0:11:45 > 0:11:50- I was chief officer at the time on - the St Columba with Captain Evans.
0:11:50 > 0:11:54- We were caught in a force 12 - off the Kish Lighthouse.
0:11:54 > 0:11:58- We couldn't dock at Dun Laoghaire - until the following morning.
0:11:59 > 0:12:02- It took us 15 hours - to cross instead of three.
0:12:02 > 0:12:06- What do you do when you're - faced with these dangers at sea?
0:12:07 > 0:12:12- You know stormy weather is on - the way, so you prepare in advance.
