0:00:02 > 0:00:05If your job meant never seeing the people you loved,

0:00:05 > 0:00:08how far would you go for the family life you dreamt of?

0:00:08 > 0:00:10In 2011 the Stitt family had to decide

0:00:10 > 0:00:14if the answer lay on the other side of the world.

0:00:14 > 0:00:19One year on, we'll find out if they went through with the biggest gamble of their lives.

0:00:19 > 0:00:22The Stitts were desperate for a new life.

0:00:22 > 0:00:25I just don't want, in ten years' time,

0:00:25 > 0:00:27for my children to say, "Daddy, who are you?"

0:00:27 > 0:00:29But it would come at a huge cost.

0:00:29 > 0:00:33That's what we have to give up, that, to make...

0:00:33 > 0:00:36It's a huge, huge stumbling block.

0:00:36 > 0:00:39A year on, had they made the right decision?

0:00:39 > 0:00:42I wish Eric had been here.

0:00:42 > 0:00:44I miss him and his support.

0:01:08 > 0:01:11In 2011, the Stitt family spent a week

0:01:11 > 0:01:15experiencing the reality of life in Australia.

0:01:15 > 0:01:17At the end of it, they'd face a huge decision -

0:01:17 > 0:01:21whether to stay in the UK or to make the move for good.

0:01:21 > 0:01:23Today we're catching up with them

0:01:23 > 0:01:25to find out what's happened since we last met.

0:01:27 > 0:01:31Their journey began with a gruelling 20-hour flight

0:01:31 > 0:01:33over 9,000 miles to reach Perth.

0:01:33 > 0:01:37And all that time brought out a whole range of worries

0:01:37 > 0:01:38about the days ahead.

0:01:38 > 0:01:40I'm just thinking,

0:01:40 > 0:01:43"What if we don't like it? What are we going to do?

0:01:43 > 0:01:46"Is our situation so bad that we have to leave Northern Ireland?

0:01:46 > 0:01:49"Do we have to come to the other side of the world?

0:01:49 > 0:01:53"Can't we do something else? Can't we just do what we're doing?

0:01:53 > 0:01:56"Can I put up with it? No, I can't put up with it."

0:01:56 > 0:01:57I've just been up and down.

0:01:57 > 0:02:01But there were some plus points to their trial week in Australia.

0:02:01 > 0:02:05- Nice to get to spend a bit of time together.- Yes, yeah.- As a family.

0:02:05 > 0:02:07Cos we don't get a lot of that, family time together.

0:02:07 > 0:02:11So, that's an opportunity for us to be together and...

0:02:11 > 0:02:13see how that works out!

0:02:13 > 0:02:17As they set off on their week in Australia,

0:02:17 > 0:02:21it was a far cry from their life in Northern Ireland.

0:02:24 > 0:02:30In 2011, Eric, Corinne and their daughters, nine-year-old Jodie

0:02:30 > 0:02:32and Madison, aged five, lived in Bangor.

0:02:32 > 0:02:36It provided them with a lifestyle they all loved.

0:02:36 > 0:02:38Both Eric and I are born and bred Northern Ireland

0:02:38 > 0:02:40and we're proud to be Northern Irish.

0:02:40 > 0:02:45- We have a lot going on here. - We do love where we live.

0:02:45 > 0:02:49We live in a very nice area, we're so close to the school the kids go to.

0:02:49 > 0:02:54We've been able to provide the girls lots of opportunities for things.

0:02:55 > 0:02:59So why did the Stitts want to give it all up for Australia?

0:02:59 > 0:03:03It seemed there was a huge problem tearing the family apart.

0:03:03 > 0:03:09In a month, Eric would be away for two or three weeks at a time.

0:03:09 > 0:03:16He's home for the weekend and he would have one full day with us.

0:03:16 > 0:03:19And in that stage everything is rushed into the full day

0:03:19 > 0:03:22and then, the next day, Eric's away off to the airport,

0:03:22 > 0:03:26and away to work, and it could be for another two weeks.

0:03:26 > 0:03:31The day-to-day absence from Eric was taking its toll on all of them.

0:03:31 > 0:03:35He has missed out over the years on those things where, really,

0:03:35 > 0:03:39you know, he should be there. And he does feel it.

0:03:39 > 0:03:44It can be very hard trying to explain to a five-year-old

0:03:44 > 0:03:50that Daddy has to go to work, you have to keep a roof over your heads.

0:03:50 > 0:03:52OK, have you got a kiss for Daddy?

0:03:56 > 0:04:02Eric owned his own business designing pipe systems for oil and gas rigs all over Europe.

0:04:02 > 0:04:06Working offshore meant he couldn't have his family with him.

0:04:06 > 0:04:08'I just don't want, in ten years' time,

0:04:08 > 0:04:12'for my children to turn round and say, "Daddy, who are you?

0:04:12 > 0:04:14'"Where have you been?"'

0:04:14 > 0:04:16- You behave yourself, now, for your mummy.- OK.

0:04:16 > 0:04:21'It's vitally important that we do get our lives sorted out

0:04:21 > 0:04:25'and get to spend the time together as a family that we need to.'

0:04:25 > 0:04:31- Try...- You're all right.- OK. See you. Take care.

0:04:31 > 0:04:34'Corinne does feel it hard sometimes.

0:04:34 > 0:04:36'She has to be here 24/7 for the girls.'

0:04:36 > 0:04:40Everything is on her shoulders.

0:04:40 > 0:04:44She says she feels like she's a single parent.

0:04:44 > 0:04:48It's not easy for her and I do appreciate that.

0:04:48 > 0:04:51The Stitts were looking to Australia

0:04:51 > 0:04:54to give them their dream of a normal family life.

0:04:54 > 0:04:58They hoped its booming oil industry would mean Eric could find a job

0:04:58 > 0:05:00that allowed him to be at home a lot more.

0:05:00 > 0:05:04We're just hoping for a lifestyle that's...

0:05:04 > 0:05:07you work to live, you don't live to work.

0:05:07 > 0:05:09Even the girls could see the benefits.

0:05:09 > 0:05:13We would like to go to Australia.

0:05:13 > 0:05:15- Wouldn't we?- Yeah.

0:05:15 > 0:05:20It would be fun to spend some time with Dad and everything.

0:05:20 > 0:05:24And he'll help us with our homework.

0:05:24 > 0:05:28But if the Stitts did move down under they were all too aware

0:05:28 > 0:05:30of how much they stood to lose.

