0:19:06 > 0:19:09- The fact that - she's taken antibiotics...

0:19:13 > 0:19:18- It's fighting the cold, the cough - and she's running this distance...

0:19:18 > 0:19:22- ..so it's best - if she spends the night in a hotel.

0:19:22 > 0:19:26- If she doesn't take this advice...

0:19:26 > 0:19:31- ..it could jeopardize the challenge - as the body won't have time to rest.

0:20:23 > 0:20:27- They didn't understand my thoughts - behind this challenge.

0:20:28 > 0:20:30- I wanted to run alongside nature...

0:20:30 > 0:20:33- ..but also sleep - in the outdoors too.

0:20:34 > 0:20:39- Not sleeping outside meant I would - spend the night in Dolgellau...

0:20:40 > 0:20:44- ..which was three miles away - from Cader Idris.

0:20:44 > 0:20:47- I know it was only three miles...

0:20:58 > 0:21:00- I think psychologically...

0:21:01 > 0:21:04- ..I wanted to finish - at the foot of Cader Idris...

0:21:05 > 0:21:10- ..but my problem is that I'm wet.

0:21:10 > 0:21:12- There aren't any heroics here.

0:21:13 > 0:21:17- Nobody's going to give me a medal - for sleeping in a van!

0:21:23 > 0:21:28- I was very disappointed - and felt like I'd let myself down...

0:21:32 > 0:21:34- Agreeing with Gwyn did hurt...

0:21:34 > 0:21:38- ..but the body is like a machine - and should be looked after...

0:21:45 > 0:21:48- It hasn't finished as I'd planned.

0:21:48 > 0:21:53- All I can think about now is the - 60 miles that I'm running tomorrow.

0:21:53 > 0:21:55- It's going to be quite a day...

0:21:55 > 0:21:59- ..but the way I've been - staying positive about it...

0:21:59 > 0:22:03- ..is by reminding myself - of those times in the past...

0:22:03 > 0:22:06- ..when I've done 60 miles - on tired legs.

0:22:07 > 0:22:11- There was the Amazon, - the Ring of Fire, the Arctic.

0:22:11 > 0:22:12- Um...

0:22:13 > 0:22:14- I managed to do it then...

0:22:14 > 0:22:16- ..and...
