0:17:07 > 0:17:13- Ben's mother said I could go on - the ride as a birthday treat.

0:19:31 > 0:19:35- She asked if we had a map - or a grid reference. We had nothing.

0:19:36 > 0:19:39- We weren't on the Preselis. - I didn't have a clue.

0:19:39 > 0:19:43- After explaining - that they were on Carn Ingli...

0:19:43 > 0:19:45- ..an ambulance was dispatched.

0:19:46 > 0:19:48- "We're sending someone - straight away."

0:19:50 > 0:19:55- When it arrived, paramedics realized - a helicopter was needed.

0:19:55 > 0:19:59- Ben Seabourne was on duty - at the Welshpool headquarters.

0:20:24 > 0:20:29- When we heard the helicopter - approaching, it was such a relief.

0:20:36 > 0:20:40- ..the other paramedics had made - a full assessment of Amy's injuries.

0:21:18 > 0:21:23- We flew her to Withybush Hospital. - It was a 10-15 minute flight.

0:21:28 > 0:21:30- After being seen at the hospital...

0:21:31 > 0:21:34- ..she was back in the air ambulance - heading to Cardiff...

0:21:35 > 0:21:36- ..for specialist care.

0:21:37 > 0:21:40- The operation on her spine - lasted for six hours.

0:21:41 > 0:21:46- There are two titanium rods - in place.

0:21:46 > 0:21:50- Eight screws in the vertebrae - hold everything together.

0:21:52 > 0:21:59- They've been put back together - to prevent them floating around!
