:00:27. > :00:37.Welcome to the Eurovision Song Contest 2014.

:00:38. > :00:48.These are scenes from last year. When Denmark triumphed.

:00:49. > :00:57.That brings us to Copenhagen, home of Eurovision tonight. I think

:00:58. > :01:17.you'll be pleased. It's a great show, brilliantly staged.

:01:18. > :01:23.GRAHAM NORTON: Here's the lady who brought us here. Emmelie De Forest.

:01:24. > :01:25.She's performing this again later. All you need to know is she still

:01:26. > :01:35.hasn't bought any shoes! The winner is Denmark.

:01:36. > :01:54.Thank you so much. That is Emily making her way from

:01:55. > :01:59.Malmo to Copenhagen. Just a few miles over the bridge. In this VT

:02:00. > :02:07.they're taking all sorts of modes of transport - bikes, boats,

:02:08. > :02:14.helicopters. I, myself, had an electric car.

:02:15. > :02:22.So that is the site of Eurovision this year. The pre-publicity told us

:02:23. > :02:29.they'd transformed an old dockyard into a Eurovision village. Well!

:02:30. > :02:35.Certainly, the building we're in has been transformed... Inside. Outside,

:02:36. > :02:40.yeah, it's pretty clear it was a dockyard. Actually, it is phenomenal

:02:41. > :02:52.what they've done. They were still building boats in this building in

:02:53. > :02:59.1996. The whole set design is based around the prow of a ship. Oh, do

:03:00. > :03:03.have a care. What they're doing is passing

:03:04. > :03:09.anything pretty on the way to the massive eyesore that is the

:03:10. > :03:14.Eurovision island. That windfarm out there produces 4% of the electricity

:03:15. > :03:24.for Copenhagen, I'll have you know. Have you got pens? I'd hate Taufiq

:03:25. > :03:28.miss any of this. -- I'd hate you to miss any of this.

:03:29. > :03:40.This film is almost in real time. This is actually how long it takes

:03:41. > :03:44.to get out to Eurovision island. Water is featured in the set

:03:45. > :03:56.tonight, fire is featured. Of course, there's wind machines, as

:03:57. > :04:05.per normal. Is that the Queen? 11,000 people crammed into this old

:04:06. > :04:08.boat yard going nuts tonight. They have surpassed themselves. At first

:04:09. > :04:12.glance, you will think the set is one of the simpler ones, but as the

:04:13. > :04:22.though goes on, wow, it does all sorts of extraordinary things. It's

:04:23. > :04:27.really stunning. The music you're listening to in that short film was

:04:28. > :04:39.the winning song in Eurovision 1963, held in London.

:04:40. > :04:43.There we are. Those are the little boxes at the back. Where is the

:04:44. > :05:05.Union Jack. There it is. Whoa! In a minute, lots of indoor

:05:06. > :05:20.fireworks. There you go. Europe, are you ready to join us?

:05:21. > :05:34.That's the theme of tonight's show - join us. Here we go.

:05:35. > :05:38.The hosts of tonight's show isn't long enough. They've started it with

:05:39. > :05:42.all 26 entrants walking onto the stage.

:05:43. > :05:47.You only takes, half an hour, something like that. It doesn't take

:05:48. > :05:50.that long, but still it does feel slightly unnecessary. That big empty

:05:51. > :05:55.space in front of the auditorium there, that is the Green Room. The

:05:56. > :05:58.acts are in the middle of the auditorium. It was obviously

:05:59. > :06:02.designed for polite Danish people, who see a barrier and don't go over

:06:03. > :06:08.it. Whereas I imagine a lot of drunk Brits will be climbing in there

:06:09. > :06:14.later going, "Molly!" Plenty of time for Molly to get ready. She doesn't

:06:15. > :06:25.perform until 26th. She is the last song in the competition.

:06:26. > :06:58.Song number one, Ukraine. Song number two Belarus. Song number

:06:59. > :07:02.three, Azerbaijan. If you're wondering whether performing last is

:07:03. > :07:09.good or bad, the stats are thus: The last person to win performing last

:07:10. > :07:16.was Yugoslavia in 1989. But in recent years, people have come

:07:17. > :07:22.second. Dana in 1970, she performed last. So it's not a good thing nor a

:07:23. > :07:29.bad thing, it's just a thing. In rehearsals Molly is doing a great

:07:30. > :07:41.job. You'll be very pleased when you see her performance this evening.

