well now you're cooking, yeah? I was

:37:13. > :37:16.feeling like I'm going to get on the chair and start jumping up and down

:37:17. > :37:20.with excitement. That's what it's all about. There was so much fun in

:37:21. > :37:25.there. But looking at the gymnastics, technically it's very

:37:26. > :37:28.good. And the straddle jump at the start, straightening your legs,

:37:29. > :37:34.pointing your toes, you have got the landings. One thing I cannot forgive

:37:35. > :37:39.is anybody who puts their hands down to get up in a forward roll - twice.

:37:40. > :37:46.But apart from that, you smashed it. I knew it. Very good. Sebastien? I

:37:47. > :37:53.think you have to realise you set the bar right here. Because now you

:37:54. > :37:57.just show all of the UK and everyone else what a number should look like

:37:58. > :38:04.in that show. Thank you. This is huge. But that means also that

:38:05. > :38:09.you're going to have to do better than that for the future. It's a big

:38:10. > :38:16.challenge, but amazing, amazing. You'll do it. We will. For me, that

:38:17. > :38:25.is Tumble. That is what this show is about, H. That was unbelievable.

:38:26. > :38:28.What I like that round-off tuck back, it was a great technique. Your

:38:29. > :38:32.head was in, you reached up, you spotted when you went off.

:38:33. > :38:36.Technically brilliant. There was really nice gymnastics in there as

:38:37. > :38:41.well. Unblfable, well done. -- unbelievable, well done. They like

:38:42. > :38:46.it. I will take my burger with cheese. I saw that hand over there,

:38:47. > :38:50.fast, you put your hand because you didn't trust yourself. You do a

:38:51. > :38:55.great job. The cart wheel over the top, every gymnastics move is right

:38:56. > :38:59.how it is in the book. Good job. Brilliant. You've worked very hard.

:39:00. > :39:04.You should be proud of yourself. Holly and H everyone!

:39:05. > :39:10.APPLAUSE Louis said it, that is what this

:39:11. > :39:15.show is all about, great gymnastics, who could ask for anything more. And

:39:16. > :39:17.their coach Alex is thrilled to bits for them. Very good. Let's hear your

:39:18. > :39:46.scores then. 26 out of 40. How can it be? Craig?

:39:47. > :39:49.Loads to improve on. 26. 5 by the way, I got excited there. It was a

:39:50. > :39:54.low score from you. Any way, who's next? Well, he's an actor and star

:39:55. > :40:05.of CBBC's Wolfblood and he couldn't wait to sink his teeth into Tumble.

:40:06. > :40:15.I'm Bobby Lockwood. I'm an actor. You might know me from Wolfblood,

:40:16. > :40:21.where I play Rhydian Are you Morrison. Asking me out on a date?

:40:22. > :40:26.Yeah. I'm hoping my partner will be someone that I can get on with. We

:40:27. > :40:33.are spending a lot of time together and we will have to get quite...

:40:34. > :40:39.Close. I'm Kristin. I'm a world champion acrobat. I've come from

:40:40. > :40:43.across the pond. My pro-partner and myself have just arrived for our

:40:44. > :40:47.first session. I'm excited. Bobby and Kristin get on well together.

:40:48. > :40:52.They're a great working team. I just can't tell you how happy I am that I

:40:53. > :40:56.have Bobby as a partner. I don't think he realises how talented he

:40:57. > :41:03.is. We get on great. She's awesome. I do genuinely feel that we're in it

:41:04. > :41:08.together. They're such an adorable couple. They're technically amazing

:41:09. > :41:13.on the hoop. Now we need to work on the performance. Because we've given

:41:14. > :41:18.them such a romantic routine, we need to see that romance and

:41:19. > :41:23.chemistry. Moving together as one, touching their faces, lots of eye

:41:24. > :41:30.contact. Where are you looking? I'm looking at you. You have to act

:41:31. > :41:36.being in love. I don't think the chemistry is a problem though. We've

:41:37. > :41:39.been working really hard on those romantic moments trying to make the

:41:40. > :41:44.routine special. Where you put your hand. Where you tilt your chin,

:41:45. > :41:48.using your eyes, all those things make the love come across. #234 I

:41:49. > :41:52.love performing with Kristin. She's great. Lovely sharing a hoop with

:41:53. > :42:00.her. Give her a kiss.

:42:01. > :43:32.Well, not a dry eye in the house. Romance is in the air.

