0:00:02 > 0:00:06Today I'm in a county where this breed of horse has lived since the 16th century,

0:00:06 > 0:00:09and they've been ploughing the fields and tilling the land ever since.

0:00:09 > 0:00:15This gorgeous gelding even shares its name with the county with which it has become so closely associated.

0:00:15 > 0:00:17So have you guessed where I am yet?

0:00:17 > 0:00:21Well, to find out, keep watching as I leap into the saddle and we escape to the country.

0:00:33 > 0:00:37In today's show I'll be helping a couple find a dream home

0:00:37 > 0:00:40in the country for the new life ahead of them.

0:00:40 > 0:00:43- I really love it.- I love it, I love!

0:00:43 > 0:00:46I love it. We've only seen the first part of the house.

0:00:46 > 0:00:49I'll be taking them on a tour of three tempting rural properties.

0:00:49 > 0:00:51Impressive, isn't it?

0:00:51 > 0:00:53It is a wow, isn't it?

0:00:53 > 0:00:56And the last of those will be the mystery house.

0:00:56 > 0:01:00But will any of our properties inspire them enough to take on a new set of keys?

0:01:03 > 0:01:05There you go.

0:01:05 > 0:01:11Well, today I'm in Suffolk where the celebrated Suffolk Punch has been bred for 600 years.

0:01:11 > 0:01:15It's their stocky bodies and short legs that make them ideal for tough work,

0:01:15 > 0:01:18perfect for helping out on the farm.

0:01:21 > 0:01:25Suffolk sits amongst its East Anglian county neighbours

0:01:25 > 0:01:29and was part of the historic Anglo-Saxon kingdom of East Angles.

0:01:29 > 0:01:33With an eastern coastline, it has an important seafaring history of trade with Europe.

0:01:33 > 0:01:37Ipswich, the county's capital, sits on the River Orwell.

0:01:37 > 0:01:43It's long been a popular safe harbour for sailors navigating the tricky waters of the North Sea.

0:01:45 > 0:01:50The majority of the land is low-lying, with acres of environmentally significant wetland.

0:01:50 > 0:01:54Further northwest lies Bury St Edmunds.

0:01:54 > 0:01:59A church has stood on the site of St Edmundsbury Cathedral since 1065

0:01:59 > 0:02:02but was largely rebuilt in the 16th century.

0:02:02 > 0:02:07Amazingly, the Gothic revival tower stood as a stump for much of the 20th century,

0:02:07 > 0:02:11until it was finally completed in 2005, using traditional techniques.

0:02:11 > 0:02:15As a county, Suffolk enjoys a mix of architectural styles,

0:02:15 > 0:02:20with Tudor beam buildings and thatch cottages being predominant,

0:02:20 > 0:02:23and of course, the pink paint-wash buildings that are so prevalent

0:02:23 > 0:02:26throughout the area provide it with a distinctive look.

0:02:29 > 0:02:33So at what price comes house and home in Suffolk?

0:02:33 > 0:02:36With the price of the average detached house coming in at

0:02:36 > 0:02:382% higher than the national average,

0:02:38 > 0:02:41your money will stretch even further than you think.

0:02:41 > 0:02:46Whatever your budget, there are a range of fantastic properties available - take a look at these.

0:02:46 > 0:02:50If you're lucky enough to have £1.75 million,

0:02:50 > 0:02:53then how about this five-bedroom farmhouse in Milden?

0:02:53 > 0:02:58The living area oozes character and the games room is a handy accessory.

0:02:58 > 0:03:02But best of all, the 15 acres of garden are home to a swimming pool,

0:03:02 > 0:03:05and your very own airstrip.

0:03:05 > 0:03:09If you can't quite afford that lifestyle but are chasing a slice of history,

0:03:09 > 0:03:14then maybe this 17th century home in Hundon, up for £750,000

0:03:14 > 0:03:15might be to your taste.

0:03:15 > 0:03:20Sitting in a quiet, rural location, the property is tastefully decorated

0:03:20 > 0:03:22and offers spacious accommodation.

0:03:22 > 0:03:26Or finally, if your budget is a more modest £250,000,

0:03:26 > 0:03:30then this 19th century cottage in Fressingfield might be up your street.

0:03:30 > 0:03:33The three-bedroom home is cosy and tidy

0:03:33 > 0:03:36and for garden lovers, there's a good-sized lawn

0:03:36 > 0:03:37with well-stocked borders.

0:03:37 > 0:03:41There's certainly a fabulous selection of properties on offer in Suffolk,

0:03:41 > 0:03:46so hopefully we'll be able to pick up some real gems for today's property hunters.

0:03:48 > 0:03:52Ricky and Liz are engaged to be married and live in a large,

0:03:52 > 0:03:55six-bedroom home in Witham in Essex, with their dog, Molly.

0:03:55 > 0:03:58They bought this show home just four years ago.

0:03:58 > 0:04:05But now, with a new married life just around the corner, they're dreaming of a smaller home in the country.

0:04:05 > 0:04:09Witham is a town that's built up. People don't really know each other.

0:04:09 > 0:04:12They all go to work each day, they come back again.

0:04:12 > 0:04:15We just feel that somewhere smaller with a community spirit

0:04:15 > 0:04:20would be somewhere more pleasant to live. Get to know people, get involved with the village.

0:04:20 > 0:04:22Ricky will be joining Liz in retirement next year,

0:04:22 > 0:04:26and with all their spare time they hope to indulge in their passion

0:04:26 > 0:04:28for antiques and collectables.

0:04:28 > 0:04:32I collect glasses and china, so it would be nice to spend some time

0:04:32 > 0:04:35and some fun in the auction house.

0:04:35 > 0:04:38It would. I would like to buy some old toys and perhaps get rid of them

0:04:38 > 0:04:42on internet auctions and make a bit of money, which will be nice.

0:04:42 > 0:04:48Although they're downsizing, they'll still need enough room to house their collections and as ever with a move,

0:04:48 > 0:04:50there are plenty of factors to take into account.

0:04:50 > 0:04:54I really love this room. It's one of my favourites in the house.

0:04:54 > 0:04:57With the dual aspect, we get the sun in the morning and in the afternoon.

0:04:57 > 0:05:03Brilliant fireplace and very spacious, and this is really what I want in my new home as well.

0:05:03 > 0:05:07We live in a built-up area, with a lot of traffic around.

0:05:07 > 0:05:10It's a shame that Molly can't be let off the lead.

0:05:10 > 0:05:15It's too dangerous around here. We'd love to move somewhere rural, where I can let her run free in the grass.

0:05:15 > 0:05:19They would also like a reasonable-sized private garden,

0:05:19 > 0:05:22a large kitchen with a separate dining room,

0:05:22 > 0:05:25and Ricky is keen to have a double garage and workshop.

0:05:25 > 0:05:30As an addition to his current set of wheels, he has aspirations of owning a classic car.

0:05:30 > 0:05:33It all sounds pretty straightforward.

0:05:33 > 0:05:36But in a nutshell, what's their ideal property?

0:05:36 > 0:05:42A detached house, with some character. Nice rural surroundings, open countryside.

0:05:42 > 0:05:45- A nice big kitchen, three to four bedrooms.- A homely feel, really,

0:05:45 > 0:05:47as this house has been.

0:05:49 > 0:05:51We're eager to hunt down that perfect home.

0:05:51 > 0:05:56But first we've asked a local estate agent to give a valuation for their current home,

0:05:56 > 0:06:00which they bought 4 years ago for just under £420,000.

0:06:00 > 0:06:04This five/six bedroom family detached home, with double garage,

0:06:04 > 0:06:07within close proximity to two highly-regarded primary schools,

0:06:07 > 0:06:12would be valued in the region of £395,000.

0:06:17 > 0:06:21It's a strange period in house-selling at the moment.

0:06:21 > 0:06:24So, although it's actually less than we paid for it,

0:06:24 > 0:06:26I wasn't really surprised.

0:06:26 > 0:06:28No, it's what we were expecting.

0:06:28 > 0:06:34The market is in free-fall at the moment. I guess that's the only figure we can expect.

0:06:34 > 0:06:38It's hard times but we need to fix the budget.

0:06:38 > 0:06:41Our maximum budget would be £350,000.

0:06:41 > 0:06:44So this is what today's property search is all about.

0:06:44 > 0:06:48They're looking for a three to four-bedroom character property in a village.

0:06:48 > 0:06:51They'd like a separate dining area, and a large kitchen,

0:06:51 > 0:06:54and, for Ricky, we've got to find a garage with a workshop.

0:06:56 > 0:07:00Although Ricky and Liz are looking to escape to a rural haven,

0:07:00 > 0:07:03they don't want to be too far away from family and friends in Essex

0:07:03 > 0:07:06and London. So we're focusing our property search

0:07:06 > 0:07:10to the south of the county, around the Stowmarket area.

0:07:10 > 0:07:15Over the course of a couple of days, they'll be joining me on a tour of three country homes.

0:07:15 > 0:07:21As ever, I'll be keeping tight-lipped about the prices until after they've given the properties the once-over.

0:07:21 > 0:07:24The last on the list will be the mystery house,

0:07:24 > 0:07:29our little twist of their criteria that might just make them think beyond their boundaries.

0:07:29 > 0:07:31- Good morning, Ricky and Liz.- Hi.- Hi.

0:07:31 > 0:07:34Thank you for bringing me to Suffolk, a gorgeous part of the world.

0:07:34 > 0:07:38- It certainly is.- Good choice! This is a big move for you, isn't it?

