:07:18. > :07:26.# I just want to make Shay dance # I just want to make Glastonbury

:07:26. > :07:36.dance # I just want to make the world

:07:36. > :07:45.

:07:45. > :07:55.dance All right are you buddy buddy? I

:07:55. > :08:00.

:08:00. > :08:06.Stand up, take a bow. Stand up, take a bow.

:08:06. > :08:09.Thank you! That is without a doubt one of the

:08:09. > :08:14.highlights. That was Jessie J who plucked a little girl from the

:08:14. > :08:18.audience. What a little star. You would have missed the fact that

:08:18. > :08:20.Jessie J asked for a cup of mud and and she proceeded to spread it over

:08:20. > :08:25.her face to be at one with the audience.

:08:25. > :08:29.You might be able to detect a slight noise behind us. The sound

:08:29. > :08:33.of Pendulum. Also Plan B who is fresh off the

:08:33. > :08:38.Pyramid Stage is going to come in for a chat in a moment. We are

:08:38. > :08:44.socially interactive. If you want to ask a question, you can go on

:08:44. > :08:49.Twitter on on to the BBC Three Facebook pages.

:08:49. > :08:54.So you have already seen Greg and Gemma and Greg Greg James has been

:08:54. > :09:02.going on a crawl. So the search continues. Greg, let's see how

:09:02. > :09:07.Now this is a million miles away from the mayhem of last night's

:09:07. > :09:10.night-time crawl. It is the iconic Stone Circle. It is where people

:09:10. > :09:14.come to relax and cleanse their soul. It is difficult to know

:09:14. > :09:24.looking around if they have just just woken up or still up from last

:09:24. > :09:40.

:09:40. > :09:43.night. To cleanse my soul further. This is a wonderful, wonderful

:09:43. > :09:49.atmosphere. Tas lot more relaxing up here.

:09:49. > :09:54.is it you do here? What we are doing a lot of energising

:09:54. > :09:58.medtations. They are quick fix wid ard fix wizard spells.

:09:58. > :10:02.So you are a wizard? I am. We are going to imagine there are

:10:02. > :10:09.roots stretching out deep into the ground and linking into the the

:10:09. > :10:13.energy that is the mother of our planet.

:10:13. > :10:18.The third eye in the centre of the head, purple. Take a deep breath.

:10:18. > :10:24.We are going to open our eyes and take a look around you. Notice the

:10:24. > :10:31.difference in the colours that you see. You have accepted that magical

:10:31. > :10:37.sight that is the wizard inside. Thank you for inviting me in. Tell

:10:37. > :10:43.me what this is exactly? It is commonly known as the gong tent. We

:10:43. > :10:53.do relaxation sessions in here. We are going to do a two minute gong

:10:53. > :11:01.

:11:01. > :11:05.GONG SOUNDS. Thank you very much. I feel like

:11:05. > :11:11.I'm vibrating. You are vibrating indeed. You may

:11:11. > :11:16.feel the reverberations for that that a a while.

:11:16. > :11:26.Do the neighbours not get annoyed? No, it's Glastonbury!

:11:26. > :11:30.Good morning. How are you? I'm very well. How are you? Can I ask you

:11:30. > :11:34.quickly what you are doing? barge-style painting. None of us

:11:34. > :11:42.know what we are doing, but we have managed to create this. They look

:11:42. > :11:45.good. People like it. It is a chillout thing as well.

:11:45. > :11:51.A mobile festival seat. Yeah, go on then.

:11:51. > :11:59.I mean it is not uncomfortable. But if you are sat right at the front

:11:59. > :12:07.for Coldplay. He is there, you know what I mean? Yeah.

:12:08. > :12:11.What's going on here then, please? We are making copper piles out of

:12:11. > :12:15.recycled water cylinders. People can start hitting it around with a

:12:15. > :12:21.hammer and before you know it, you have got a bowl. Would you like to

:12:21. > :12:28.have a go? If you leave me to my copper bowl I will have a think

:12:28. > :12:32.about where to go next on my I thought there was an air of

:12:32. > :12:36.serenity around Greg today. He is very, very calm after the Healing

:12:36. > :12:40.Fields. He had an air of calm about him.

:12:40. > :12:48.What I love about Glastonbury is watching my favourite bands work

:12:48. > :12:50.their way up the list. One of my favourite bands is the Bombay

:12:50. > :13:00.Bicycle Club. I am looking forward to watching

:13:00. > :13:01.

:13:02. > :13:11.this. The Bombay Bicycle Club and this is Shuffle at demrast bury.

:13:12. > :13:12.

:13:12. > :14:09.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 57 seconds

:14:09. > :14:19.# Get it out of my mind # Say it on the track

:14:19. > :14:24.

:14:24. > :14:33.# Once you get the freedom # Once you have more

:14:33. > :14:43.# # # Once you get the feeling # Once you get some more

:14:43. > :14:45.

