:12:23. > :12:29.The Divine Comedy, How Can You Leave Me On My Own. You can hear a lot

:12:44. > :12:48.supplied you with half of beer and myself with a soft drink for the

:12:49. > :12:55.purposes of this interview. You are back with a brilliant new dazzling

:12:56. > :13:01.album, you opened the show with Mr Apples, who is Mr Apples? Mr Apples

:13:02. > :13:05.could be anyone of us. He unfortunately got on a high moral

:13:06. > :13:09.ground and was behaving like that during the day and behaving

:13:10. > :13:17.completely differently at night. Doctor Jekyll and Mr Hyde. You could

:13:18. > :13:20.say that. Did he get uncovered? I never got to that point, I wrote the

:13:21. > :13:25.words and I've never quite discovered, maybe on the next album

:13:26. > :13:31.I will find out. He was on the point of willing himself out, I know that

:13:32. > :13:38.much. Last week we lost our great legend in the form of Prince Buster,

:13:39. > :13:42.he was an influence on a lot of people particularly Madness. Yes, we

:13:43. > :13:46.loved Prince Buster, his sense of humour and obviously the music he

:13:47. > :13:52.made. At the time it was fresh, nobody seemed to be doing it. And he

:13:53. > :14:02.gave us our name, it was a prince Buster Song, Madness. And he may

:14:03. > :14:07.have had some influence on the way we moved about. We have got a clip

:14:08. > :14:15.of him and I think we're both on it and I think it on our very rare one

:14:16. > :14:18.of, the Mayday hootenanny, to celebrate the coming of spring, why

:14:19. > :14:22.we don't do one every year I don't know. Here are some photographic

:14:23. > :14:40.evidence. # Madness

:14:41. > :14:44.# I am filled with gladness # It's going to be rougher

:14:45. > :14:52.# It's going to be tougher # And I won't be the one that's

:14:53. > :14:56.going to suffer. # I won't be the one who's going to

:14:57. > :15:03.suffer # That's right

:15:37. > :15:41.Is he still an influence now? I think his sense of humour. I don't

:15:42. > :15:48.know, it's hard to say exactly. He was quite a spiritual man. I think
