:13:16. > :13:31.Hello Teen Awards! Hello Wembley! some noise, please, Wembley.

:13:32. > :13:39.Hello Teen Awards! Hello Wembley! Our first teen hero is a young girl

:13:40. > :13:43.called Khloe. She struggled with depression, but her outlook changed

:13:44. > :13:49.when she put someone else's troubles before hers and talked a man out of

:13:50. > :13:54.jumping off a bridge. When we revealed Khloe had won the award, we

:13:55. > :14:02.did it live on Radio One, with some MEP from -- help from profressor

:14:03. > :14:15.Green here. So this is Khloe's story. Teen hero.

:14:16. > :14:24.We are here in Burton on Trent with Khloe, who works in the canteen We

:14:25. > :14:29.are here to surprise her with her invite to the award. At just 17 she

:14:30. > :14:35.has had quite a difficult life, suffering years of bullying, which

:14:36. > :14:40.led to mental health issues, but ultimately her saving someone's

:14:41. > :14:47.life. Here is a bit of her back story. We didn't know that Khloe was

:14:48. > :14:52.being bullied. Her sister that knew most of it. They were best friends

:14:53. > :14:56.as well as sisters. She was a bit ashamed and embarrassed, because she

:14:57. > :15:00.didn't know how to handle her emotions and everything and she

:15:01. > :15:03.didn't want others to know she was struggling. It was like a bomb was

:15:04. > :15:07.going off inside me. It was horrific. It is difficult to tell

:15:08. > :15:11.your parents when you think they're going to be disappointed and all you

:15:12. > :15:15.want to do is for them to love you and tell you it is OK. That is what

:15:16. > :15:20.she did. On one occasion she went to the local park with her friends and

:15:21. > :15:24.a girl from her school, who she didn't know, was

:15:25. > :15:32.a girl from her school, who she attacked her. They filmed it all.

:15:33. > :15:37.Pulled my hair and kicked me. I remember receiving the phone call,

:15:38. > :15:39.from Khloe, pick me up. Because something's happened. Because of

:15:40. > :15:43.that, she was diagnosed with post-traumatic shock, because of

:15:44. > :15:48.that event. She has tried to take her life three or four times since.

:15:49. > :15:55.A huge turning point was definitely when me and mum were out for a drive

:15:56. > :16:01.at about half 12. She left the car and started talking to this man on

:16:02. > :16:05.the bridge. Got no shoes on. It was cold and raining and I was like

:16:06. > :16:11.what are you doing. He was like go away. I was like it is going

:16:12. > :16:16.serious, you can't kill yourself. . She roll her trousers legs, she said

:16:17. > :16:22.have you seen my feet, there dab days -- have been days I couldn t

:16:23. > :16:30.walk, because I took the skin off my feet. Was a real eye opener. She

:16:31. > :16:42.said if my life was saved to save somebody's life that was a life

:16:43. > :16:46.worth giving. You've got this demon inside of you, but it gets better.

:16:47. > :16:51.There is so much hope in the world. The world is a beautiful place.

:16:52. > :16:55.You've just got to see it. Even if all the colours have gone, you've

:16:56. > :16:59.just got to think, they will come back. I hope people watching this

:17:00. > :17:04.will be inspired by Khloe and have the will to understand that somebody

:17:05. > :17:10.has done it and can get better. It is so nice, isn't it. She's

:17:11. > :17:17.beautiful. She's really beautiful. This is BBC One.

:17:18. > :17:21.It's not everyday that you are just getting on with your work, and the

:38:41. > :38:45.Attach the clothe pegs to your faces. The one who gets the most

:38:46. > :38:59.gets to accept the award. Where are the pegs? They are my mum's pegs.

:39:32. > :39:36.will see you soon. Bye! Next we have one of America's finest rock bands.