:43:33. > :43:37.Full of emotion. Full of control. Look at this. The upside down eagle,

:43:38. > :43:46.you'd think he was born to it. Fantastic. And a double fish. We

:43:47. > :43:53.call it a double fish hang and they does it so well. -- he does it so

:43:54. > :43:58.well. Now then, look at this - will they? Won't they? We will have to

:43:59. > :44:04.wait and see. Ah, that was stunningly beautiful,

:44:05. > :44:10.guys. Really well done. Everybody in here has been, oh, they loved it.

:44:11. > :44:15.Seb, did you feel the love? I did feel the love. They remind me, my

:44:16. > :44:18.wife and I were performing around the world, this is a very

:44:19. > :44:22.professional act that you just performed, you guys. Because when

:44:23. > :44:26.you're able to not remember the technique and just enjoy the moment,

:44:27. > :44:36.that's a real number. That's very entertaining. It's great, wow. So

:44:37. > :44:42.good. I had to swallow a lump in my throat. A softie after all. It was

:44:43. > :44:46.amazing. It really was. I've only ever felt gooey a few times in my

:44:47. > :44:52.life, one was after my routine at the Olympic Games. And another time

:44:53. > :44:58.here. It was beautiful. Well done. That's major. So good. And Nadia?

:44:59. > :45:02.When I was competing, I used to have a balance beam in my house and I

:45:03. > :45:05.used to go from the living room to the kitchen on the balance beam

:45:06. > :45:08.because I realised you have to practice, practice, practice and

:45:09. > :45:16.you've done that. But I think that you can do much more than you showed

:45:17. > :45:22.tonight. So, I like it. Craig, tell us that it melted your

:45:23. > :45:27.little heart? No, it was really nice. It was. If we get rid of all

:45:28. > :45:32.that lovy-Dovey stuff and get down... No I want to get back to the

:45:33. > :45:36.acrobatic skills around the hoop and things like that. I must agree with

:45:37. > :45:39.Nadia, it was beautiful but I'd like a bit more. I think you're a lot

:45:40. > :45:43.better than what you think you are. I don't want people to think oh,

:45:44. > :45:47.he's mean, giving low scores. It took Nadia a long, long time before

:45:48. > :45:51.she scored a perfect ten. And the same for me, when I was in the gym

:45:52. > :45:59.competing. So, you guys have got six weeks. My mum give me a ten. Be

:46:00. > :46:03.generous this time. It was lovely. It was good though, guys. Well done.

:46:04. > :46:13.You should be proud of yourselves. Kristin and bobby everyone!

:46:14. > :46:18.APPLAUSE He has a heart of stone. The romantic story unfold and most

:46:19. > :46:21.of the judges felt the love. This should be interesting. Let's hear

:46:22. > :46:46.your scores. 26 out of 40. A great score for

:46:47. > :46:51.Bobby and Kristin. Now, none of our celebrities will leave, the scores

:46:52. > :47:00.will carry over. So at the half way point. Let's have another look at

:47:01. > :47:05.the score board. We have been treated to some great moments. Not

:47:06. > :47:13.to mention a bufding romance. At the moment it is H and Holly in front.

:47:14. > :47:21.-- budding romance. It is heating up and there is still five performances

:47:22. > :47:25.to come. Oh, it is quite close. I know you're thrilled with your score

:47:26. > :47:30.and your performance. I came to your training session and saw first hand

:47:31. > :47:37.how hard it is. Give us an idea of how it has been. I can't tell you.

:47:38. > :47:42.It has been like boot camp, we have had tear, blood, sweat. And ready

:47:43. > :47:47.for the hoop? Not yet. But it is next week and we will have more

:47:48. > :47:52.blisters and tears. Please don't try this at home. Even if you have an

:47:53. > :47:59.aerial hoop in your lounge. It is very dangerous. Somebody who knows

:48:00. > :48:06.how dangerous is this lovely man, Mr Motivator everybody! Just tell us

:48:07. > :48:14.what happened to you. Actually it is a competition, they wanted me out of

:48:15. > :48:19.the way. No, I was doing a vault and I missed my step and landed badly.

:48:20. > :48:22.But the thing is it was a disappointment. I was more

:48:23. > :48:29.disappointed for my wonderful partner Kerry and Alberta who worked

:48:30. > :48:34.so hard with me. But there are lessons to be learned. It is tough.