0:07:38 > 0:07:40- It is.- A lot happening. Tell me why it's so exciting.

0:07:40 > 0:07:44Lots of things, really. Ricky retires next year.

0:07:44 > 0:07:46- We're getting married.- Yeah.

0:07:46 > 0:07:49We've been together five years and...time for a change.

0:07:49 > 0:07:52- That is a lot happening. Some really big moves.- It's a big year.

0:07:52 > 0:07:56Retirement, marriage - very nice, and moving to a new part of the world.

0:07:56 > 0:07:59We have got a decent budget, haven't we?

0:07:59 > 0:08:03- Not too bad, yeah.- £350,000. But we are downsizing.

0:08:03 > 0:08:06Yes. We're going for somewhere a little bit smaller,

0:08:06 > 0:08:09see if we can release a bit of cash from our house sale,

0:08:09 > 0:08:11and use that for our retirement and more holidays.

0:08:11 > 0:08:15We're going to do our best to find your dream home on this journey.

0:08:15 > 0:08:18Lovely properties, and of course, the mystery house.

0:08:18 > 0:08:22- Oh, yes.- I know you're looking forward to that one! So let's get a move on.

0:08:24 > 0:08:26Ricky and Liz have a budget of £350,000

0:08:26 > 0:08:31and they're looking for a home that offers them plenty of character.

0:08:31 > 0:08:33Liz is keen to have a large kitchen

0:08:33 > 0:08:36and they both agree they need three to four bedrooms.

0:08:36 > 0:08:40They'd like a reasonable-sized garden for their dog Molly to run around in,

0:08:40 > 0:08:43and, finally, they'd like a double garage.

0:08:43 > 0:08:47And as they've had the luxury of living in a brand new show house,

0:08:47 > 0:08:49they're looking to avoid a DIY project.

0:08:52 > 0:08:56So we're on the first part of your journey, out here in Suffolk, how are you feeling?

0:08:56 > 0:08:58Excited, aren't we?

0:08:58 > 0:09:02Absolutely. We can't wait to see what you've found for us.

0:09:02 > 0:09:06What is it exactly about Suffolk that makes it the place for you?

0:09:06 > 0:09:10I think it's a very pretty county, quite near to the coast

0:09:10 > 0:09:15and it's got good links to London and just a generally nice area.

0:09:15 > 0:09:16That's right.

0:09:16 > 0:09:20It's very rural countryside but it has got lovely pretty villages,

0:09:20 > 0:09:22which is where we want to live.

0:09:25 > 0:09:28Our first property is in the heart of the village of Old Newton,

0:09:28 > 0:09:31three miles north of Stowmarket.

0:09:31 > 0:09:35This place will certainly offer Ricky and Liz a sense of community.

0:09:35 > 0:09:40The pub, village hall and sports and social club are all important to this village

0:09:40 > 0:09:44and will provide plenty of opportunities for them to mix with the neighbours.

0:09:44 > 0:09:47So things are looking good already for house number one.

0:09:47 > 0:09:51- The property I want to show you is right here.- Wow.

0:09:51 > 0:09:52Have a look at this!

0:09:52 > 0:09:56- That is nice.- It actually used to be the blacksmith's cottage.

0:09:56 > 0:09:59- Really?- Yes. It was built in 1674.

0:09:59 > 0:10:04- Goodness me.- I know! There have been extensions so it's not ALL that old.

0:10:04 > 0:10:06It's got a lot of history to it.

0:10:06 > 0:10:12- It does look lovely.- Does it fit the picture you've had in your head of what you might move into?

0:10:12 > 0:10:16- Yeah it certainly could do, yeah. - Really?- Depends on the DIY really!

0:10:16 > 0:10:20Depends on the DIY. So it depends on what's inside. Let's find out.

0:10:20 > 0:10:22Let's find out.

0:10:26 > 0:10:29In we come.

0:10:29 > 0:10:33- Nice, country-style living, straight into the kitchen.- Yeah.

0:10:33 > 0:10:35- Lovely.- And what do you think?

0:10:35 > 0:10:37- Not a bad size. - It's not a bad size, is it?

0:10:37 > 0:10:41It's not the hugest kitchen but they've still made space for a table.

0:10:41 > 0:10:46- And it's fairly recently done, but quite sympathetically.- Very nicely.

0:10:46 > 0:10:49Is this what you're looking for? There's a lot of character here.

0:10:49 > 0:10:52- I would have maybe liked slightly larger.- Right.- But it's fine.

0:10:52 > 0:10:56- Not necessarily what I was looking for, but it's fine.- It is lovely.

0:10:56 > 0:11:00Very nice, very workable. Lots of light with the two windows.

0:11:00 > 0:11:02- Yeah.- I did notice the barn door.

0:11:02 > 0:11:04That's right, it's got a stable door.

0:11:04 > 0:11:07Can you picture yourself here, cooking up a storm?

0:11:07 > 0:11:11- Yes. I think so, definitely, yeah. - This is a good start. I like it.

0:11:11 > 0:11:13- Very good start!- We're impressed.

0:11:13 > 0:11:16- Well done.- You wanted something a bit bigger...- Yeah.

0:11:16 > 0:11:19..presumably so you'd have some dining space.

0:11:19 > 0:11:24Yeah, when you've got family and friends round, and you're cooking in the kitchen, that sort of thing.

0:11:24 > 0:11:28- What if it was just next door? - Not too bad.- That might work!

0:11:28 > 0:11:34- Let's have a look.- OK.- This could be, I think, a stunning dining space.

0:11:34 > 0:11:36Wow!

0:11:36 > 0:11:37THEY LAUGH

0:11:37 > 0:11:41- Stunning fireplace. Stunning. - That is something else altogether.

0:11:41 > 0:11:45- It is. It's such a great feature for the room, isn't it?- It is.

0:11:45 > 0:11:47Lovely. I love the fireplace.

0:11:47 > 0:11:50It's just such a great feature for the room, isn't it?

0:11:50 > 0:11:51It is.

0:11:51 > 0:11:53This isn't your only living space.

0:11:53 > 0:11:56There's more. We're still in the 17th century part.

0:11:56 > 0:11:58Let's move into the 19th century.

0:11:58 > 0:12:00- This way.- OK.

0:12:00 > 0:12:07Come through this lovely hallway with another impressive floor, and we're into the second reception room.

0:12:07 > 0:12:10- It's another bright room. - Decent size, and very bright.

0:12:10 > 0:12:14They're quite big windows for a cottage. Very big windows, aren't they?

0:12:14 > 0:12:16- Another fireplace. - Wood-burning stove there.

0:12:16 > 0:12:18Again, in working order.

0:12:18 > 0:12:21Beautiful cottage. Beautiful doors.

0:12:21 > 0:12:23It's a lovely room.

0:12:23 > 0:12:26- Tucked over there, just have a look. - I can see a little door.

0:12:26 > 0:12:31Through there, they've got a study, a storage area, the boiler's in there.

0:12:31 > 0:12:34I was thinking - there isn't a downstairs cloakroom.

0:12:34 > 0:12:37You could potentially put one in there.

0:12:37 > 0:12:41I think that would work quite well. It's got a water supply already.

0:12:41 > 0:12:45- A little bit of DIY.- Not for me, I'll pay somebody.- All sorted!

0:12:45 > 0:12:51All in all, you've seen downstairs, almost all of it, there's a little bit more I want to show you.

0:12:51 > 0:12:54'But before I show them the extra downstairs room,

0:12:54 > 0:12:57'we're going to take a look at what upstairs has to offer.'

0:12:57 > 0:13:01You've got a nice, wide staircase here.

0:13:01 > 0:13:06- Very steep.- It doesn't feel - too- cottagey, does it?- No.

0:13:06 > 0:13:10- You've still got all the space. - Lovely stripped floorboards.

0:13:10 > 0:13:12And come on through...

0:13:12 > 0:13:16- to this good-sized room, I thought, could be your master.- Oh, yes.

0:13:16 > 0:13:19- Another bright, light room. - It is, isn't it?

0:13:19 > 0:13:21- Built-in wardrobes.- We can get our big bed in here.

0:13:21 > 0:13:23Have you got a king size?

0:13:23 > 0:13:26- Yes, about the same size as this one.- OK, lots of room for that.

0:13:26 > 0:13:28As you said, the built-in wardrobes,

0:13:28 > 0:13:31if you felt the need to go shopping...

0:13:31 > 0:13:33She does need a lot of space.

0:13:33 > 0:13:36- Nice view out the window again. - High ceilings.

0:13:36 > 0:13:38This room is doing really well.

0:13:38 > 0:13:43- The only thing that would make it a bit better would be...- An en-suite.

0:13:43 > 0:13:45It would be, wouldn't it? Have a look in there.

0:13:45 > 0:13:48- Ah!- Ah-ha.- Hidden delights.

0:13:48 > 0:13:51Yes! And you've got your en-suite!

0:13:51 > 0:13:54Yeah, shower, toilet, sink.

0:13:54 > 0:13:56- Heated towel rail.- Yeah, it's good.

0:13:56 > 0:13:59- Luxury.- Very nice.- It's the small things that count, isn't it?

0:13:59 > 0:14:03- Heated towel rail..- You need your comforts.- ..And you're happy!

0:14:03 > 0:14:05Well, that's gone down a treat.

0:14:05 > 0:14:08Just next door to the master is the family bathroom

0:14:08 > 0:14:12which is not a bad size and has the ever-popular white suite.

0:14:12 > 0:14:16And next door again is the second of the three bedrooms up here,

0:14:16 > 0:14:19which takes a single bed and would work as a guestroom.

