0:03:21 > 0:03:23Now, just how that looks is lovely.

0:03:24 > 0:03:28'Tens of millions of us have tuned in to see Mary Berry on the BBC

0:03:28 > 0:03:30'smash hit the Great British Bake Off.'

0:03:30 > 0:03:33The overall effect is really very beautiful.

0:03:33 > 0:03:37It has a lovely flowing feathered tail.

0:03:37 > 0:03:40I truthfully think that the whisky flavoured jelly

0:03:40 > 0:03:42is a little bit over the top.

0:03:45 > 0:03:48I mean it when I say this is a dream come true.

0:03:48 > 0:03:52This is Mary Berry's house and that's the famous kitchen.

0:03:55 > 0:03:56Mary!

0:03:56 > 0:03:58Hi, I have to hug you!

0:03:58 > 0:04:01Hello, it's so lovely to meet you.

0:04:01 > 0:04:02Hang your coat on there.

0:04:02 > 0:04:07- You've come at the right time, it's Christmas cake time.- Oh, wonderful.

0:04:07 > 0:04:11- I'm doing a special one with pineapple in.- Oh, fantastic.

0:04:11 > 0:04:14Makes it extra moist. So, I'm all laid out.

0:04:14 > 0:04:17All the ingredients are weighed out carefully.

0:04:17 > 0:04:19I've put some butter in there. It should be soft.

0:04:19 > 0:04:23Just give it a bit of a beat there and then beat in the sugar.

0:04:23 > 0:04:24It is nice and soft.

0:04:24 > 0:04:30You've been baking and teaching people to cook for 60 years now,

0:04:30 > 0:04:33what keeps you going? What do you love about it?

0:04:33 > 0:04:36I always think that baking is so satisfying.

0:04:36 > 0:04:39It's sort of love on a plate.

0:04:39 > 0:04:41- I've got a can of pineapple here. - Yep.

0:04:41 > 0:04:44I've taken all the juice away from it.

0:04:44 > 0:04:48But it does just need to be chopped up a bit before I add it.

0:04:48 > 0:04:51Your childhood is very interesting, Mary.

0:04:51 > 0:04:54I know you survived polio as a teenage girl,

0:04:54 > 0:04:56can you tell us a bit about that?

0:04:56 > 0:04:58Well, I had polio when there was an epidemic,

0:04:58 > 0:05:02but I was very, very lucky because I only had it in my hand.

0:05:02 > 0:05:05People think I've got arthritis, but it's the result of polio.

0:05:05 > 0:05:08It means I don't have to darn socks.

0:05:08 > 0:05:13I manage to do everything with it and I was one of the fortunate ones.

0:05:13 > 0:05:17Yeah. How strong was your faith when you were a child?

0:05:17 > 0:05:19We were brought up in a Christian home

0:05:19 > 0:05:22and my grandfather was a Canon of York.

0:05:22 > 0:05:26I can remember my little brother saying, my mother saying,

0:05:26 > 0:05:29"Would you like to go and hear grandpa preach?"

0:05:29 > 0:05:33And William said, "No, I've been and heard him before."

0:05:33 > 0:05:36As though it was something you did once.

0:05:36 > 0:05:39- In go the cherries.- Yep.

0:05:39 > 0:05:43Looking around, we've weighed everything very, very carefully.

0:05:43 > 0:05:46All the bowls are empty.

0:05:46 > 0:05:48Do you think your faith has helped keep you grounded

0:05:48 > 0:05:51through all the success you've had?

0:05:51 > 0:05:53I haven't changed in any way.

0:05:53 > 0:05:58I've just felt that I am exceptionally fortunate to live in

0:05:58 > 0:06:00a village that's a very great community

0:06:00 > 0:06:03and we have a wonderful church.

0:06:03 > 0:06:05I think I've hopefully done you proud.

0:06:05 > 0:06:08I think you've done an excellent job. Shall we tip it in?

0:06:08 > 0:06:11Yep. It's quite heavy, isn't it?

0:06:11 > 0:06:14- Well...- I'm not surprised with all the fruit we put in there.

0:06:14 > 0:06:16Right, how are you doing?

0:06:16 > 0:06:19And now we are going to cook this at 140 fan,

0:06:19 > 0:06:23and it will take about two and a quarter hours.

0:06:23 > 0:06:26- But we've got some help for the next bit, I think.- I have.