:48:35. > :48:38.But you're on the mend. Yes and the thing is right, what I have to do is

:48:39. > :48:46.applaud every one of the guys. They say it is only in the dictionary

:48:47. > :48:51.where success comes before work. And they must continue. We wish you a

:48:52. > :48:59.speedy recovery. Thank you Mr Motivator. Now, if you told me that

:49:00. > :49:05.one of the most immaculate stars of Towie would be down the gym sweating

:49:06. > :49:08.it out without her make up, I would have said no chance. Well guess,

:49:09. > :49:25.what it's happened. I'm Lucy Mecklenburgh and I'm known

:49:26. > :49:31.for starring in The Only Way Is Essex. I'm not the mug. I'm hoping

:49:32. > :49:44.my partner is tall, dark and handsome with lots of muscles. Oh,

:49:45. > :49:55.my God! Hello. That was unreal. That was so good. I'm glad you liked it.

:49:56. > :50:01.I'm Lucy. I'm Billy. I'm the UK's leading wheel artist. We are going

:50:02. > :50:05.to win, yeah?? I love my partner, he is so supportive and he has been

:50:06. > :50:11.encouraging me the whole day. We are having a great time together. She is

:50:12. > :50:19.wicked. It is rally wicked. It is great they get on. That chemistry is

:50:20. > :50:24.vital. But they're easily distracted. Where have the gymnasts

:50:25. > :50:34.gone? They are testing me. They wanted to put war paint on. Right.

:50:35. > :50:38.Taking selfies. They want to do well. Sometimes they don't

:50:39. > :50:41.demonstrate the behaviour that goes with that motivation. I had to have

:50:42. > :50:49.a chat with them. When we are in the middle of something, what we need to

:50:50. > :50:53.do is foe xus. I'm glad Kate has put her foot down. We are definitely

:50:54. > :50:57.work a lot harder than we did. They have an amazing lift called the

:50:58. > :51:02.helicopter. It has the wow factor. When it goes right! Learning these

:51:03. > :51:04.new skills has been the hardest thing I have done and I hope it pace

:51:05. > :52:39.off. -- Pays off. Can you feel the sun on your face?

:52:40. > :52:44.We certainly can. But watch out for sun burn. Beach time frolics, I bet

:52:45. > :52:49.you felt like joining in. Look at the confidence here. From the baby

:52:50. > :52:55.balance, we saw a back angel walk out with such aplomb. And just look

:52:56. > :53:02.at the risk here. This is a helicopter and she does it so

:53:03. > :53:06.bravely. Great stuff. And a supported front somersault, which

:53:07. > :53:10.she made look her very own. Well done Lucy, it looks pretty

:53:11. > :53:16.impressive. You did the helicopter lift! I can see your face thinking,

:53:17. > :53:21.here we go. You did it. Louis? I thought it was good. I could tell

:53:22. > :53:26.you were nervous, the first lift you didn't quite hit it and you started

:53:27. > :53:33.to settle into it. You were doing it well. Very impressed with the front

:53:34. > :53:39.somersault. But the gymnastics was a bit basic. But having come from a

:53:40. > :53:43.none gymnastics background you did well. Nadia, we have mentioned the

:53:44. > :53:49.helicopter lift. This is a hard move isn't it? Yes, that is a difficult

:53:50. > :53:53.lift and I'm happy that you did it successfully. But you have to do it

:53:54. > :53:58.higher to be more impressive. I liked that you went for a difficult

:53:59. > :54:02.gymnastic skill. I appreciated you did a cartwheel over the head. Which

:54:03. > :54:09.is important in gymnastics to be able to do more, you have to work on

:54:10. > :54:17.your strength and flexibility. Craig? I guess I have got to agree

:54:18. > :54:21.with Louis, it is obvious you're not from a gymnastic background, so fair

:54:22. > :54:24.play. Sometimes in the performances it is not about the performance, but

:54:25. > :54:31.what memories, it strikes in a person. That reminded me of as a

:54:32. > :54:36.kid, my parents took know Blackpool and I tried to impress the girls. It

:54:37. > :54:39.didn't work for me, but it worked for you guys. I did like the

:54:40. > :54:50.performance. Just need a bit more. But well done. Quickly, Seb. I can

:54:51. > :54:54.see your a graceful performer. You have that summer way to go around

:54:55. > :55:00.the stage and you understand the performance. Now, I join my partners

:55:01. > :55:04.here, you need to work your tricks, your gymnastics. I want to see that

:55:05. > :55:08.front somersault, I want to see you doing by yourself. Because you can

:55:09. > :55:11.do it. If you have to push the machine you have to work harder and

:55:12. > :55:16.challenge yourself. Anything you can do, go for it. As Craig said, we

:55:17. > :55:22.have to remember you're all new to gymnastics and you did it with a

:55:23. > :55:30.smile on wrour face. I -- on your face. Billy and Lucy. Craig lost

:55:31. > :55:36.himself down memory lane. Seb thought it was so natural. So some

:55:37. > :55:49.mixed comments. Let's see the scores.