0:14:19 > 0:14:21Then there's the final room.

0:14:21 > 0:14:25And here's your third bedroom, which is another good-sized double.

0:14:25 > 0:14:28- It is, isn't it? - Two windows, so bright again.

0:14:28 > 0:14:30So much light in here, isn't there?

0:14:30 > 0:14:33Light, big rooms. You really can't fault this property.

0:14:33 > 0:14:37- Nice...beam.- Gives a real spacious feel to it.

0:14:37 > 0:14:42- With all the character.- Yeah. It's got the country feeling to it.

0:14:42 > 0:14:45- A really lovely cottage. - So far, marks out of ten?

0:14:45 > 0:14:49- Eight, nine? - Eight, nine, that's right.

0:14:49 > 0:14:51I'm going to try and nudge it up to a ten!

0:14:51 > 0:14:55Let's head back downstairs. There's something special I want to show you.

0:14:55 > 0:14:59'The next room isn't something they'd asked for, but I think it's a real bonus.

0:14:59 > 0:15:01'And it's on our way out to the garden.'

0:15:01 > 0:15:04So, what do you think of this?

0:15:04 > 0:15:06This is very pretty.

0:15:06 > 0:15:08Oh, it is, isn't it? Very nice.

0:15:08 > 0:15:10- A bonus.- A bonus room.- Exactly!

0:15:10 > 0:15:13Really brings the garden into the house.

0:15:13 > 0:15:18I think it's time we took a look outside because this plot goes almost all the way around the house.

0:15:18 > 0:15:19There's quite a bit to it.

0:15:19 > 0:15:23And another little extra that I want to show you. Come this way.

0:15:23 > 0:15:24We like extras!

0:15:25 > 0:15:31You have got quite a bit of space outside, I've got to say. It wraps right the way around the house.

0:15:31 > 0:15:32We'll start here with...

0:15:32 > 0:15:35what's being used as a vegetable plot at the moment.

0:15:35 > 0:15:37That will be good for you, Ricky.

0:15:37 > 0:15:43And a nice seating space for some outside dining, al fresco, and lots of mature trees.

0:15:43 > 0:15:46You can share it, but I think this could be just for you, Ricky.

0:15:46 > 0:15:50- Oh, I think this is my part. - This is the blacksmith's old forge.

0:15:50 > 0:15:52Oh, wow, what a space!

0:15:52 > 0:15:54I thought you might say that, Ricky!

0:15:54 > 0:15:58- Wonderful.- I thought this was something you'd particularly like.

0:15:58 > 0:16:02Oh, yes! Plenty of space here for a classic car and workshop.

0:16:02 > 0:16:06I could be out here for a long time, I think.

0:16:06 > 0:16:13That was my last, special, extra surprise twist for you. Have I nudged it up from an eight and a half, nine?

0:16:13 > 0:16:16You have for Ricky. This doesn't appeal to me.

0:16:16 > 0:16:20Spiders and corrugated roof - it's not my style.

0:16:20 > 0:16:23We'll go back to the kitchen for you, I think.

0:16:23 > 0:16:27This is it, you've seen it all, so you know what's coming next.

0:16:27 > 0:16:31- Oh, yes. Let's head back out there and guess the price.- OK.

0:16:36 > 0:16:39So, guys, I think we're off to a pretty good start.

0:16:39 > 0:16:40It was nice. Very nice.

0:16:40 > 0:16:43- An impressive looking property. - It certainly is.

0:16:43 > 0:16:47In the heart of a lovely village. So, how much do you think it's worth?

0:16:47 > 0:16:54Well, based on our maximum of 350, I'd say it was probably worth a tiny bit more, maybe 360.

0:16:54 > 0:16:58- OK. You, Liz?- I think I'd go slightly under to about 355.

0:16:58 > 0:17:03355. Do you like it enough to pay that amount for it, if you had it?

0:17:03 > 0:17:07Maybe, depending on further research into the village and what it's like.

0:17:07 > 0:17:13- Yeah.- What if I told you it's actually on the market for £325,000?

0:17:13 > 0:17:17- Really? That is a surprise. - A nice surprise.- Very nice.

0:17:17 > 0:17:21That would leave plenty of money for alterations and improvements.

0:17:21 > 0:17:23- Furniture.- Shopping. - Yeah.- Holidays.

0:17:23 > 0:17:26That's my last big surprise for you, and I think it's a good one.

0:17:26 > 0:17:30- We've had a lot of surprises! - With that new information,

0:17:30 > 0:17:33I think you'll enjoy having another wander round,

0:17:33 > 0:17:34without me following you around.

0:17:34 > 0:17:38And then I'll catch up with you later on and see what your thoughts are.

0:17:38 > 0:17:40- OK. Thanks very much. - See you later on.

0:17:42 > 0:17:43We are off to a flying start.

0:17:43 > 0:17:46And I think now that they know the price is under budget,

0:17:46 > 0:17:50this one could be top of their list, although there are more to see.

0:17:50 > 0:17:53So this former blacksmith's cottage

0:17:53 > 0:17:57is comfortably under budget at £325,000.

0:17:57 > 0:18:00It has the character features they're looking for,

0:18:00 > 0:18:02three bedrooms, the bonus of a conservatory,

0:18:02 > 0:18:04and a workshop/garage

0:18:04 > 0:18:09which I've no doubt Ricky will be able to fill very easily.

0:18:09 > 0:18:12I like the way the conservatory leads off the kitchen.

0:18:12 > 0:18:14Yeah, it's so full of light with those two windows.

0:18:14 > 0:18:18It's got a real old-fashioned feel to it but the units are modern.

0:18:18 > 0:18:20It's certainly got the wow factor.

0:18:20 > 0:18:24It's got some fantastic features in it and the garden is great.

0:18:24 > 0:18:28I love the workshop. I could spend happily lots of hours out there.

0:18:28 > 0:18:31This house is amazing, really.

0:18:31 > 0:18:33Nothing like I expected from the outside.

0:18:33 > 0:18:38Looked quite small from the outside. But inside, lovely-sized rooms.

0:18:38 > 0:18:41Very light, airy. A couple of very special rooms.

0:18:41 > 0:18:44I did like the house and I was quite surprised about the price.

0:18:44 > 0:18:47I thought it would be more expensive than it was.

0:18:47 > 0:18:49So it's definitely a possibility.

0:18:49 > 0:18:55Kitchen possibly could be a bit larger but that can be sorted,

0:18:55 > 0:18:57maybe a bit of DIY and building.

0:18:57 > 0:18:59But very impressed overall.

0:18:59 > 0:19:01Lovely window on the outside as well.

0:19:01 > 0:19:03- I love this house.- Yeah, so do I!

0:19:07 > 0:19:12- Hey, guys, I was just enjoying that blacksmith's forge.- It's wonderful.

0:19:12 > 0:19:15But there's a lot more to see. So I know you love this property

0:19:15 > 0:19:16- but let's check out some more.- OK!

0:19:26 > 0:19:29Although Ricky and Liz aren't moving a million miles away,

0:19:29 > 0:19:33they aren't too familiar with Suffolk so they're calling in

0:19:33 > 0:19:36at Bury St Edmunds to see what it has to offer.

0:19:36 > 0:19:39The historic market town grew up around a large abbey

0:19:39 > 0:19:42which was one of the richest Benedictine monasteries in the country.

0:19:42 > 0:19:45All that exists now is the abbey gate.

0:19:45 > 0:19:48Built in the 11th and 12th centuries,

0:19:48 > 0:19:52it went into decline within 200 years and now lies in ruin.

0:19:52 > 0:19:54So this is the abbey ruins.

0:19:54 > 0:19:58Bit too much of a project for you!

0:19:58 > 0:20:01It's not just the ruins that attract visitors.

0:20:01 > 0:20:06The beautifully-manicured gardens are an attraction in themselves.

0:20:06 > 0:20:10The history continues just round the corner in the cathedral grounds

0:20:10 > 0:20:12where there stands a statue of King Edmund,

0:20:12 > 0:20:15the last king of the East Angles,

0:20:15 > 0:20:19who was killed by the Danes in 869 AD.

0:20:19 > 0:20:22Formerly a place of pilgrimage, nowadays, Bury St Edmunds

0:20:22 > 0:20:26has lots to offer visitors, with history, culture and charm.

0:20:28 > 0:20:31Moyse's Hall Museum, sitting in the market square,

0:20:31 > 0:20:34is one of England's few surviving Norman houses,

0:20:34 > 0:20:37and dates back to around 1180.

0:20:37 > 0:20:42The great hall holds exhibitions on fashions and trade throughout the years.

0:20:42 > 0:20:46Whilst the west gallery focuses on Bury St Edmunds from the medieval times,

0:20:46 > 0:20:48through to the present day.

0:20:48 > 0:20:50There's a treat for Ricky.

0:20:50 > 0:20:53Oh, wow, Dinky toys.

0:20:53 > 0:20:54I've got those four.

0:20:54 > 0:20:56I haven't got those ones, though.

0:20:56 > 0:20:58Fantastic.

0:20:58 > 0:21:01The narrow-paved streets breathe the town's history

0:21:01 > 0:21:04and Liz is starting to feel at home here.

0:21:04 > 0:21:09I think I'd enjoy living near Bury St Edmunds. The shops are lovely, the side streets.

0:21:09 > 0:21:14And for those chasing a greater fix of history,

0:21:14 > 0:21:18just a ten-minute drive up the road is the Anglo-Saxon Village in West Stow.