0:06:26 > 0:06:30I hope. I will be listening for my two granddaughters, Abby and Grace.

0:06:32 > 0:06:35The twins are joining us to make decorations for the cake

0:06:35 > 0:06:39of holly and berries and something tells me they've done this before.

0:06:39 > 0:06:41Really lovely to meet you both.

0:06:41 > 0:06:44What are your memories of baking with Granny when you were younger?

0:06:44 > 0:06:46Erm, well, I remember there's a really nice picture of us,

0:06:46 > 0:06:50- making cupcakes when we were really young.- There you are!

0:06:50 > 0:06:52How old are you on there?

0:06:52 > 0:06:54You are tiny!

0:06:54 > 0:06:57- Probably three or four. - There is that picture.

0:06:57 > 0:07:00It was the very first time that I baked with the girls.

0:07:00 > 0:07:03I look like a boy!

0:07:03 > 0:07:04THEY LAUGH

0:07:04 > 0:07:08Gracie, what does Granny like about being on Bake Off?

0:07:08 > 0:07:14Erm, I just think she enjoys eating the cake as well, obviously,

0:07:14 > 0:07:19but also helping other people become better at something that she is

0:07:19 > 0:07:21- so gifted at.- Yeah.

0:07:21 > 0:07:23- That's lovely.- I think that is very well put.

0:07:23 > 0:07:26I like to think of myself as a teacher.

0:07:26 > 0:07:30Well, we'll be back later in the programme to decorate the Mary Berry

0:07:30 > 0:07:33Christmas cake, but right now it's time for our next carol.

0:07:33 > 0:07:37- This one chosen by you, Mary. - It's one of my great favourites.

0:07:37 > 0:07:39It's the story of Christmas.

0:07:39 > 0:07:42I know every word, in fact most of us can sing it without

0:07:42 > 0:07:44looking at the song sheet.

0:10:23 > 0:10:27Christmas time is always a good excuse to dust off your dancing shoes

0:10:27 > 0:10:29and Claire McCollum was all in

0:10:29 > 0:10:34a twirl when she met the Waltz King himself, Andre Rieu.

0:10:38 > 0:10:42Andre Rieu founded his first orchestra in 1978

0:10:42 > 0:10:45and now tours worldwide.

0:10:45 > 0:10:48He's in the UK at the moment with his own interpretation

0:10:48 > 0:10:51of seasonal music with all the trimmings.

0:10:51 > 0:10:53But when it comes to Christmas,

0:10:53 > 0:10:57the Dutch violinist has some very strict rules.

0:10:59 > 0:11:04Christmas-time for me is extremely important.

0:11:04 > 0:11:08People offered me millions to play at Christmas-time,

0:11:08 > 0:11:12but I always say no, I am at home with my family.

0:11:12 > 0:11:15Because that's very important to have this.

0:11:15 > 0:11:19When you travel the world like I am, together with my orchestra,

0:11:19 > 0:11:23you need time to rest, you need time at home.

0:11:23 > 0:11:27For me, Christmas-time is the most special time of the year.

0:11:27 > 0:11:29# Hallelujah

0:11:29 > 0:11:31# Hallelujah! #

0:11:31 > 0:11:33I know you play a lot of religious music -

0:11:33 > 0:11:37how important is that to you in your repertoire?

0:11:37 > 0:11:42I think, you know, when I was born in our city, everybody's Catholic.

0:11:42 > 0:11:47That had a great influence on me. I was at church every day

0:11:47 > 0:11:52because I was singing in the choir from five to when my voice broke,

0:11:52 > 0:11:56so six years I was in the choir. I was the highest soprano...

0:11:58 > 0:12:03I remember at Easter the sun was shining in the windows

0:12:03 > 0:12:05from that side and that side,

0:12:05 > 0:12:09ten priests here and ten priests there, you know,

0:12:09 > 0:12:11oh, that made such an impression on me.

0:12:11 > 0:12:15It still is very important, all the music.

0:12:19 > 0:12:23I remember we played in Maastricht, in the square,

0:12:23 > 0:12:24Nearer To Thee, My God.

0:12:24 > 0:12:28We played it with 400 wind players and the strings started, it was...

0:12:28 > 0:12:31very, very impressive.

0:12:34 > 0:12:36We played it and the people were so...

