:00:17. > :00:22.Massively impressive. You smash today last week. You smashed it this
:00:23. > :00:31.week. It was unbelievable. Just look at this. That is so, so difficult.
:00:32. > :00:38.Brilliant stuff. The most amazing performance I've seen. This is very
:00:39. > :00:45.entertaining. Great effort. It's a tough call. The celebrity I'm saving
:00:46. > :00:50.is... Peter. It's butt-kick time. Oh, yeah. This
:00:51. > :00:55.is a competition now. No-one 's really safe. I'm back in the game. I
:00:56. > :01:00.deserve to be at the top of the leaderboard. It's impossible. I
:01:01. > :01:24.better start learning to roll. Your host Alex Jones! It's Saturday
:01:25. > :02:10.night and this is Tumble. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
:02:11. > :02:16.Good evening and welcome to Tumble, the show that will have you head
:02:17. > :02:21.over heels about gymnastics. Now, it's really hard work! This week,
:02:22. > :02:25.our celebrities face two brand-new challenges, trampolining or rhythmic
:02:26. > :02:30.gymnastics and without a doubt, this is their toughest test yet. They're
:02:31. > :02:35.all performing live, so anything could happen and probably will.
:02:36. > :02:42.Please welcome our stars for the gymnastic partners.
:02:43. > :03:48.APPLAUSE They're all smiles now. Once they've
:03:49. > :03:56.performed the two celebrities with the lowest scores face this. The
:03:57. > :04:00.vault. So, whatever you do, don't make it angry, otherwise it'll have
:04:01. > :04:06.you. But who will face the vault? That depends on this lot. From as
:04:07. > :04:16.far afield as France, Romania and Burnley, it's the Tumble judges!
:04:17. > :04:23.APPLAUSE Dinning-dinning, round -- ding-ding
:04:24. > :04:35.round one. It's boxing champ Carl Froch.
:04:36. > :04:41.It was a tough routine. There's a lot of moves in there that could
:04:42. > :04:45.have gone wrong. And did. A couple did go wrong. You're a fighter and
:04:46. > :04:50.had you to fight in that performance. Got a taster of being
:04:51. > :04:58.in the vault was a bit scary. The person who will face the vault is...
:04:59. > :05:03.Peter. A wake-up call, I think. This week has a new discipline, the
:05:04. > :05:07.trampoline. I thought I could do it really well, because I used to spend
:05:08. > :05:11.a lot of times on them as a kid. It's hard. It's scary, bouncing out
:05:12. > :05:15.of control. Not enjoying it. I still find it scary. For somebody who
:05:16. > :05:19.doesn't have any experience, it must be terrifying. It's important to try
:05:20. > :05:23.and stay in the middle of the trampoline, where it's at its
:05:24. > :05:27.bounciest, and the clungs will look for good synchronisation and height
:05:28. > :05:34.and posture through the routine It's difficult to get it into sync. Carl
:05:35. > :05:38.and I are completely different sizes. When he's on the trampoline
:05:39. > :05:42.he's on there for a longer period of time. Trying to match our height and
:05:43. > :05:45.make sure we're doing the skill at the same time is quite difficult.
:05:46. > :05:50.When it's out, it looks awful. That's one of the most important
:05:51. > :05:54.elements, the tiling, then -- timing, then the moves. There's a
:05:55. > :05:58.front and back somersault. That is the biggest move of the whole
:05:59. > :06:02.routine. Although the roundoff from one trampoline to the other is quite
:06:03. > :06:07.impressive, I do that quite It's a easy. Lot of somersaults. A lot are
:06:08. > :06:12.blind landings, so you can't necessarily see why you're going. If
:06:13. > :06:16.you panic, it can go really wrong. All the professionals make the
:06:17. > :06:19.trampoline look easy. Ive make boxing look easy, if you want to go
:06:20. > :06:30.a few rounds with me, let's glove up. I'll give you 30 seconds.
:06:31. > :07:53.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Just listen to that reaction,
:07:54. > :07:57.synchronisation, special awareness and a fearless approach, that was
:07:58. > :08:05.the challenge and Carl met it pretty well. That pullover, no problem.
:08:06. > :08:12.Mata tore lift, well, he is in the bull ring -- matador. The
:08:13. > :08:16.somersault, beautifully done. A front somersault from Carl, great
:08:17. > :08:21.stuff. He certainly woke up. Thanks Mitch. What a great start. A new
:08:22. > :08:26.week, a brand new skill to learn and even you, a boxer said that the
:08:27. > :08:32.trampoline was scary. What is so disconcerting then? The lack of
:08:33. > :08:38.control. The high bouncing, I've been in world title fights but the
:08:39. > :08:44.trampoline peterifies me. He's auous. You -- a wuss. What did you
:08:45. > :08:47.make of Carl's routine then? The number really suits you very well.
:08:48. > :08:50.It was a great performance. You stumbled a bit there, but it was not
:08:51. > :08:55.important to me. What was important was that you added the back
:08:56. > :09:04.somersault, which was an improvement from the first show. I loved that.
:09:05. > :09:07.Brilliant. Craig? Front somersault, back somersault, amazing. What I
:09:08. > :09:10.love about that performance is you really stepped out of your comfort
:09:11. > :09:15.zone. You're learning to become a performer. I mean by standing up
:09:16. > :09:19.there like this and going, yeah, I own this, that was fantastic. Great
:09:20. > :09:26.job, well done. Good advice, thank you. What about
:09:27. > :09:31.you Mr Stella? In trampoline you need three important things, high
:09:32. > :09:36.rotation and timing, because if you don't have that, nothing is going to
:09:37. > :09:40.happen. But a lot happened including the somersaults, front and back. I
:09:41. > :09:46.was really pleased to see that. That's a great job. And Louis? It is
:09:47. > :09:50.such a difference to last week. Last week was very shaky. Today, it
:09:51. > :09:55.started off a bit iffy, but you got into it, it was great. Back and
:09:56. > :09:59.front somersault and the blind landing which is difficult. You
:10:00. > :10:03.could see after the last front somersault, you completely changed,
:10:04. > :10:07.you thought, I've done the routine. You saw a bit of personality. Your
:10:08. > :10:11.face was like this. It was good to see you progress and nice to see you
:10:12. > :10:15.settle in, well done. You've got to be happy with that. Very happy.
:10:16. > :10:21.Thanks for the comments. Great. Good somersaults. Back to your coach
:10:22. > :10:26.being Robert. Carl and Sita! Catch was at the bottom of -- Carl was at
:10:27. > :10:32.the bottom of the score board last week, narrowly avoiding the Judges,
:10:33. > :10:48.can vault. We have your scores out of ten for Carl and Sita.