:55:50. > :56:02.20 out of 40. Well our next celebrity is a pop princess who used

:56:03. > :56:13.to something kind of ooh, but what about something kind of ouch? I'm

:56:14. > :56:21.Sarah Harding, I'm better known as the crazy one in Girls Aloud. I

:56:22. > :56:30.think this will be hisically and mentally demanding, but I would like

:56:31. > :56:44.to prove can I do this. -- physically. I'm Leon. Leon and I

:56:45. > :56:49.have arrived. They look high up than they are. I was like, how am I going

:56:50. > :56:54.to get up. Part of reason I wanted to do this, is I missed performing.

:56:55. > :57:00.This is another element and it is a scary element. Get me out of it

:57:01. > :57:06.quick. I think she could do well. If she is can be a bit more confident.

:57:07. > :57:12.She's quite hard on herself. And doesn't think she can do stuff and

:57:13. > :57:16.actually she can. I haven't got strength. Yeah, it is terrifying. In

:57:17. > :57:21.a band, you have four other girls to push you on. I need to be strong in

:57:22. > :57:29.myself. But what can you do? I quit. I'm done. She has to realise she is

:57:30. > :57:33.not on her own. She has me as a coach. Don't stress yourself. She

:57:34. > :57:39.has Leon as a partner. We are in it together. We are here to help her.

:57:40. > :57:45.Now, what I do I do? She will have to hang from my neck. That is all

:57:46. > :57:50.about team work and trust. I'm petrified, but not only do I want to

:57:51. > :58:06.it for myself, I want to do it for my team.

:58:07. > :59:36.Wow Sarah's focus on teamwork has paid off. She is adding gymnastic

:59:37. > :59:43.skill to that. Look at the grace and elegance and shape in this Mermaid.

:59:44. > :59:48.She is in control. The ankle hang, you would never believe she was

:59:49. > :59:57.upside down a and four metres off the ground. And a double stag hang

:59:58. > :00:02.from Leon's neck. A great finish. You look ecstatic. Are you? I'm just

:00:03. > :00:08.glad it's over. I was spinning for so long, before it starts, I know

:00:09. > :00:16.why you need that bucket! It was very good. So Nadia? At the start, I

:00:17. > :00:19.thought you struggled. I am not sure if you're not ready. Then you

:00:20. > :00:24.started to show the difficult skills, which was great. I don't

:00:25. > :00:29.think you connected them so well. I like a flawless connection between

:00:30. > :00:39.one skill to the other one. But you can do better. OK mixed. Craig?

:00:40. > :00:45.You're not going to like this, but I have to disagree with you on that. I

:00:46. > :00:49.really loved that. It was action packed and great choreography and

:00:50. > :00:55.chemistry. When you got off at the end, there was a peopling -- beaming

:00:56. > :00:58.smile. I would like to see that during the routine, not like, this

:00:59. > :01:11.is killing me. So smile more. But well done.

:01:12. > :01:15.That cross-ankle hang is difficult, it's scary, it hurts. You went for

:01:16. > :01:20.it and I think it's the reflection of your hard work and talent. It's

:01:21. > :01:26.great. I have to agree with all my judges,

:01:27. > :01:34.there were parts where it was Januaryingly in the transitions. But

:01:35. > :01:38.it's -- jangly in the transitions. But it's like television and the

:01:39. > :01:42.transitions were a bit, oh, what am I doing. When you settled in, it was

:01:43. > :01:50.fantastic. Action packed. Well done. For your first go, brilliant effort.

:01:51. > :01:54.Leon and Sarah everybody! Craig was brave enough to argue with Nadia,

:01:55. > :01:59.brave man. Louis and Seb thought it was difficult. The thought it was

:02:00. > :02:03.impressive. Not all the judges always agree. Natalya looks thrilled

:02:04. > :02:24.as well. Your scores: OK, so total of 25 out of 40 for

:02:25. > :02:31.Sarah and Leon. A good score. I think they'll be pleased with that.

