:20:54. > :20:57.the best part of the festival is seeing young bands on the small

:20:57. > :21:07.stages, before they become megastarts. This is the place that

:21:10. > :21:14.happened. This is the BBC Right so we are all about every

:21:14. > :21:18.kind of genre of new music. That includes hip-hop. Therecy

:21:18. > :21:23.flourishing hip-hop scene in Scotland. At the top of the pile is

:21:23. > :21:30.this man. How was that set for you? Amazing. That was crazy. Tell us a

:21:30. > :21:35.bit about how it felt to be part of the BBC introducing? It felt

:21:35. > :21:39.amazingly. It just all Spiraled, through Vic playing me back in the

:21:39. > :21:45.day, to go -- to going on the show, you playing me and coming here.

:21:45. > :21:55.Hopefully you can put me in touch with Westwood. We'll see what we

:22:01. > :22:04.I think this is the reason why they come, to find new music. Want to

:22:04. > :22:09.give the smaller bands a chance to be heard, to be scene. This gives

:24:14. > :24:20.that fits 10,000 people. It's brilliant. How was it? Great. I

:24:20. > :24:24.have to say that if I had to choose, I'd probably go with the tent as a

:24:24. > :24:28.gig. Because you're just really sweaty and close and everyone os

:24:28. > :24:33.packed in to see it. You can really see the whites of people's eyes.

:24:33. > :24:37.It's such a good vibe. Even though there's 10,000 people this there,

:24:37. > :24:43.you get incredible intimacy. Yeah, I had a new experience this year. I

:24:43. > :24:47.got hit by quite a lot of stuff. This was fine. Soft toys or? There

:24:47. > :24:53.was liquid, which I didn't really... Don't investigate that. I didn't

:24:53. > :24:58.analyse. But there was a few missiles of the plastic bottle

:24:58. > :25:03.flavour, which actually got me quite fired up. I quite liked it.

:25:08. > :25:14.gigs. Any way... Is there kind of slap bang in the middle of a summer

:30:55. > :31:00.I managed to interview Christine, and Debbie Harry from the band. We

:31:00. > :31:04.hit it off. You know when you do an interview and you bond with the

:31:04. > :31:09.band. You're off for dinner with Blondie, is that what you're

:31:09. > :31:12.saying? I would like to say so, but I think they're playing London.

:31:13. > :31:17.That was an absolute highlight for me. I've been having a great time.

:31:17. > :31:24.The band that we're going to check out a tune by wrt band that started

:31:24. > :31:28.my day. I got here pretty early about 11.55am, this band took to

:31:28. > :31:34.the stage. To me, they're one of the best bands around, whether it's

:31:34. > :31:39.Scotland or beyond. They've released a couple of records on

:31:39. > :31:44.Chemical Underground records. Check mate savage the first one and the

:31:44. > :31:54.Want the second. Here they're playing the acoustic version of