:10:49. > :11:00.What a good start. A total of 29. 5 out of 40 for Carl and Sita. Last
:11:01. > :11:04.Saturday, H was riding high at the top of the scored board. But this
:11:05. > :11:06.week, he's come crashing back down to earth with a bump. Will he bounce
:11:07. > :11:20.back up again? Top of the leaderboard, how do you
:11:21. > :11:27.feel? Feels good. That's pressure now. The total for H and Holly an
:11:28. > :11:32.amazing 31. I'm a bit scared. We have to maintain it. The only way is
:11:33. > :11:38.down. Big week, trampoline. You have a lot to put in to stay at the top.
:11:39. > :11:44.We are going to hopefully nail it. H has thon himself into it. I'm
:11:45. > :11:47.learning to enjoy the trampoline. I don't like the height. To stay in
:11:48. > :11:56.front of the competition we have to raise the bar. We are doing a crash
:11:57. > :12:07.dive. That's quite an advanced move. Good, that's the one. Arms out to
:12:08. > :12:14.the side, heels, chest, tuck. Good. Ouch. I've hurt my neck really
:12:15. > :12:24.badly. If it hurts too much, we stop. We're doing the show in three
:12:25. > :12:29.days. That will set us back. Don't throw your head back. We have had to
:12:30. > :12:36.adjust the routine, but at the end of the day, his health comes first.
:12:37. > :12:42.Oh, my neck! It goes to show how difficult this competition is and
:12:43. > :12:46.how hard gymnastics can be. I'm so annoyed because I'm going to have to
:12:47. > :12:50.compromise my routine now. We have had to take our double back
:12:51. > :12:51.somersault out of the routine. I'm hoping that my crash dive will
:12:52. > :14:24.impress the judges. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
:14:25. > :14:29.H said he didn't like heights. There was no sign this afternoon in that
:14:30. > :14:40.performance. The synchronisation was superb. Crash dive overcooked a bit,
:14:41. > :14:43.but he covered it well. Look at this somersault in perfect time, super
:14:44. > :14:50.height, super performance. You're on song again, H.
:14:51. > :14:53.See, a true pro, a little fall there, you were straight back up
:14:54. > :14:58.into it. Very good. Your neck's been playing up a bit this week. Yeah,
:14:59. > :15:04.we've been playing around with double back somersaults and I've got
:15:05. > :15:10.whiplash, a sprand ankle and yeah. But we soldiered on and I loved it.
:15:11. > :15:15.You'd never tell. I only did 45 minutes of trampolining last week
:15:16. > :15:20.and I had casual whiplash. It happens. What did you make of H and
:15:21. > :15:23.Holly? That was a difficult start to do the crash dive. It's about fear.
:15:24. > :15:28.Have you to stay out as long as you can, and then tuck under. But
:15:29. > :15:32.without that rotation and slow it down. You got a little bit carried
:15:33. > :15:36.away. Your feet came over the top. But you did carry on well,
:15:37. > :15:46.regardless. It was a shaky start, probably not your best performance.
:15:47. > :15:49.But the effort was there. It's definitely you're a natural.
:15:50. > :15:55.You understand a lot about acrobatics. You were super clean in
:15:56. > :16:01.your moves. Now that you have so many good results on the past two
:16:02. > :16:07.weeks, you should really be careful and not losing your acting. You get
:16:08. > :16:12.nervous and we can see it. You can cover it very well. Don't lose that.
:16:13. > :16:16.But a brilliant job. H, it wasn't the same level as
:16:17. > :16:20.yesterday or the week before. Having said that, you did some good work.
:16:21. > :16:25.Your back somersault went through the roof. It was massive. Something
:16:26. > :16:33.was missing for me. Obviously, you're injured. We can only judge
:16:34. > :16:38.what's in front of us. Really? Oh. Yes you made a mistake on the front
:16:39. > :16:42.somersault, but you did the biggest, huge back somersault and this is
:16:43. > :16:46.hard to do. I actually appreciate the routine.
:16:47. > :16:52.Tell you what, just focus on the huge back somersault, it was
:16:53. > :16:56.brilliant. H and Holly! APPLAUSE.
:16:57. > :17:01.Has he done enough for our top spot again? They were good. All right,
:17:02. > :17:25.scores then: So, a total of 26. 5 out of 40 for H
:17:26. > :17:30.and Holly. A good score. So, still to bounce then we have
:17:31. > :17:36.Peter and Sarah. That is only half the story. Now later, we'll give
:17:37. > :17:42.rhythmic gymnastics the Tumble treatment and it may not be pretty.
:17:43. > :17:44.Normally on a Saturday night, Lucy Mecklenburgh would be getting ready
:17:45. > :17:52.for a night out in Essex. This week, we've brought Essex to her.
:17:53. > :17:59.How do you feel about the weekend? It was wicked. What you did was very
:18:00. > :18:02.difficult, but you made it look easy. You are back in the
:18:03. > :18:07.competition. If you want to be up that leaderboard, what do we have to
:18:08. > :18:12.do this week? We should probably get on that trampoline and start
:18:13. > :18:21.working. So trampolining, we decided that you're going out on a fun,
:18:22. > :18:25.glamorous night out in Essex. On a trampoline? How does that work?
:18:26. > :18:29.We're drinking champagne, taking selfilies and nailing the tricks. I
:18:30. > :18:34.am from Essex. It's my birthday this week. So an Essex night out is
:18:35. > :18:36.probably what I would do. You can take the Lucy out of Essex, but not
:18:37. > :18:48.the Essex out of you. The thing I'm finding hardest is the
:18:49. > :18:54.fear. Do you think you're going to hurt yourself at the end? You have
:18:55. > :18:59.to chuck yourself into things. Lucy has a front somersault. It's nice,
:19:00. > :19:04.you're just high that's all. If it wasn't hard enough doing a front
:19:05. > :19:11.somersault on my own, now I have to do a back one too. Half a hand stand
:19:12. > :19:16.on Billy's shoulders and then I go back. Her fear holds her back. I
:19:17. > :19:21.can't be there to spot her on Saturday night. Spotting is to give
:19:22. > :19:24.extra support so they can learn the skills confidently. She's not there
:19:25. > :19:29.on the night and it's only a couple of days away. I'm starting to panic.
:19:30. > :19:37.She needs to believe me and Katie. I know she can do it.
:19:38. > :21:09.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Wonderful reaction. A taste of
:21:10. > :21:15.champagne, Essex style. On the way to operate yip pressive skills.
:21:16. > :21:19.Donkey kick from hand stand into back flip, done with such confidence
:21:20. > :21:25.and look at the quality, the line and the style in the pike straddle
:21:26. > :21:29.jump. And the synchro was great. Look at this fly spring, such a
:21:30. > :21:33.good, confident performance from Lucy.
:21:34. > :21:37.They are delighted and so they should be. Your little face when you
:21:38. > :21:46.did the back somersault was a picture. Happy birthday as well.