:02:32. > :02:37.So, a bit of Hollywood glamour now. An actress whose soap story lines

:02:38. > :02:47.included a long triangle and alien abduction. Never a cart wheel on the

:02:48. > :02:51.telly, mind. I'm Emma Samms and probably people

:02:52. > :02:55.will know me from Dynasty. Obviously, it was massively

:02:56. > :03:03.successful. I joined it when it was at its height. I'm representing

:03:04. > :03:07.women of a certain age. I'm 53, soon to be 546789 I'm not ashamed of

:03:08. > :03:16.that. In fact, I'm telling people it regularly, so they'll give me a

:03:17. > :03:24.break! I'm Ivan, I'm a medal-winning GB gymnast. Ivan is great. My coach

:03:25. > :03:28.Phil is lovely. The start point Emma comes from is zero position, she has

:03:29. > :03:32.no gymnastics training at all. The whole thing is pretty scary. That's

:03:33. > :03:34.it, feel. It We're having trouble with standing on the shoulders

:03:35. > :03:40.because it's dangerous. It is dangerous. If I were in a film, a

:03:41. > :03:45.stunt person would do that. That's all I need to say. It's really high!

:03:46. > :03:49.I know. I think they need to push her a bit more. We take that fear

:03:50. > :03:54.away from her and she will go on to much better and more complicated

:03:55. > :03:59.things. No, don't, don't. I think we need a little gnatter because I want

:04:00. > :04:05.to push it to another level and up the antea bit. It depends what the

:04:06. > :04:12.ante amounts to. I'm open to let's move it on a notch, absolutely. I

:04:13. > :04:17.think she's now starting to see that she's capable of more than she

:04:18. > :04:22.thought she would be. It's asking a lot to learn an entirely new

:04:23. > :04:25.discipline in such a short time. You deserve a pat on your back. I'm

:04:26. > :04:28.delighted we've improved as much as we have. If we keep improving at

:04:29. > :04:33.that rate, then maybe, we're not going to make complete fools of

:04:34. > :04:46.ourselves on live television. Tea break.

:04:47. > :06:04.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Well those stunt -- no stunt double

:06:05. > :06:10.needed there. The audience was with you all the way. Great stuff. And

:06:11. > :06:15.what an entrance. Even the coat was falling with style. Look at that,

:06:16. > :06:20.standing on shoulders and then she comes into the blue bird lift and a

:06:21. > :06:25.supported walkover, this from someone who hasn't done gymnastics.

:06:26. > :06:31.Back angel Spiral, wrapped it up nicely indeed. I think that was the

:06:32. > :06:34.best time I've seen you done that, out of all the rehearsals.

:06:35. > :06:40.Brilliant. Are you happy with it? Yes. Yes. He's very good, isn't he?

:06:41. > :06:46.He's very strong. You're very good as well. Craig, what did you make

:06:47. > :06:51.TV? I think -- Make of it? I think you're great. We can't forget it

:06:52. > :06:53.wasn't very acrobatic. It was dramatic, glamorous, beautiful, just

:06:54. > :07:03.like you. Well done.

:07:04. > :07:07.Seb? You're a very classy, beautiful performer and that was really high.

:07:08. > :07:13.It required a lot of control and balance and it's something new. So

:07:14. > :07:20.you got everything to do even better, trust yourself. Work harder.

:07:21. > :07:24.You're going to get amazing tricks. I thought you did a great job. I

:07:25. > :07:27.think what you did perform it was performed with class and elegance.

:07:28. > :07:31.You showed great control in the hand stand, one arm, especially when it

:07:32. > :07:34.starts burning in your shoulders, that's a hard skill. Challenge

:07:35. > :07:38.yourself in the gym. I think you can do a lot more. Trust Ivan, trust

:07:39. > :07:47.your coach and come back and knock us away. Joo-Ho if you would have

:07:48. > :07:51.taken the coat off and go out of the arena, it would have been happy. I

:07:52. > :07:54.love that you finish everything to the end and you point is better than

:07:55. > :08:00.mine. Great job. Wow! That's saying something. The

:08:01. > :08:05.one thing we all want to know, do you get to keep the coat? Yes, I am

:08:06. > :08:15.hoping. If I say yes, they have to, right? Exact ly. Go back to coach

:08:16. > :08:59.Phil, Ivan and Emma! Glitz, glamour and ball theic elegance. The judges

:09:00. > :09:01.thought it was classy and Craig similar pressed with Emma.

:09:02. > :09:06.She's bounding back across the floor, obviously thrilled with that.