0:12:36 > 0:12:39- It was like in a church. - Amazing.

0:12:39 > 0:12:42Many, many people listen to music - your music, in fact - to relax,

0:12:42 > 0:12:45but how do you, how does Andre Rieu relax?

0:12:45 > 0:12:47Relaxing for me in fact is sleeping.

0:12:47 > 0:12:52I'm running or I sleep, or I'm waltzing.

0:12:52 > 0:12:56Yes. Speaking of waltzing, we can't have Andre Rieu on the programme

0:12:56 > 0:12:58and not do a little waltz. Do you think we could?

0:12:58 > 0:13:01- Let's do that.- Can we?- Yes, here in the church!- You lead?- Yes.

0:13:01 > 0:13:04One, two, three. One, two, three.

0:13:04 > 0:13:05One, two, three.

0:13:05 > 0:13:08One, two, three. One, two, three.

0:13:10 > 0:13:13- One, two, three. One, two, three! - Oh, I say! Thank you.

0:15:04 > 0:15:07Coming up, the Queen of Cakes Mary Berry shares with us

0:15:07 > 0:15:11some of her family memories from Christmases past and gives us

0:15:11 > 0:15:14some tips on icing that Christmas cake.

0:15:14 > 0:15:18But first, a classic carol performed by the BBC Radio 2

0:15:18 > 0:15:19Choristers Of The Year.

0:15:22 > 0:15:26# Away in a manger

0:15:26 > 0:15:30# No crib for a bed

0:15:30 > 0:15:38# The little Lord Jesus laid down his sweet head

0:15:38 > 0:15:46# The stars in the bright sky looked down where he lay

0:15:46 > 0:15:54# The little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay

0:16:01 > 0:16:05# The cattle are lowing

0:16:05 > 0:16:09# The baby awakes

0:16:09 > 0:16:17# But little Lord Jesus no crying he makes

0:16:17 > 0:16:22# I love thee, Lord Jesus

0:16:22 > 0:16:25# Look down from the sky

0:16:25 > 0:16:30# And stay by my side

0:16:30 > 0:16:35# Until morning is nigh

0:16:42 > 0:16:46# Be near me Lord Jesus

0:16:46 > 0:16:50# I ask thee to stay

0:16:50 > 0:16:54# Close by me for ever

0:16:54 > 0:16:59# And love me I pray

0:16:59 > 0:17:03# Bless all the dear children

0:17:03 > 0:17:07# In thy tender care

0:17:07 > 0:17:11# And take us to heaven

0:17:11 > 0:17:16# To live with thee there. #

0:17:21 > 0:17:26It's back to Mary Berry's home now where we're joined by her son Tom.

0:17:26 > 0:17:30It does sound like Christmas is a very special time for your family.

0:17:30 > 0:17:32What are your memories of earlier Christmases

0:17:32 > 0:17:34when the children were young?

0:17:34 > 0:17:39We used always to go to my parents, everybody would be there.

0:17:39 > 0:17:43Do you remember the Christmas jumpers?

0:17:43 > 0:17:45- That face!- Yes, exactly.

0:17:45 > 0:17:51I remember it, and being lined up and - Thomas.

0:17:51 > 0:17:55Everybody after Christmas, once we'd listened to Queen's Speech,

0:17:55 > 0:17:58then everybody had to do a little act or a play or sing.

0:17:58 > 0:18:00So I think in that photo,

0:18:00 > 0:18:03the three of them are singing something they all knew.

0:18:03 > 0:18:06Are you able to talk a little bit about what happened to William

0:18:06 > 0:18:08and why he is not with us?

0:18:08 > 0:18:12William was home from Bristol Poly

0:18:12 > 0:18:16and he went off to get something for his business studies,

0:18:16 > 0:18:19he'd asked to borrow the car and took his sister with him.

0:18:19 > 0:18:25Sadly he drove too fast and the car turned over and he was killed.

0:18:25 > 0:18:30But Annabel was beside him and she was absolutely fine.

0:18:30 > 0:18:33We found out when we went to the hospital

0:18:33 > 0:18:38and saw her running up the corridor in her muddy pink tracksuit.

0:18:38 > 0:18:42It was so sad to lose one, but to lose two...

0:18:42 > 0:18:46Other people may well know, losing two must be awful,

0:18:46 > 0:18:47but we just lost William.