0:05:30 > 0:05:34We are quite a close family.

0:05:34 > 0:05:37It's very daunting, I suppose, sometimes, just to think that

0:05:37 > 0:05:40you're going to be the other side of the world.

0:05:40 > 0:05:44That you're not going to be there when they need you.

0:05:44 > 0:05:47It's not that easy to get back to see them.

0:05:47 > 0:05:51It was a difficult decision which left them torn.

0:05:57 > 0:06:01The Stitts wanted to find out if Perth in Western Australia

0:06:01 > 0:06:04was the right location for their fresh start.

0:06:04 > 0:06:08Their rental home for the week was a three-bedroom cottage

0:06:08 > 0:06:10only five minutes from Fremantle Beach.

0:06:13 > 0:06:17Everything's here that we need. It's really nice and it's clean

0:06:17 > 0:06:22and it's modern with that sort of shabby chic-y twist to it.

0:06:22 > 0:06:25Corinne and Eric were well aware of how big a deal

0:06:25 > 0:06:27the next seven days would be.

0:06:27 > 0:06:29I really want it to go well,

0:06:29 > 0:06:32for this to be a really positive experience for us.

0:06:32 > 0:06:37Otherwise, we're going to be down the road in another ten years' time

0:06:37 > 0:06:39and wonder what we've done with ourselves.

0:06:39 > 0:06:41A lot really does ride on it.

0:06:41 > 0:06:44Although they were looking for a future in Australia,

0:06:44 > 0:06:48falling for life there could have had huge repercussions.

0:06:48 > 0:06:51I worry that if I really, really do like it,

0:06:51 > 0:06:57that people at home are going to be a bit...

0:06:57 > 0:06:58There's a sense of guilt.

0:06:58 > 0:07:00There's a wee sense of that,

0:07:00 > 0:07:02that there's going to be a lot of sad faces.

0:07:02 > 0:07:05I don't know whether they really have realised

0:07:05 > 0:07:09that this is a serious decision for us.

0:07:09 > 0:07:13This is... If we like this, we're coming out here.

0:07:13 > 0:07:15We're not hanging about.

0:07:15 > 0:07:18Actually being here now brings home to you just how big a decision

0:07:18 > 0:07:21it would be to make the move.

0:07:28 > 0:07:29In 2011,

0:07:29 > 0:07:34the Stitts lived in a three-bedroom house in Bangor, Northern Ireland.

0:07:34 > 0:07:37They had plenty of ideas about what

0:07:37 > 0:07:39their Australian house needed to deliver.

0:07:39 > 0:07:42The right sort of property would be very important.

0:07:42 > 0:07:46My dream property in Australia would be a pretty big house.

0:07:46 > 0:07:48In the middle of nowhere.

0:07:48 > 0:07:51It has to have a swimming pool for the girls.

0:07:51 > 0:07:53And just somewhere where we can spread out

0:07:53 > 0:07:58and just enjoy being outdoors and just having room around us.

0:07:58 > 0:08:02That all sounded great, but it wouldn't come cheap.

0:08:02 > 0:08:05The Stitts had a budget of around £300,000,

0:08:05 > 0:08:08but they needed to get the right price for their house.

0:08:11 > 0:08:14We gave them a taste of the Perth property market

0:08:14 > 0:08:15and showed them three options,

0:08:15 > 0:08:19based upon what they wanted from their ideal home,

0:08:19 > 0:08:20what they could afford

0:08:20 > 0:08:23and the real price of property down under.

0:08:23 > 0:08:28After looking round each one, they'd discover how much they cost.

0:08:28 > 0:08:33But could their wallets keep up with their dreams?

0:08:33 > 0:08:37First up was this three-bedroom house 20 miles south of Perth,

0:08:37 > 0:08:39in the Byford area.

0:08:39 > 0:08:42It was popular with young families and offered good value for money.

0:08:42 > 0:08:45But what did the Stitts make of it?

0:08:45 > 0:08:48Looks like a box with windows.

0:08:48 > 0:08:50THEY LAUGH

0:08:55 > 0:08:58Straight into the living room. A bit smaller than I thought.

0:08:58 > 0:09:02- No, I don't like this at all.- You're not keen on coming straight in...

0:09:02 > 0:09:05No. It's really not what I would come out here for.

0:09:06 > 0:09:09I know we don't have a big back garden at home,

0:09:09 > 0:09:11but this is even smaller.

0:09:11 > 0:09:15It's just not practical at all, not for having kids.

0:09:15 > 0:09:18- Where are you going to play? - What are they going to do out here?

0:09:18 > 0:09:22- Go round in a circle on their bikes? - No, that's not working for me at all.

0:09:22 > 0:09:23No.

0:09:25 > 0:09:28That's a real big letdown.

0:09:28 > 0:09:31This house failed on all fronts, but they still didn't know its cost.

0:09:31 > 0:09:34If it was anywhere near their budget,

0:09:34 > 0:09:38would it be worth giving up life in the UK for?

0:09:38 > 0:09:40So, what was the price?

0:09:44 > 0:09:45ERIC SNIGGERS

0:09:45 > 0:09:48£250,000 sterling.

0:09:48 > 0:09:50That was a blow.

0:09:50 > 0:09:53Their budget was between £250,000 and £300,000.

0:09:53 > 0:09:57There needs to be a wee bit of reality on that

0:09:57 > 0:10:02cos this house is not worth £250,000 of anybody's money.

0:10:02 > 0:10:06Things didn't look good for the Stitts.

0:10:06 > 0:10:08If this property was not even worth considering,

0:10:08 > 0:10:12would their dream house be beyond their means?

0:10:12 > 0:10:15Hopefully, property two would restore their faith.

0:10:15 > 0:10:18This four-bedroom house in the small town of Baldivis

0:10:18 > 0:10:20was close to beaches, shops and restaurants.

0:10:20 > 0:10:23Would it be more up their street?

0:10:24 > 0:10:25OK.

0:10:27 > 0:10:29Ahh, you see, this is a hall.

0:10:29 > 0:10:33- This is better.- This has a nice feel about it.- Yeah, this is better.

0:10:33 > 0:10:36It's open-plan but it works a lot better than that other property.

0:10:36 > 0:10:37Yeah, it's a bigger area.

0:10:37 > 0:10:39It was only the second house

0:10:39 > 0:10:42and the Stitts seemed to have found something they liked.