:14:45. > :14:55.# Freedom on the floor # I want you to believe in it until

:14:55. > :15:07.

:15:07. > :15:15.it's gone # You give to me all I know

:15:15. > :15:23.# I will stay here # I will not go

:15:23. > :15:33.# You gave to me # All I know

:15:33. > :15:51.

:15:51. > :15:57.# I will stay here # I will not go

:15:57. > :16:07.# Once you get the feeling # Once you get more

:16:07. > :16:17.# Says it is going to heal again # He won't make the call

:16:17. > :16:19.

:16:19. > :16:24.# Once you get the the feeling # Feet on the floor

:16:24. > :16:34.# Jumping out the wall # I want you to believe in it

:16:34. > :16:38.

:16:38. > :16:42.Fantastic. That was The beautiful Bombay Bicycle Club.

:16:42. > :16:48.Fresh off the Pyramid Stage, it is Mr Plan B

:16:48. > :16:54.You have just stepped off that stage.

:16:54. > :17:02.I am still red. I have got mud all over my shoes. I had a wicked time

:17:02. > :17:06.and I came here in the year 2000 and broke in! Sorry. Don't tell

:17:06. > :17:11.Eavis that. We thought it was a good idea to camp by the toilets,

:17:11. > :17:17.but not here, in the morning they pump out the toilets and it is not

:17:17. > :17:21.a nice odour. I think I worked Cyprus hill on that stage there.

:17:21. > :17:24.That was like eleven years ago. To be On that stage and perform and

:17:24. > :17:31.look out from the other side was mental. What a moment.

:17:31. > :17:39.Definitely. The Pyramid Stage is one thing, but you won yourself

:17:39. > :17:43.three Ivan know Ivan Novello Awards. I read that you made Rolf Harris

:17:43. > :17:47.cry. Rolf Harris came up to me in tears.

:17:47. > :17:54.This is so surreal. Because I have never you before, but I feel like I

:17:54. > :17:59.know you because I grew up with him. No, he just said, he said that what

:17:59. > :18:03.I said inspired him to want to go and write some more songs. Wow.

:18:03. > :18:08.It was something like that. If he releases a single soon you are

:18:08. > :18:12.responsible for that. Completely. It was like, it meant a

:18:12. > :18:16.lot to me to win them awards. You know, I would have been happy with

:18:16. > :18:20.one, and I got three. It has been a long journey.

:18:20. > :18:25.One of which was Song Writer of the Year.

:18:26. > :18:30.It has been a long journey. I went from the first album where I was

:18:30. > :18:37.underrated and underestimated and I felt it. Like now, obviously,

:18:37. > :18:42.people are giving me credit for what I'm doing and there is no

:18:42. > :18:47.greater feeling and it being cemented by winning those awards.

:18:47. > :18:51.And going out to the States. You had a bit of of a tour? I spent six

:18:51. > :18:59.weeks in America and it was hard and it was long, but I loved it and

:18:59. > :19:02.I enjoyed it. Especially the part of the tour where I was with Adele

:19:03. > :19:10.because she is great fun. Things are taking time. Tas bit slow.

:19:10. > :19:15.It is a big place. It is a big place, but it is like

:19:15. > :19:19.the gatekeepers, if they don't want to play play your stuff on radio,

:19:19. > :19:22.you are flogging a dead horse. It is a great record and hopefully it

:19:22. > :19:28.will be one of those things that spreads through word of mouth.

:19:28. > :19:37.We have got some Facebook and Twitter questions.

:19:37. > :19:44.One of Twitter, "what do you to get psyched up before a gig?"

:19:44. > :19:51.usually worrying everything. I'm woreying about my -- worrying about

:19:51. > :19:54.my shoes. Clips. I am usually worrying about that

:19:54. > :19:59.stuff so much that I'm not thinking about what is going on stage.

:19:59. > :20:04.Do you listen to any music to get yourself in a zone? It is always a

:20:04. > :20:09.panic. Where is my comb? Where is had this? You just go on stage and

:20:09. > :20:13.you are released. I wouldn't say there is anything I do to kind of

:20:13. > :20:19.get me hyped up. I am hyped up as soon as I see the crowd.

:20:19. > :20:25.I have got to ask you something on behalf of the crowd. A lot of

:20:25. > :20:32.people are are wondering what is happening with the Ballard of

:20:32. > :20:36.Belmarsh? It is another instalment. It covers old ground like the

:20:36. > :20:40.videos do. It just goes into greater detail what they are and

:20:40. > :20:45.that's the great thing about hip- hop, it allows you to do that. I

:20:45. > :20:50.wrote this album the way I write hip-hop which is trying to convey

:20:50. > :20:55.the story that I need to get out rather than trying to make songs

:20:55. > :20:58.that the radio will play. I always talk about this album like it is an

:20:58. > :21:02.underground album and I am not sure how much commercial legs it has,

:21:02. > :21:07.but it is more what I call a film for the blind so when you put it on

:21:07. > :21:10.it will be like listening to the auto to the audio of the film

:21:10. > :21:15.without having the images. It is coming out.