:21:47. > :21:51.It's tomorrow, yes. Be nice. Seb? It's always like the French one, "Be
:21:52. > :21:56.nice." I'm going to be nice. Remember on the first week I told
:21:57. > :21:59.you that I was missing, because it's an acrobatic competition, I was
:22:00. > :22:04.missing from tricks, you answered my question right away. You're like,
:22:05. > :22:09.you want flipping? Bam, you put almost all the tricks in the book
:22:10. > :22:14.when you start trampoline. You did it with ease and it was very
:22:15. > :22:20.interesting because you kept the theme all along. Awesome job. What
:22:21. > :22:24.due make of it? It was brilliant. I think when you look at week one, out
:22:25. > :22:27.of everyone you have shown the most improvement going through the
:22:28. > :22:32.competition. The back flip I think you could do a back somersault. You
:22:33. > :22:39.had that much energy. Great job. I enjoyed it. Excellent. Nadia? I like
:22:40. > :22:42.that you're progressing as my colleagues said. I like the fact
:22:43. > :22:46.that you're using gymnastics as a base. I can see you're now doing
:22:47. > :22:52.tricks, which I didn't see in the first show. That's very impressive
:22:53. > :22:56.to me. Going well. Wait for it. Craig from Burnley, what do you have
:22:57. > :23:01.to say? To be honest, I really did love that performance. Just like the
:23:02. > :23:05.other guys have said, you've really grown in this competition. I believe
:23:06. > :23:12.now there is a gymnast inside you waiting to get out. Well done.
:23:13. > :23:16.Brilliant news! Happy birthday again. Billy and Lucy everyone! The
:23:17. > :23:20.only way is up and she's headed that way. She was delighted with the
:23:21. > :23:24.performance and scores last week. She's surely hoping it will continue
:23:25. > :23:25.tonight. Very happy there. Let's get those
:23:26. > :23:51.scores then. Brilliant. They'll be so happy with
:23:52. > :23:56.that. If you want to hear Lucy's instant reaction to the judges'
:23:57. > :23:59.comments, check out the Tumble social media sights, on the screen
:24:00. > :24:04.now. The word on the street is that lots of you children at home and
:24:05. > :24:07.some big kids too having dog all manner of roly polys and cart wheels
:24:08. > :24:15.around the living rooms, even though I told you not to. If you fancy
:24:16. > :24:19.having a go found out more on the BBC's get inspired website. Next
:24:20. > :24:29.Peter Duncan and this week, he has a whole new challenge to grapple with.
:24:30. > :24:39.The celebrity I'm saving tonight is... Peter. I feel as though I have
:24:40. > :24:45.to make an apology for putting you through such trauma. The comments
:24:46. > :24:51.both weeks have been about your scruffiness and lines. We have to
:24:52. > :24:59.try to rectify some of those faults. For your trampoline routine, you are
:25:00. > :25:04.going to be wrestlers. I'm a wrestler. Katie's a wrestler. Girl
:25:05. > :25:14.against man and she beats me up basically. Let's get you on the
:25:15. > :25:19.trampoline. The comedy you have in abundance. The content has to be
:25:20. > :25:24.perfect. Otherwise they will just go for the jugular. I don't want that.
:25:25. > :25:30.I'll fight back. Can you fall off a trampoline and make it look bad? I
:25:31. > :25:35.find it takes a while to get into it, to build your confidence up. You
:25:36. > :25:41.go and Kate will stay with you. It's unpredictable. It's a big spring.
:25:42. > :25:49.Hold. You all right. Toes or anding until Toes. The judges' comments
:25:50. > :25:53.have made Peter realise he has to knuckle down. He has really
:25:54. > :25:57.difficult elements, back drop into front drop. Back somersault. And
:25:58. > :26:02.he's got a front somersault to finish. I'm going to prove to the
:26:03. > :26:17.judge that's I'm not just a goofive boy, I will put in difficult moves.
:26:18. > :27:44.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE We all know and love his talent for
:27:45. > :27:47.comedy. But tonight, he had a new challenge - to impress the judges
:27:48. > :27:52.with his difficulty. There's not a lot more difficult than this.
:27:53. > :27:56.Helicopters, high above his head. He needs to be in the right spot and
:27:57. > :28:05.give the right support. On a personal note, look at this, a back
:28:06. > :28:10.somme. He does it. And the front one too. He's on his feet and that
:28:11. > :28:15.doesn't happen too often, well Peter, a done. Ka, Big Daddy. I tell
:28:16. > :28:20.you what, your coach was like this over there. Was it all right for
:28:21. > :28:25.you? It was aerobically challenging, but I have the hair cut. I like it.
:28:26. > :28:30.All right then. We are coming to Craig first. I absolutely loved that
:28:31. > :28:36.performance. I know you're trying time press the judges. You've even
:28:37. > :28:39.adopted Louis's hair cut. You've carried off much better and it's
:28:40. > :28:43.about progress. In week one, Kate was doing all the somersaults, in
:28:44. > :28:54.week three you're doing them. You're the man. All right, Sebastien?
:28:55. > :28:58.You're very versatile. We know that already. I really like everything
:28:59. > :29:04.about it except one thing, it's like you get so comfortable that you lose
:29:05. > :29:12.your concentration and some places. BOO. He's right. That's why in
:29:13. > :29:18.trampoline it pays like with a mistake.ment great entertaining.
:29:19. > :29:24.What due make TV? -- What did you make of it? Do you know what it was
:29:25. > :29:28.good fun. I said last week, it was a bit of goofing around. It wasn't
:29:29. > :29:33.tidy, but it was brilliant. I enjoyed it. I don't foe if this was
:29:34. > :29:40.an excellent, but the last somersault at the end, you did a
:29:41. > :29:45.quarter turn out of it. It was the angle of the hair cut, it turned me.
:29:46. > :29:49.That's brilliant. That is advanced. Twisting out of a somersault, I
:29:50. > :29:53.don't think anyone else is probably going to do that on the show, Nadia,
:29:54. > :29:58.were unbelievable. You as impressed? You are an amazing performer because
:29:59. > :30:03.you cover up so well that you did a little mistake and it was excellent
:30:04. > :30:06.how you covered it up. You went for the difficulty and the last
:30:07. > :30:12.dismount, the front somersault, for safety, you didn't do it and you did
:30:13. > :30:15.an excellent job. Brilliant comments, we love everything about
:30:16. > :30:23.it, including the coat. Peter and Kate! Last week his vault set Andrea
:30:24. > :30:27.packing. I'm sure Peter would rather not be in that position again. It
:30:28. > :30:51.all depends on the scores. Let's get the scores:
:30:52. > :30:59.Fantastic score. Well done. The first rhythmic performance is but a
:31:00. > :31:03.ribbon twirl away. I will now demonstrate traditional rhythmic. I
:31:04. > :31:09.give you the figure of eight. This is the snake. The snake on a turn,
:31:10. > :31:10.you can do all sorts. Before that, it's our final trampoline routine of
:31:11. > :31:26.the night. It's Sarah. On Saturday I was OK. I haven't
:31:27. > :31:32.smiled once during my routines. I must look like the ice maiden. I
:31:33. > :31:36.want you to have confidence, extend more, give us even more. Deep down I
:31:37. > :31:40.think there's more in there. You could do a ten on the floor. I know
:31:41. > :31:45.I can do better. But it just wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. We're
:31:46. > :31:50.in a position where we haven't budged. That isn't bad. But it's not
:31:51. > :31:55.good either. If we want to do well, we need to get going. This week
:31:56. > :32:01.she's going to kick my Come on butt. Babe, you can do this. Trampolining
:32:02. > :32:05.is really hard. Smile. You have to maintain your decorum while bouncing
:32:06. > :32:10.in the air and painting on that Try to smile. Relax your face and smile.