:07:42. > :08:02.Poland. Song number 11, Austria. Here she

:08:03. > :08:08.is, the unofficial queen of Eurovision, Conchita Wurst. If

:08:09. > :08:10.tabloid inches and media attention were votes, she would be the clear

:08:11. > :08:33.winner. Song number 14, France. Song number

:08:34. > :08:37.15, Russia. Mixed response in the hall. It was very loud booing when

:08:38. > :08:41.Russia got through the semifinal. But that's just here in Denmark.

:08:42. > :08:50.That won't be reflected in the voting, I imagine.

:08:51. > :09:10.Song number 19, Spain. Ruth Lorenzo ex-X Factor lady. Song number 20,

:09:11. > :09:39.Switzerland. Song number 21, Hungary. Song number

:09:40. > :09:55.22, Malta. Song number 23, Denmark. That's a catchy song. Song number

:09:56. > :10:01.25, San Marino. And song number 26, United Kingdom. Molly! Children of

:10:02. > :10:05.the Universe. I think she's been finding the whole experience quite

:10:06. > :10:13.overwhelming. But she loved last night. She's in great form.

:10:14. > :10:24.Now the actor plays Kasper the spin doctor, Lise is a TV presenter, and

:10:25. > :10:31.Nikolaj is a Danish pianist and journalist. Good evening Europe!

:10:32. > :10:48.Wow! CHEERING

:10:49. > :10:52.Spectacular. It's our pleasure to welcome you to the Grand Final of

:10:53. > :10:55.the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 live from Copenhagen.

:10:56. > :11:14.The cleaner won't be pleased. This is a joke. You're right, that

:11:15. > :11:18.was Chinese. It's my way of saying this show celebrates music from all

:11:19. > :11:26.the Europe, but it's a show with a worldwide audience, including China.

:11:27. > :11:29.45 countries in total. More than 180 million people are watching this

:11:30. > :11:37.right now. That is a lot of people. Yes, it is. We found out if everyone

:11:38. > :11:43.watching right now - Europeans, Asians, Australians... If we all

:11:44. > :11:47.lined up, outside, holding hands... Then no-one would be watching this

:11:48. > :11:52.show. Thank you for staying where you are. Tonight 26 countries will

:11:53. > :11:55.perform live on this stage. Remember, Europe, you decide who

:11:56. > :12:00.should win. You can vote by calling... This is the annoying bit

:12:01. > :12:06.where I speak over someone speaking English. I apologise but I am

:12:07. > :12:10.obliged to do it. The only way UK viewers can vote is by calling the

:12:11. > :12:14.number on screen now. However lines won't open until all 26 acts have

:12:15. > :12:22.performed. Don't call before then, as your vote won't count and you may

:12:23. > :12:25.still be charged. For full terms and conditions visit

:12:26. > :12:29.bbc.co.uk/Eurovision. Viewers' votes are combined 50/50 with the scores

:12:30. > :12:34.of national juries. Those juries watched and voted on last night's

:12:35. > :12:37.dress rehearsal. We're not told how they're voted until the results are

:12:38. > :12:43.announced later tonight. The UK jurors this year are music industry

:12:44. > :12:48.professionals and they are Carrie Grant, Gus Gowland, Laura Wright,

:12:49. > :12:51.Candice McKenzie, Steve Allen and we thank all of them. They're talking

:12:52. > :12:55.about a mobile app there, you can get the app, but the voting part of

:12:56. > :13:07.it doesn't work for British viewers. The only way can you vote tonight is

:13:08. > :13:10.to call. That Chinese thing by the way, if you're not finding it funny

:13:11. > :13:18.now, you won't be finding it funny way, if you're not finding it funny

:13:19. > :13:22.it. Let the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 begin!

:13:23. > :13:25.CHEERING Here we go.