:09:07. > :09:07.Your scores then: So, it's 21 40. Now, don't know much about boxing,

:09:08. > :09:08.but I know that it doesn't really involve and elegant fingers,

:09:09. > :09:13.especially when dangle with an aerial hoop.

:09:14. > :09:19.I'm Carl Froch, aka the cobra. I'm the WBA and IBF super-middleweight

:09:20. > :09:22.champion of the world. I've just recently defended those two world

:09:23. > :09:29.titles successfully at Wembley Stadium, which is the biggest fight

:09:30. > :09:35.to happen in British boxing history. It was very satisfying. Gymnastics

:09:36. > :09:41.is something I've always wanted to do. I've just come off the back of a

:09:42. > :09:46.massive fight and now what I'd usually do is sit house putting

:09:47. > :09:56.weight on and getting stiff. It's nice to get physically into

:09:57. > :10:06.something else. I'm Sita and I'm a professional acrobat. Sita, my

:10:07. > :10:13.coach, Rob, and myself are off to our first training session. I know

:10:14. > :10:17.the aerial hoop is a ring. But it's no boxing ring. I've got a lot of

:10:18. > :10:19.restricted movement from being a boxer. I'm stiff in areas. My arms

:10:20. > :10:20.aren't very good at straightening. There's certain things I can't do.

:10:21. > :10:25.As flexibility is such a problem for Carl we have given him strength

:10:26. > :10:30.based moves, the biggest is the back lunge.

:10:31. > :10:34.Carl has to engage muscles he's never engaged before to do it. If he

:10:35. > :10:39.pull it's off, it will look amazing. I was worried about Carl when we

:10:40. > :10:43.first started. Credit to him, he's worked really hard and shown amazing

:10:44. > :10:48.progress. This has been really physical for me. My body is now

:10:49. > :10:51.conditioned perform these moves to the best of my ability. So I'm

:10:52. > :11:05.confident on fight night I will do the business.

:11:06. > :12:31.Well, it's fight night for Carl and he's left the audience totally

:12:32. > :12:35.floored. What a performance. Some window cleaner he turned out to be.

:12:36. > :12:41.There are no gymnastics words to describe this. And look at the

:12:42. > :12:47.strength in the back planche. Any gymnast would be proud of it. What a

:12:48. > :12:55.finish. Not for the faint hearted. The leg to leg catch, terrific

:12:56. > :13:00.stuff. It seems to have got very hot in here, all of a sudden. Anybody

:13:01. > :13:04.else feeling it? Boiling! Craig, there's... Carl I don't even know

:13:05. > :13:11.your name any more. There's a towel there for you. Any way, very

:13:12. > :13:16.impressive. Very good. Seb, now, the back planche, was executed well?

:13:17. > :13:22.Yeah, come on he opens the routine with that, which is a horizontal

:13:23. > :13:25.position, arms attached to the hoop and finish with a leg catch. That

:13:26. > :13:32.tells you the level of the act is just brilliant. Good comments. I

:13:33. > :13:36.thought it was a little bit rugged, which suited the kind of theme. I

:13:37. > :13:41.thought that was greet, very lucky there. The back planche was great.

:13:42. > :13:47.The stiffness in your shoulders helped. To do that in eight weeks is

:13:48. > :13:52.great. Craig trained all his life and he still can't do it. We won't

:13:53. > :13:56.have that It's true though. I'm not lying. Work on that flexibility.

:13:57. > :14:02.Especially if you get to P bars later in the series. Good job.

:14:03. > :14:08.Nadia? I wanted to do one of those myself. I like that you packed

:14:09. > :14:10.everything with difficulties. Everything was skill well executed.

:14:11. > :14:15.If there's something that I would like you to work on it, it's your

:14:16. > :14:21.legs. If they're bent, you're bent. If they're straight, they're

:14:22. > :14:27.straight. And Craig, this is your right to reply, can you or not do a

:14:28. > :14:29.back planche? At least I did six pieces of apparatus Lewis, not just

:14:30. > :14:40.one. I had better be careful what I say,

:14:41. > :14:46.otherwise you will knock me out. If you don't go back to boxing, you can

:14:47. > :14:52.get a job window cleaning for ladies, because that was pretty

:14:53. > :14:57.impressive. One technical thing, if you learn to point your toes, then

:14:58. > :15:03.that will be another level. But that was awesome. A great performance,

:15:04. > :15:06.well done, Carl and Sita. Fascinating blend of macho and

:15:07. > :15:11.elegance, that is the verdict and Craig and Louis need to sort out

:15:12. > :15:15.their differences. Nadia, she was impressed. So let's hear your scores

