:02:17. > :02:21.over heels about gymnastics. Now, it's really hard work! This week,

:02:22. > :02:25.our celebrities face two brand-new challenges, trampolining or rhythmic

:02:26. > :02:30.gymnastics and without a doubt, this is their toughest test yet. They're

:02:31. > :02:35.all performing live, so anything could happen and probably will.

:02:36. > :02:42.Please welcome our stars for the gymnastic partners.

:02:43. > :03:48.APPLAUSE They're all smiles now. Once they've

:03:49. > :03:56.performed the two celebrities with the lowest scores face this. The

:03:57. > :04:00.vault. So, whatever you do, don't make it angry, otherwise it'll have

:04:01. > :04:06.you. But who will face the vault? That depends on this lot. From as

:04:07. > :04:16.far afield as France, Romania and Burnley, it's the Tumble judges!

:04:17. > :04:23.APPLAUSE Dinning-dinning, round -- ding-ding

:04:24. > :04:35.round one. It's boxing champ Carl Froch.

:04:36. > :04:41.It was a tough routine. There's a lot of moves in there that could

:04:42. > :04:45.have gone wrong. And did. A couple did go wrong. You're a fighter and

:04:46. > :04:50.had you to fight in that performance. Got a taster of being

:04:51. > :04:58.in the vault was a bit scary. The person who will face the vault is...

:04:59. > :05:03.Peter. A wake-up call, I think. This week has a new discipline, the

:05:04. > :05:07.trampoline. I thought I could do it really well, because I used to spend

:05:08. > :05:11.a lot of times on them as a kid. It's hard. It's scary, bouncing out

:05:12. > :05:15.of control. Not enjoying it. I still find it scary. For somebody who

:05:16. > :05:19.doesn't have any experience, it must be terrifying. It's important to try

:05:20. > :05:23.and stay in the middle of the trampoline, where it's at its

:05:24. > :05:27.bounciest, and the clungs will look for good synchronisation and height

:05:28. > :05:34.and posture through the routine It's difficult to get it into sync. Carl

:05:35. > :05:38.and I are completely different sizes. When he's on the trampoline

:05:39. > :05:42.he's on there for a longer period of time. Trying to match our height and

:05:43. > :05:45.make sure we're doing the skill at the same time is quite difficult.

:05:46. > :05:50.When it's out, it looks awful. That's one of the most important

:05:51. > :05:54.elements, the tiling, then -- timing, then the moves. There's a

:05:55. > :05:58.front and back somersault. That is the biggest move of the whole

:05:59. > :06:02.routine. Although the roundoff from one trampoline to the other is quite

:06:03. > :06:07.impressive, I do that quite It's a easy. Lot of somersaults. A lot are

:06:08. > :06:12.blind landings, so you can't necessarily see why you're going. If

:06:13. > :06:16.you panic, it can go really wrong. All the professionals make the

:06:17. > :06:19.trampoline look easy. Ive make boxing look easy, if you want to go

:06:20. > :06:30.a few rounds with me, let's glove up. I'll give you 30 seconds.

:06:31. > :07:53.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Just listen to that reaction,

:07:54. > :07:57.synchronisation, special awareness and a fearless approach, that was

:07:58. > :08:05.the challenge and Carl met it pretty well. That pullover, no problem.

:08:06. > :08:12.Mata tore lift, well, he is in the bull ring -- matador. The

:08:13. > :08:16.somersault, beautifully done. A front somersault from Carl, great

:08:17. > :08:21.stuff. He certainly woke up. Thanks Mitch. What a great start. A new

:08:22. > :08:26.week, a brand new skill to learn and even you, a boxer said that the

:08:27. > :08:32.trampoline was scary. What is so disconcerting then? The lack of

:08:33. > :08:38.control. The high bouncing, I've been in world title fights but the

:08:39. > :08:44.trampoline peterifies me. He's auous. You -- a wuss. What did you

:08:45. > :08:47.make of Carl's routine then? The number really suits you very well.

:08:48. > :08:50.It was a great performance. You stumbled a bit there, but it was not

:08:51. > :08:55.important to me. What was important was that you added the back

:08:56. > :09:04.somersault, which was an improvement from the first show. I loved that.

:09:05. > :09:07.Brilliant. Craig? Front somersault, back somersault, amazing. What I

:09:08. > :09:10.love about that performance is you really stepped out of your comfort

:09:11. > :09:15.zone. You're learning to become a performer. I mean by standing up

:09:16. > :09:19.there like this and going, yeah, I own this, that was fantastic. Great

:09:20. > :09:26.job, well done. Good advice, thank you. What about

:09:27. > :09:31.you Mr Stella? In trampoline you need three important things, high

:09:32. > :09:36.rotation and timing, because if you don't have that, nothing is going to

:09:37. > :09:40.happen. But a lot happened including the somersaults, front and back. I

:09:41. > :09:46.was really pleased to see that. That's a great job. And Louis? It is

:09:47. > :09:50.such a difference to last week. Last week was very shaky. Today, it

:09:51. > :09:55.started off a bit iffy, but you got into it, it was great. Back and

:09:56. > :09:59.front somersault and the blind landing which is difficult. You

:10:00. > :10:03.could see after the last front somersault, you completely changed,

:10:04. > :10:07.you thought, I've done the routine. You saw a bit of personality. Your

:10:08. > :10:11.face was like this. It was good to see you progress and nice to see you

:10:12. > :10:15.settle in, well done. You've got to be happy with that. Very happy.

