0:01:23 > 0:01:27- This is the Kapuzinerberg, - one of Salzburg's three hills.

0:01:27 > 0:01:31- A medieval fortress once stood - where I'm now standing.

0:01:31 > 0:01:35- It's easy to see - why this location was so suitable.

0:01:38 > 0:01:43- It was built in 1630 - on Central Europe's largest edifice.

0:01:43 > 0:01:46- The local people were not pleased.

0:01:46 > 0:01:48- They had to pay much more - in taxes...

0:01:48 > 0:01:52- ..but it was value for money - and it has stood the test of time.

0:02:03 > 0:02:08- One of Salzburg's most famous sons - is Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

0:02:10 > 0:02:14- You can't go far in this city - without stumbling across him.
