0:19:11 > 0:19:15with little knowledge of how to navigate the music industry
0:19:15 > 0:19:17because there wasn't any Gospel infrastructure.
0:19:17 > 0:19:20It just didn't happen, like you have in America.
0:19:20 > 0:19:24The difference when it came to LCGC is the opportunity
0:19:24 > 0:19:27of singing outside of our churches
0:19:27 > 0:19:32and moving into areas that the churches wouldn't go into.

0:19:35 > 0:19:39The London Community Gospel Choir represent something like

0:20:21 > 0:20:24When the choir started, we all had different accidents.

0:20:26 > 0:20:28the blend wasn't what it should be.
0:20:28 > 0:20:32And so I started getting the choir to pronounce vowels
0:20:32 > 0:20:34as I wanted to hear them.

0:20:36 > 0:20:40It created a sound that was so unique to the choir.
0:20:49 > 0:20:53Whatever emotion those lyrics make you feel, sing with that emotion.

0:20:54 > 0:20:57You're always singing with a meaning and with a feeling,
0:20:57 > 0:21:00thinking about the word you're saying, whatever it is.