:32:11. > :32:15.One of the moves that Sarah is struggling with is the back
:32:16. > :32:20.somersault U I think you need to be mentally prepared when you step onto
:32:21. > :32:25.the trampoline. You need to be in good control of your nerves. I think
:32:26. > :32:33.Sarah is still learning how to come to terms with that. Shoulders up. My
:32:34. > :32:39.emotions have probably gotten the better of me this week. I'm sick of
:32:40. > :32:42.not getting it. What are you talking about? Competition is hotting up.
:32:43. > :32:46.I'm starting to wonder what the others are getting up to. I want to
:32:47. > :32:51.do it. Because you know that people like H are trying to do doubles.
:32:52. > :32:56.It's getting so tough now. It really is. Survival of the fittest. I do
:32:57. > :33:01.not want to come last. If you don't want to come last, you need to do
:33:02. > :33:05.that back tuck. I'm scared. I'm not going to lie. I'm really scared. I
:33:06. > :34:41.better start learning to vault. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
:34:42. > :34:46.The big challenge for Sarah was to keep her nerve, and emotions under
:34:47. > :34:53.control and to smile away through this very difficult routine. She did
:34:54. > :35:01.a great job. Look at this. Synchronised back somersaults. And
:35:02. > :35:07.that three quarter front somersault into safe cradle and what a way to
:35:08. > :35:12.finish, that pose sums up martial arts. Great stuff. You did so well.
:35:13. > :35:17.There's even a smile on Sarah Harding's face, lovely to see. Not
:35:18. > :35:21.when you nearly landed on her head. What was that about? I trust him!
:35:22. > :35:27.Nadia? I like the fact that you went for the back somersault. This is a
:35:28. > :35:33.huge thing for you. I would like to see also, in the future, that when
:35:34. > :35:37.you do simple jumps and straddle jumps that easy jumps up control a
:35:38. > :35:43.little more your legs and everything else, because you were all over a
:35:44. > :35:50.little bit. They didn't like that. What about Craig? There were times
:35:51. > :35:54.during that routine I was edging to the close edge of my seat, nervous
:35:55. > :36:03.for you with that back somersault. When you did it, you instantly went
:36:04. > :36:08.binning. -- bing. If I give you one tip, do not worry about any other
:36:09. > :36:17.competitor in this competition, you need to run your own race. Good tip.
:36:18. > :36:22.Seb? Well, you're such a great performer. I can tell you did a lot
:36:23. > :36:26.of stage before. That's good but in another side, also it's kind of bad
:36:27. > :36:33.because Leon is taking all over the act now. You need to match as much
:36:34. > :36:37.talent or work he puts in He's had a lot more years on me, come on. I get
:36:38. > :36:41.that. You tell him Sarah. I get that, but you also have more
:36:42. > :36:45.experience than him for stage as a performer. You get to use that, like
:36:46. > :36:51.we all say, you have this in you, just let it explode now. I have to
:36:52. > :36:55.agree with Craig and Seb, I think he's more talking about an energy
:36:56. > :36:58.that you get from the performance. I think that comes from training.
:36:59. > :37:02.There is a lot of pressure involved. You're trying to perform for your
:37:03. > :37:06.partner, parents and family. It is stressful. That will come across. I
:37:07. > :37:09.think that one thing you need to do is just enjoy it. Enjoy your
:37:10. > :37:13.training. Enjoy competing and just give us a show. That will come
:37:14. > :37:18.across. Thank you judges. You look so pretty when you smile. Sarah and
:37:19. > :37:26.Leon. Nadia wants a little more control. Craig loved it but reckons
:37:27. > :37:28.she should ran her own race. It was a pretty good race tonight. Well
:37:29. > :37:53.done, Sarah. Let's get the scores: So, remember now that the two lowest
:37:54. > :37:58.scoring celebrities will face the vault tonight. One of them will be
:37:59. > :38:24.going home. So, let's see the score board as it stands:
:38:25. > :38:33.Oh, it's very close. 29. 5 for three of you. They say behind every great
:38:34. > :38:37.tumbling celebrity is a great coach. Who are the people who have whipped
:38:38. > :38:46.our stars into lean, mean, gymnastic machines?
:38:47. > :38:56.Our coaches are amazing. They're the back bone of our team. I can't do
:38:57. > :39:00.it. It's too jiggly. Every week they try to teach you new skills. I
:39:01. > :39:07.really couldn't do this without them. I've got you. Stand up, and
:39:08. > :39:14.go. One and two. She cracks the whip. I don't blame her because
:39:15. > :39:21.she's a world champion gymnast. Boy, does it hurt. Be quiet now,
:39:22. > :39:24.focus on the shape. Let's go. Andy doesn't look like a physical man
:39:25. > :39:29.because he has a little rotund belly. But he can jump on the cam
:39:30. > :39:34.pleen and he can certainly touch his toes. Katie gives stickers when we
:39:35. > :39:46.do well. We are like children sometimes. A unicorn, nice job. I
:39:47. > :39:53.have the most golden stars. Our coaches are the best. It's a ten
:39:54. > :39:59.from me. Beautiful. That was really good! Oh, my God.
:40:00. > :40:05.I'm sure you'll all agree that our coaches are doing an absolutely
:40:06. > :40:08.phenomenal job. Well done, guys. So, we are about to kick off then with
:40:09. > :40:21.rhythmic gymnastics and Dave, first up, it's your girl Amelle.
