0:08:09 > 0:08:11traumatic, relating to the Troubles.
0:08:11 > 0:08:16It was having a mental health impact for about 15%, 14% or 15%,
0:08:16 > 0:08:21and most of those people had mild mental health conditions,
0:08:21 > 0:08:25but we do have this 4% or 5% of the population who would have
0:08:25 > 0:08:29quite severe mental health needs as a result of trauma exposure.
0:08:29 > 0:08:33And it's not just the result of the Troubles-related trauma -
0:08:33 > 0:08:37it's the additional impact of legacy factors such as poverty,
0:08:37 > 0:08:42deprivation, economic deprivation is a particular stressor.
0:08:42 > 0:08:47So for those minority of individuals and families in Northern Ireland
0:08:47 > 0:08:50we're concerned about the risk, then, to the next generation,
0:08:50 > 0:08:54because we're seeing a generation with high rates of suicide and high
0:08:54 > 0:08:57rates of mental health conditions, and we suspect that that's related
0:08:57 > 0:09:02in some ways to being parented by people who'd been traumatised or
0:09:02 > 0:09:06who had ongoing mental health conditions that were never treated.

0:19:31 > 0:19:35A sport is a contest between two individuals, within a rule set,
0:19:35 > 0:19:38within a controlled environment, and that's precisely what MMA is,
0:19:38 > 0:19:42in the same sense that boxing is deemed to be a sport.
0:19:42 > 0:19:46Yeah, MMA is definitely a sport and a very technical sport as well.
0:19:46 > 0:19:50As you've seen today, with the intricacy of the moves that the guys are doing here today,
0:19:50 > 0:19:55there's so much to study and there's so much to learn, and you really have to apply yourself.
0:19:54 > 0:19:56And, at the end of the day, the most intelligent fighter is
