:00:16. > :00:24.This is the Olympics of singing. Our fewer superstar coaches started
:00:24. > :00:28.the live shows -- four superstar coaches started the live show with
:00:28. > :00:33.four artists. Now Will, Jessie, Danny and Tom are left with just
:00:33. > :00:40.four. Tonight, Team Will and Tom are performing for your votes.
:00:40. > :00:45.We're stronger than ever. Team Will, champions. This week Tom's team
:00:45. > :00:49.face the biggest challenge yet. Dinosaur mini golf. And have Team
:00:49. > :00:52.Will bitten off more than they can chew. I heard there were hungry
:00:52. > :00:57.singers here. They've hung out together and
:00:57. > :01:01.tonight, for the first time, they'll sing together. As coaches
:01:01. > :01:05.join artists live. It's like a dream come true. It doesn't get
:01:05. > :01:11.better than that You're going to love it. At this crucial stage of
:01:11. > :01:16.the competition, they need to shine like true stars. Pressure. Because
:01:16. > :01:22.this weekend, each team must lose not one, but two artists.
:01:23. > :01:32.Only the very best will survive. You can't all win. As we take one
:01:33. > :01:41.
:01:41. > :01:46.step closer to finding... The Voice. Good evening and welcome to The
:01:46. > :01:50.Voice. We're live and the crowd are going wild because Team Will and
:01:50. > :01:54.Team Tom are back singing for glory. Now just a few moments ago, all of
:01:54. > :01:58.our artists were dreaming of performing for millions and now
:01:58. > :02:02.it's happening. Here in TV's biggest arena. If that wasn't
:02:02. > :02:08.enough, tonight for the first time, Tom and Will are singing with their
:02:08. > :02:11.artists live. Yes, now the singers could be just three weeks away from
:02:11. > :02:14.the final. They'll still need your votes and the support of the people
:02:14. > :02:19.who put them here in the first place, our coaches. With opinions
:02:19. > :02:23.as big as his hair, it's Danny O'Donoghue.
:02:24. > :02:30.If he hasn't met you, you're not worth meeting, Sir Tom Jones.
:02:30. > :02:34.truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth from Jessie J.
:02:35. > :02:38.there's some pretty dope trousers on will.i.am.
:02:38. > :02:43.They didn't get where they are today without the support of the
:02:43. > :02:47.public. Yes, this weekend, Tom and Will are losing not one, but two of
:02:47. > :02:50.their artists. You can help save your favourites by voting for them.
:02:50. > :02:54.Only the artists with the most public votes is guaranteed a place
:02:54. > :02:58.in the semi-finals. That will leave Tom and Will with three artists in
:02:58. > :03:02.danger. They can only save one of them. All of those decisions will
:03:02. > :03:06.be revealed on Sunday night's show. Tom, tonight the artists are going
:03:06. > :03:12.to have to dig deep and bring everything to the table. Yes. I
:03:12. > :03:17.think they should think of this as like a World Tour. But they've
:03:17. > :03:22.still got countries to visit yet. So, they have to bring 100%. You
:03:22. > :03:26.can't be tired. You've got to bring 100% every night. If they don't do
:03:26. > :03:31.that, they're in the wrong business. This is where it counts. Yes.
:03:31. > :03:36.Now Will you've played stadiums, toured the world, how are you
:03:36. > :03:43.feeling about performing in The Voice arena? Hmmm... Let's see. No,
:03:43. > :03:48.I'm really, really looking forward to this. I told my team when we
:03:48. > :03:53.were hanging out a couple days ago, let's treat this as our big moment,
:03:53. > :03:56.our big show. Like, let's pretend we're in a group. I know what it
:03:56. > :04:03.feels like to be in a group with four people. Pretend that this is a
:04:03. > :04:08.group of five. And we are about to go out there and stay alive. I just
:04:08. > :04:13.had a rhyme, that was bad. Thank you very much Will. I can't wait
:04:13. > :04:18.for that later on. Team Danny and Team Jessie are there. Have you
:04:18. > :04:22.recovered from last week? Yeah! They're looking good. You need to
:04:22. > :04:26.watch carefully as you'll be back here next week. It's a big night
:04:26. > :04:29.for Team Tom and Team Will, which means we have some very excited but
:04:29. > :04:34.shaky singers back stage in the V Room. Guys, are you ready? How are
:04:34. > :04:38.you feeling? They're looking good. That is where I'll be with the
:04:38. > :04:42.teams before and after their performances. Remember you can
:04:42. > :04:50.advise, comment and critique. Go to our website and comment on the blog.