:40:22. > :40:27.Saturday was a great performance. Scores were really good. 29 and
:40:28. > :40:31.third on the leaderboard. That was great. I like the back breaker, but
:40:32. > :40:35.the competition is hard. If you want to be better, next time that cart
:40:36. > :40:40.wheel you should be a cart wheel on the hands. I love a challenge, but
:40:41. > :40:43.it's pressure creeping into my mind. Use the pressure and concentrate on
:40:44. > :40:50.your technique, it's going to be fine. I'd love to shock them where
:40:51. > :40:58.they're like whoa. Exactly. Team Amelle. Exactly. Holer! We have
:40:59. > :41:07.rhythmic this week. It's an Olympic sport. It combined gymnastics with
:41:08. > :41:11.equipment. The rope is difficult you have to keep it moving otherwise it
:41:12. > :41:15.tangles up. It can look so impressive if you get it right and
:41:16. > :41:22.you can look so rubbish if you get it wrong. Judges comments,
:41:23. > :41:29.particularly from Nadia was about the free cart wheel. So I thought a
:41:30. > :41:37.challenge, let's get it in there I would love that. Normally you use
:41:38. > :41:42.your hands to support yourself. You need to push your legs and get the
:41:43. > :41:47.legs over quick. If you don't get -- don't get the take-off perfect, you
:41:48. > :41:54.don't have enough lift therefore you land on your face. The fact that
:41:55. > :41:58.Nadia says she wants to see it has added to the pressure that I already
:41:59. > :42:01.put on myself. I just want to make her proud and hopefully everyone to
:42:02. > :42:07.enjoy it. MUSIC: These Boots are Made for
:42:08. > :43:35.Walking by The Supremes Amelle was out to shock the judges
:43:36. > :43:40.and she wanted to make Nadia proud by stepping up the difficulty. It
:43:41. > :43:45.doesn't always work. This was an aerial cart wheel she performed so
:43:46. > :43:52.beautifully in rehearsal and it didn't come off. Great attempt.
:43:53. > :43:58.Table lift with rope rotations, really well here. She was in control
:43:59. > :44:04.with the apparatus. A rotating release and catch on one leg, what a
:44:05. > :44:09.pity. See, Doug is telling her, once you were into the lift you were
:44:10. > :44:13.fine. To come back from a stumble like that is amazing on live telly.
:44:14. > :44:15.Didn't she do well? APPLAUSE
:44:16. > :44:21.really well. You've got nothing to be embarrassed about. Yeah, I mean,
:44:22. > :44:24.the number of times I've been in that situation where I've geared
:44:25. > :44:27.myself up for this big performance and a big trick, and you could see
:44:28. > :44:31.how much you wanted it and it didn't come off. You know what, I hit the
:44:32. > :44:35.floor, it was like right, I'm getting on with this, you knocked
:44:36. > :44:38.out an amazing performance after. You give it your all. Well done for
:44:39. > :44:43.that, unfortunately, there was mistakes. Thank you. I appreciate
:44:44. > :44:47.that. Well, everybody has to know that when you add a prop to a
:44:48. > :44:52.routine, gymnastic routine, it's adding another person to the
:44:53. > :44:57.routine. It's really hard. It takes a lot of time. It's an amazing
:44:58. > :45:02.challenge to do it in one week. That's a routine I'm sure you guys
:45:03. > :45:06.can do like very well in rehearsal. Unfortunately, it was right now. I
:45:07. > :45:10.can tell you worked hard on it. But working also with a shape that
:45:11. > :45:14.change all the time, changes form all the time, it's another
:45:15. > :45:19.challenge. So great job just for taking those challenges. Thank you.
:45:20. > :45:24.Really, it's hit or miss this really. It was tough. I mean, it
:45:25. > :45:27.started off very shaky with the stumble. Like Craig said, you got
:45:28. > :45:31.back into it. You finished off, which is what we want to see. It is
:45:32. > :45:36.very hard and what you did just didn't happen on the night. Of She
:45:37. > :45:39.tried the hand-free cart wheel, it didn't work out. I know it's
:45:40. > :45:45.something there that you wanted to show me. I hope you're going to show
:45:46. > :45:49.that to me quickly. You are the person that when somebody throws a
:45:50. > :45:52.challenge at you, you go into it and you're positive. I know you're
:45:53. > :45:56.disappointed. Really disappointed. I've done it over and over back
:45:57. > :45:59.stage. I know you can do it because then you will have to challenge me
:46:00. > :46:03.to do it. That will be difficult. I will do it. I'm disappointed about
:46:04. > :46:07.tonight. Buff I will do it next That's the time. Spirit! We just
:46:08. > :46:10.have to say quickly, don't try anything with the rope at home.
:46:11. > :46:14.There was a malfunction and it went around the neck, don't do that at
:46:15. > :46:22.home. Amelle and Doug, brilliant effort. Well done guys. Nadia said
:46:23. > :46:26.you do it and I'll do it. Craig had sympathy and understanding. Louis
:46:27. > :46:30.admired the way she kept going after problem at the A bit start.
:46:31. > :46:47.Disappointed there. Let's have your scores.
:46:48. > :46:55.24 there, not too bad. In week one, Emma Samms was the belle of the
:46:56. > :46:57.ball. Last week she was having a ball. This week we've given her a
:46:58. > :47:13.ball! Second on the leaderboard, how do
:47:14. > :47:17.you feel? Surprised! We wanted to you give us a bit more and you've
:47:18. > :47:22.done that. You were so beautiful and so confident. It I was really
:47:23. > :47:26.pleased that the judges addressed the artistry. I don't know if
:47:27. > :47:30.anybody else has lines like you. It was a psychological boost but it
:47:31. > :47:34.doesn't mean it has elevated us anywhere. We all start from square
:47:35. > :47:40.one again. Your prop is going to be... The ball. The concept is going
:47:41. > :47:48.to be all under water. You are going to be in a shell and you open up and
:47:49. > :47:54.the ball is the pearl. I think I'd be fine with the rhythmic stuff, if
:47:55. > :47:59.I didn't have the prop. I have no hand-eye coordination. I'm hating
:48:00. > :48:03.the ball. I never did netball or basketball or anything with balls at
:48:04. > :48:08.schools because I was only allowed to do ballet. It's no good if she's
:48:09. > :48:12.hitting a beautiful line and the ball goes rolling off somewhere It
:48:13. > :48:16.really frustrates me when I drop the ball because I drop the routine. I
:48:17. > :48:21.drop my sense of humour. It's just impossible to keep going with the
:48:22. > :48:26.routine because I'm always chasing the blinking ball. Those two bits
:48:27. > :48:30.are really hard. The angel lift into a walkover, holding a ball, I have
:48:31. > :48:33.to release the ball at the right time and then do the walkover. Then
:48:34. > :48:39.there's the throw, turn and catch the thing. It's meant to look
:48:40. > :48:43.effortless. If you're rolling it, it's meant to roll smoothly. It
:48:44. > :48:47.can't bounce. It's a matter of practice. That's why the people who
:48:48. > :48:51.are skilled at it, do it from the age of five.