:15:16. > :15:39.then. Seb. A very good score. 26 out of 40. And

:15:40. > :15:43.they look thrilled over there. So our final celebrity has done a fair

:15:44. > :15:46.bit of tumbling in his time. But usually out of the Queen Vic on a

:15:47. > :16:01.Friday night. I'm John Partridge and people know

:16:02. > :16:06.me for playing Christian Clarke in Eastenders. I went to the Royal

:16:07. > :16:10.Ballet School when I was ten. You weren't allowed to do gymnastics,

:16:11. > :16:17.because we didn't want to hurt yourself. But now I thought, why

:16:18. > :16:28.don't I hurt myself now? I'm here to meet my pro partner. I hope she gets

:16:29. > :16:33.to love me! I'm Kat, I'm an elite gymnast and performer. Are you ready

:16:34. > :16:39.to win? I don't know about that. Very happy with who I have got. I

:16:40. > :16:45.think he will be the winner. What is next. I don't want to tomorrow, I

:16:46. > :16:50.want to do everything today. He is a bit too tough on himself. He wants

:16:51. > :16:59.to do things perfectly straightaway. I can't get it. As a young person, I

:17:00. > :17:04.had a natural aptitude for dance. I'm clearly not a natural gymnast

:17:05. > :17:10.and I'm starting to wonder if I ever will be. What worries me is maybe I

:17:11. > :17:19.can't do it. It is just not clicking with me. It is not going in. It

:17:20. > :17:25.takes 500 repetitions to learn a skill. I have done 500. We have done

:17:26. > :17:30.nowhere near that. He must keep positive. I'm waiting for that

:17:31. > :17:48.click. And I really hope it comes soon!

:17:49. > :19:00.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE It is not easy closing the show. But that was a

:19:01. > :19:07.real show-stopping performance. John has driven himself so hard, but the

:19:08. > :19:16.results are wort it. Look at this. He enjoyed it, look at the way he

:19:17. > :19:24.stands shows it off. Brilliant. Supporting the Angel and sliding to

:19:25. > :19:30.splits. At look at this counter balance. Fantastic. Everybody here

:19:31. > :19:35.loved it. I don't know technically who was great, but your performance

:19:36. > :19:43.was amazing. What did you make of it Louis? Mr Partridge, somersaults

:19:44. > :19:51.tick, lifts tick, holds tick, flexibility tick. Unbelievable.

:19:52. > :19:57.Thank you so much. Nadia. I'm often asked if I see any tall gymnasts, if

:19:58. > :20:06.there are, I say yes, but they're not good. You proved me wrong! Good

:20:07. > :20:10.job. Craig. OK, quick, I think you are probably the best performer of

:20:11. > :20:15.the competition. I'm going to give you a tip. When you go into your

:20:16. > :20:19.somersault, everybody does this massive jump into it. You don't need

:20:20. > :20:26.to, little jump, react from the floor and you will nail it every

:20:27. > :20:32.time. Great job. Thanks Craig. Seb? You said earlier you are waiting for

:20:33. > :20:36.that click. You say yes, I will give you the click. Click. You have got

:20:37. > :20:43.it. That is it. You click. You have worked very hard and it was worth

:20:44. > :20:47.it. Kat and John everyone well done. Even Phil Mitchell would be pleased

:20:48. > :20:53.with that. Louis thought it was unbelievable and Nadia loved to be

:20:54. > :20:55.proved wrong. A tall man can do gymnastics. Come on let's hear your

:20:56. > :21:25.scores. Really? But it is a great score of

:21:26. > :21:30.27.5. Out of 40. So after all ten performances let's get final

:21:31. > :21:34.confirmation of the judges' score board. Mitch. What a night we have

:21:35. > :21:40.had. We have been cleaned window, hung out the washing, tossedburgers

:21:41. > :21:54.and -- tossed burgers and been on holiday.

:21:55. > :22:03.There is still next week to come. It is not over yet. Not by a long shot.