:39:37. > :39:39.What are you doing? I'm trying to tune my guitar. Can I help you? Are

:39:40. > :39:50.you any good on the pretending at the moment. Shred it

:40:20. > :40:35.hate that guitar. Here is Fall Out Boy!

:40:36. > :40:54.# We are the lions # In poisoned places we are the beginning of the

:40:55. > :41:05.end. # Tonight foxes hunt the hounds, it's all over now # Before

:41:06. > :41:32.it has begun # We have already won. # we are like young volcanoes. # We

:41:33. > :41:37.are like young volcanoes. It ain't this easy saying I never mattered #

:41:38. > :41:53.Run it up the this easy saying I never mattered #

:41:54. > :42:04.teach you how to make it. # tonight foxes hunt the hounds, it's all over

:42:05. > :42:18.now # Before it has begun # We have already won # We are like young

:42:19. > :42:20.volcanoes # we are alight # Never shone inside them don't you want to

:42:21. > :42:50.get a little? # # We are wild, we are like Young

:42:51. > :42:59.Volcanoes. # We are wild, Americana, exotica.

:43:00. > :43:02.# We are wild, Americana, # Do you wanna feel a little

:43:03. > :44:04.beautiful baby? # Yeah!

:44:05. > :44:16.Yes! Road ladies and gentlemen, it's Wretch 32! And of course, Greg

:44:17. > :44:21.James. Wembley Arena, it is a great honour to be here today to present

:44:22. > :44:27.the final and third team hero award, to a young man whose relentless

:44:28. > :44:33.campaigning against youth violence is an inspiration to us all.

:44:34. > :44:39.Jeremiah is just 14 and knows too much about youth violence already,

:44:40. > :44:43.having lost a friend. That doesn't stop him campaigning and making a

:44:44. > :44:58.huge difference. He is a huge rap fan, so who better than Tinie Tempah

:44:59. > :45:03.to surprise him live on radio one? Here we are at a school in south

:45:04. > :45:08.London to meet an astonishing 14-year-old, who, after being

:45:09. > :45:12.affected by youth violence, decided to speak out against it for his

:45:13. > :45:18.community. We are here to invite him to collect his award at Wembley but

:45:19. > :45:24.first, here's his story. It has come to the where youth violence has kind

:45:25. > :45:26.of dissolved in society. A lot of people have forgotten that there are

:45:27. > :45:33.people have forgotten that there such big problems going on. Knife

:45:34. > :45:39.crime, gun crime, people being beaten up. Things to do with gangs.

:45:40. > :45:46.We have 155 young teenagers being killed since 2000 alone.

:45:47. > :45:47.We have 155 young teenagers being Jeremiah experienced it first hand

:45:48. > :45:52.We have 155 young teenagers being with a friend of his. He was killed

:45:53. > :45:57.outside a party in Wandsworth in February this year. I just decided I

:45:58. > :46:01.had to do something. It was the eighth person I knew who had lost

:46:02. > :46:08.their life. Jeremiah decided that he had to do something. The killing has

:46:09. > :46:20.got to stop. He decided to set up a project, One Big Community. It is

:46:21. > :46:25.for all the things that face young people. He is so determined. It is

:46:26. > :46:29.not like he has to do it, but he wants to do it. Certain problems

:46:30. > :46:33.will not stop. In the future, a lot of things will go wrong. We need to

:46:34. > :46:37.stop certain problems before they come to the point where our futures

:46:38. > :46:41.are affected. This is about stopping kids shooting and stabbing each

:46:42. > :46:54.other. There is a real dark side to it. He still manages to do it with a

:46:55. > :46:56.smile on his face, and he is a very, very genuine, warm, amazing young

:46:57. > :46:58.person. Semi-things have happened where young people's voices were not

:46:59. > :47:03.being heard. Nobody wanted to listen to us. He feels that the problems we

:47:04. > :47:07.are suffering from in society, young people themselves hold the key to

:47:08. > :47:13.unlocking the solutions, so the more young people who can hold -- you can

:47:14. > :47:17.stand behind him the better. We are ecstatic he has won this award. If

:47:18. > :47:22.you put passion into a certain thing that you want to change, those

:47:23. > :47:32.things can happen. I think he is a special child. I have to say that.