:13:26. > :13:29.Song number one, I should warn you that many of the songs contain

:13:30. > :13:38.flashing images and strobe effects. Each country was asked to put

:13:39. > :13:43.together a short film, making the country's flag in an unusual way,

:13:44. > :13:46.featuring land escapes. Maybe they invented the post-it in Ukraine. I'm

:13:47. > :14:02.not sure. This doesn't look safe to me. Her name is Mariya Yaremchuk and

:14:03. > :14:07.the song is Tick-Tock. It makes you tense watching this. She's a lady in

:14:08. > :14:08.a long gown, a wind machine and fast-moving hamster wheel. Good

:14:09. > :14:38.luck. # When the light of the night

:14:39. > :14:50.fell on us we knew # Now cover me

:14:51. > :15:00.I'll buy us time, time # Tick-tock

:15:01. > :15:16.Can you hear me go tick-tock? # My heart is like a clock

:15:17. > :15:20.I'm steady like a rock # Don't stop, kiss

:15:21. > :15:23.and kiss me till I drop # My heart is like a clock

:15:24. > :15:27.You wind it with your love # Tick-tock

:15:28. > :15:31.Can you hear me go tick-tock? # My heart is like a clock

:15:32. > :15:36.I'm steady like a rock # Don't stop, kiss

:15:37. > :15:39.and kiss me till I drop # You wind and wind it

:15:40. > :15:53.with your love # Go tick-tock

:15:54. > :15:59.without the glimpse of you # I keep losing my pace

:16:00. > :16:03.In this endless race # Wait for me, I'll buy us time

:16:04. > :16:23.Oh oh oh-oh-oh oh oh # Tick-tock

:16:24. > :16:27.Can you hear me go tick-tock? # My heart is like a clock

:16:28. > :16:31.I'm steady like a rock # Don't stop, kiss

:16:32. > :16:34.and kiss me till I drop # My heart is like a clock

:16:35. > :16:38.You wind it with your love # Tick-tock

:16:39. > :16:42.Can you hear me go tick-tock? # My heart is like a clock

:16:43. > :16:46.I'm steady like a rock # Don't stop, kiss

:16:47. > :16:50.and kiss me till I drop # My heart is like a clock

:16:51. > :16:54.You wind it with your love # Tick-tock

:16:55. > :16:57.Can you hear me go tick-tock? # My heart is like a clock

:16:58. > :17:01.I'm steady like a rock # Don't stop, kiss and kiss me till

:17:02. > :17:06.I drop You wind it with your love # My heart is like a clock

:17:07. > :17:26.You wind it with your love APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

:17:27. > :17:30.GRAHAM NORTON: And we're off. We'd love to know if you're partying

:17:31. > :17:33.along to the show. Send your comments and photos to our

:17:34. > :17:37.Eurovision party to Facebook or Twitter. The best will appear on the

:17:38. > :17:41.red button and you can find the lyrics of the songs tonight there.

:17:42. > :17:45.Terms and conditions at bbc.co.uk/Eurovision. Wonder what

:17:46. > :17:50.the lyrics to this are. It's called Cheesecake. The man singing it is

:17:51. > :17:58.called Teo. He represents Belarus. Imagine a sort of cut-price Justin

:17:59. > :18:22.Timberlake, if you will. Not even any circus skills to cheer this up.

:18:23. > :18:40.# When you called me "my sweet cheesecake"