0:10:42 > 0:10:44Would the garden keep them happy?

0:10:44 > 0:10:46Oh, it's like...

0:10:47 > 0:10:48Pfft.

0:10:49 > 0:10:52- That's like the...- Peace wall. - That's like a peace wall.

0:10:52 > 0:10:54A DOG BARKS

0:10:54 > 0:10:57Er... It's a wee bit...

0:10:57 > 0:11:01No, the house is nice, this here is a big no-no. I couldn't, no way.

0:11:01 > 0:11:05No way, I have to be honest with you, no way. That...

0:11:05 > 0:11:10That is like a prison boundary. I can't cope with that.

0:11:12 > 0:11:14It's not my dream,

0:11:14 > 0:11:20it's really not my idea of living the Australian dream.

0:11:20 > 0:11:22It doesn't do it for me, I'm sorry.

0:11:27 > 0:11:29Can we go?

0:11:29 > 0:11:33It may seem like an extreme reaction but it's a painful reminder

0:11:33 > 0:11:35of something they're trying to leave behind.

0:11:35 > 0:11:39It reminds us both of a boundary wall in Belfast

0:11:39 > 0:11:41called a peace wall,

0:11:41 > 0:11:45which separates two communities in Belfast.

0:11:45 > 0:11:47It's there to keep people apart.

0:11:47 > 0:11:51It doesn't affect Eric and I where we live, but it is a symbol

0:11:51 > 0:11:56of something that we have been affected by over the years.

0:11:56 > 0:11:58I'm not coming to Western Australia to look at that

0:11:58 > 0:12:02- or be reminded of it, thanks very much.- No.

0:12:02 > 0:12:05Corinne wasn't too concerned about the price of the property,

0:12:05 > 0:12:07but would they have been able to afford it?

0:12:07 > 0:12:11Leaving the garden aside, it was a house they all liked.

0:12:15 > 0:12:17315,000.

0:12:19 > 0:12:24It's probably over-valued at 315,000.

0:12:25 > 0:12:28Well, basing it and comparing it to...

0:12:28 > 0:12:31Comparing it to what I would get at home, yeah.

0:12:31 > 0:12:34But I certainly would not pay it for here. No.

0:12:35 > 0:12:39As if the wall wasn't enough, it was also at the top of their budget.

0:12:39 > 0:12:42If this was the best they could buy,

0:12:42 > 0:12:45would Eric and Corinne have to rethink their future?

0:12:45 > 0:12:48Everything rested on the last house.

0:12:52 > 0:12:54Property three, in Secret Harbour,

0:12:54 > 0:12:57was only a few minutes' walk from the beach

0:12:57 > 0:12:59but nearly 40 miles south of Perth.

0:12:59 > 0:13:02The Stitts would get more for their money

0:13:02 > 0:13:05but it meant a long commute for Eric.

0:13:07 > 0:13:08This is nice.

0:13:08 > 0:13:12- That's nice. Lots of kiddies about, as well.- Yeah.

0:13:12 > 0:13:14You'd have friends to play with.

0:13:15 > 0:13:19- Oh, this is really swanky, isn't it? This is lovely.- Yeah, this is nice.

0:13:19 > 0:13:25- Which way will we go?- Erm... follow Dad.- This way?- Go this way.

0:13:26 > 0:13:29Master bedroom, I think.

0:13:29 > 0:13:33- That's lovely.- That's beautiful. - That's really nice,

0:13:33 > 0:13:35the decor, as well, is really nice.

0:13:35 > 0:13:39That looks like an en-suite.

0:13:39 > 0:13:41- Oh, wow!- Woo!

0:13:42 > 0:13:46- That's bigger than our bathroom at home!- Probably is.

0:13:46 > 0:13:49With so much at stake, this house certainly seemed to pick up

0:13:49 > 0:13:51Corinne and Eric's spirits.

0:13:51 > 0:13:53Wow! I like this.

0:13:53 > 0:13:57- Wow factor, there.- Yeah, this is what I'm talking about.

0:14:00 > 0:14:02Ohhhh.

0:14:02 > 0:14:05Mummy, are you going to get this house?

0:14:05 > 0:14:08Wow, she is going to get it.

0:14:08 > 0:14:12- Well, it ticks a lot of my boxes. - It's ticking all the boxes so far.

0:14:12 > 0:14:16Madison seemed to have made up her mind about the house,

0:14:16 > 0:14:20but Corinne had spotted something in the garden.

0:14:20 > 0:14:25You're here, you're looking at your TV, your living area

0:14:25 > 0:14:27and what else are you looking at?

0:14:27 > 0:14:30Oh, aye. What can you see out there, girls?

0:14:30 > 0:14:33- What is it?- A pool.

0:14:33 > 0:14:35A pool.

0:14:41 > 0:14:42No tears this time.

0:14:42 > 0:14:44ERIC LAUGHS

0:14:44 > 0:14:46Quite happy.

0:14:49 > 0:14:53Everyone might have been happy, but they were yet to find out the price.

0:14:53 > 0:14:57Could the cost bring the dream to a juddering halt?

0:15:00 > 0:15:01400.

0:15:03 > 0:15:06- Approximately 400,000.- Yep.

0:15:06 > 0:15:09I think, the finish, the detail,

0:15:09 > 0:15:12the swimming pool, that all adds up.

0:15:12 > 0:15:15They'd found the ideal house but it was well over budget.

0:15:15 > 0:15:19Would the Stitts have to settle for a lot less

0:15:19 > 0:15:21if they were to make the move?

0:15:21 > 0:15:26- We'll have to see what I can expect, obviously, to earn.- Yep.

0:15:26 > 0:15:29It would have to take

0:15:29 > 0:15:33a house like this or similar standard

0:15:33 > 0:15:38for us to make the move.

0:15:38 > 0:15:42After viewing all three houses, emotions were running high.

0:15:42 > 0:15:44With the realisation that to afford their dream

0:15:44 > 0:15:47Eric would have to earn considerably more,

0:15:47 > 0:15:48which way did they vote?

0:15:50 > 0:15:52Based on the houses we've looked at today

0:15:52 > 0:15:56and what we think we can get,

0:15:56 > 0:15:58our decision is...

0:15:58 > 0:16:01ALL: Australia!

0:16:06 > 0:16:10Back home in Northern Ireland, Eric ran his own company,

0:16:10 > 0:16:13designing pipework for the oil and gas industry.

