:07:11. > :07:35.The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed an empty space next to Gary.

:07:47. > :07:56.We have some tough decisions to make and she won't hold back. The start

:10:17. > :10:25.We have seen our boys being individual performers but from now

:10:26. > :10:30.it is banned versus band. When you see these boys, you need to

:10:31. > :10:35.fall in love with them. They need to show us they can sing

:10:36. > :10:40.with that pop sound. Being in a band is like being part

:10:41. > :10:45.of a big jigsaw puzzle. You have your lead singer, someone

:10:46. > :10:50.who harmonises, the show man. Everyone has too played their part

:10:51. > :10:56.for it to work. There is no individual.

:10:57. > :11:01.They don't just have to win over the judges and the crowd, but the voting

:11:02. > :11:07.public. It is every bad for themselves.

:11:08. > :11:12.Now, the judges won't be scoring this evening because tonight's vote

:11:18. > :11:19.bands with the highest viewer votes will be guaranteed a place

:21:27. > :21:33.smooth R B boy, he has an Usher vibe about hill. His hair is

:21:34. > :21:39.imMacrat. He's in the mirror 24-/. He's a great guy, never met anyone

:21:40. > :21:43.like him. He has all the tattoos. He does stuff I couldn't dream of

:21:44. > :21:48.doing. Ryan is a musician. He's the rock star of the band. He's the lad.

:21:49. > :21:53.Jamie is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Always smiling and in high

:21:54. > :21:58.spirits. Johnny is a character, hypoall the time, one of the most

:21:59. > :22:03.enthusiastic guys I've ever met. As a band, we have such a strong work

:22:04. > :22:09.ethic. Conversations at 12. 30 at night about how we can win the

:22:10. > :22:13.competition. Well, you have your moody group shot sorted. Time to

:22:14. > :22:19.work up a sweat. We practise how we want to perform because if one of us

:22:20. > :22:26.looks tired, then it ruins it. Dancing does come a bit more

:22:27. > :22:33.naturally to me, Jazz and Mark. The lads are helping Johnny out. They're

:22:34. > :22:38.helping out. There is no reason why they won't absolutely bring it on

:28:02. > :28:04.fantastic. I have to say, as a band, when we left Manchester, I was most

:28:12. > :28:14.solo pieces that you do in your show, they're the bits that need the

:28:15. > :28:17.attention right now but I thought in general it was a fantastic

:36:34. > :36:37.so hard to teach people. It was effortless. The dance moves,

:36:44. > :36:46.it was smooth, it was like an invisible and linking you, that is

:36:47. > :36:58.what bands who have been together the ages have.
