0:09:42 > 0:09:45We provide a wide range of treatments and therapies here.

0:09:45 > 0:09:47We provide aromatherapy, reflexology,

0:09:47 > 0:09:51which is really good for people with MS. It helps them to de-stress.

0:09:51 > 0:09:53We also provide physiotherapy,

0:09:53 > 0:09:56which is an excellent service for people with MS.

0:09:56 > 0:09:58It helps them maintain their muscle tone

0:09:58 > 0:10:01and keep them in their optimum health.

0:10:01 > 0:10:04And it also helps them maintain their daily lifestyles

0:10:04 > 0:10:06by attending physiotherapy.

0:10:06 > 0:10:08People meet other people with the condition

0:10:08 > 0:10:11and they can discuss their different symptoms

0:10:11 > 0:10:14and find that they're not alone in their MS journey.

0:10:14 > 0:10:16That other people have a similar journey to them

0:10:16 > 0:10:19and it gives them great comfort knowing that.

0:10:19 > 0:10:23Northern Ireland has the highest MS in the world, per capita of people.

0:10:23 > 0:10:25It's a remarkable statistic?

0:10:25 > 0:10:29A remarkable statistic, for our small country.

0:10:29 > 0:10:32There's over 4,000 people who have MS.

0:10:47 > 0:10:48At the moment,

0:10:48 > 0:10:51people are waiting a lot longer than the 18 weeks for a new appointment,

0:10:51 > 0:10:53and people are waiting longer

0:10:53 > 0:10:55for the review appointment with their consultant neurologist.

0:10:55 > 0:10:58What type of detrimental effect can such a long wait have

0:10:58 > 0:11:00on patients who are living with MS?

0:11:00 > 0:11:03The detrimental impact can be that it can affect their mental health.

0:11:03 > 0:11:07They become... Very high anxiety levels, they might become depressed.

0:11:07 > 0:11:10That's what people tell us they're experiencing during waiting times.

0:11:10 > 0:11:11There will also be uncertainty,

0:11:11 > 0:11:13and they might be experiencing new symptoms

0:11:13 > 0:11:16and they're maybe not receiving any treatment for that,

0:11:16 > 0:11:19so they might be experiencing pain or other related symptoms as well.

0:11:19 > 0:11:22So it would be a very uncomfortable time for people.

0:15:12 > 0:15:15- You're very welcome.- Thank you very much.- You're flying solo tonight?

0:15:15 > 0:15:16I am, yeah.

0:15:16 > 0:15:21- Have to slog it out here in the studio.- I'm sure you'll manage.

0:15:21 > 0:15:23And you went over to South By South West,

0:15:23 > 0:15:26to Austin, Texas, recently, as well.

0:15:26 > 0:15:29How was that for you, and for an up-and-coming group?

0:15:29 > 0:15:32Is it really important to have presence at such festivals?

0:15:32 > 0:15:33Yeah, I think so.

0:15:33 > 0:15:36Usually traditionally you'd go out there and do seven or eight,

0:15:36 > 0:15:39as many as possible, but because it was such a good offer,

0:15:39 > 0:15:41just to go and do it, we couldn't turn it down.

0:15:41 > 0:15:43Hopefully next year we'll get to go out.

0:15:43 > 0:15:45I've got an idea of the place now.

0:15:45 > 0:15:46Not only gigging,

0:15:46 > 0:15:48a lot of networking happens at those festivals

0:15:48 > 0:15:51and you have to take those opportunities as they come.

0:15:51 > 0:15:52Yeah, of course.

0:15:52 > 0:15:55I did as much as I could and my manager was out there as well,

0:15:55 > 0:15:58so he was working away while I was having a beer in the corner,

0:15:58 > 0:16:02- just making sure.- Poor old manager!

0:16:02 > 0:16:04You have a great online presence as a band.

0:16:04 > 0:16:06Sister Snow, from an EP released in 2014,

0:16:06 > 0:16:10has 1.5 million hits on Spotify.

0:16:10 > 0:16:14How does that translate into the everyday life of a working band?

0:16:14 > 0:16:18Yeah, well, we're still working! It doesn't provide us with that.

0:16:18 > 0:16:21But what it does is it gives us some exposure

0:16:21 > 0:16:24that we would never have had before.

0:16:24 > 0:16:26People would ask me a lot about Spotify,

0:16:26 > 0:16:28but I have only positive things to say about it,

0:16:28 > 0:16:31because when you're seeing people in Tunisia and the States

0:16:31 > 0:16:34and all across the world listening to music that they would

0:16:34 > 0:16:37never have been able to access otherwise, so completely positive.

0:16:37 > 0:16:39With your release of your new EP, Luna,

0:16:39 > 0:16:44you uploaded it to the BBC Uploader and that had great results for you.

0:16:44 > 0:16:48Yeah, Annie Mac played it a couple of times on her show.

0:16:48 > 0:16:49That's on BBC Radio 1.

0:16:49 > 0:16:52So that's kind of, for a band in our position, that's the goal.

0:16:52 > 0:16:55So we're delighted that she's played it

0:16:55 > 0:16:58and hopefully it will give it a bit more exposure.

0:16:58 > 0:16:59So you're gradually building,

0:16:59 > 0:17:02gradually gathering a lot of moss as a band.

0:17:02 > 0:17:06So does that mean, is there a move imminent from Armagh to London,

0:17:06 > 0:17:09to Dublin, or does world domination,

0:17:09 > 0:17:12is it going to come from... electronically from Armagh?

0:17:12 > 0:17:16Absolutely! I think we're going to try and get people over here.

0:17:16 > 0:17:19No, I think it used to be that you had to move

0:17:19 > 0:17:21and you had to be in the centre of everything.

0:17:21 > 0:17:26But now, just through social media and through, you know...

0:17:26 > 0:17:28We can do as well here as we can do in London.

0:17:28 > 0:17:31So if the time comes and we're playing that amount of gigs

0:17:31 > 0:17:33and we're doing so much stuff, we might move,

0:17:33 > 0:17:35but at the minute, we're quite content.

0:17:35 > 0:17:36Big things ahead for sure.

0:17:36 > 0:17:38Conchur, thanks so much for joining us this evening.

0:25:47 > 0:25:50# The bubble gum a curious sight

0:25:50 > 0:25:54# I would know if I had tried

0:25:54 > 0:25:56# Forgot the things I could have been

0:25:56 > 0:26:01# And darling, I've been cold

0:26:03 > 0:26:08# Carve me open, love

0:26:08 > 0:26:11# And show me

0:26:11 > 0:26:15# All the things you want

0:26:44 > 0:26:47# And show me

0:26:47 > 0:26:51# All the things you want

0:26:51 > 0:26:54# Cos I'm going