0:21:18 > 0:21:22The original dwellings were built when the settlers arrived 1,500 years ago

0:21:22 > 0:21:26and today, reconstructed houses stand on the original site.

0:21:28 > 0:21:32- Beautiful, isn't it?- Suffolk sun.

0:21:32 > 0:21:37Rough-sawn wood. No planing machines or planks in those days.

0:21:37 > 0:21:38All held together by pegs.

0:21:38 > 0:21:44It is an inspirational place, but it isn't going to home Ricky and Liz.

0:21:44 > 0:21:47Let's hope we can find them something more substantial.

0:21:49 > 0:21:51Our second property is just on the outskirts

0:21:51 > 0:21:54of the village of Coddenham, eight miles from Stowmarket.

0:21:54 > 0:21:58If Ricky and Liz are looking to throw themselves into village life,

0:21:58 > 0:22:00then this could be the ideal place.

0:22:00 > 0:22:04The local Suffolk Council has rated its community spirit so highly

0:22:04 > 0:22:08it was awarded Suffolk Village of the Year, in 2002.

0:22:08 > 0:22:14It's surrounded by acres of countryside, perfect for those much-longed-for walks with Molly.

0:22:14 > 0:22:19- Take a look at this.- Wow, a barn!

0:22:19 > 0:22:21- Well spotted!- I love barns.

0:22:21 > 0:22:23- You love barns?- We do.

0:22:23 > 0:22:26Barn conversions aren't for everyone.

0:22:26 > 0:22:29- I think they are for us. - Very good, so we've got a big tick.

0:22:29 > 0:22:32It's clearly semi-detached.

0:22:32 > 0:22:34It's not a fully detached property.

0:22:34 > 0:22:36It was converted in 1989.

0:22:36 > 0:22:38Let's look inside.

0:22:41 > 0:22:44'The fact this barn is semi-detached doesn't seem to worry them,

0:22:44 > 0:22:47'so at least we're on the right track.'

0:22:50 > 0:22:52- Fantastic.- Take a look at that.

0:22:52 > 0:22:53Oh, I love it!

0:22:53 > 0:22:55THEY LAUGH

0:22:55 > 0:22:59- It speaks for itself, really, doesn't it?- Fantastic entrance hall.

0:22:59 > 0:23:01Oh, so impressive, isn't it?

0:23:01 > 0:23:03- It is a wow, isn't it? - It certainly is.

0:23:03 > 0:23:07- And this is just the hallway. - Yeah!- I'll have it!

0:23:07 > 0:23:09THEY LAUGH

0:23:09 > 0:23:11- You'll have it? Already?- Yeah.

0:23:11 > 0:23:14I hope you're equally impressed by everything else I show you.

0:23:14 > 0:23:17This is a great start. Now, take a look in here.

0:23:17 > 0:23:21- Another very, very, very impressive room, I think.- Goodness.

0:23:21 > 0:23:24Even better.

0:23:24 > 0:23:27- That's a big smile. - What an impressive room.

0:23:27 > 0:23:30All our dining room furniture would fit in here wonderfully.

0:23:30 > 0:23:32We might have to buy some extra.

0:23:32 > 0:23:36- I can do that! - It is a nice, big room, isn't it?

0:23:36 > 0:23:40Wonderful. I don't think you could do any better than this.

0:23:40 > 0:23:42Wonderful views out to the garden.

0:23:42 > 0:23:45- Great French doors. - Lovely. Absolutely lovely.

0:23:45 > 0:23:47I love it. I really love it.

0:23:47 > 0:23:49I love it, I love...

0:23:49 > 0:23:53They love it. We're only seen the first part of the house.

0:23:53 > 0:23:54Are you two big on entertaining?

0:23:54 > 0:23:56- A lot of people around?- Yes.

0:23:56 > 0:23:59We do. We have a lot of family.

0:23:59 > 0:24:03Coming up to 10, 14 people and this is big enough.

0:24:03 > 0:24:05I can't wait to see the rest of it.

0:24:05 > 0:24:10You can't, can you? If we're going to be cooking a big dinner, I think we should check out the kitchen.

0:24:10 > 0:24:12After you, out to the left.

0:24:16 > 0:24:19- This is the kitchen.- This is unusual.

0:24:19 > 0:24:21It is, coming down these steps.

0:24:21 > 0:24:24How many times would you fall down that?

0:24:24 > 0:24:27- Not too many, I hope. - Once you know they're there.

0:24:27 > 0:24:30- It's a good size, though. - Nice square kitchen.

0:24:30 > 0:24:33Nice and square, makes it easy. Plenty of wall space units.

0:24:33 > 0:24:37- Is this going to be more your space? Are you the chef?- 50/50.

0:24:37 > 0:24:41Liz does more than I do. But once I'm retired, that may change.

0:24:41 > 0:24:45- Lovely!- It will change! - It will change, sorry.

0:24:45 > 0:24:49- But you'll both be in the kitchen together, cooking up a storm.- Yeah.

0:24:49 > 0:24:52They've managed to get space for a table in here,

0:24:52 > 0:24:56it's quite a good size. And for extra space outside there's a utility room.

0:24:56 > 0:24:59- That will certainly help. - Good with the dog.

0:24:59 > 0:25:00Of course, let's not forget Molly!

0:25:00 > 0:25:02THEY LAUGH

0:25:02 > 0:25:06We're doing very well, so far. There's another good-sized room on this floor.

0:25:06 > 0:25:10- We need a living space, don't we? - We do.- Out that door and turn left. - OK. Up the stairs.

0:25:15 > 0:25:20- Oh, yes, very nice.- Another great room.- It is, isn't it?

0:25:20 > 0:25:22- This is a lovely room. - The theme continues.

0:25:22 > 0:25:24It does. It's a great sized room.

0:25:24 > 0:25:26- Look at this lovely... - Oh, a log burner!

0:25:26 > 0:25:33- It's actually quite a big room. There's a lot of furniture in here, isn't there?- It's big but cosy.

0:25:33 > 0:25:36- Yeah.- Lots of window light. Lovely.

0:25:36 > 0:25:37Windows on three sides.

0:25:37 > 0:25:40I think you're taken with all the beams, aren't you?

0:25:40 > 0:25:45- I just love the wood.- If you love wood, it's the house for you.

0:25:45 > 0:25:47- I'm liking this, it's all positive. - It's all too much.

0:25:47 > 0:25:52I don't think I have to give you much more but, out the back, is a small room that's used as a study.

0:25:52 > 0:25:58- Brilliant.- A base to do your paperwork and still be quite near to the living room.

0:25:58 > 0:26:00We do have another floor to look at.

0:26:00 > 0:26:03We've got to head upstairs, check out all the bedrooms.

0:26:03 > 0:26:08I don't think it's going to disappoint you. But, let's find out.

0:26:08 > 0:26:10Go that way.

0:26:11 > 0:26:16On our way to the stairs, we go past the first of the three bedrooms in this barn,

0:26:16 > 0:26:18which is a reasonable sized double

0:26:18 > 0:26:23and has the bonus of an en-suite shower room, which will go down well with guests.

0:26:25 > 0:26:29I love this galleried walkway up here.

0:26:29 > 0:26:33You can really take in the grandeur of your hallway! SHE CHUCKLES

0:26:33 > 0:26:34It's wonderful, isn't it?

0:26:34 > 0:26:40- And there's so much space!- We've got a lovely cabinet that would fit there perfectly.- Perfect. Very good.

0:26:40 > 0:26:43While we're up here, as well as the hallway,

0:26:43 > 0:26:46let's check out the bedrooms - starting with this one in here,

0:26:46 > 0:26:48which is another guest room.

0:26:48 > 0:26:50Et voila.

0:26:50 > 0:26:53- Oh, it's a good-sized room. - It's a double room, isn't it?- Yeah.

0:26:53 > 0:26:56- Really, really nice again. - Yes, it is a good room.

0:26:56 > 0:27:00- I love the latch doors.- Yeah. - These are nice, aren't they? - Lovely feature.

0:27:00 > 0:27:05One thing I do find strange is the beams inside the windows.

0:27:05 > 0:27:06Certainly a feature!

0:27:06 > 0:27:10- Well, it's a talking point.- Yeah. - For when you have visitors over.

0:27:10 > 0:27:13- Something you think you could live with?- Yes,- I- could.- Not a problem.

0:27:13 > 0:27:17Just next door is the family bathroom, which is modern

0:27:17 > 0:27:22but unfortunately, not large enough to take a separate shower.

0:27:22 > 0:27:24If Ricky and Liz are looking for extra storage,

0:27:24 > 0:27:29there's a very handy room at the end of the landing, with built-in wardrobes.

0:27:29 > 0:27:31And finally on our tour, a room for them.

0:27:31 > 0:27:35Now, check out the view in this master bedroom.

0:27:35 > 0:27:38- Goodness, that's lovely, isn't it? - That is lovely.

0:27:38 > 0:27:41Isn't that gorgeous? Imagine waking up to that.

0:27:41 > 0:27:43Yeah, that would be nice.

0:27:43 > 0:27:47A bit concerning here is the bed.

0:27:47 > 0:27:53We've got a six-foot wide bed - it would just about fit.

0:27:53 > 0:27:56- It would be tight.- I did promise you something else, didn't I?

0:27:56 > 0:27:59- A stand-up shower.- You did. - Yeah, come this way.- Oh, right.

0:27:59 > 0:28:03- So there is a stand-up shower. - Oh, right.

0:28:03 > 0:28:06- That'll do nicely.- I think it really adds something to the bedroom.