:04:50. > :04:58.Or say what you think on our official Facebook page. First up
:04:58. > :05:03.from Team Tom it's Leanne. The first live show was incredible.
:05:03. > :05:09.Leanne took on a song that was out of her comfort song. I was thinking
:05:09. > :05:18.like, oh, God I'm going to have to pull it out of the bag for this one.
:05:18. > :05:24.But she did it and ripped it. It was perfect. Yes! This week she's
:05:24. > :05:28.singing Put A Spell On You. Then you do what you do. I sung this
:05:28. > :05:31.probably about nine or ten years ago. My husband, when we were
:05:31. > :05:35.boyfriend and girlfriend, we had split up for a little while. I find
:05:35. > :05:40.it really hard to sing because it choked you up. It's always
:05:40. > :05:44.interesting to hear what the singer feels when she is singing that song.
:05:44. > :05:48.We're married now, so it's fine. I met my husband just over ten years
:05:48. > :05:53.ago at the holiday resort where we both work. I met Leanne when she
:05:53. > :05:58.was in one of the shows. I saw her singing and thought "Wow, who's
:05:58. > :06:01.that?" Every time it gives me goose bumps when I hear her. I know I
:06:01. > :06:05.have a lot of support at the resort. It was great to go back and see
:06:05. > :06:10.everyone. I don't think you realise how much
:06:10. > :06:14.we actually miss you. Stop it. Leanne is so good. You wouldn't
:06:14. > :06:19.believe that someone like her would be working at a holiday resort.
:06:19. > :06:22.Everybody here is making sure that each guest that leaves is in full
:06:22. > :06:25.support of Leanne. She's been singing at this holiday park, she's
:06:26. > :06:29.had a lot of experience there. But now it's time to move into the big
:06:29. > :06:33.time. This weekend two people have to go home, if you sing it like
:06:33. > :06:43.that, I don't think you'll have any trouble. Thank you. Singing Put A
:06:43. > :06:43.
:06:43. > :07:57.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 73 seconds
:07:57. > :08:07.# The way you're always # Oh, you better stop
:08:07. > :08:07.
:08:07. > :09:03.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 73 seconds
:09:03. > :09:11.# And I don't care Ladies and gentleman, let's hear it
:09:11. > :09:15.for Leanne! CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Well done. Wow, I think some of
:09:15. > :09:21.those notes, you've cast a spell on the whole audience. Did you enjoy
:09:22. > :09:25.that? Yeah. Oh, my God, yes, thank you. That was ridiculously good.
:09:25. > :09:30.The coaches are on their feet. That's pressure. She just opened
:09:30. > :09:36.the show. Later she's performing with you. It doesn't affect her.
:09:36. > :09:42.well, it only becomes pressure if you can't handle it. She can
:09:42. > :09:46.definitely handle it. APPLAUSE
:09:46. > :09:49.Leanne opened the show, but she could close the show. She could do
:09:49. > :09:54.anything she wants to because she has such a fantastic voice. When
:09:54. > :10:03.she started she was lacking a little confidence, well, she's got
:10:03. > :10:07.that. Oh, yeah. She's winning right there. Plenty of confidence. Danny?
:10:08. > :10:12.When you first started, I'm sure everybody felt the same, you were
:10:12. > :10:18.looking right at me, I was oh, my God stop looking at me. She was
:10:18. > :10:24.looking at me. She was looking at me! Fisty cuffs at dawn. Genuinely,
:10:24. > :10:27.you cast a spell right over me. I was here the whole performance. I
:10:28. > :10:37.know you had confidence issues but they're all gone now. What a way to
:10:38. > :10:40.