0:16:13 > 0:16:16He earned £75,000 a year.

0:16:16 > 0:16:22The problem was, this meant being away from home for up to three weeks at a time.

0:16:22 > 0:16:26So we arranged for him to meet a specialist recruitment consultant

0:16:26 > 0:16:28for the oil and gas industry.

0:16:28 > 0:16:32However, starting again would be a big gamble.

0:16:32 > 0:16:37I do have reservations about leaving the job I have in the UK at present.

0:16:37 > 0:16:39Things have been going very well for me.

0:16:39 > 0:16:41I enjoy the work,

0:16:41 > 0:16:47so, yeah, I'm worried about possibly leaving that behind,

0:16:47 > 0:16:51taking the plunge for pastures new.

0:16:51 > 0:16:55There was a lot riding on Eric's interview, and, while he prepared,

0:16:55 > 0:16:58Corinne gave the girls a taste of Aussie life.

0:16:58 > 0:17:02- I'm Suzanne.- Hi, I'm Corinne.

0:17:02 > 0:17:07- This is Jodie and Madison. - How you going, guys?- Good.

0:17:07 > 0:17:12And the girls didn't waste any time getting into the saddle.

0:17:13 > 0:17:15- CLICKS HER TONGUE - Walk on.

0:17:15 > 0:17:17Aah!

0:17:20 > 0:17:24Back in the city, recruitment manager Andrei Sarpe

0:17:24 > 0:17:26had been poring over Eric's CV.

0:17:26 > 0:17:29The positive thing is, because of the industry where it is,

0:17:29 > 0:17:31it's at a massive growth stage

0:17:31 > 0:17:34so it's the right time for anyone to come into the industry

0:17:34 > 0:17:36if they'll ever have a chance of coming in.

0:17:36 > 0:17:39- Yeah.- And I think the skills that you've already got

0:17:39 > 0:17:43and the packages that you've been working with

0:17:43 > 0:17:45are very transferable to the market here.

0:17:45 > 0:17:49That's exactly what Eric wanted to hear.

0:17:49 > 0:17:52At the stables, Corinne's time alone with the girls

0:17:52 > 0:17:55reminded her why their life needed to change.

0:17:55 > 0:18:00Eric misses out on a lot of the kids' day-to-day activities.

0:18:00 > 0:18:04And when he does come home from work he feels absolutely wrecked.

0:18:04 > 0:18:06But at the end of the day, it's not an option

0:18:06 > 0:18:09when you've two young kids, you have to get up and out there

0:18:09 > 0:18:12and that's when we feel the pressure.

0:18:12 > 0:18:15We pack everything into the short time he is home.

0:18:15 > 0:18:19And then the routine starts again,

0:18:19 > 0:18:23and that's when the upset starts, when Eric heads off again.

0:18:24 > 0:18:25SHE SOBS

0:18:25 > 0:18:29Find it really difficult. I find it difficult.

0:18:29 > 0:18:33I find emotionally, sometimes I'm wrecked, just with...

0:18:33 > 0:18:36I feel so much for the kids.

0:18:36 > 0:18:37I just really do feel for them

0:18:37 > 0:18:41and it's just like I have to put them first.

0:18:41 > 0:18:45It sounds silly, but I have to be a big girl about things now

0:18:45 > 0:18:47and my kids have to come first.

0:18:47 > 0:18:49My family have to come first

0:18:49 > 0:18:52and I can't really cope much longer

0:18:52 > 0:18:55with the upset that it causes them.

0:18:55 > 0:18:58It was this upset that pushed them

0:18:58 > 0:19:01to consider emigrating to the other side of the world.

0:19:01 > 0:19:06However, the move would have been pointless if Eric still had to work away from home.

0:19:07 > 0:19:09Most of the work is office-based in Perth

0:19:09 > 0:19:13and most of the companies do have facilities in the CBD.

0:19:13 > 0:19:15So there's infrequent travel

0:19:15 > 0:19:19to offshore and maybe onshore sites as well,

0:19:19 > 0:19:22but definitely 95% of the work is done in the CBD

0:19:22 > 0:19:25so it is more family-friendly, compared to a lot of other places.

0:19:25 > 0:19:27To get an opportunity to work in the CBD,

0:19:27 > 0:19:31in the same city, the same country as my wife and children...

0:19:31 > 0:19:35- You get to go home every night. - To go home every night would be fantastic.

0:19:35 > 0:19:39That left just one big question.

0:19:39 > 0:19:42Based on the contract rules, what would you...

0:19:42 > 0:19:45ballpark figure, would you see salary potential?

0:19:45 > 0:19:49The salary ranges can start anywhere between 180

0:19:49 > 0:19:52up into the vicinity of the 300,000s

0:19:52 > 0:19:55for the senior roles and the lead roles.

0:19:55 > 0:19:57Yeah, just trying to do the sums in my head there

0:19:57 > 0:20:00but I think that compares really favourably.

0:20:00 > 0:20:03Certainly the news I wanted to hear.

0:20:03 > 0:20:04Fantastic.

0:20:04 > 0:20:08I think those figures will go down well with my wife as well!

0:20:08 > 0:20:09I'm sure they will!

0:20:09 > 0:20:14Even the lowest possible salary was £113,000,

0:20:14 > 0:20:1738,000 more than Eric earned at the time.

0:20:17 > 0:20:21Suddenly, a future where he could be part of the family looked possible.

0:20:21 > 0:20:25So how did he vote on work in the UK vs Australia?

0:20:25 > 0:20:27Today's went really positive.

0:20:27 > 0:20:29I heard all I needed to hear,

0:20:29 > 0:20:31probably a little bit more.

0:20:31 > 0:20:35Based on all I've been able to find out today,

0:20:35 > 0:20:37my vote goes to...

0:20:39 > 0:20:42..Australia!

0:20:45 > 0:20:52Back at the house, Corinne was keen to know what Eric had found out.

0:20:52 > 0:20:56So where would you be located? Would you have to do any offshore work?

0:20:56 > 0:20:58- It's all based in the CBD. - Office-based?

0:20:58 > 0:21:02Those big tall new buildings you're looking at in the centre of Perth,

0:21:02 > 0:21:06a lot of them are all the major oil companies

0:21:06 > 0:21:09- so all Perth-based, CBD. - That's what you want, isn't it?

0:21:09 > 0:21:14- So you're not having to worry about looking...- Isn't that good?