0:28:06 > 0:28:11- It does.- Although it's a bit smaller than you might like, it makes a lot of difference.

0:28:11 > 0:28:16That's it. We've seen the interior of the house.

0:28:16 > 0:28:18- So far, so good?- So far, so good.

0:28:18 > 0:28:21You've seen the views from the inside. It's time to head outside.

0:28:21 > 0:28:22Wonderful, can't wait.

0:28:24 > 0:28:29It's certainly an unusual property and my guess is it's got them thinking.

0:28:33 > 0:28:37So we're out into the outside space.

0:28:37 > 0:28:39- Your garden.- It's a lovely size.

0:28:39 > 0:28:43- Lovely views.- Great views for you, and a good space for Molly.

0:28:43 > 0:28:47- Molly would love this. - She can romp around.

0:28:47 > 0:28:50- Just the kind of garden you're looking for?- Absolutely perfect.

0:28:50 > 0:28:53In that case, there's one of the one last thing on your wish list

0:28:53 > 0:28:56that we have to deliver on, and it's over here. Come this way.

0:29:01 > 0:29:03- That's what I call a garage! - THEY CHUCKLE

0:29:03 > 0:29:05A nice big double garage.

0:29:05 > 0:29:09- That's a big garage. Could have lots of cars here.- You certainly could.

0:29:09 > 0:29:13- All your classic cars lined up. - Wonderful.- And even room for you to store furniture!

0:29:13 > 0:29:17- Yeah.- It's just perfect!- It is!

0:29:17 > 0:29:19And that is it. Everything on the wish list.

0:29:19 > 0:29:25- Now it's time to head this way.- OK. - We can have another look at the front of this

0:29:25 > 0:29:28- really quite gorgeous barn conversion.- It's a very pretty house.

0:29:28 > 0:29:30And think about how much you'd pay for it.

0:29:30 > 0:29:31- OK.- How much you think it's worth?

0:29:31 > 0:29:36I would say, judging by the wonderful views

0:29:36 > 0:29:38and the beautiful downstairs,

0:29:38 > 0:29:42I'm guessing it's going to be about 370.

0:29:42 > 0:29:45OK. What do you think?

0:29:45 > 0:29:48It is a lovely property.

0:29:48 > 0:29:52Semi-detached and a little out of the village,

0:29:52 > 0:29:54and I think about 360.

0:29:54 > 0:29:56You've both gone over budget.

0:29:56 > 0:29:59I've got to tell you it's even more over your budget.

0:29:59 > 0:30:03- It is on the market at 379,950. - Right.

0:30:03 > 0:30:05But it's been on the market for eight months.

0:30:05 > 0:30:10And I think you'll agree, in the current market, there's definitely room...

0:30:10 > 0:30:11- Must be room for manoeuvre.- Exactly.

0:30:11 > 0:30:13I'm sure we can go in and negotiate.

0:30:13 > 0:30:16- You've got a bit to think about now, haven't you?- We have.

0:30:16 > 0:30:21Go back in. Have a wander round those rooms - you have got that downstairs one as well -

0:30:21 > 0:30:24- and we can talk about it later. - OK.- See you later.

0:30:27 > 0:30:30Well, they were really taken by that house, but it is over budget.

0:30:30 > 0:30:33I think the main issue, though, is not the money -

0:30:33 > 0:30:37it's the rooms upstairs. That's something they may have to compromise on. Let's see.

0:30:39 > 0:30:42So this barn conversion is on the market

0:30:42 > 0:30:44for £50 short of £380,000

0:30:44 > 0:30:47and would certainly offer them a characterful home.

0:30:47 > 0:30:50It has an impressive beamed dining room,

0:30:50 > 0:30:52three bedrooms - with master en suite,

0:30:52 > 0:30:55a garden large enough for Molly their dog to run around in,

0:30:55 > 0:30:59and a double garage, which will keep Ricky happy.

0:30:59 > 0:31:04I think this is one of my favourite rooms. It's absolutely stunning for a dining room, isn't it?

0:31:04 > 0:31:06As you come through the front door...

0:31:06 > 0:31:09- You see it in front of you, and it just opens out.- Wonderful.

0:31:09 > 0:31:11There's lots of positives here -

0:31:11 > 0:31:13you know, really, really positives -

0:31:13 > 0:31:17but obviously, we're a bit concerned about upstairs being a bit smaller.

0:31:17 > 0:31:22But then, we do have the downstairs bedroom to use, you know, if we didn't convert it to a study.

0:31:22 > 0:31:26Yeah, we've got lots to think about. Very nice property.

0:31:26 > 0:31:29The whole downstairs was really nice. The kitchen was OK.

0:31:29 > 0:31:32And the lounge with the log burner was absolutely fantastic.

0:31:32 > 0:31:37Unfortunately, when we went upstairs I was a little disappointed.

0:31:37 > 0:31:40The bedrooms were a bit small and I wasn't really keen

0:31:40 > 0:31:43on the en-suite and the bathroom - also a bit small.

0:31:43 > 0:31:48There's lots of positives here - lovely fireplace, log burner,

0:31:48 > 0:31:52beautiful garden, fantastic views. Ricky will get his double garage.

0:31:52 > 0:31:54My one concern - my major concern -

0:31:54 > 0:31:59is the two barns opposite, which you look out onto from the front.

0:31:59 > 0:32:02Lots of plusses, but a couple of quite large negatives.

0:32:04 > 0:32:07This last house of the day seems to have put Ricky and Liz in a quandry.

0:32:10 > 0:32:12As the afternoon sun melts away,

0:32:12 > 0:32:16it's time to head to the pub to ponder the day's events.

0:32:17 > 0:32:22- What did you think of the cottage today?- Looked very nice, but I was immediately concerned about the age.

0:32:22 > 0:32:26But actually, when we got inside, I loved the features

0:32:26 > 0:32:29and it was quite liveable. There's some things I'd like to do,

0:32:29 > 0:32:31but it was not a project.

0:32:31 > 0:32:35- And the garden was lovely. - That was very nice.

0:32:35 > 0:32:38The cottage sat nicely in the plot as well, which was nice,

0:32:38 > 0:32:42and it was walking distance to everything in the village.

0:32:42 > 0:32:46- You felt part of the community there.- It was right in the centre. - Yeah.

0:32:46 > 0:32:49- And that garage forge was also very, very nice.- Yeah.

0:32:49 > 0:32:50What did you think of the barn?

0:32:50 > 0:32:53The barn, I thought, was fantastic downstairs.

0:32:53 > 0:32:56It really had the wow factor when you walked in.

0:32:56 > 0:33:00- Upstairs, a little disappointing. - The bedrooms I couldn't have got on with at all.

0:33:00 > 0:33:05I couldn't see any way of solving it. Garden views are fantastic.

0:33:05 > 0:33:08Still, we've got another day tomorrow, so here's to tomorrow -

0:33:08 > 0:33:10another interesting day.

0:33:10 > 0:33:11A mystery house!

0:33:25 > 0:33:30Ricky and Liz from Witham in Essex are getting married next year

0:33:30 > 0:33:35and searching for their new rural home in Suffolk. They have a budget of £350,000

0:33:35 > 0:33:39and so far have viewed two very different properties.

0:33:39 > 0:33:43Coming up, an opportunity to get to grips with a traditional local product.

0:33:43 > 0:33:45Keep it under control, Liz.

0:33:45 > 0:33:47- Ooh! - LAUGHTER

0:33:47 > 0:33:50And a mystery house that's in a class of its own.

0:33:50 > 0:33:52I'm very, very, very impressed.

0:33:52 > 0:33:55- Had you imagined anything like this? - No!

0:33:55 > 0:34:00It's the beginning of a new day and I think we got off to a cracking start with Liz and Ricky.

0:34:00 > 0:34:05They seemed to really love the properties we've shown them so far, but today we'll mix it up a bit.

0:34:05 > 0:34:09With Ricky and Liz's forthcoming move to Suffolk, we thought they

0:34:09 > 0:34:14should get a taste of one of the local delicacies, the famous Newmarket sausage.

0:34:14 > 0:34:19So we've come to meet Grant Powter, whose family have been hand-making these since the 19th Century.

0:34:19 > 0:34:23And he's going to show us what makes a good sausage.

0:34:23 > 0:34:28We've been here for four generations, so we like to think we know a thing or two about sausages.

0:34:28 > 0:34:33- What's special about Newmarket sausages?- The Newmarket sausage is an iconic regional product.

0:34:33 > 0:34:38It's special because of its unique recipe, the blend of herbs and spices which gives it the distinct

0:34:38 > 0:34:42peppery flavour, spicy flavour, and also the quality of the meat which

0:34:42 > 0:34:46we use, which is all hand-boned fresh pork, boned on our premises.

0:34:46 > 0:34:49We make them in exactly the same way as in a traditional butcher's shop,

0:34:49 > 0:34:54as it would have been made all those years ago, except it's just on a larger scale.

0:34:54 > 0:34:57And that shines through, I think, in any artisan product.

0:34:57 > 0:35:01We are going to be having a go, but before we do, I think we should taste the sausages -

0:35:01 > 0:35:03see how they should end up.

0:35:03 > 0:35:04Here's some I cooked earlier.

0:35:04 > 0:35:09- Very good. After you.- Thank you. - Thank you.

0:35:09 > 0:35:10Delicious.

0:35:10 > 0:35:12Very good.

0:35:12 > 0:35:15- Marks out of ten? - Definitely ten.- No pressure.

0:35:15 > 0:35:17Definitely ten out of ten.