0:18:47 > 0:18:51I know when we told you, Tom, you said that you'd so much to do.

0:18:51 > 0:18:56Yes, we were just becoming... You know, you go through

0:18:56 > 0:19:02your teenage years, just becoming friends, sort of stronger friends.

0:19:02 > 0:19:06And, Mary, I know you are a patron of a bereavement charity.

0:19:06 > 0:19:11You're able to help other people who've gone through a similar...

0:19:11 > 0:19:14Yes, indeed. Everybody grieves in a different way.

0:19:14 > 0:19:19Some want to be quite silent, some want to go away,

0:19:19 > 0:19:24but underneath it all, a bit of friendship, to talk to somebody

0:19:24 > 0:19:27who is perhaps in the same boat, helps people.

0:19:27 > 0:19:30You mentioned that your faith was tested

0:19:30 > 0:19:33and then strengthened throughout these experiences you've had?

0:19:33 > 0:19:36Yes, absolutely.

0:19:36 > 0:19:39I remember going to our church,

0:19:39 > 0:19:42Holy Trinity, just down the road, just as William died.

0:19:42 > 0:19:47There is a plaque just inside the door of the Busby family.

0:19:47 > 0:19:51In the First World War, they lost three sons.

0:19:51 > 0:19:56I think then it hits you how it could be, how we'd lost one.

0:19:56 > 0:19:59What's really clear is how much family means to you, Mary.

0:19:59 > 0:20:03It is a time to reflect as well, I should imagine.

0:20:03 > 0:20:06It's a time to think about things in the past.

0:20:06 > 0:20:11We always raise a glass to him and we think what it would be like

0:20:11 > 0:20:14- if he was here now. - Yeah, we always talk about him.

0:20:14 > 0:20:18It's great for our family to talk about William as he's still

0:20:18 > 0:20:23part of the family, he may have died but we all grieve in different ways,

0:20:23 > 0:20:26and we talk about him with our girls.

0:20:26 > 0:20:28It's just very interesting, talking to them

0:20:28 > 0:20:33and keeping that alive and understanding as they grow up.

0:20:33 > 0:20:36Time for your next choice of carol, Mary,

0:20:36 > 0:20:39- tell us how you came to choose this one.- Not my choice!

0:20:39 > 0:20:43I decided I would ask Tom and Sarah what their favourite hymn

0:20:43 > 0:20:45would be to celebrate Christmas.

0:20:45 > 0:20:47What did you choose?

0:20:47 > 0:20:53Mary Did You Know? It seemed to have such a wonderful message in it...

0:20:53 > 0:20:58- As well as a great tune.- And it's got your mum's name in the title!

0:20:58 > 0:21:00Very diplomatic.

0:21:04 > 0:21:07# Mary did you know

0:21:07 > 0:21:13# That your baby boy would one day walk on water?

0:21:13 > 0:21:15# Mary did you know

0:21:15 > 0:21:18# That your baby boy

0:21:18 > 0:21:22# Would save our sons and daughters?

0:21:22 > 0:21:24# Did you know

0:21:24 > 0:21:30# That your baby boy has come to make you new?

0:21:30 > 0:21:39# This child that you delivered will soon deliver you

0:21:39 > 0:21:41# Mary did you know

0:21:41 > 0:21:47# That your baby boy will give sight to a blind man?

0:21:47 > 0:21:50# Mary did you know

0:21:50 > 0:21:57# That your baby boy would calm a storm with his hand?

0:21:57 > 0:22:04# Did you know that your baby boy has walked where angels trod

0:22:04 > 0:22:13# And when you kissed your little baby you kissed the face of God?

0:22:13 > 0:22:18# Mary did you know?

0:22:18 > 0:22:22# Oh, Mary did you know?

0:22:22 > 0:22:26# Mary did you know?

0:22:26 > 0:22:28# Mary did you know?

0:22:28 > 0:22:31# Mary did you know?

0:22:31 > 0:22:33# The blind will see

0:22:33 > 0:22:36# The deaf will hear

0:22:36 > 0:22:39# The dead will live again

0:22:39 > 0:22:42# The lame will leap

0:22:42 > 0:22:44# The dumb will speak

0:22:44 > 0:22:50# The praises of the lamb

0:22:50 > 0:22:54# Oh, Mary did you know

0:22:54 > 0:23:01# That your baby boy is lord of all creation?