:22:04. > :22:07.So that is what the judges made of tonight's performances. But later

:22:08. > :22:13.you at home will get the chance to vote for you favourite couple and

:22:14. > :22:19.crown the Tumble champion. So top of the leader board, John. I want to

:22:20. > :22:24.thank my partner Kat and my coach Warren, because we are a team and I

:22:25. > :22:28.couldn't do it without them. All the partners and the coaches have worked

:22:29. > :22:36.hard, so a round of applause to you all. Over here, oh, Lucy, Emma,

:22:37. > :22:40.Andrea, at the moment, you're down at the bottom. But things could

:22:41. > :22:46.change. At the minute you're in danger of facing the vault. So next

:22:47. > :22:50.week step it up. I think you did brilliantly. You did Emma. You're

:22:51. > :22:58.right. Earlier I promise you'd that two of the judges would be putting

:22:59. > :23:05.their money where their mouth is. Craig will be showing us how to

:23:06. > :23:08.tackle the vault live. Louis, hot off the success of Commonwealth

:23:09. > :23:26.Games has brought along some friends. So let's meet them.

:23:27. > :23:38.Very nice. Yet another medal for Louis Smith. Oh, it is hard work

:23:39. > :23:43.winning all those medals. But what do the boys get up to when the coach

:23:44. > :23:50.isn't looking. You're about the find out. Please welcome Louis Smith and

:23:51. > :26:16.his medal-winning friends. Great training guys. See you tomorrow.

:26:17. > :26:25.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Louis and the boys. It is no wonder they goat 18

:26:26. > :26:32.Commonwealth Games medals between them. Now, next week, at this point

:26:33. > :26:36.of the show, the two celebrities bottom of the score board will face

:26:37. > :26:42.each other in the first competitive vault and it is not something

:26:43. > :26:51.they're queueing up to do. The vault is about facing your fear and

:26:52. > :26:58.overcoming it. The thing" s I will be looking for are the body

:26:59. > :27:08.position. The height. And the landing. I want the celebrities to

:27:09. > :27:14.be brave. I want them to be tough. And I want them to be confident. I

:27:15. > :27:27.want them to impress me. And I want them to do the perfect vault. That

:27:28. > :27:34.looks like it is going to hurt and painful. And it's head judge Nadia

:27:35. > :27:37.who decides who stays, based on the the vault. You're currently bottom

:27:38. > :27:42.of the leader board. It could change, but you may want to pay

:27:43. > :27:46.close attention to what happens here now. For one night only, judge Craig

:27:47. > :27:55.Heap has come out of retirement to show us how the vault is done. Now

:27:56. > :28:06.he hasn't faced pressure like this since the 2000 Sydney Olympics. So

:28:07. > :28:14.let's unleash the Heapster. It has been a while since he vaulted in

:28:15. > :28:33.anger. Craig, please prepare to vault.

:28:34. > :28:45.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE A lot of determination in the run. A good

:28:46. > :28:51.push in the hand string. -- hand spring. Clever stuff. But we it not

:28:52. > :28:56.issed it. Look at this. There is the hand spring. It should finish here.

:28:57. > :29:09.But Craig, being Craig, has to jam it up. Look at this! You didn't fool

:29:10. > :29:13.us, Craig. Well, that looked pretty good to us. How was it for you? That

:29:14. > :29:17.was terrible, but probably that is just dessert for giving such bad

:29:18. > :29:21.scores tonight. Did you feel the nerves that our contestants would

:29:22. > :29:28.have felt? Yes, it is so difficult. I felt I was stepping United -

:29:29. > :29:36.stepping out for the Olympics. It is tough and I do love you guys. Nadia,

:29:37. > :29:41.what did you make of his vault? For a minute, when you started, I

:29:42. > :29:47.thought you were going to go to Rio in 2016. It was good, it was a good

:29:48. > :29:52.push. Actually too much push that made you do that extra thing. I am

:29:53. > :29:57.not sure what you call it. A Craig something. You put your hands down,

:29:58. > :30:03.so you have to work more on that. Thank you. Well, that is what two of

:30:04. > :30:07.your ten celebrities will face live next Saturday. And over the coming

:30:08. > :30:12.eweeks they will be -- over the coming weeks they will be tackling a

:30:13. > :30:20.lot more. We only have eight weeks to do this. It is mad. Me and the

:30:21. > :30:30.trampoline are not friends. That is skilling -- that is killing me.

:30:31. > :30:37.Rhythmic. The beam is so hard. In it to win it. I did it! So much more

:30:38. > :30:41.still to come. That is it for tonight. A huge thank you to our

:30:42. > :30:52.Tumble couples and their coaches. Thanks to our head judge Nadia and

:30:53. > :31:02.her fellow judges and Mitch. Next week the Queen of British

:31:03. > :31:06.gymnastics, Beth Tweddle will visit us. See you next Saturday at 6.30.

:31:07. > :31:27.Good night. And it's about time

:31:28. > :31:39.that I did something about that.