0:35:17 > 0:35:20The first meal that Liz ever cooked me was sausages.

0:35:20 > 0:35:22- Really?- It brings it all back.

0:35:22 > 0:35:24Really? That's lovely!

0:35:24 > 0:35:27Is that when you first fell in love?

0:35:27 > 0:35:29- Yeah. - THEY CHUCKLE

0:35:29 > 0:35:31- Over a plate of sausages! - Over a plate of sausages!

0:35:31 > 0:35:34We are rekindling that moment. This is very special. And now,

0:35:34 > 0:35:38- to make it really special, we should go and make some.- That's right. - After you.

0:35:40 > 0:35:44We had no idea we had chosen such a significant a dish.

0:35:44 > 0:35:48Over at the factory, it's time to get dressed up, all in the name of hygiene.

0:35:48 > 0:35:53First of all, the meat is taken from the bone and then it's minced,

0:35:53 > 0:35:56ready to be mixed with Grant's family secret ingredients.

0:35:56 > 0:36:00Looks like you've got more coming out than went in. How do you do that?

0:36:00 > 0:36:02That's our secret!

0:36:02 > 0:36:05It's a very expensive machine.

0:36:05 > 0:36:08- Little bit of water. Over the nozzle.- Right.

0:36:08 > 0:36:14'Now for the real test, filling the natural pig intestines with the sausage mix.'

0:36:14 > 0:36:18Just hold it lightly at the end but with control, and then...

0:36:18 > 0:36:21Ooh! SHE CHUCKLES

0:36:21 > 0:36:22That's not fair.

0:36:22 > 0:36:25You made that look too easy.

0:36:25 > 0:36:30- I can do this. - Bring a bit more skin on.

0:36:30 > 0:36:32- That's it.- OK.

0:36:32 > 0:36:34Ah! There we go. I've got a rhythm going.

0:36:37 > 0:36:38Is that enough?

0:36:38 > 0:36:41- Yes.- OK. So I've got the skins.

0:36:41 > 0:36:43- Take that off there.- Thank you.

0:36:43 > 0:36:45- A little bit over the edge.- Right.

0:36:45 > 0:36:49- Fingers, and then your knee. - And then... There I go.

0:36:49 > 0:36:50Are you ready?

0:36:52 > 0:36:54Ooh! LAUGHTER

0:36:56 > 0:37:00Went too far but until I went too far, that's not bad.

0:37:00 > 0:37:02That's good.

0:37:02 > 0:37:04Over your nozzle.

0:37:04 > 0:37:08'And now I've made a fool of myself, it's time to see if Liz can do any better.'

0:37:08 > 0:37:11Push it up. Keep it under control.

0:37:11 > 0:37:14LAUGHTER

0:37:14 > 0:37:17You like a nice fat one, don't you?

0:37:17 > 0:37:21- You've had a good laugh at us but it's your turn. You're up next.- OK.

0:37:21 > 0:37:25Come on, Liz. Let's put him off.

0:37:25 > 0:37:29- Here he goes.- Yay!

0:37:29 > 0:37:31- Oh!- There you go.

0:37:34 > 0:37:37Not one of us managed to end on time.

0:37:37 > 0:37:41'Oh, yes. And what a mess, but it is all good fun.

0:37:41 > 0:37:45'And once we've tied and knotted them, it is time to be judged on our efforts.'

0:37:45 > 0:37:46Voila. What do you think?

0:37:46 > 0:37:48Very good for a first attempt.

0:37:48 > 0:37:52- OK. Marks out of ten?- Six.

0:37:52 > 0:37:55- Six? For all of us?- For all of you. - You're too diplomatic. Thank you very much.

0:37:55 > 0:38:00It's been a pleasure. We won't hold you up any more. We've got more properties to look at.

0:38:00 > 0:38:02Come on, you two. Off you go.

0:38:05 > 0:38:10It's time for the mystery house and this is my favourite part of the show, especially for Liz and Ricky,

0:38:10 > 0:38:14because they've quite categorically said they don't want to see a chapel.

0:38:14 > 0:38:16So let's see what they make of our mystery house.

0:38:21 > 0:38:24We're coming up to that time - what do you think it'll be?

0:38:24 > 0:38:28Well, I thought it would be a barn but we've obviously seen a barn.

0:38:28 > 0:38:30So, I possibly think a bungalow.

0:38:30 > 0:38:35- OK.- And I reckon it could be a new-build. A brand-new house.

0:38:35 > 0:38:38Because that would be completely off-spec for you.

0:38:38 > 0:38:40Yeah, but certainly not out of the question.

0:38:40 > 0:38:44- Is that something you'd consider? - Oh, absolutely, cos no DIY!

0:38:44 > 0:38:46And your worst nightmare?

0:38:46 > 0:38:48A chapel with a graveyard.

0:38:48 > 0:38:51A chapel with a graveyard. We do try to avoid those.

0:38:51 > 0:38:53THEY CHUCKLE

0:38:53 > 0:38:57Well, I can assure her she doesn't have to worry about that.

0:38:59 > 0:39:02So the time has come to make it known that the mystery house

0:39:02 > 0:39:04is in the hamlet of Combs.

0:39:04 > 0:39:09Combs Ford, just a mile away, is the place to pick up the milk and the papers.

0:39:09 > 0:39:12There are a couple of pubs - ideal for making new friends.

0:39:12 > 0:39:17Conveniently, there's a vet for Molly, so it seems everyone is taken care of here.

0:39:17 > 0:39:22The mystery house forms one half of a converted building, so let's see what they make of it.

0:39:22 > 0:39:25Now, mystery house time. One of my favourite parts of the show.

0:39:25 > 0:39:31It is not the Suffolk pink behind us with the thatched roof, which I know would probably worry you, Ricky.

0:39:31 > 0:39:34- Certainly would.- But it is...this!

0:39:34 > 0:39:37And Liz, what do you think of that?

0:39:37 > 0:39:40It could be a church... Panic.

0:39:40 > 0:39:43- Panic is setting in. - Certainly is chapel or churchy-like.

0:39:43 > 0:39:46It certainly looks like that but I'll put you out of your misery.

0:39:46 > 0:39:50If you look up there, it's actually a school, a converted Victorian school.

0:39:50 > 0:39:53So now you know it's not a church, first impressions?

0:39:53 > 0:39:57- Great.- Really?- Fascinating. I can't wait to see inside.

0:39:57 > 0:40:02- The window looks fantastic. - It is impressive.

0:40:02 > 0:40:06The rain is just starting to come down so I think we should head in. Let's go.

0:40:14 > 0:40:15- Into school.- Yep.

0:40:17 > 0:40:19- Isn't it impressive?- It is, isn't it?

0:40:19 > 0:40:21- What a door! - Look at this for a door!

0:40:21 > 0:40:24It's Gothic, the door. Churchy door.

0:40:24 > 0:40:27- It's a good front door, isn't it? - It is. Very impressive.

0:40:27 > 0:40:31Through here are little modern touches, a downstairs cloakroom.

0:40:31 > 0:40:34But I've got something I think is going to really wow you.

0:40:34 > 0:40:36- I can't wait!- This way.

0:40:38 > 0:40:41- Come on through.- Whoa!

0:40:41 > 0:40:42It's massive.

0:40:42 > 0:40:44- Look at this.- Gosh, what a room.

0:40:44 > 0:40:48- Fire, split level. - And it goes right the way up.

0:40:48 > 0:40:49A very big room.

0:40:49 > 0:40:52- A lot to take in, isn't it?- Yes!

0:40:52 > 0:40:56- Amazing window.- Very, very nice.

0:40:56 > 0:41:00- Could you have imagined anything like this?- No.- Good.

0:41:00 > 0:41:04So the mystery house is working! LAUGHTER

0:41:04 > 0:41:08Come over here, because there's a bit more to see. Have a look up there.

0:41:08 > 0:41:11A galleried walkway up there.

0:41:11 > 0:41:15A lovely place to use as a library or a study for you both.

0:41:15 > 0:41:20This isn't original - it was put in during the conversion. It was converted in the '80s.

0:41:20 > 0:41:23So, you know - 20, nearly 30 years ago.

0:41:23 > 0:41:28It's nice to see a conversion where they've kept the full-height windows, rather than coming

0:41:28 > 0:41:33across and upstairs just having half of the glass. It's lovely.

0:41:33 > 0:41:37- You just can't wait to take your shoes off and sit in front of the fire!- That's what I like -

0:41:37 > 0:41:39settling in already!

0:41:39 > 0:41:42Not what you expected, but something you could do?

0:41:42 > 0:41:45- Possibly.- Ooh!- Possibly.

0:41:45 > 0:41:50Let me show you the rest of the house and we can change that "possibly" into a "definitely". Come this way.

0:41:58 > 0:42:02So here we have the kitchen. Clearly.

0:42:02 > 0:42:07For me, not as much as a wow as that big room that you've just come from, but what do you think of it?

0:42:07 > 0:42:11I think it's a nice size kitchen but obviously I'd want to strip out.

0:42:11 > 0:42:16You'd want to modernise it? And just around here, you have a utility space as well.

0:42:16 > 0:42:21So not a bad size kitchen and this would be an opportunity for you both to make your mark.

0:42:21 > 0:42:25I know you don't want to do DIY but would you be willing to do that?

0:42:25 > 0:42:27Yes, putting a kitchen in is not really a big deal and it's...

0:42:27 > 0:42:30Not for me, I mean, but somebody else will do it!

0:42:30 > 0:42:35- Who are we talking about?- Choosing it and style would be fun, yeah. - That's quite fun, I think.