:18:41. > :18:43.# I don't wanna be your toy Perhaps today

:18:44. > :18:45.# I'm not gonna be your boyfriend It's too late

:18:46. > :18:48.# I look over Google Maps trying to escape

:18:49. > :18:50.# Cos I'm tired of being your sweet cheesecake

:18:51. > :18:58.# I'm not gonna be your boyfriend It's too late

:18:59. > :19:01.# I look over Maps trying to escape

:19:02. > :19:03.# Cos I'm tired of being your sweet cheesecake

:19:04. > :19:20.# On my way, don't stay On my way, hey

:19:21. > :19:31.# You want me to be the man I'll never ever be

:19:32. > :19:33.# I don't wanna be your toy Perhaps today

:19:34. > :19:36.# I'm not gonna be your boyfriend It's too late

:19:37. > :19:43.# I look over all the Maps trying to escape

:19:44. > :19:48.# Cos I'm tired of being your sweet cheesecake

:19:49. > :19:54.# I'm not gonna be your boyfriend It's too late

:19:55. > :19:57.# I look over all the Maps trying to escape

:19:58. > :19:59.# Cos I'm tired of being your sweet cheesecake

:20:00. > :20:14.# I don't wanna I don't wanna be your toy

:20:15. > :20:18.# I don't wanna I don't wanna be your boy, baby

:20:19. > :20:21.# Whoa-oh-oh Oh-oh-oh-oh... #

:20:22. > :20:33.# I'm not gonna be your boyfriend It's too late

:20:34. > :20:35.# I look over all the Maps trying to escape

:20:36. > :20:38.# Cos I'm tired of being your sweet cheesecake

:20:39. > :20:41.# I don't wanna be your toy Perhaps today

:20:42. > :20:43.# I'm not gonna be your boyfriend It's too late

:20:44. > :20:46.# I look over all the Maps trying to escape

:20:47. > :20:48.# Cos I'm tired of being your sweet cheesecake

:20:49. > :20:56.# I look over all the Maps trying to escape

:20:57. > :20:59.# Cos I'm tired of being your sweet cheesecake

:21:00. > :21:01.# I don't wanna be your toy Perhaps today

:21:02. > :21:04.# I'm not gonna be your boyfriend It's too late

:21:05. > :21:06.# I look over all the Maps trying to escape

:21:07. > :21:18.APPLAUSE AND CHEERING GRAHAM NORTON: No song in position

:21:19. > :21:23.two has ever won the Eurovision Song Contest. After witnessing that, I

:21:24. > :21:28.probably didn't need to explain that. The first shout out is for Jan

:21:29. > :21:34.Key, she's here with Terry. A shout out to everyone in North Wales and

:21:35. > :21:41.Dartmouth, especially the junior golfers at Clays Golf Club. This

:21:42. > :21:45.lady is Dilara Kasimova. She's representing Azerbaijan with a song

:21:46. > :21:49.called Start A Fire. Some people took these little films quite

:21:50. > :21:58.seriously. We did. Wait until you see the UK's, it's fabulous. This

:21:59. > :21:59.one, I don't understand it. This performance features a apees.

:22:00. > :22:22.Why? Because it's Eurovision. # People gathering by

:22:23. > :22:28.to breathe the morning air # But no-one sees the bitter cold

:22:29. > :22:41.and shivering empty hands # A schoolgirl running by

:22:42. > :22:47.and trying to beat the bell # People dropping

:22:48. > :22:54.coins in wishing wells # But no-one cares for dreams

:22:55. > :23:04.that don't fit into our world # A soldier in the hands of

:23:05. > :23:45.a forgotten mess # Digging out the burning bullets

:23:46. > :25:27.in his chest rollerblading and brilliant tram

:25:28. > :25:31.pleening. Now, song number four Iceland. On paper this should be

:25:32. > :25:39.wildly annoying. They're singing a song about no prejudice and

:25:40. > :25:50.rockabilly style. But it is wildly infectious. The group is called

:25:51. > :25:53.Pollaponk. The song is No Prejudice. Copenhagen has fall anyone love with

:25:54. > :26:00.these guys, because they wear their colours all the time, either in

:26:01. > :26:02.onesies, dressing gowns, suits, anoraks and tonight, they may do

:26:03. > :26:11.very well. # La-la la-la-la-la

:26:12. > :26:12.La-la-la # Life is way too short

:26:13. > :26:15.for short-sightedness # Cos everyb-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-body

:26:16. > :26:26.looks the same on the inside # And it p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-pays

:26:27. > :26:33.to wear a smile # Don't discriminate

:26:34. > :26:38.Tolerance is bliss # But you don't need

:26:39. > :26:47.to call me a freak # Cos everyb-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-body

:26:48. > :27:09.looks the same on the inside # And it p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-pays

:27:10. > :27:16.to wear a smile # Don't discriminate

:27:17. > :27:21.Tolerance is bliss # But you don't need

:27:22. > :27:30.to call me a freak # Don't discriminate

:27:31. > :27:55.Tolerance is bliss # But you don't need

:27:56. > :28:16.to call me a freak # La-la la-la-la-la

:28:17. > :28:24.La-la la-la # Don't discriminate

:28:25. > :28:29.Tolerance is bliss # But you don't need

:28:30. > :28:54.to call me a freak APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