0:21:14 > 0:21:17Do you like that? Do you like that, Madison?

0:21:17 > 0:21:22- Mm-hmm.- Daddy working in a job that he'd be home every night?

0:21:22 > 0:21:23- Mm-hmm.- Yeah?

0:21:23 > 0:21:25- Yeah?- Oh, dear.

0:21:25 > 0:21:29- I haven't told you what the salary was yet.- All right, tell me.

0:21:29 > 0:21:35He reckons he doesn't see why you couldn't be looking at

0:21:35 > 0:21:39250,000 - 300,000 Australian dollars.

0:21:40 > 0:21:41What?

0:21:41 > 0:21:46And that's before you start even moving into management.

0:21:46 > 0:21:49CORINNE LAUGHS

0:21:51 > 0:21:52Serious!

0:21:54 > 0:21:56- I don't believe you.- Seriously.

0:21:56 > 0:21:59What do you think about that, then?

0:21:59 > 0:22:01Yeah, when can I start?

0:22:01 > 0:22:03Can you do overtime?

0:22:03 > 0:22:04Not yet!

0:22:06 > 0:22:09- Can you work weekends? It is 7-7? - I don't think they do weekends.

0:22:09 > 0:22:11OK, that's something you need to find out.

0:22:11 > 0:22:13THEY LAUGH

0:22:13 > 0:22:16We're OK, we'll amuse ourselves.

0:22:21 > 0:22:24Corinne and Eric's house had been on the market

0:22:24 > 0:22:26for 12 months at £180,000.

0:22:26 > 0:22:30If they couldn't get a decent price, they were thinking of renting it out

0:22:30 > 0:22:33and taking a bigger mortgage in Australia.

0:22:33 > 0:22:39We sent round two estate agents to get their opinion.

0:22:39 > 0:22:41The kitchen's modern

0:22:41 > 0:22:45and most buyers are looking for natural wood kitchens.

0:22:45 > 0:22:47- Nicely done. - That's good.- That's nice.

0:22:47 > 0:22:51This is a well-proportioned bedroom,

0:22:51 > 0:22:53certainly capable of taking a double bed,

0:22:53 > 0:22:57and obviously a little girl's room, but that shouldn't affect the price.

0:22:57 > 0:22:59I'm not little!

0:22:59 > 0:23:04In today's market, I would value this house at £160,000

0:23:04 > 0:23:07and for quick sale, £150,000

0:23:07 > 0:23:11- and for a rental, somewhere in the region of £650 per month.- Yep.- Yes?

0:23:11 > 0:23:14I would expect under current market conditions

0:23:14 > 0:23:19that the property should achieve a figure in the region of £165,000.

0:23:19 > 0:23:20In terms of rental value,

0:23:20 > 0:23:24I would expect it to achieve between £600 and £650 per calendar month.

0:23:24 > 0:23:27- Yeah.- Yeah, that's OK.

0:23:27 > 0:23:30- That's exactly...- What we thought.

0:23:30 > 0:23:34Maybe actually a wee bit more on the sale of the house.

0:23:37 > 0:23:40No big surprises there, then,

0:23:40 > 0:23:41but what did the cost of living reveal?

0:23:41 > 0:23:46We prepared a comparison of prices in Australia to those in the UK.

0:23:49 > 0:23:51Just over slightly doubled.

0:23:51 > 0:23:53The cost of living is,

0:23:53 > 0:23:59basically, slightly more than double what it would be in the UK.

0:23:59 > 0:24:02That was a massive difference.

0:24:02 > 0:24:06Could Eric's higher salary have made up for the hole in their finances?

0:24:06 > 0:24:11Right, so looking at the figures, in the UK, we can get £80,000 a year.

0:24:11 > 0:24:14- Yep.- In Australia, going in at the mid-range,

0:24:14 > 0:24:17you're looking at £110,000 a year

0:24:17 > 0:24:21with the potential to go up another 10 - 15,000

0:24:21 > 0:24:25if you're looking towards the higher end of the income range.

0:24:25 > 0:24:28So, right away, you are £30,000 a year better off here.

0:24:28 > 0:24:32We can achieve the dream of being together as a family

0:24:32 > 0:24:35and financially we're not going to suffer.

0:24:36 > 0:24:40We can have our cake and eat it, in a way.

0:24:40 > 0:24:43Gosh. That's good.

0:24:43 > 0:24:46I'm just really, really excited now.

0:24:46 > 0:24:48That's making me so happy.

0:24:48 > 0:24:50It's better than what we possibly thought.

0:24:54 > 0:24:57Had the Stitts worked out a way to get the dream life?

0:24:57 > 0:24:59How did they vote on living costs?

0:24:59 > 0:25:05Taking into consideration the salary Eric would earn in Australia

0:25:05 > 0:25:07against the salary in the UK

0:25:07 > 0:25:09and also the cost of living...

0:25:10 > 0:25:12..our vote goes to...

0:25:14 > 0:25:17BOTH: ..Australia!

0:25:22 > 0:25:26The figures looked great, but would hearing messages from their loved ones

0:25:26 > 0:25:30make them realise that moving away would be too high a price to pay.

0:25:33 > 0:25:37Let's see what everyone has to say about us back home.

0:25:37 > 0:25:40About a year and a half ago, they came to see us one night

0:25:40 > 0:25:43and they happened to say

0:25:43 > 0:25:46that they were thinking of going to Australia

0:25:46 > 0:25:48and how did we feel about it?

0:25:48 > 0:25:50Well,

0:25:50 > 0:25:53- we were shocked.- Mm-hmm.

0:25:53 > 0:25:57But we understood the situation, we understood how they felt.

0:25:57 > 0:26:00We'll miss sometimes having to go to school to collect the kids,

0:26:00 > 0:26:01bring them home,

0:26:01 > 0:26:04just doing different things in general with them.

0:26:04 > 0:26:07It'll be different that

0:26:07 > 0:26:09a family member lives over there,

0:26:09 > 0:26:11so close to you, but...

0:26:12 > 0:26:16..if it helps their family life, and betters...

0:26:16 > 0:26:18It'll be good for them, you know.

0:26:18 > 0:26:20I will feel very emotional about it.

0:26:20 > 0:26:25It did affect me, yes. Sometimes I try not to show it.

0:26:29 > 0:26:30But it does.

0:26:32 > 0:26:34If they do go,

0:26:34 > 0:26:36and if they stay,

0:26:36 > 0:26:38I know we've always said we would never fly

0:26:38 > 0:26:42but we will try to go to see them.