0:42:35 > 0:42:38Great. A bit of work hasn't put them off.

0:42:38 > 0:42:42And finally, downstairs is the first of the four bedrooms in this house,

0:42:42 > 0:42:47which takes a double bed and which will work well for their weekend visitors.

0:42:47 > 0:42:51But we're heading upstairs to have a look at the three other bedrooms.

0:42:51 > 0:42:55The first is a reasonable size and has the arched windows which make for an unusual feature.

0:42:58 > 0:43:01The room next door is slightly smaller but is light and bright.

0:43:01 > 0:43:04And just further down the landing is the family shower room.

0:43:04 > 0:43:09There's no need to worry if they need a bath, as I have something up my sleeve...

0:43:09 > 0:43:14So finally, the last bedroom, which I'm keen to see their reaction to.

0:43:14 > 0:43:18- Ooh, silence? - It's...a decent sized room.

0:43:18 > 0:43:21- It certainly is.- Lots of character.

0:43:21 > 0:43:23I quite like the eaves.

0:43:23 > 0:43:24I think you could do a lot with it.

0:43:24 > 0:43:28- With this property, you've got a great space.- Yeah.

0:43:28 > 0:43:32Yes, you'd need to maybe change the decor and freshen this up.

0:43:32 > 0:43:38If you move that wardrobe and put your bed in there, you're looking out to lovely countryside.

0:43:38 > 0:43:42- And I did promise you a bath, didn't I?- You did.

0:43:42 > 0:43:44Ricky, lead the way - that door.

0:43:44 > 0:43:47Oh, right.

0:43:47 > 0:43:49- Ah!- This will do. Bath.

0:43:49 > 0:43:52- That's good.- Unusual steps.

0:43:52 > 0:43:56Down the steps but into a good space.

0:43:56 > 0:44:00So you've got a full-size bath, a nice size bathroom, fairly modern.

0:44:00 > 0:44:04- Very nice. - And it adds a lot to the bedroom.

0:44:04 > 0:44:05- It works fine.- Good.

0:44:05 > 0:44:07There's one more thing up here I need to show you.

0:44:07 > 0:44:12You could see it from downstairs but we need to get up to that gallery - a lovely space.

0:44:12 > 0:44:16This is one of the unique features of this conversion.

0:44:16 > 0:44:18I think it might just work well for Ricky.

0:44:20 > 0:44:22You can really take it in up here.

0:44:22 > 0:44:25Can you imagine yourselves working up here?

0:44:25 > 0:44:29The dog would be howling from downstairs, wondering where we were.

0:44:29 > 0:44:32Molly's got the fireplace to keep her happy.

0:44:32 > 0:44:35It feels a bit like a castle, looking down there, that big table.

0:44:35 > 0:44:40- Huge windows.- King of your castle, if you were living here.

0:44:40 > 0:44:44As well as a study, I thought maybe you could house all your collectibles up here.

0:44:44 > 0:44:46It would be a good place for the model cars.

0:44:46 > 0:44:51- Exactly.- We didn't ask for a balcony. - We didn't. It wasn't on the list.

0:44:51 > 0:44:54We've thrown one in. That's what we do with the mystery property.

0:44:54 > 0:44:57Garden's quite important. Molly needs space to run around.

0:44:57 > 0:44:59Let's head out there and have a look.

0:44:59 > 0:45:03And start to put into perspective what you could do with this property.

0:45:03 > 0:45:08It's difficult to gauge exactly what they're thinking about this house.

0:45:08 > 0:45:13Ricky is always so positive and Liz isn't giving much away.

0:45:13 > 0:45:15But there's still the outside to come.

0:45:18 > 0:45:24Out into the garden. It is a fairly small space. You can't deny that.

0:45:24 > 0:45:28But it's been landscaped nicely and it wouldn't take much looking after.

0:45:28 > 0:45:31- It's very nice.- And it comes with a garage and a workshop for you, Ricky.

0:45:31 > 0:45:33That's good.

0:45:33 > 0:45:38Nice sturdy structures but I really think this property is more about this. Turn around.

0:45:38 > 0:45:40It's all about that.

0:45:40 > 0:45:42It is a lovely look.

0:45:42 > 0:45:44It's a great look.

0:45:44 > 0:45:47- The windows...- Very spectacular.

0:45:47 > 0:45:50You'd really get a special property.

0:45:50 > 0:45:54I'm giving you that look because how much would you be willing to

0:45:54 > 0:45:59hand over so that you could own your very own special property?

0:45:59 > 0:46:00This is a real problem.

0:46:00 > 0:46:05Nothing to base it on at all, so I'll have to pick a figure out of the air...

0:46:05 > 0:46:07and I will say...

0:46:07 > 0:46:11- 375.- 375. Over budget.

0:46:11 > 0:46:12What about you, Liz?

0:46:12 > 0:46:15There's bits to be done in there and a new kitchen.

0:46:15 > 0:46:17I think it would be on budget. 350.

0:46:17 > 0:46:19350. OK.

0:46:19 > 0:46:23That's quite a bit above your budget. If you had to do that work, you'd have to find the money.

0:46:23 > 0:46:26- Which is quite tricky.- Mm-hm. - And would I be that cruel?

0:46:26 > 0:46:28- You might be.- Surely not!

0:46:28 > 0:46:31- So, consider this...- Yep.

0:46:31 > 0:46:34It's on the market for £310,000.

0:46:34 > 0:46:38- 310?- Yes.- Wow. That is a surprise.

0:46:38 > 0:46:39- It's a big shock?- Yes.

0:46:39 > 0:46:42I find that quite hard to digest.

0:46:42 > 0:46:46You could get your hands on something as amazing as this for that amount.

0:46:46 > 0:46:49Which, on my reckoning, leaves you £40,000 to play with,

0:46:49 > 0:46:54- of your budget.- That's right. Which may be something we'd quite enjoy doing.

0:46:54 > 0:46:57- 40,000 - it'll look like a palace! - Yeah. Oh, yeah!

0:46:57 > 0:47:01- So you could do something really good.- That's really interesting!

0:47:01 > 0:47:05We've given you something to think about. That's the point of the mystery house.

0:47:05 > 0:47:10So get thinking. Go back in there, start thinking about what you'd do with all that spare cash.

0:47:12 > 0:47:14Well, that threw them, didn't it?

0:47:14 > 0:47:17SO far under budget, they could do something spectacular in that property.

0:47:17 > 0:47:20Now, I think that Ricky has the appetite,

0:47:20 > 0:47:22but the question is - has Liz?

0:47:23 > 0:47:26At £310,000, this converted school

0:47:26 > 0:47:29offers attractive and unusual accommodation.

0:47:29 > 0:47:32It has a split-level living area,

0:47:32 > 0:47:39a galleried landing-cum-office, four bedrooms and a garage and workshop.

0:47:39 > 0:47:42- Good size - takes the double bed. - Be room for a wardrobe.

0:47:42 > 0:47:44- Small wardrobe.- Yeah.

0:47:44 > 0:47:47The mystery house, it's a bit of a mystery to me.

0:47:47 > 0:47:51One half of me thinks, "What a fantastic space.

0:47:51 > 0:47:55"I can see myself living here, being here, enjoying the lounge."

0:47:55 > 0:47:56Er...

0:47:56 > 0:47:59And part of me says, "Are you sure this is really what you want?"

0:47:59 > 0:48:02We probably could get the bed in here.

0:48:02 > 0:48:06- We might have to compromise with the bedside tables.- Yeah.

0:48:06 > 0:48:08Eaves storage.

0:48:08 > 0:48:10Yeah, there's room for storage.

0:48:10 > 0:48:12- Certainly.- Well...- Yeah.- Nice.

0:48:12 > 0:48:16When we drove up to the house, I thought it was a church.

0:48:16 > 0:48:21So I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be a converted school.

0:48:21 > 0:48:25So, I loved the look of it from the outside,

0:48:25 > 0:48:28I was quite excited at coming inside.

0:48:28 > 0:48:30It's a temptation, and...

0:48:30 > 0:48:34the idea of doing it up, making it nicer,

0:48:34 > 0:48:36could be so spectacular.

0:48:36 > 0:48:41Then, the other side is the garden's not that big.

0:48:41 > 0:48:43Just a single garage, not a double one.

0:48:43 > 0:48:45Again, is this what I really want?

0:48:45 > 0:48:51When we came inside, into the lounge, it's an outstanding room.

0:48:51 > 0:48:53Beautiful. The windows, the light,

0:48:53 > 0:48:58the two-level lounge was absolutely fantastic.

0:48:58 > 0:49:02But I was quite disappointed as we went round the house.

0:49:02 > 0:49:06The kitchen was quite dark and upstairs was quite dark.

0:49:08 > 0:49:12OK, I'm afraid that's it. You've seen all the properties.

0:49:12 > 0:49:14- It's been a bit of a journey.- It has.

0:49:14 > 0:49:17And now we've given you something to think about,

0:49:17 > 0:49:21- so let's find somewhere to sit down, have a think, make some decisions. Let's go.- OK.

0:49:27 > 0:49:32Ricky and Liz are looking for a house in which they can enjoy married life for the years to come.

0:49:32 > 0:49:35They've now seen all three properties on our shortlist

0:49:35 > 0:49:40and there's plenty to consider, so we've given them some time to think over their options.

0:49:40 > 0:49:44And as Suffolk and farming go hand in hand,

0:49:44 > 0:49:48I'm keen to get down on a farm and get to grips with some living history.