0:23:01 > 0:23:04# Oh, Mary did you know

0:23:04 > 0:23:09# That your baby boy will one day rule the nation?

0:23:09 > 0:23:17# Did you know that your baby boy is Heaven's perfect plan

0:23:17 > 0:23:22# The sleeping child you're holding

0:23:22 > 0:23:25# Is the Great...

0:23:25 > 0:23:33# I am

0:23:33 > 0:23:36# Oh, Mary

0:23:36 > 0:23:39# Did you know? #

0:23:44 > 0:23:48I've popped down the street from Mary's to see a house that's taking

0:23:48 > 0:23:51Christmas decorations to the next level.

0:23:51 > 0:23:53Check this out.

0:23:55 > 0:23:58Now that's what I call decked out.

0:23:59 > 0:24:03We've sent '80s pop star Kim Wilde to Cardiff to discover

0:24:03 > 0:24:06all about getting decked out for Christmas.

0:24:06 > 0:24:09# Deck the halls with boughs of holly... #

0:24:09 > 0:24:13# Rocking around the Christmas tree... #

0:24:13 > 0:24:17Hard to believe that that was 28 years ago.

0:24:17 > 0:24:19Fond memories with the late Mel Smith,

0:24:19 > 0:24:22- brings a smile to my face every time I hear it.- Christmas pie, anyone?

0:24:22 > 0:24:26I'm a big Christmas fan, love everything Christmassy,

0:24:26 > 0:24:29especially Christmas carols.

0:24:29 > 0:24:34I'm here at St Fagans Museum in Cardiff to find out about one

0:24:34 > 0:24:37particular carol, Deck The Halls.

0:24:37 > 0:24:43THEY SING IN WELSH

0:24:43 > 0:24:45Of course, this isn't the version we're all familiar with.

0:24:45 > 0:24:51So I'm meeting up with museum curator Fflur Gwynn to find out all about it.

0:24:51 > 0:24:55Well, the story actually begins with a Welsh tune

0:24:55 > 0:24:57from the 16th century.

0:24:57 > 0:25:03It wasn't actually a Christmas carol or song, but a dance tune.

0:25:03 > 0:25:06So in the 16th-century Wales,

0:25:06 > 0:25:08people on New Year's Eve would've gathered

0:25:08 > 0:25:13together around the harp and they would've danced to this tune.

0:25:13 > 0:25:15THEY SING

0:25:17 > 0:25:21So Deck The Halls was really a song for the winter,

0:25:21 > 0:25:25to lift everybody's spirits. How would they have performed that?

0:25:25 > 0:25:28There would have been a real celebration.

0:25:28 > 0:25:31Everybody would sing a verse each

0:25:31 > 0:25:34and then it would turn quite competitive.

0:25:34 > 0:25:36HE SINGS IN WELSH

0:25:36 > 0:25:39# Fa la la la la, la la la la. #

0:25:39 > 0:25:43When the first person would not remember another verse,

0:25:43 > 0:25:46that person would have to leave the game.

0:25:46 > 0:25:49- The original musical chairs. - Exactly. Yes.

0:25:49 > 0:25:52# Fa la la la la, la la la la... #

0:25:53 > 0:25:58One of the most recognisable parts of the song are the fa-la-las.

0:25:58 > 0:26:00# Fa la la la la, la la la la... #

0:26:00 > 0:26:03Even if you didn't know the rest of the words of the song,

0:26:03 > 0:26:06you could certainly join in with the fa-la-las.

0:26:06 > 0:26:08It's the only part really that has stood

0:26:08 > 0:26:10the test of time from the original Welsh tune,

0:26:10 > 0:26:13when they were singing all these different verses,

0:26:13 > 0:26:17you would have always had that fa-la-la-la.

0:26:17 > 0:26:21# Fa la la la la la la la la la. #

0:26:21 > 0:26:24Here's my take on the beautiful, ancient carol.