0:26:42 > 0:26:45But God willing, they'll come back to see us.

0:26:45 > 0:26:48And we'll keep in touch as best we can.

0:26:49 > 0:26:51You're the very best.

0:26:52 > 0:26:55And I just think that...

0:26:59 > 0:27:02All the best, son. All the best.

0:27:04 > 0:27:05Think about it.

0:27:05 > 0:27:09Take in, weigh the pros and cons

0:27:09 > 0:27:13of what you have in Australia and what you have here at home

0:27:13 > 0:27:15and weigh out the difference

0:27:15 > 0:27:18and make the right decision, both of yous.

0:27:18 > 0:27:23We love yous. God bless.

0:27:23 > 0:27:26Brings it home to you a wee bit more, sitting here seeing that, I suppose.

0:27:26 > 0:27:28Och aye, it does.

0:27:31 > 0:27:32But at the end of the day,

0:27:32 > 0:27:36they understand that my quality of life just isn't there.

0:27:36 > 0:27:38Exactly.

0:27:38 > 0:27:40And that's the compromise.

0:27:40 > 0:27:43We're OK financially here,

0:27:43 > 0:27:47we're OK with the lifestyle,

0:27:47 > 0:27:49that's our compromise.

0:27:49 > 0:27:51That's what we have to give up

0:27:51 > 0:27:55and that, to me, is a huge,

0:27:55 > 0:27:56huge stumbling block.

0:27:56 > 0:28:00It's emotional. There's no doubt about it.

0:28:01 > 0:28:05Seeing their messages brought home how painful the move would be.

0:28:05 > 0:28:08But if it was a loss that was too much to bear,

0:28:08 > 0:28:12they'd have to give up on their dream of Australia.

0:28:12 > 0:28:17You can see the emotions, you can see how people feel,

0:28:17 > 0:28:21and it is, it's a significant sacrifice.

0:28:21 > 0:28:25You are walking away from your life, your established life,

0:28:25 > 0:28:29everything you know, everything that's familiar to you,

0:28:29 > 0:28:32and there is a risk involved in that.

0:28:32 > 0:28:35We have to weigh up the pros and cons.

0:28:37 > 0:28:40Obviously on the minus side

0:28:40 > 0:28:43is the sacrifice of leaving people behind,

0:28:43 > 0:28:48but the plus side is the opportunities and lifestyle

0:28:48 > 0:28:51that it could offer Jodie and Madison.

0:28:51 > 0:28:54It was the end of an emotional week for the Stitts

0:28:54 > 0:28:57and time for them to make their final, crucial vote.

0:28:57 > 0:29:00Would the promise of more time together in Australia

0:29:00 > 0:29:04be enough to overcome the pull of home?

0:29:04 > 0:29:06We started off, we weren't too sure

0:29:06 > 0:29:10how we would fit in with Australian life.

0:29:12 > 0:29:13But all in all,

0:29:13 > 0:29:17we as a family have enjoyed our experience here in Perth.

0:29:17 > 0:29:20It's been a positive experience.

0:29:20 > 0:29:26I think we all can see that the dream is more of a possibility now.

0:29:26 > 0:29:28Our vote goes to...

0:29:28 > 0:29:31ALL: Australia!

0:29:35 > 0:29:37Are you happy enough with your decision?

0:29:37 > 0:29:39Yeah, I think so.

0:29:39 > 0:29:43- I think it's just reinforced what we were thinking before we came.- Dada!

0:29:43 > 0:29:46I think we can make it work for us.

0:29:46 > 0:29:48Yeah, I think we could work together.

0:29:50 > 0:29:53You want a kiss too? Mwah!

0:29:53 > 0:29:56- You get one?- Eugh!- No?

0:30:01 > 0:30:03After a week to remember,

0:30:03 > 0:30:06Eric and Corinne decided that Australia could offer them

0:30:06 > 0:30:10the lifestyle they were searching for, but with so much at stake,

0:30:10 > 0:30:13were they able to go through with their plans?

0:30:13 > 0:30:15One year on, we've caught up with them to find out.

0:30:18 > 0:30:21It's May 2012 and the Stitts are enjoying

0:30:21 > 0:30:25- a sunny afternoon in the garden... - Well, that's you off.

0:30:25 > 0:30:27..in Northern Ireland.

0:30:28 > 0:30:31'I think it was probably the first time that we had spent

0:30:31 > 0:30:35'so much time together as a family, in Australia,'

0:30:35 > 0:30:39without Eric having to go off somewhere.

0:30:39 > 0:30:43And once again, Eric's work has taken him away from Corinne

0:30:43 > 0:30:47- and the family.- 'Hello?'- Hello!

0:30:47 > 0:30:50- How's it going?- 'Good. Not too bad. How are you?'

0:30:50 > 0:30:55- I'm grand, I'm grand. You're looking well, pet.- How's work?

0:30:55 > 0:30:57'Yeah, I'm keeping busy.'

0:30:57 > 0:30:59What about the kids? How are they doing?

0:30:59 > 0:31:01Yeah, the kids are great, doing well.

0:31:01 > 0:31:04They're happy enough at school.

0:31:04 > 0:31:08We've been starting to get the packing, get the bags sorted.

0:31:08 > 0:31:12I'm working out what I'm going to bring.

0:31:12 > 0:31:15What's that? The packing?!

0:31:15 > 0:31:20Well, in a week's time I will be on a flight to Australia!

0:31:21 > 0:31:25We're heading out to Perth to be with Eric.

0:31:25 > 0:31:29Just get your suitcases packed! Hurry up and get out here!

0:31:29 > 0:31:30Are you looking forward to it?

0:31:30 > 0:31:33'No, I can't wait. I can't wait until yous get out now.'

0:31:33 > 0:31:36I'm really missing you and Jodie and Madison, honey,

0:31:36 > 0:31:40so you can give them a big kiss and a hug from Daddy.

0:31:40 > 0:31:42We're not having too long to wait now.

0:31:42 > 0:31:45It'll all be worth it in the end, won't it?

0:31:45 > 0:31:49'It will, it will. So I hope you're ready for a big cuddle

0:31:49 > 0:31:52'when you get off that plane. And a big kiss.'

0:31:53 > 0:31:57Five weeks earlier, Eric had flown out of Perth

0:31:57 > 0:31:58to start a new job.