:47:33. > :47:35.He is a special child, I know that. This is BBC One. Right now, we are

:47:36. > :47:42.going to cross over live to the location of one of our team hero 's.

:47:43. > :47:43.Tinie Tempah is that there, about to surprise them,

:47:44. > :47:49.Tinie Tempah is that there, about to that they are one of our Teen

:47:50. > :47:54.Heroes. I'm about to surprise Jeremiah. Let's go. Good morning,

:47:55. > :48:03.everyone. Is that Jeremiah? I am here with Radio 1. This is for you.

:48:04. > :48:08.I have come personally with Radio 1 to give it to you. We have Nick

:48:09. > :48:14.Grimshaw live on the radio. You are live on radio one. For what? You are

:48:15. > :48:18.going to meet everybody performing. You are going to meet everybody in

:48:19. > :48:25.the front row, and you are going to collect your award in front of

:48:26. > :48:31.10,000 people. Good? Yes. Morning, Jeremiah. I am still in shock. Did

:48:32. > :48:42.you have any inkling that you are going to win this? I had no idea.

:48:43. > :48:51.What makes you think you have been nominated for this award? I think it

:48:52. > :48:55.is founding One Big Community, which stands up for the youth violence.

:48:56. > :49:05.You are going to collect this ward -- this award at the BBC Radio 's

:49:06. > :49:10.Teen Awards, in front of 10,000 people. Wembley, he is an amazing

:49:11. > :49:28.young man. Can we please give a very warm welcome to Jeremiah?

:49:29. > :49:44.You are our third team hero. What is it like meeting Tinie Tempah? I was

:49:45. > :49:53.so shocked. They put me on it like meeting Tinie Tempah? I was

:49:54. > :49:58.day in school. If I knew he was coming, I would have got a shaved

:49:59. > :50:03.cut! Jeremiah, how much does this mean to you right now that you have

:50:04. > :50:09.got a team hero award? It means so much. I have to thank god. I have to

:50:10. > :50:14.thank my mum. Without them, I wouldn't be on the stage right now.

:50:15. > :50:18.My friends, my family, and the people who have worked with me. And

:50:19. > :50:22.to all the young people who have lost their lives on the streets of

:50:23. > :50:27.London due to youth violence. Jeremiah, you and the rest of the

:50:28. > :50:35.Teen Heroes are the reason why we do this. Make some noise for our team

:50:36. > :50:41.hero, Jeremiah! Our next award is for Best British Single, and here to

:50:42. > :50:55.present our Scott meals and -- Scott Mills and Jameela Jamil!

:50:56. > :51:07.Hello Wembley! Are you well? Hello! Teen Awards, I can tell you that the

:51:08. > :51:20.winner of the Best British Single is... 1 Direction! Lads, we are on

:51:21. > :51:23.again, we have won another award for Best British Single. Before we say

:51:24. > :51:38.thank you, we've got to do another forfeit. Here we go. Where do they

:51:39. > :51:43.keep appearing from? The forfeit. Extra oars. Whoever gets the short

:51:44. > :51:47.straw must do the acceptance speech while the rest of the band spray

:51:48. > :51:51.them with silly string. Do we have straws?

:51:52. > :51:58.them with silly string. Do we have for a reason. What other chances

:51:59. > :52:05.that the last one we pick is the short one? It is close, but you have

:52:06. > :52:10.the short one. OK, we just want to say a massive thank you to

:52:11. > :52:16.everybody. We love our fans, and this tastes disgusting! Thank you.

:52:17. > :52:22.Sorry we couldn't be there! Wembley, we have nearly reached the

:52:23. > :52:27.end. It has been emotional. Have you had an amazing time? It has been