:48:52. > :50:20.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Rbgs well it may have been ballet
:50:21. > :50:24.and not ball games at school, but I tell you, it wasn't only one pearl
:50:25. > :50:30.that emerged from that shell. A delightful performance. Look at
:50:31. > :50:34.that, bounce and catch. This back angel lift into back walkover, to
:50:35. > :50:40.put the ball in a position where it can be rolled forwards, ready to be
:50:41. > :50:44.picked up once again and look at that technique, not gripping the
:50:45. > :50:48.ball, balancing it, handling it really great rhythmic gymnastics
:50:49. > :50:53.from Emma. Well, you were dreading the ball,
:50:54. > :51:00.weren't you? You were dreading this all together, how was it? It's been
:51:01. > :51:06.worse. Yeah, it didn't go flying, so that's This was good. A good one,
:51:07. > :51:10.wasn't it? Yeah, good. Seb? Emma, I really appreciated that you kept
:51:11. > :51:14.contact with the billion all along. -- with the ball all along. I really
:51:15. > :51:20.missed what you gave us last week. Last week was magical. It was like a
:51:21. > :51:27.fairy moment. I don't have that today. I miss what you were able to
:51:28. > :51:34.do. Don't worry, it may get better now. It doesn't get much better, I'm
:51:35. > :51:37.afraid. I mean, last week, you were beautiful. It was stunning and
:51:38. > :51:47.moving. This week was nice. But it was just nice. There wasn't much pen
:51:48. > :51:51.ash. -- panache. It was very dancy and polite I'm afraid. It was a
:51:52. > :51:56.beautiful rue teeb and you showed that you can do the -- routine and
:51:57. > :51:59.you showed that you could do the best execution in everything that
:52:00. > :52:03.you do. I'm missing that thing that says Emma and something that will
:52:04. > :52:07.impress me, like you did last show and the first show. You set the bar
:52:08. > :52:11.so high, this is the problem. Craig? I'm going to try to say what these
:52:12. > :52:15.guys are thinking. What we want you to do is throw the ball, do a full
:52:16. > :52:19.turn and catch it, don't let it bounce on the floor, you have to
:52:20. > :52:24.catch it or do a forward roll catch the ball, we want to see a little
:52:25. > :52:29.bit more wow, but it's beautiful around the edges, but it needs a bit
:52:30. > :52:32.more meat. Anything to say to Craig on that point? I would have loved to
:52:33. > :52:39.have done that. A couple more weeks, I would have got there.
:52:40. > :52:45.Good effort. Your coach looks ecstatic. Emma and Ivan everybody!
:52:46. > :52:48.Emma scored an impressive 30 points last week, but the judges aren't
:52:49. > :52:53.that impressed this time. Has sho done enough? All right then,
:52:54. > :53:19.so let's have the judges' scores. Some disappointment there.
:53:20. > :53:28.Right, we're about to find out what happens when you give an actor from
:53:29. > :53:38.EastEnders drum sticks. Here's John Partridge.
:53:39. > :53:46.How do we think the weekend went? My weekend went great, I'm not so sure
:53:47. > :53:51.about the routine. Don't rush that much. You don't need to. But really
:53:52. > :53:57.it was an amazing act, good job. We did the best we could do. We hung
:53:58. > :54:04.from our toes. Job done I say. Rhythmic week, how do you feel about
:54:05. > :54:09.that? Lots of rhythm. Oh, yeah. It's been decided that we're going to
:54:10. > :54:17.make you a hard core rock God with a drum kit. A drum kit? And your prop
:54:18. > :54:25.is going to be drum sticks. Happy with the concept, hany with the
:54:26. > :54:29.props. We're doing really well. The rhythmic you need to have great
:54:30. > :54:34.hand-eye coordination, which isn't always there. The clubs are quite
:54:35. > :54:38.difficult. There are two of them, so you have to get two pieces of
:54:39. > :54:43.apparatus moving with both hands all the Team work time. Is vital in
:54:44. > :54:49.rhythmic. We've come up with a move where Kat puts the clubs on her foot
:54:50. > :54:55.and flicks them over the back of her head and I catch them - in theory.
:54:56. > :55:02.Kick up not backwards. If I get it wrong he gets a club in the face.
:55:03. > :55:05.The routine would be rubd. When I get nervous my palms get sweaty. Not
:55:06. > :55:08.the best thing when you have to throw and catch clubs. I really hope
:55:09. > :55:17.we manage to pull this off this week.
:55:18. > :56:36.MUSIC: Should I Stay or Should I Go Now by The Clash
:56:37. > :56:45.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Wow! A difficult routine with
:56:46. > :56:52.difficult apparatus, he did not hold back.
:56:53. > :56:57.Look at that, throwing the clubs and catching from the foot to hand. This
:56:58. > :57:06.shows you just how difficult this apparatus is. Turning split neck
:57:07. > :57:12.hold was done really beautifully. Just look at this - he hit the drums
:57:13. > :57:16.so hard, they exploded, terrific. Well, these props, I mean they're a
:57:17. > :57:25.nightmare, aren't they? Do you want to have a go? Go on. Oh, right. You
:57:26. > :57:31.hold that then. Flick it. You're being kind. Yeah, it's tough.
:57:32. > :57:35.It's a good job you're not taking part. Isn't it just. It was great
:57:36. > :57:40.energy. I loved it. I loved the fact this there were minor mistakes, but
:57:41. > :57:45.your energy, you carried on with it, I'm sure at one point Kat's toe went
:57:46. > :57:48.in your mouth, it was great. Good split, leg change, almost had
:57:49. > :57:54.control of the clubs all the way through. It was good. Thank you.
:57:55. > :57:59.You're very kind. It was good. I like all of those. What I was more
:58:00. > :58:04.impressed is that in gymnastics we have a favoured side, I was a lefty.
:58:05. > :58:07.But the fact that you were juggling two clubs on two different hands
:58:08. > :58:13.that tells me that you have coordination and that's very
:58:14. > :58:19.important. Thank you. OK, should I stay or should I go? John, you
:58:20. > :58:31.should definitely stay. Brilliant. Nice! That was good. John, you rock.
:58:32. > :58:34.Seriously, it was technique, artistic, dynamic, it was the kind
:58:35. > :58:40.of act I would pay to go see on stage. That's great. Good comments.
:58:41. > :58:44.I appreciate it. There were some mistakes, though. I appreciate all
:58:45. > :58:49.your comments. Warren is waiting over there. John
:58:50. > :58:54.and Kat everyone. Will he stay or will he go? What do you think? More
:58:55. > :59:17.importantly, what do the judges think? What have they scored it at?
:59:18. > :59:26.That's the highest score of the night. Coming up, the Saturdays are
:59:27. > :59:32.here or rather up there. Plus the vault is looming. First, Bobby
:59:33. > :59:42.Lockwood. Since he's been on Tumble. He's been a cheerful, happy-go-lucky
:59:43. > :59:47.sort, then we gave him a basketball. How are we feeling after Saturday?
:59:48. > :59:53.Good. I mean, I was pleased. We got two points higher than last week but
:59:54. > :00:00.I came seventh. It was fun, but the only thing was the round-off back
:00:01. > :00:05.flip. You were short. It's hard. It is hard. Gymnastics is hard. : You
:00:06. > :00:09.need to get stronger. Don't move even like a small shaking. After
:00:10. > :00:13.hearing the comments we were like hold on a minute, but they're giving
:00:14. > :00:16.you comments to go further. We need to up our game. We have the
:00:17. > :00:19.performance down. Let's get the skill level higher. Let's put them
:00:20. > :00:25.together. Hopefully the judges will recognise how much hard work you're
:00:26. > :00:30.putting in. Another week, another discipline.