0:31:58 > 0:32:02He's been staying in a rental property while he looks for a bigger place,

0:32:02 > 0:32:04for when the rest of the family comes out to join him.

0:32:09 > 0:32:11Once we returned to the UK,

0:32:11 > 0:32:15we were pretty happy that we wanted to make the move to Australia,

0:32:15 > 0:32:18so we basically got started right away

0:32:18 > 0:32:21trying to put the plans in order, trying to get things organised

0:32:21 > 0:32:24for the move.

0:32:24 > 0:32:27I've now made the move over to Perth,

0:32:27 > 0:32:31but Corinne, Jodie and Madison are still back in Bangor,

0:32:31 > 0:32:34until the end of May, to give me a chance to get over here,

0:32:34 > 0:32:38get the job organised and get everything set up for them arriving.

0:32:42 > 0:32:47My stomach... At the time when we decided, "Yeah, we want to make the move,"

0:32:47 > 0:32:49ach, we were really excited,

0:32:49 > 0:32:52but we were really, really nervous about it as well,

0:32:52 > 0:32:55cos then we were thinking, we've got to go back

0:32:55 > 0:32:58and start making plans.

0:32:58 > 0:33:01And it was just a roller coaster after that.

0:33:01 > 0:33:05Obviously, we're still... we're still apart, um...

0:33:05 > 0:33:09They're back in the UK and I'm over here.

0:33:09 > 0:33:13It isn't ideal but at least it does give me the chance

0:33:13 > 0:33:16to get things ready for them coming here,

0:33:16 > 0:33:19and hopefully making it an easier start for us all

0:33:19 > 0:33:21once they get here.

0:33:21 > 0:33:26It has been really difficult without Eric being here,

0:33:26 > 0:33:29but we're looking forward now to getting out to Australia

0:33:29 > 0:33:32and just getting on with our lives and just being there with him.

0:33:35 > 0:33:37When Eric left the UK,

0:33:37 > 0:33:41so did a container full of the family's belongings.

0:33:41 > 0:33:43With the house empty, they put it up for rental,

0:33:43 > 0:33:47and Corinne and the girls moved in with her parents next door

0:33:47 > 0:33:50for their final few weeks in Northern Ireland.

0:33:50 > 0:33:53Moved everything in, lock, stock and barrel. Dogs, children.

0:33:53 > 0:33:57And, um, it's been fun.

0:33:57 > 0:34:00It has been good, my mum and dad have been absolutely brilliant.

0:34:00 > 0:34:01For Jodie and Madison,

0:34:01 > 0:34:04it's been a completely new experience

0:34:04 > 0:34:08and it's only just the start of their Australian journey.

0:34:08 > 0:34:12I've probably had more ups and downs than they have, really.

0:34:12 > 0:34:16You know, they're so well adjusted to Eric not being around.

0:34:16 > 0:34:19But now, as the time has come sort of closer,

0:34:19 > 0:34:23I think we're all just getting to the stage where we just want to be away now.

0:34:23 > 0:34:26We're tired, we're living out of suitcases,

0:34:26 > 0:34:28it's not normal.

0:34:28 > 0:34:32Um, but we have all... We've done well.

0:34:32 > 0:34:35I think we have done well.

0:34:39 > 0:34:44While Corinne and the girls are coping with the upheaval of leaving the UK,

0:34:44 > 0:34:47in Australia, Eric is dealing with starting a new job

0:34:47 > 0:34:49in unfamiliar territory.

0:34:50 > 0:34:53I've started here as a senior piping designer.

0:34:54 > 0:34:56The financial package is very good

0:34:56 > 0:34:59and also the professional development,

0:34:59 > 0:35:01which I'm looking for as well.

0:35:01 > 0:35:06There's a lot worse places you can think of going to work every morning

0:35:06 > 0:35:09than coming in to the centre of Perth. You're coming in

0:35:09 > 0:35:14and there's sunshine and it's very, very different.

0:35:16 > 0:35:18Obviously the main reason for the move

0:35:18 > 0:35:21was the fact that we didn't have the opportunity,

0:35:21 > 0:35:24or very limited opportunity, to be together as a family.

0:35:24 > 0:35:25When they come over,

0:35:25 > 0:35:29I'll be home every night just after dinner time and be able to spend

0:35:29 > 0:35:31the evenings with Corinne and the kids,

0:35:31 > 0:35:34that'll be just so much more time together,

0:35:34 > 0:35:36and the family time that we've been looking for

0:35:36 > 0:35:38and we've been wanting.

0:35:38 > 0:35:43And what, really, the move here has been about the whole time.

0:35:45 > 0:35:47Meanwhile, back in the UK,

0:35:47 > 0:35:50it's Madison's and Jodie's last day at school,

0:35:50 > 0:35:53as they get another step closer to joining their dad.

0:35:53 > 0:35:54The kids are now just so focused

0:35:54 > 0:35:57on going to Australia and being with their dad.

0:35:57 > 0:36:00I hope that it's not going to be an upset for them,

0:36:00 > 0:36:03but I don't think it will be. I think it's me saying bye

0:36:03 > 0:36:06to people I've been friends with at the school.

0:36:06 > 0:36:11I think it's probably me that's going to be the most upset.

0:36:11 > 0:36:15What did you get? Oh, wow! And a book on Madison!

0:36:15 > 0:36:19Yeah. I'm tired!

0:36:19 > 0:36:23- You did very well.- I'm tired. - Right. Want to go home?- Yay.

0:36:23 > 0:36:25All right, then. Come on.

0:36:27 > 0:36:29- Bye!- Bye.

0:36:29 > 0:36:32- GIRL: Bye, Madison!- Bye.

0:36:34 > 0:36:37Looking through the girls' good-luck messages from school,

0:36:37 > 0:36:41Corinne has time to reflect on everything they're leaving behind.

0:36:41 > 0:36:44"It has been a pleasure to have such a well-mannered,

0:36:44 > 0:36:48"hard-working girl in my class this year."

0:36:48 > 0:36:51That's really lovely, isn't it?

0:36:51 > 0:36:52It's something to keep.

0:36:54 > 0:36:59'It's just closing such a chapter in our lives and our kids' lives.'

0:36:59 > 0:37:02I wish Eric had have been here.

0:37:02 > 0:37:05I miss him not being here now, and supportive,

0:37:05 > 0:37:08trying to cope with these final three days.