:28:55. > :29:04.GRAHAM NORTON: Come on UK, that was fun. I feel you resisting. Next to

:29:05. > :29:09.one of their neighbours, Norway. This man is Carl Espen. When he's

:29:10. > :29:12.not doing this he's a salesman selling doors and windows. He

:29:13. > :29:19.actually makes them, as he's doing here. He has no experience as a

:29:20. > :29:26.singer. Yet his cousin thought he's a lovely voice, so she wrote this

:29:27. > :29:30.song for him. It's certainly unusual. He does look a bit

:29:31. > :29:34.preoccupied throughout the performance. He looks like he's

:29:35. > :29:36.thinking, "Did I leave the gas on? Should I phone and get them to

:29:37. > :29:55.check? It's called Silent Storm. # I'm here to use my heart

:29:56. > :30:29.and my hands # Somehow the bruises

:30:30. > :30:36.changed my plans? # And there's a silent storm

:30:37. > :30:41.inside me # And there's a silent storm

:30:42. > :30:59.inside me # I'm here to use my heart

:31:00. > :31:47.and my hands # And there's a silent storm

:31:48. > :32:04.inside me # I hope that someone's

:32:05. > :32:44.gonna find me APPLAUSE AND CHEERING

:32:45. > :32:51.GRAHAM NORTON: Bless him. I think he's delighted that's over.

:32:52. > :33:07.As are we. Song number six, Romania. These people look familiar, well

:33:08. > :33:12.they're Paul Seling I think this has a sinister feel. Where are

:33:13. > :33:17.the police while these two are setting up exlozives by a lake in

:33:18. > :33:22.quite a built-up area? Now you won't see any editing here. It's

:33:23. > :33:26.incredible what they've done. There are the fireworks. If you took a

:33:27. > :33:36.picture in the water, it would look exactly like that. Yeah! This

:33:37. > :33:43.features a circular piano, why? Because it's Eurovision.

:33:44. > :33:56.# And I want to believe this is magical

:33:57. > :34:15.# And I want to believe it's incredible

:34:16. > :34:17.# We could be dancing with stars in the night

:34:18. > :34:59.# And you got that feeling So beautiful

:35:00. > :35:09.# I told you before that it's magical

:35:10. > :35:21.# But you just can't deny it's incredible

:35:22. > :35:24.# If I only knew all the things you could tell me

:35:25. > :36:10.# It's a miracle... in the night

:36:11. > :36:49.APPLAUSE AND CHEERING Here's a fact for you, that is the highest note

:36:50. > :36:54.you'll hear this evening. By the way, if you think oh, I quite like

:36:55. > :37:01.that grand piano, I imagine you can find it in a skip outside the

:37:02. > :37:07.stadium later. Andre, Tom and Vera are cheering on the ewe vain. Dan,

:37:08. > :37:10.Luke, Nicky, Jade and Dave are in York and Tom and David in

:37:11. > :37:20.Shoreditch. Moving on to Armenia now. This is

:37:21. > :37:25.Aram. That's -- this is Aram Mp3. That's his actual name. He is a

:37:26. > :37:30.comedian as well as a singer. He was the bookies' favourite. But he has

:37:31. > :37:36.slipped to fourth place. The thinking is he's said some quite

:37:37. > :37:41.rude things about Conchita. He didn't do a great performance in the

:37:42. > :37:54.semifinal last night, let's see what he's like tonight.

:37:55. > :38:35.# Though you are scared and you're hurt

:38:36. > :38:49.# And why do dreams make people scream?

:38:50. > :40:25.# Yeah, what if it's only one kiss?

:40:26. > :40:56.Where are you? I thought I looked tired and sweaty. Wow. Still it was

:40:57. > :41:00.very well staged. And Armenia again consistently top five. So, you never

:41:01. > :41:10.know. He may be our winner this evening. Next up it's Montenegro and

:45:10. > :45:15.heavy lifting to Cleo and her good girlfriends. The lyrics are on the

:49:03. > :49:07.The song is called Rise Up, it's Freaky Fortune featuring RiskyKidd.