0:26:29 > 0:26:34# Deck the halls with boughs of holly

0:26:34 > 0:26:37# Fa la la la la, la la la la

0:26:37 > 0:26:42# La la la la

0:26:42 > 0:26:46# Tis the season to be jolly

0:26:46 > 0:26:50# Fa la la la la, la la la la

0:26:50 > 0:26:54# La la la la

0:26:54 > 0:27:02# Angels sing songs of celebration

0:27:02 > 0:27:10# Sending out the word of love to every nation

0:27:10 > 0:27:13# We sing

0:27:13 > 0:27:17# A song of joy

0:27:17 > 0:27:21# To everyone

0:27:21 > 0:27:25# We sing

0:27:25 > 0:27:29# A song of hope

0:27:29 > 0:27:33# To everyone

0:27:33 > 0:27:38# Angels sing

0:27:38 > 0:27:42# Songs of celebration

0:27:42 > 0:27:49# Sending out the word of love to every nation

0:27:49 > 0:27:53# We sing

0:27:53 > 0:27:57# A song of joy

0:27:57 > 0:28:01# To everyone

0:28:01 > 0:28:11# A song for everyone

0:28:11 > 0:28:18# For everyone

0:28:18 > 0:28:23# Fa la la la la, la la la la

0:28:23 > 0:28:26# La la la la

0:28:26 > 0:28:32# A song of love

0:28:32 > 0:28:37# To everyone. #

0:28:42 > 0:28:46Well, the time has come to decorate our Mary Berry Christmas cake.

0:28:46 > 0:28:49The girls are ready, Mary is ready. Over to you, Mary.

0:28:49 > 0:28:53Girls, how about putting the royal icing, nice and stiff,

0:28:53 > 0:28:56put it all on the cake and then do your peaks.

0:28:56 > 0:29:00We're going for quite a snowy scene, aren't we, with this one?

0:29:00 > 0:29:04The snow scene immediately makes you think of Christmas.

0:29:04 > 0:29:07- Now, how about some peaks, girls. - Oh, yeah.- How do you do them?

0:29:07 > 0:29:09- Do you just...? - Shall I just show you one?- Yeah.

0:29:09 > 0:29:11Look...

0:29:11 > 0:29:15- Oh, OK.- Just like that, all over and that is quite fun to do.

0:29:15 > 0:29:18It looks like fresh snow, doesn't it? No-one has trodden on it yet.

0:29:18 > 0:29:22That's it. Then, your little balls here.

0:29:22 > 0:29:24What do you think?

0:29:24 > 0:29:27- Three like that?- Yep. Three like that.- Yep.

0:29:31 > 0:29:35What are you most looking forward to, Mary, this Christmas?

0:29:35 > 0:29:38I just look forward to when they walk through the door,

0:29:38 > 0:29:40all very excited.

0:29:40 > 0:29:43Like that would be lovely.

0:29:43 > 0:29:46And there is one playing the trumpet.

0:29:46 > 0:29:48It looks fantastic, girls, well done.

0:29:48 > 0:29:50Well done, Abby, and well done, Grace.

0:29:50 > 0:29:52I'd say it looks good enough to eat, Mary.

0:29:52 > 0:29:55Well, the icing will be soft so beware.

0:29:55 > 0:30:01- I'm going to avoid the decorations. How hungry are you?- Oh, go on!

0:30:01 > 0:30:03It's a long way home, Mary.

0:30:03 > 0:30:06- How does that look?- There you go. That looks perfect.

0:30:06 > 0:30:09As you can see, it's not heavily fruited, so have a go.

0:30:09 > 0:30:11I'll tip it on its side.

0:30:13 > 0:30:15This is a bit of a treat for me, Mary,

0:30:15 > 0:30:18having a cake that you actually baked.

0:30:18 > 0:30:24- And the apricots, I think are extra delicious in it, too.- It's gorgeous.

0:30:24 > 0:30:28It's ab... It's so fruity! Oh!

0:30:28 > 0:30:30This is delicious. Am I the only one having any?

0:30:30 > 0:30:32I think the girls might have a little later.

0:30:32 > 0:30:35Now, if you haven't made your cake yet, it's not too late.

0:30:35 > 0:30:41The recipe for this, and I recommend it, is on our website:

0:30:41 > 0:30:43And that's it for this week.

0:30:43 > 0:30:46But next week we're staying firmly in the festive spirit because

0:30:46 > 0:30:49we've got our Big Sing Gala Christmas spectacular

0:30:49 > 0:30:50from the Royal Albert Hall.

0:30:55 > 0:30:58But to end today's programme we have a carol that was

0:30:58 > 0:31:02written as a special Christmas gift from a father to a daughter.

0:31:02 > 0:31:04Thanks for watching. Bye.