:00:31. > :00:34.This time rhythmic. It's fun, but it's really frustrating. The
:00:35. > :00:45.coordination part of this is really hard. For him to be able to throw...
:00:46. > :00:51.Sorry. Spin Oh. Catch. OH. It's really tough.
:00:52. > :00:55.Give me a couple of minutes. Something's happening today. You're
:00:56. > :01:04.letting yourself get angry. I told you straight away. I know. I can see
:01:05. > :01:11.your face already. You're going into a deep hole. Cool, thanks.
:01:12. > :01:20.I feel like being calmer helps me. I need to take a minute just to have
:01:21. > :01:24.it. This routine could be fantastic or balls flying all over the place.
:01:25. > :01:29.I really want to enjoy the routine on Saturday. Know one dropped ball
:01:30. > :01:38.will change everything. I hope I don't balls it up.
:01:39. > :03:06.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE What a finish! It was a case of
:03:07. > :03:10.anger management for bobby, keeping calm under pressure. He had to. He
:03:11. > :03:15.needed to do it right on the ball with this performance. It does go
:03:16. > :03:20.wrong sometimes. That was the catch behind that was done so easily
:03:21. > :03:27.before. Here, the human ring, that was successful. Good balance. Just
:03:28. > :03:31.look at this, using the body with the apparatus, such dexterity and
:03:32. > :03:35.confidence. Look at him. Brilliant. Thanks, Mitch. A very energetic
:03:36. > :03:42.performance from our last couple. Brilliant. While you get your breath
:03:43. > :03:46.back, I found your pop-pop. -- pom-pom. I was trying to figure out
:03:47. > :03:54.what is the part that you are lacking and you're not. A little
:03:55. > :03:58.mistake over there, but that was not if a big deal. That was like the
:03:59. > :04:02.music started bang you were straight into it. The ball never stopped from
:04:03. > :04:14.the start to the finish. That was a brilliant performance. It was
:04:15. > :04:21.knock-out. Well done. Coordination, manipulation, acrobatics, I mean,
:04:22. > :04:27.you guys are ready for Las Vegas. Seb, will give you a job as well. It
:04:28. > :04:32.was brilliant. I've been giving low scores because we have high
:04:33. > :04:36.expectations and what do we expect from rhythmic gymnastics? That. It
:04:37. > :04:39.was brilliant. Thank you. Bobby, you've got to be pleased with
:04:40. > :04:44.those comments. I'm chuffed. It's been a hard week. Yeah, we had a lot
:04:45. > :04:50.of fun. It was good. I loved it. Brilliant. Yeah, he was! Your coach
:04:51. > :04:53.looks chuffed. Bobby and Kristin everyone!
:04:54. > :04:57.APPLAUSE Nadia could find nothing wrong with
:04:58. > :05:03.it. Craig said it was nonstop and knockout. And an offer to go to the
:05:04. > :05:08.Vegas from Seb. Doesn't get much better than that. All nine have
:05:09. > :05:11.performed and before we find out what Bobby's score is, I can reveal
:05:12. > :05:25.that the first person definitely facing the vault is... Emma. And
:05:26. > :05:31.also in danger at the moment is... Amelle. Bobby now needs to score
:05:32. > :05:57.more than 24 to avoid the vault. 8. 5! So a total of 32. 5 out of 40,
:05:58. > :06:08.the highest score of the series thus far. Bobby, it goes without saying,
:06:09. > :06:11.no vault for you. Amazing. Let's go to the judges' scored board and see
:06:12. > :06:43.how things are looking. What a thriller we've been treated
:06:44. > :06:47.to tonight. So going head to head then in the
:06:48. > :06:57.live vault tonight is Amelle and Emma. Emma, are you ready for this?
:06:58. > :07:04.Er... Yes. Am snel Yes. Come on girls, you've -- Amelle? Come on
:07:05. > :07:06.girls, you've practiced. Now a girl band with a name that's apt for
:07:07. > :07:34.tonight. Here hitting the high notes and
:07:35. > :07:37.possibly the roof with their greatest hits, please welcome The
:07:38. > :07:55.Saturdays. # It's time to step it up a notch
:07:56. > :08:01.# I'm ready to lose touch # Baby boy, go, go, go
:08:02. > :08:05.# This is a crossing at the main intersection
:08:06. > :08:16.# Life is better off the line # I, I I'm ready Nwofor the steady
:08:17. > :08:20.beat # If you lose it, you know, you're a
:08:21. > :08:32.bit too slow # I want to go.
:08:33. > :08:40.# This is my decision that you keep on messing up the words
:08:41. > :08:46.# So when I speak, listen # Because you keep on pushing like I
:08:47. > :08:53.need permission to be heard # Gonna lift it, lift it higher
:08:54. > :08:58.# I'm gonna lift it, lift it higher, so, when I speak, listen
:08:59. > :09:01.# This is my decision # And you keep on messing up the
:09:02. > :09:16.words # # Let's make this party super
:09:17. > :09:20.naughty # Dancing on the bar
:09:21. > :09:24.# I feel alive # All fired up, I feel alive, I feel
:09:25. > :09:37.alive # All fired up, I feel alive
:09:38. > :09:41.# I feel alive, I feel alive # Now you want to pretend that
:09:42. > :09:46.you're a superstar # Now you want to see what brought
:09:47. > :09:48.you this far # Don't tell me you've come as far
:09:49. > :09:53.as we go # You need to have a sit down with
:09:54. > :09:58.your ego # And everyone's going into a final
:09:59. > :10:01.step # You know that you can come to me
:10:02. > :10:05.for help # Don't tell me it's time for going
:10:06. > :10:11.sole low # You need to stop messing with your
:10:12. > :10:14.ego # Whatever the weather we're going
:10:15. > :10:18.to be better together, # So what about us
:10:19. > :10:22.# I've been watching and waiting, why don't you give or taking
:10:23. > :10:35.# What's up? What about us? # What you're doing to my face
:10:36. > :10:40.# What about us? # Let me take the lead
:10:41. > :11:27.# N Nah, nah, nah The Saturdays everybody! Brilliant.
:11:28. > :11:30.Frankie, big news this week, we have to talk about Strictly Come Dancing,
:11:31. > :11:34.we're excited. It's on straight after Tumble when this ends. How are
:11:35. > :11:39.you feeling? It's so excited. We're on tour in September and then I'm
:11:40. > :11:42.doing Strictly after. We have a busy couple of It will months. Be the
:11:43. > :11:47.best thing you've ever done ah, part from being in the Saturdays,
:11:48. > :11:52.obviously! We know that you were a little junior tumbler. When I was
:11:53. > :11:56.younger, yes. Nowhere near as good as these What do guys. You think?