:49:08. > :49:17.RiskyKidd is a 19-year-old rapper born and raised in London. Now

:49:18. > :49:21.rapping in Athens. This is a really catchy up-tempo number. Well, it's

:49:22. > :49:28.the one time in the show where the commentary booth actually rocks, the

:49:29. > :49:33.whole thing shakes. There is some fantastic tram Poe leaning --

:49:34. > :49:51.trampolening in this. RAPS: I feel like rising up

:49:52. > :49:55.to the sky like I am a dove I'm in love with this feeling

:52:33. > :52:55.win or lose, that's going to be a massive disco hit all summer long.

:52:56. > :53:02.OK. Here we go. It's song number 11 for Austria. The song, Rise Like A

:53:03. > :53:11.Phoenix. The performer, Conchita Wurst. She's the Eurovision darling.

:53:12. > :53:15.She's all anybody is talking about. She's the creation of Tom, who

:53:16. > :53:17.describes it as a drag act but takes it very seriously. The song is

:53:18. > :53:24.beautifully staged. I hope it very seriously. The song is

:53:25. > :53:27.should. It deserves to. Austria haven't won

:53:28. > :53:31.should. It deserves to. Austria years. Listen to that crowd.

:53:32. > :53:44.love her already. Good luck.

:53:45. > :56:45.fool, but that ovation, for that performance, I know it's camp and

:56:46. > :56:49.silly, but it seems like in that moment, you're witnessing something

:56:50. > :56:53.that matters just a little bit. Fantastic job, Conchita Wurst. I

:56:54. > :56:57.hope, I hope she does well tonight. If it was a popular vote, I think

:56:58. > :57:05.she'd win. Juries have half the say. And maybe they won't react in such

:57:06. > :57:10.an emotional way. Next up it's the first of the big five. Now these are

:57:11. > :57:13.countries that don't do the semifinals because they make a

:57:14. > :57:17.greater financial contribution to the contest, Germany is joined by

:57:18. > :57:23.Italy, Spain, France and the UK and the host nation, Denmark didn't go

:57:24. > :57:27.to the semifinals either. Elaiza is a trio of ladies singing Is It

:57:28. > :57:29.Right. I would suggest no. But it's up to

:57:30. > :57:35.you ( # She tries to feel

:57:36. > :58:55.She can't feel anything # So when it's all

:58:56. > :00:46.not what you thought follow Conchita would have a tough

:00:47. > :00:50.job, but they were fodder thrown out there.

:00:51. > :00:55.Ladies and gentleman, that's exactly what you have to decide. Thank you

:00:56. > :00:58.very much to Elaiza from Germany and to the first 12 songs that we've

:00:59. > :01:02.heard this evening. Now if you want to know what people from all over

:01:03. > :01:07.Europe think about the performances so far, go to your favourite social

:01:08. > :01:16.media and use the official #Eurovision. If you don't know what

:01:17. > :01:20.a hash tag is... Don't patronise me. I'm 5 #1, I'm not dead.

:01:21. > :01:30.-- I'm 51, I'm not dead. This book is packed with amazing

:01:31. > :01:33.records from the This isn't Eurovision. The highest note, I

:01:34. > :01:37.don't know why he said that. In the book of records, you can find all

:01:38. > :01:46.kinds of impressive records. For example, the highest age. 12 points

:01:47. > :01:52.go to Norway. The highest number of points. And the record for the

:01:53. > :02:00.highest hat. But one record is higher than all the others. That's

:02:01. > :02:02.the highest note. Over the years, there have been some very impressive

:02:03. > :02:14.high notes. But to find the highest note ever,

:02:15. > :02:29.we have to go back to 1996. The Croatian singer surprised

:02:30. > :02:37.everyone when she turned her love ballad into a sudden screamavaganza.

:02:38. > :02:42.An extraordinary high note that sends Croatia into the all-time

:02:43. > :02:50.records of Eurovision with her note B flat 5.

:02:51. > :03:02.Oops. Luckily I'm drinking wine out of a paper cup. That was Croatia's

:03:03. > :03:10.highest placing, in '9 of. -- in 96. Here they are. Europe make some

:03:11. > :03:12.noise. Pilou is an actor. He's not a television presenter or a comedian.