:21:15. > :21:25.I have got good supplies. I recorded Ray Winston in the studio.

:21:25. > :21:29.

:21:29. > :21:35.I wrote a John John Cooper- clerkesque. I got Ray to come in

:21:35. > :21:38.and speak it. It sound amazing. It is like the 2011 Park Life.

:21:38. > :21:42.Incredible. I'm really, really excited. It is

:21:42. > :21:46.weird because I was in the studio with him and I was like, "This is

:21:46. > :21:49.the proudest moment of my musical life." And I have had some great

:21:49. > :21:53.moments, but it was weird. He is a legend.

:21:53. > :21:58.I thought that at the time, but to have him there. It is so unexpected.

:21:58. > :22:03.I never thought he would say yes and he did. So look forward to that.

:22:03. > :22:11.. One more question from Facebook from Ryan. "Where did Plan B get

:22:11. > :22:16.the idea for his image, it is very cool?" I make music and I let the

:22:16. > :22:21.music talk and I heard about Northern Soul music. A lot of the

:22:21. > :22:25.break dance moves you see in hip- hop actually, dancers were doing

:22:26. > :22:31.that in Northern Soul in the UK before the whole hip-hop thing came

:22:31. > :22:38.about. And there was this look, it was a little bit earlier than the

:22:38. > :22:43.Mods. The Mods are like two button suits. They are like buttoned done

:22:43. > :22:48.collars. Before that, ten years earlier, in the late 50s and early

:22:48. > :22:53.60, it was one button suits. So when I made the music I listened

:22:53. > :22:58.back to it and I thought, "What does this make me feel like?" I

:22:58. > :23:02.thought Northern Soul and I went on sooUb on YouTube and got old

:23:03. > :23:12.footage, looking at the moves and what those artist wore and that's

:23:13. > :23:13.

:23:13. > :23:18.how we styled Banks. We going from hip-hop artist who wore baggy jeans

:23:18. > :23:22.to wearing tight trousers was an uncomfortable transition.

:23:22. > :23:25.You are not going to be wearing this down to Waitrose, I take it?

:23:25. > :23:30.The whole time I was uncome uncomfortable and I got the

:23:30. > :23:35.pictures out. I thought this is the look. I was able to detach me from

:23:35. > :23:40.the character, you know. It just grew from there.

:23:40. > :23:45.Even in this sweaty weather, you are sticking with the suit.

:23:45. > :23:50.Plan B, thank you. We are going to see some of your set from earlier.

:23:50. > :24:00.There are flashing images. Be warned. This is Plan B on the

:24:00. > :24:00.

:24:00. > :27:49.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 57 seconds

:27:49. > :27:57.# Keep trying just so we can say... # I know I lied and I cheated

:27:57. > :28:06.# That justifies me being locked up this long

:28:06. > :28:09.# I ain't guilty of no crime Get these chains off me

:28:09. > :28:13.# Can't risk doing no more time Please just set me free

:28:13. > :28:16.# Every day I go on I feel my heart getting colder

:28:16. > :28:19.# I'm beggin' you, please Yeah, yeah

:28:19. > :28:24.# You got me wrong I don't deserve this fate

:28:24. > :28:28.# I'm not where I belong Not the kind of place

:28:28. > :28:30.# Once he's mad at your fear I ain't meant to be here

:28:30. > :28:34.# I'm meant to be free

:28:34. > :28:43.# Yeah I know, I know I know I've been a fool

:28:43. > :28:52.# I had everything and went and lost it all

:28:52. > :29:02.# But I don't deserve this sentence on my head

:29:02. > :29:08.# Especially when I never did what she said

:29:08. > :29:11.# I ain't guilty of no crime Get these chains off me

:29:11. > :29:14.# Can't risk doing no more time Please just set me free

:29:14. > :29:19.# Every day I go on I feel my heart getting colder

:29:19. > :29:23.# I'm begging you, please Yeah, yeah

:29:23. > :29:27.# You got me wrong I don't deserve this fate

:29:27. > :29:31.# I'm not where I belong Not the kind of place

:29:31. > :29:34.# Once he's mad at your fear I ain't meant to be here

:29:34. > :29:43.# I'm meant to be free Yeah, yeah, yeah

:29:43. > :29:46.# Time's such a precious thing

:29:46. > :29:56.# We shouldn't waste it on little things

:29:56. > :29:57.

:29:57. > :30:00.# Won't get in the way

:30:00. > :30:10.# Of what we need cos it just don't pay

:30:10. > :30:11.

:30:12. > :30:14.# I ain't guilty of no crime Get these chains off me

:30:14. > :30:19.# Can't risk doing no more time Please just set me free