:11:01. > :11:04.Saturday, H was riding high at the top of the scored board. But this

:11:05. > :11:06.week, he's come crashing back down to earth with a bump. Will he bounce

:11:21. > :11:27.feel? Feels good. That's pressure now. The total for H and Holly an

:11:28. > :11:32.amazing 31. I'm a bit scared. We have to maintain it. The only way is

:11:39. > :11:44.We are going to hopefully nail it. H has thon himself into it. I'm

:11:45. > :11:47.learning to enjoy the trampoline. I don't like the height. To stay in

:11:48. > :11:56.front of the competition we have to raise the bar. We are doing a crash

:11:57. > :12:07.dive. That's quite an advanced move. Good, that's the one. Arms out to

:12:08. > :12:14.the side, heels, chest, tuck. Good. Ouch. I've hurt my neck really

:12:15. > :12:24.badly. If it hurts too much, we stop. We're doing the show in three

:12:25. > :12:29.days. That will set us back. Don't throw your head back. We have had to

:12:30. > :12:36.adjust the routine, but at the end of the day, his health comes first.

:14:54. > :14:58.into it. Very good. Your neck's been playing up a bit this week. Yeah,

:14:59. > :15:04.we've been playing around with double back somersaults and I've got

:15:05. > :15:10.whiplash, a sprand ankle and yeah. But we soldiered on and I loved it.

:15:11. > :15:15.You'd never tell. I only did 45 minutes of trampolining last week

:15:16. > :15:20.and I had casual whiplash. It happens. What did you make of H and

:15:21. > :15:23.Holly? That was a difficult start to do the crash dive. It's about fear.

:15:24. > :15:28.Have you to stay out as long as you can, and then tuck under. But

:15:29. > :15:32.without that rotation and slow it down. You got a little bit carried

:15:33. > :15:36.away. Your feet came over the top. But you did carry on well,

:15:37. > :15:46.regardless. It was a shaky start, probably not your best performance.

:15:47. > :15:49.But the effort was there. It's definitely you're a natural.

:15:50. > :15:55.You understand a lot about acrobatics. You were super clean in

:15:56. > :16:01.your moves. Now that you have so many good results on the past two

:16:02. > :16:07.weeks, you should really be careful and not losing your acting. You get

:16:08. > :16:12.nervous and we can see it. You can cover it very well. Don't lose that.

:16:13. > :16:16.But a brilliant job. H, it wasn't the same level as

:16:17. > :16:20.yesterday or the week before. Having said that, you did some good work.

:16:21. > :16:25.Your back somersault went through the roof. It was massive. Something

:16:26. > :16:33.was missing for me. Obviously, you're injured. We can only judge

:16:34. > :16:38.what's in front of us. Really? Oh. Yes you made a mistake on the front

:16:39. > :16:42.somersault, but you did the biggest, huge back somersault and this is

:16:43. > :16:46.hard to do. I actually appreciate the routine.

:18:03. > :18:07.competition. If you want to be up that leaderboard, what do we have to

:18:13. > :18:21.working. So trampolining, we decided that you're going out on a fun,

:18:22. > :18:25.glamorous night out in Essex. On a trampoline? How does that work?

:18:30. > :18:34.am from Essex. It's my birthday this week. So an Essex night out is

:18:35. > :18:36.probably what I would do. You can take the Lucy out of Essex, but not

:18:37. > :18:48.the Essex out of you. The thing I'm finding hardest is the

:18:49. > :18:54.fear. Do you think you're going to hurt yourself at the end? You have

:18:55. > :18:59.to chuck yourself into things. Lucy has a front somersault. It's nice,

:19:05. > :19:11.somersault on my own, now I have to do a back one too. Half a hand stand

:19:12. > :19:16.on Billy's shoulders and then I go back. Her fear holds her back. I

:19:17. > :19:21.can't be there to spot her on Saturday night. Spotting is to give

:19:22. > :19:24.extra support so they can learn the skills confidently. She's not there

:19:25. > :19:29.on the night and it's only a couple of days away. I'm starting to panic.

:19:30. > :19:37.She needs to believe me and Katie. I know she can do it.

:19:38. > :21:09.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Wonderful reaction. A taste of

:30:07. > :30:12.dismount, the front somersault, for safety, you didn't do it and you did

:31:11. > :31:26.the night. It's Sarah. On Saturday I was OK. I haven't

:31:27. > :31:32.smiled once during my routines. I must look like the ice maiden. I

:31:33. > :31:36.want you to have confidence, extend more, give us even more. Deep down I

:31:37. > :31:40.think there's more in there. You could do a ten on the floor. I know

:31:41. > :31:45.I can do better. But it just wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. We're

:31:46. > :31:50.in a position where we haven't budged. That isn't bad. But it's not

:31:51. > :31:55.good either. If we want to do well, we need to get going. This week

:32:57. > :33:01.not want to come last. If you don't want to come last, you need to do

:33:02. > :33:05.that back tuck. I'm scared. I'm not going to lie. I'm really scared. I

:34:42. > :34:46.The big challenge for Sarah was to keep her nerve, and emotions under

:34:47. > :34:53.control and to smile away through this very difficult routine. She did

:34:54. > :35:01.a great job. Look at this. Synchronised back somersaults. And

:35:02. > :35:07.that three quarter front somersault into safe cradle and what a way to

:35:08. > :35:12.finish, that pose sums up martial arts. Great stuff. You did so well.

:35:13. > :35:17.There's even a smile on Sarah Harding's face, lovely to see. Not

:35:18. > :35:21.when you nearly landed on her head. What was that about? I trust him!

:35:22. > :35:27.Nadia? I like the fact that you went for the back somersault. This is a

:35:28. > :35:33.huge thing for you. I would like to see also, in the future, that when

:35:34. > :35:37.you do simple jumps and straddle jumps that easy jumps up control a
