0:17:36 > 0:17:42One day, Teddington thought it would be lots of fun to go ice skating.

0:17:43 > 0:17:47Everyone agreed it would be very nice indeed.

0:17:47 > 0:17:51"It's always good to try something new

0:17:51 > 0:17:56"and the exercise is good for you," squeaked Miss Mouse.

0:17:56 > 0:17:59"Oh, rum-pum-pum-pum, puddle-pom-ping,

0:17:59 > 0:18:05"going on a jolly is the very best thing," sang Teddington happily.

0:18:07 > 0:18:12The busy skating rink was huge and the ice was super smooth.

0:18:13 > 0:18:15"First of all we need to queue

0:18:15 > 0:18:19"because we all need special shoes," said Teddington.

0:18:19 > 0:18:24The special shoes were called ice skates,

0:18:24 > 0:18:27they were lace-up boots with skinny blades.

0:18:27 > 0:18:30Miss Mouse's skates were small and sweet

0:18:30 > 0:18:33because she had such tiny feet.

0:18:33 > 0:18:35"It's no use giving skates to me,

0:18:35 > 0:18:39"I don't have any feet, you see," said Stuffy.

0:18:39 > 0:18:43"You don't need skates to whizz along,

0:18:43 > 0:18:46"we can push you!" said Toddler Tom.

0:18:46 > 0:18:47"Come on!"

0:18:47 > 0:18:50They made their way onto the ice

0:18:50 > 0:18:54and wibble-wobbled once or twice.

0:18:54 > 0:18:57"Staying up is really tricky,

0:18:57 > 0:19:03"cos the ice is super slippy! Hee-hee!" giggled Toddler Tom.

0:19:03 > 0:19:09Teddington was slow but sure, going forward paw by paw.

0:19:09 > 0:19:13Miss Mouse showed off her skating flair

0:19:13 > 0:19:16with a paw on the ice and three in the air!

0:19:16 > 0:19:19Toddler Tom did not complain,

0:19:19 > 0:19:22he fell on his bottom but tried again.

0:19:22 > 0:19:25And Mo Mo was a whizz on the ice,

0:19:25 > 0:19:29her backwards skating was rather nice.

0:19:29 > 0:19:32Stuffy wasn't doing much.

0:19:32 > 0:19:35Stuffy found it hard to budge.

0:19:35 > 0:19:41"Let's push Stuffy, everyone. Ready, steady!" shouted Toddler Tom.

0:19:41 > 0:19:45But, though the toys were pushing hard,

0:19:45 > 0:19:48Stuffy wasn't moving far or fast.