:11:57. > :12:02.They're amazing! Thank you again, girls.
:12:03. > :12:05.Brilliant. Right, back to business. Now Nadia Comeneci has vaulted in
:12:06. > :12:07.European, world and Olympic competitions. But what is her idea
:12:08. > :12:24.of the perfect vault? In my career, I've done thousands of
:12:25. > :12:28.vaults. I knew I had to be focussed, really committed and really had to
:12:29. > :12:29.push myself. This is exactly what I'm looking for from the
:12:30. > :12:42.celebrities. The position in the air needs to be
:12:43. > :12:47.strong, controlled and I really love to see pointed toes.
:12:48. > :12:52.The perfect landing is straight body, bent knees and feet together.
:12:53. > :12:58.Even if you stumble at the end of the vault, you have to land on your
:12:59. > :13:03.feet first. In gymnastics, you are scored on technique and you are
:13:04. > :13:11.scored on difficulty. It will take a lot to impress me, but I didn't say
:13:12. > :13:17.it would be easy. So, Nadia will score on technique
:13:18. > :13:21.and difficulty. I'm here now with Amelle and Emma's partners, Doug and
:13:22. > :13:25.Ivan. It's not a good time for up. Now we've asked the contestants to
:13:26. > :13:30.do their most impressive vault for this. So, what advice have you given
:13:31. > :13:33.Emma and what can we expect? The advice we've given Emma is to be
:13:34. > :13:38.calm and attack the run up, really spot where she wants to put her
:13:39. > :13:42.hands and reach forward on the vault. Keeping her legs straight and
:13:43. > :13:48.pointed. And do her best to stick the landing and to be confident. She
:13:49. > :13:51.has good pointy toes. Bit of a disappointing night for Amelle
:13:52. > :13:54.tonight, what advice have you given her before this vault? It is
:13:55. > :13:57.disappointing. There were a few mistakes in the routine. We've done
:13:58. > :14:00.it better. However that means that I believe Amelle is one of the
:14:01. > :14:04.strongest competitors in this competition. She has a good vault.
:14:05. > :14:08.She has to show everybody why she deserves to be here. We want to push
:14:09. > :14:14.for the final. We don't want to lose either one of you. Good luck, boys.
:14:15. > :14:19.Crossing our fingers for them. Amelle and Emma are just behind the
:14:20. > :14:22.corps r doors -- behind the doors, stretching, flexing, preparing. One
:14:23. > :14:34.of the girls will go home tonight. Right, this is it then. The vault.
:14:35. > :14:40.Both celebrities will now attempt their most impressive vault. Up
:14:41. > :14:44.first it's Amelle. ( We saw last week what pressure the vault can
:14:45. > :14:51.bring. It's a matter of conquering your nerves. It's over in seconds
:14:52. > :15:14.and so much depends on it. Amelle, please prepare to vault.
:15:15. > :15:25.APPLAUSE Good, confident approach. It's a
:15:26. > :15:35.round-off vault and she landed straight down the middle. Need to
:15:36. > :15:42.push, get the legs high overhead, make the half turn and make sure of
:15:43. > :15:44.that landing. That's the round-off. That's Amelle. Next to vault, it's
:15:45. > :15:56.Emma. Emma will not have seen Amelle's
:15:57. > :16:01.vault. Now it's about her own focus. It's about conquering her own
:16:02. > :16:33.nerves. Emma, would you please prepare to vault.
:16:34. > :16:41.P APPLAUSE
:16:42. > :16:44.This vault needs a big push and a confident landing. She did just
:16:45. > :16:47.that. Needs to straighten the legs, needs
:16:48. > :16:53.to get plenty of height, the landing was great. Phil standing by there,
:16:54. > :17:00.but he wasn't needed. This was a good, confident vault. Brilliant
:17:01. > :17:07.effort from both our girls. Well done. So the decision lies solely
:17:08. > :17:13.with head judge, Nadia. Based entirely on tonight's vault, which,
:17:14. > :17:19.what was your verdict on Amelle's vault? Amelle did a round-off which
:17:20. > :17:23.is a pretty difficult vault. She did a pretty good form. She had good
:17:24. > :17:28.form in the air and just a hop on the landing. All right. What was
:17:29. > :17:33.your verdict on Emma's vault? It was a straddle vault, it's a basic
:17:34. > :17:40.vault. It was a pretty vault. Not very impressive, but it was a good
:17:41. > :17:48.landing. Not very impressive, oh. It's decision time Nadia.
:17:49. > :17:53.Based entirely on the girls' vaults, which one of these celebrities,
:17:54. > :18:00.Amelle or Emma, would you like to save this evening? From my
:18:01. > :18:03.experience, I will have to go with the more difficult vault, so the
:18:04. > :18:23.celebrity that I'm saving tonight is... Amelle. Amelle, well done.
:18:24. > :18:29.Brilliant effort. You are safe. Back you go to Doug.
:18:30. > :18:34.Emma, Emma! Perfectly executed. I mean, how has your Tumble experience
:18:35. > :18:38.been? It's been fantastic. Meeting Phil and Ivan and working with them
:18:39. > :18:42.has been extraordinary. I'm in better shape, a few bruises, than I
:18:43. > :18:47.have been for ages. It's been fantastic. Well, here's Ivan and
:18:48. > :18:53.Phil. The boys have worked with you for the last nine or ten weeks.
:18:54. > :18:58.Ivan, can I just get you over here? Now then, how has Emma been as a
:18:59. > :19:01.partner? She's been a pleasure actually. She's worked really hard.
:19:02. > :19:06.She's been determined and focussed. Every day has been a pleasure to
:19:07. > :19:10.work with her. She just makes he smile. -- me smile. Behind every
:19:11. > :19:16.good couple is a brilliant coach, Phil, how have these two been for
:19:17. > :19:19.you, hard work or... ? Not hard work, a pleasure. It's been ten
:19:20. > :19:22.weeks of fun. It's been a joy meeting Emma. I'm sure we will
:19:23. > :19:28.remain Friends for Life. Ivan equally. A great journey. Thank you
:19:29. > :19:31.very much. We will certainly miss you, Emma. Any final messages to
:19:32. > :19:38.Ivan and Phil? Well, we'll keep in touch. I know their numbers. We'll
:19:39. > :19:41.be sorry to lose you. A final farewell then to your Tumble family.
:19:42. > :19:49.Well done. Emma, Ivan and Phil.
:19:50. > :19:53.APPLAUSE So, that is it for tonight. Thank
:19:54. > :20:00.you to all our couples and their coaches. Also to head judge Nadia,
:20:01. > :20:05.Seb, Louis and Craig and of course, to Mitch. Coming next on BBC One is
:20:06. > :20:09.the brand new Doctor Who. We'll see you next Saturday at the slightly
:20:10. > :20:10.earlier time of 6. 15pm. Have a great weekend. Thanks for watching.
:20:11. > :20:16.Good night!