:03:13. > :03:23.This will become clear. Lots of Brits in the audience

:03:24. > :03:27.tonight. I encountered many on the way in. They seemed merry earlier.

:03:28. > :03:32.This used to be a shipyard. Back then it was full of hot lights,

:03:33. > :03:41.dripping fire and beautiful men with big, sweaty muscles. Looking at all

:03:42. > :03:48.of you hard-core Eurovision fans down here, I see nothing's changed.

:03:49. > :03:52.It's wonderful. Ba-dum. So let's continue with song number 13. Give

:03:53. > :03:57.it up for the amazing Sanna from Sweden. The neighbouring Sweden.

:03:58. > :04:03.This is Sanna Nielsen. She is the bookies' favourite.

:04:04. > :04:09.It's 40 years since ABBA triumphed in Brighton. So it would be fitting

:04:10. > :04:13.if Sweden were to win tonight and they could host the Diamond Jubilee

:04:14. > :04:20.next year. The song is called Undo and it is really terrific. She's a

:04:21. > :04:24.big star in Sweden and yet, she's attempted to represent her country

:04:25. > :04:34.seven times. Finally, she's made it and to punish her, they've made her

:04:35. > :04:37.blow up lie -- lilos. Beautiful staging, a very catchy song. This

:04:38. > :07:55.may well Take the Crown tonight. singing along. They all know. It

:07:56. > :08:00.it's been a big hit. If that does win tonight, I don't think anyone

:08:01. > :08:04.could argue. It is a great song and well performed. Many of the songs

:08:05. > :08:08.coming up contain flashing images and strobe effects, if that affects

:08:09. > :08:13.you. Also, if you think you might have missed Molly, don't worry,

:08:14. > :08:23.she's song 26. She's the last one to perform tonight. Quick shout out to

:08:24. > :08:27.robbo and Ben. It's the second of the big five, France. The group is

:08:28. > :08:32.called Twin Twin. The song is called Moustache. It tells the moving story

:08:33. > :08:36.of a man who has everything, but can't grow a moustache. Again, I

:08:37. > :08:40.think this picture might be faked. Yeah. By the way, two of the

:08:41. > :08:42.performers of the three are real-life twins. See if you can spot

:08:43. > :09:06.which ones. TRANSLATED: # Something's missing

:09:07. > :09:09.but what could it be? # I've got the world

:09:10. > :09:21.crying out the window # But I don't care

:09:22. > :09:24.I live on the top floor # I don't even know

:09:25. > :09:26.my own cleaning lady # I say, I've got everything

:09:27. > :10:28.I've got it all # The world is at my feet

:10:29. > :10:30.It's crazy! # I have everything

:10:31. > :11:44.I could ever dream of been here, I enjoyed that. I liked

:11:45. > :11:48.it. In the legacy of twins, he was wearing his Jedward hair style.

:11:49. > :11:51.This, oddly, given the producers put the show together is our twin

:11:52. > :11:55.section. We've just had twins and now we have more. These are the

:11:56. > :12:01.Tolmachevy Sisters, something like that. People are pulling faces. Look

:12:02. > :12:06.it up. They're representing Russia with a song called Shine. Now the

:12:07. > :12:14.most interesting thing about this is how they get them on stage. Their

:12:15. > :12:18.hair is interlocked. It also features an enormous see-saw, which

:12:19. > :12:25.looks a bit like a military vehicle to my eye. And a man has come from

:12:26. > :12:27.Russia to essentially pull some curtains. Expect a mixed response to

:12:28. > :12:35.this song. # Telling all the world

:12:36. > :13:29.to show some love # No-one's gonna bring me down

:13:30. > :13:34.Bring me down # Telling all the world

:13:35. > :14:49.to show some love # No-one's gonna bring me down

:14:50. > :15:01.Bring me down # Telling all the world to

:15:02. > :15:20.show some love # Telling all the world

:15:21. > :15:26.to show some love # No-one's gonna bring me down

:15:27. > :15:44.Bring me down man with the curtains looked like an

:15:45. > :15:51.irritated neighbour, "Oh, those twins are singing again!"