0:37:09 > 0:37:12- And this is you with Barney Bear. - Yeah.

0:37:12 > 0:37:16- Were you sad to leave all your friends?- Just a wee bit.

0:37:16 > 0:37:20- Just a wee bit. You're very, very brave, aren't you?- Yeah.

0:37:20 > 0:37:23Yeah, I'm glad you had a good day.

0:37:23 > 0:37:28In Perth, Eric is also busy, making sure the move runs smoothly.

0:37:28 > 0:37:32He's been viewing properties for the family to rent when they arrive.

0:37:32 > 0:37:34But back during their trial week,

0:37:34 > 0:37:37Corinne had some strong views on their ideal house down under,

0:37:37 > 0:37:40so it's a big responsibility.

0:37:42 > 0:37:46There is a wee bit of pressure with the house-hunting.

0:37:46 > 0:37:50Having somewhere where they're going to feel at home, the kids

0:37:50 > 0:37:55are going to settle, Corinne's going to settle, is really, really crucial.

0:37:55 > 0:37:58I think that they prefer, the kids prefer, Secret Harbour, really.

0:37:58 > 0:38:03- I know they like being close to the beach.- Well, just weigh it up.

0:38:03 > 0:38:07I'll leave it up to you. You know, make the decision that you think...

0:38:07 > 0:38:11- Don't do that!- It'll be right for us. And if it's not, then...

0:38:11 > 0:38:14No, I can't take responsibility for this,

0:38:14 > 0:38:16you're the one that makes all the big decisions, pet.

0:38:16 > 0:38:20Let's hope Eric is up to the challenge.

0:38:20 > 0:38:22I do trust him.

0:38:22 > 0:38:24I think we're both on the same wavelength

0:38:24 > 0:38:27when it comes to the house. I hope so!

0:38:29 > 0:38:32Today, he's viewing a property in Secret Harbour,

0:38:32 > 0:38:35an area they've been keen on since their trial week.

0:38:37 > 0:38:40- Hi, Eric, I'm Carol.- Hi, Carol, pleased to meet you.- Come on in.

0:38:40 > 0:38:41Thanks very much.

0:38:41 > 0:38:46- This is lovely.- Yep. Plenty of space for your double fridge freezer.

0:38:46 > 0:38:49- And you've got your dishwasher. - The dishwasher comes too?- Yeah.

0:38:49 > 0:38:53And that leads out into your patio area.

0:38:53 > 0:38:56So, outdoor entertaining area, and then obviously you've got your pool.

0:38:56 > 0:39:00That's brilliant. That is a nice size. I'm looking at this pool...

0:39:00 > 0:39:02- It is nice. - ERIC LAUGHS

0:39:03 > 0:39:06I can see two little girls' faces right now.

0:39:07 > 0:39:08So I can.

0:39:08 > 0:39:11Hopefully, that will keep everyone happy.

0:39:11 > 0:39:13Eric has a final look round,

0:39:13 > 0:39:17but Corinne will have to make do with just the photos.

0:39:17 > 0:39:20- How did it go?- It's really nice, Carol, absolutely lovely.

0:39:20 > 0:39:24I think I'm pretty confident to go ahead and lodge the application, if possible?

0:39:24 > 0:39:26Fantastic! Congratulations.

0:39:26 > 0:39:29We'll sort out all the paperwork and get that off to you.

0:39:29 > 0:39:34It just seems to be that our little checklist, I can tick everything off

0:39:34 > 0:39:38and get bonuses, like pool tables, which I didn't even have on the list.

0:39:38 > 0:39:42I'm really happy. Hope Corinne is.

0:39:42 > 0:39:44- Nice to meet you again. - Pleasure, Carol, thanks very much.

0:39:44 > 0:39:45Take care. Bye-bye.

0:39:47 > 0:39:51I've secured the job. I just secured the house.

0:39:51 > 0:39:55Um, yeah, so it's getting off to a really positive start.

0:40:00 > 0:40:04With a house now sorted and the move less than a week away,

0:40:04 > 0:40:07all that remains is for Corinne to tie up the loose ends

0:40:07 > 0:40:08of their life in Northern Ireland.

0:40:10 > 0:40:13Recently, over the last couple of weeks, it's been,

0:40:13 > 0:40:17"That's the last time we'll go there."

0:40:17 > 0:40:21We've been doing our sort of Northern Ireland bucket list.

0:40:22 > 0:40:27And we've been to different places that the kids like and that I like.

0:40:29 > 0:40:34It sort of feels a wee bit surreal, actually, that I am actually going

0:40:34 > 0:40:38to get on a flight to Australia - and it's a one-way ticket.

0:40:38 > 0:40:42You know, that feels really strange, but it feels good as well.

0:40:42 > 0:40:46It feels great that I'm going there and that's it.

0:40:48 > 0:40:53You know, we do miss him. And I just can't wait...

0:40:53 > 0:40:56I can't wait to go out there and start our lives together.

0:40:56 > 0:40:58I really can't.

0:41:04 > 0:41:09And finally, just a few days later, the waiting is almost over.

0:41:10 > 0:41:13When I see Corinne and Jodie and Madison at the airport,

0:41:13 > 0:41:18in reality, that's when our new life here begins - when they land.

0:41:18 > 0:41:22I think I've been going over it so many times in my head

0:41:22 > 0:41:24about how it's going to go and...

0:41:24 > 0:41:29Oh, just looking forward so much to seeing them again.

0:41:52 > 0:41:54- Hello!- Dada!

0:41:55 > 0:41:58- Hello, me pet.- Don't squish!

0:41:59 > 0:42:01- Don't squish.- You all right?

0:42:05 > 0:42:07I'm so glad to see you.

0:42:13 > 0:42:15Come here, me pet.

0:42:16 > 0:42:18I'm still not feeling well.

0:42:26 > 0:42:27It's just so much to take in.

0:42:29 > 0:42:32This is real now and we're going to be all together

0:42:32 > 0:42:35and it's the dream come true.

0:42:37 > 0:42:39- I've missed you. - I've missed you too.

0:42:42 > 0:42:43CORINNE SOBS

0:42:45 > 0:42:48- Oh, now go home? - ERIC LAUGHS

0:42:54 > 0:42:56After years of heartache,

0:42:56 > 0:42:58the Stitts are finally back together as a family

0:42:58 > 0:43:01and ready to start their lives in Perth.

0:43:01 > 0:43:04We wish them the very best of luck with their future down under.