0:49:51 > 0:49:56Suffolk Punches were the workhorses of the English farm for 200 years

0:49:56 > 0:49:59and Nigel Oakley still uses his to work his land,

0:49:59 > 0:50:03so I'm meeting up with him to find out more about this special breed.

0:50:03 > 0:50:05Come on. Now, then. Come round.

0:50:07 > 0:50:09- Get over.- Hello, Nigel.

0:50:09 > 0:50:10Gosh!

0:50:10 > 0:50:13- So this is a Suffolk Punch, then. - Good morning to you.- Good morning.

0:50:13 > 0:50:16- It is indeed.- HUGE hunk of a horse!

0:50:16 > 0:50:19Quite a lot to keep control of there.

0:50:19 > 0:50:22Yeah. When he's mature, which, in fact, he is, about -

0:50:22 > 0:50:24he's eight years old, so he's there -

0:50:24 > 0:50:26he goes very close on a tonne.

0:50:26 > 0:50:29- A tonne?- One tonne, yeah.

0:50:29 > 0:50:31How long have you been working with them?

0:50:31 > 0:50:34- Er, 30-odd years.- What are they used for, these days?

0:50:34 > 0:50:36We plough with them, we cut the corn with them.

0:50:36 > 0:50:39Traditionally, these horses were used right throughout the region.

0:50:39 > 0:50:43Yes, and draught horses were used throughout the British Isles.

0:50:43 > 0:50:49Prior to the tractor, there were three million of these horses working in the British Isles.

0:50:49 > 0:50:54Today, the numbers have fallen drastically and there are now only 80 breeding mares,

0:50:54 > 0:50:56so Nigel is not only using them to work his land,

0:50:56 > 0:51:00but he's also part of a nationwide breeding programme.

0:51:00 > 0:51:03We have something like 40 live foals per annum.

0:51:03 > 0:51:06When you think the gestation period of a horse is 11 months,

0:51:06 > 0:51:10even with the best will in the world, you're not going to improve numbers overnight,

0:51:10 > 0:51:13so it's a steady build-up of numbers.

0:51:14 > 0:51:18Nigel is keen for me to see how they were - and still are - prepared for work.

0:51:18 > 0:51:21The first task is knotting the tail,

0:51:21 > 0:51:23and Bill has had more than a few years of practice.

0:51:23 > 0:51:28The braid that Bill's put in we term as a plough knot.

0:51:28 > 0:51:31This is purely to go to work. It doesn't take many minutes to put in.

0:51:31 > 0:51:36It keeps the horse's tail up out of the muck when you're working him.

0:51:36 > 0:51:40How long has the tradition of this particular style of knot been going?

0:51:40 > 0:51:46I've got several old traditional books of horses and the plough knot has never changed since...

0:51:46 > 0:51:50- Well, the 1800s, anyway. - Well, great technique there. Shall we get him harnessed up?

0:51:52 > 0:51:55Harnessing the horse is a skill in itself.

0:51:55 > 0:52:01An incorrect fit for a horse working long hours in a field could result in serious injury.

0:52:03 > 0:52:08Attaching the horse's harness to Nigel's wonderful old carts also needs a great deal of care.

0:52:10 > 0:52:14I've thoroughly enjoyed learning more about this precious breed.

0:52:14 > 0:52:17And just before I leave, there's time for me to take the reins.

0:52:17 > 0:52:19When you hold him, hold him just in the one hand.

0:52:19 > 0:52:22Keep him a little bit away so he can't stand on you.

0:52:22 > 0:52:25Don't wrap this round your hand, for obvious reasons.

0:52:25 > 0:52:29Hold him like that and when you're about to go, tell him "walk on".

0:52:29 > 0:52:32And he's going fairly fast,

0:52:32 > 0:52:35but keep over this side so that you don't hit the fence.

0:52:35 > 0:52:37- The best of British!- Thank you.

0:52:38 > 0:52:40I love that you trust me with him.

0:52:40 > 0:52:42Samson, it's just me and you, babe.

0:52:42 > 0:52:43OK.

0:52:43 > 0:52:44Shall we go?

0:52:44 > 0:52:46It's been fun. Let's go. Walk on!

0:52:47 > 0:52:50'After a slow start, Samson is picking up speed.

0:52:50 > 0:52:53'Time for me to bow out and maybe leave it to the professionals.'

0:52:53 > 0:52:56Ooh, he does go very quickly! I think I'll hand him back to you.

0:52:56 > 0:52:58Thank you. Whoo-oo.

0:53:06 > 0:53:12It's so pretty out here and we've seen some pretty gorgeous houses too, in the last couple of days.

0:53:12 > 0:53:16Everything from barn conversions and cottages to that lovely converted school.

0:53:16 > 0:53:19I think Liz and Ricky seemed to like them all.

0:53:19 > 0:53:23The question is, has any one of them taken their fancy? Let's find out.

0:53:24 > 0:53:28We've had a lot of fun this week, haven't we? I've really enjoyed

0:53:28 > 0:53:32the property search with you, but it's time for us to go through all the properties

0:53:32 > 0:53:38and see if you've made any decisions. Let's start off with that lovely cottage. What did you think?

0:53:38 > 0:53:43I wasn't a great fan of old property, thinking about DIY.

0:53:43 > 0:53:46But I admit I was quite taken with the cottage.

0:53:46 > 0:53:51The way it was laid out, the size of the ground, and the lovely garage - the blacksmith's forge.

0:53:51 > 0:53:54I really took to it.

0:53:54 > 0:53:59I was a little disappointed with the kitchen when we went in but obviously we can do alterations.

0:53:59 > 0:54:01But I really liked the character.

0:54:01 > 0:54:05Bright and light and had the high ceilings.

0:54:05 > 0:54:08I could see the possibilities. It was already nice - could be better.

0:54:08 > 0:54:12It was also right in the village, easy walking distance to the centre of the village,

0:54:12 > 0:54:15which we've now found is something which is very important to us.

0:54:15 > 0:54:20Talking of community spirit, let's move on to the barn conversion in the lovely village of Coddenham.

0:54:20 > 0:54:24You couldn't be help but be knocked out by the appearance of the outside -

0:54:24 > 0:54:27the garden, the garage were all absolutely wonderful.

0:54:27 > 0:54:31And you get knocked out as soon as you walk in, with the hall and the dining room.

0:54:31 > 0:54:34Downstairs was fantastic. Upstairs, I had a bit of a problem.

0:54:34 > 0:54:39Much smaller footprint than downstairs and I felt it was a bit too cramped.

0:54:39 > 0:54:43- The main problem, that I hadn't thought of, Liz pointed out to me. - You would never see anybody.

0:54:43 > 0:54:48You were at the far end, which was very nice but you felt as though you were isolated.

0:54:48 > 0:54:52And we want somewhere where there's people walking by.

0:54:52 > 0:54:58The final property was a building that was the heart of the community, the converted school.

0:54:58 > 0:54:59What did you think of that?

0:54:59 > 0:55:03That was a really interesting building and I'm really glad that we saw it.

0:55:03 > 0:55:07Stunning, fantastic windows but as we went into the kitchen,

0:55:07 > 0:55:13I found the rest of the house quite disappointing, a bit dark.

0:55:13 > 0:55:16At the end of the day, I think it would be more for a family.

0:55:16 > 0:55:19Couldn't help but be knocked over by the downstairs room.

0:55:19 > 0:55:23Fabulous. But the rest of the house was a bit disappointing.

0:55:23 > 0:55:29The outside space wasn't enormous and we just had a vision of the two of us sitting in the enormous room

0:55:29 > 0:55:31at night with this big space behind us.

0:55:31 > 0:55:34It's more for a family but not for us.

0:55:34 > 0:55:37Have we helped you along the journey deciding what you want

0:55:37 > 0:55:41and more importantly, are you going to pick any of our properties?

0:55:41 > 0:55:42It would be the cottage.

0:55:42 > 0:55:44- And we haven't ruled it out. - We haven't, no.

0:55:44 > 0:55:50We're going to take a ride back to the village and spend a bit of time driving around that particular area.

0:55:50 > 0:55:53- And we will see the cottage again, so...- Of course, yeah.

0:55:53 > 0:55:55- It's a possible. A possible possible.- A possible possible?

0:55:55 > 0:55:58That's fantastic. I'm really pleased.

0:55:58 > 0:56:03We have been surprised at what we can actually get in Suffolk for our budget, downsizing.

0:56:03 > 0:56:06- And it's confirmed that Suffolk is the place we want.- Definitely.

0:56:06 > 0:56:09This time next year, you could be married and

0:56:09 > 0:56:13moving into your dream home, which will hopefully be our cottage.

0:56:13 > 0:56:16- Carry me over the threshold. - LAUGHTER

0:56:16 > 0:56:19Let us know. We'd love to know how you get on.

0:56:19 > 0:56:21- Best of luck.- Thank you very much.

0:56:21 > 0:56:24- We've had a lot of fun this week. - Thank you.- We've had a giggle.- Yes.

0:56:28 > 0:56:32We've been on a journey with Liz and Ricky this week and discovered lots of things.

0:56:32 > 0:56:35They now know exactly what they're looking for in their dream home

0:56:35 > 0:56:38and I know just how much I love Suffolk. What a fantastic county!

0:56:38 > 0:56:41Who knows - maybe this time next year they'll not only be married,

0:56:41 > 0:56:45but also be living in their ideal home and have escaped to the country.

0:56:45 > 0:56:47I'll see you next time.

0:56:47 > 0:56:52If you would like to escape to the country and would like our help,

0:56:52 > 0:56:56please contact us through our website at...