:15:52. > :15:59.A shout out to Simon an the gang at Celebrity Towers. And Roger, Tim,

:16:00. > :16:03.nor reap, Johnny, Kevin and many heavy drinking women in Old Street

:16:04. > :16:07.all loving the Polish sleaze. I wouldn't call it sleaze. No, good,

:16:08. > :16:10.clean fun. This is Italy. The girl is called Emma. The song is La Mia

:16:11. > :16:14.Citta. Not only a marvellous singer, but

:16:15. > :16:22.what a fine cook. Seriously, this is their post card?

:16:23. > :16:27.A salad? Wait till you see ours. That's all I say. It looks

:16:28. > :16:33.delicious. It looks like they've been rooting

:16:34. > :16:40.through Versace's old dressing up box.

:16:41. > :17:12.# And please tell me if there's a meaning to time

:17:13. > :17:18.# And tell me if there's really a destination

:17:19. > :17:35.# Or if I'll need to run to reach my happiness

:17:36. > :17:41.# I push hard and I'm not scared of you

:17:42. > :18:18.# And please tell me if there's a meaning to time

:18:19. > :18:25.# And tell me if there's really a destination

:18:26. > :18:36.# I run away, I want I take and shiver

:18:37. > :18:43.# And I think about myself with no control

:18:44. > :18:47.# I push hard and I'm not scared of you

:18:48. > :19:03.# And tell me you ain't just a confused reflection

:19:04. > :19:07.# I am looking at on the bottom of ourselves

:19:08. > :19:15.# I run away, I want I take and shiver

:19:16. > :19:27.# And I think about myself with no control

:19:28. > :19:30.# I push hard and I'm not scared of you

:19:31. > :19:59.goodbye. We're moving on to Slovenia now and Tinkara Kovac. The song is

:20:00. > :20:09.Round and Round. This woman's parents did everything right. They

:20:10. > :20:17.sent her to study the flute. She became a classical floutist yet she

:20:18. > :20:21.ended up representing her country at Eurovision. She never leaves the

:20:22. > :20:26.flute out of her sight. It's with her at all times.

:47:53. > :47:58.In the semifinal it's took everyone by surprise. Now it's crept up in

:51:57. > :51:58.song. This next lady is the penultimate performer. That's

:51:59. > :52:03.particularly exciting tonight because up next is Molly,

:52:04. > :52:07.representing the UK. However right now it's Valentina Monetta and she,

:52:08. > :52:12.no matter what happens tonight is already a winner. She's come for the

:52:13. > :52:16.last three years, representing San Marino in the semifinals and has

:52:17. > :52:20.failed to get through. This year, miraculously - and I mean that -

:52:21. > :52:25.she's made it to the Grand Final. San Marino, a tiny country, only

:52:26. > :52:28.31,000 people. They've clubbed together, bought her some rouched

:52:29. > :52:49.curtains and we wish her luck. # Maybe we can not live in peace

:55:12. > :55:49.and I feel this is right again and I will die happy. They

:55:50. > :55:54.thought what it needs is a wedding marquee. This is song 26. There she

:55:55. > :55:57.is, Molly. Very hands on. Putting her back into it. This is how you

:55:58. > :56:02.make a post card. Look at the scale of this, ladies and gentleman. It's

:56:03. > :56:08.epic. On stage with Molly tonight, she'll have backing vocals, Sharleen

:56:09. > :56:11.Linton, Lincoln Jean-Marie, Toni Beaumont, Katie Holmes and the

:56:12. > :56:14.drummer is Joe Yoshida. Molly met him in college. Big shout out to all

:07:51. > :07:56.I am surprised it is doing as it is. This was always going to be a dark

:07:57. > :08:07.horse but people have taken to it in a big way. Calm After The Storm.

:08:08. > :08:13.Here she is. Just for the atmosphere in the hall, I would quite like her

:08:14. > :08:18.to win. It would go bonkers if she did take the trophy back tonight. I

:08:19. > :08:27.am here with Conchita, who is currently in the lead. I have to ask

:08:28. > :08:38.you the obvious question, how do you feel? I'm so thankful. I don't