:10:40. > :10:46.open the show. Will, let's come to you? Are you Spelbound?
:10:46. > :10:50.# She put a spell on me # Really, you really put a spell on
:10:50. > :10:55.me, I was like, those riffs and runs you were doing - wow. Out of
:10:56. > :10:59.this world. Thank you Will. You know what's so
:10:59. > :11:05.nice, I remember when we saw you in the blind auditions and your
:11:05. > :11:08.control was like, your head voice to your chest belt was really
:11:09. > :11:14.different. Now it's so smooth and that was my favourite performance
:11:14. > :11:18.from you by far so far. Fantastic comments. You've got to
:11:18. > :11:26.be pleased. Yeah, I'm really pleased, thank you. Well done you.
:11:26. > :11:30.It's Leanne! APPLAUSE
:11:30. > :11:35.Next up from Team Will, it's Frances.
:11:35. > :11:40.The first artist saved is... Frances Wood. I genuinely thought I
:11:40. > :11:46.were going to be in the bottom two. It's amazing to know that people
:11:46. > :11:51.cared enough to pick up the phone. It did make me feel a bit like a
:11:51. > :11:56.superstar. Dancing with boys oh, aye. You got a little comfortable
:11:56. > :12:05.with the boys there. I felt like they fancied me. I don't know.
:12:05. > :12:09.so proud. It's the best experience I've had in my life so far.
:12:09. > :12:13.Everyone has been so supportive. If you live in Wakefield, there's a
:12:13. > :12:18.good chance you will have met Rob and Donna, my mum and dad. I'm her
:12:18. > :12:23.number one fan. I like to give her the best support we can. Wouldn't
:12:23. > :12:28.hand a few of these out for us. tell everyone about Frances on The
:12:28. > :12:33.Voice. My mum and dad won't rest those posters are all round the
:12:33. > :12:38.city. You couldn't do us a favour and put these up around college.
:12:38. > :12:42.the dog could give out posters, he'd be doing it too. Thanks to mum
:12:42. > :12:48.and dad this weekend I don't only have to make Will proud, but the
:12:49. > :12:57.whole of Yorkshire proud. Good luck Frances. Boom, check me out, I'm
:12:57. > :13:02.Frances. Frances is having fun. She surprises me. Anything you put her
:13:02. > :13:05.up against, she come was it. You sound great. I wanted to do this
:13:05. > :13:09.performance and people to just enjoy it. Mum and dad will be there.
:13:09. > :13:13.They will be dancing. I don't just want them to be dancing. I'm hoping
:13:13. > :13:23.I can get the whole place dancing. Next up from Team Will, it's
:13:23. > :13:38.
:13:38. > :13:48.# Whoa, whoa, whoa # Heartbreaks and promises
:13:48. > :13:54.
:13:54. > :14:02.# What I need is somebody who really cares
:14:02. > :14:09.# I really need a lover A lover that wants to be there
:14:09. > :14:13.# So, baby, if you want me
:14:13. > :14:18.# Hey-hey! You've got to show me love
:14:18. > :14:21.# Words are so easy to say
:14:22. > :14:25.# Oh, yeah, yeah You've got to show me love
:14:25. > :14:27.# Show me love
:14:28. > :14:31.# You've got to give it to me Give it to me, Give it to me, yeah
:14:31. > :14:35.# Whoo-ah!
:14:35. > :14:41.# I'm tired of getting caught up in those one-night affairs
:14:41. > :14:50.# What I really need is somebody who will always be there
:14:50. > :14:53.# So, baby, if you want me
:14:53. > :14:58.# Hey-hey! You've got to show me love
:14:58. > :15:03.# Words are so easy to say All right, yeah
:15:03. > :15:06.# You've got to show me love
:15:06. > :15:09.# So, baby, if you want me
:15:09. > :15:15.# Hey-hey You've got to show me love
:15:16. > :15:18.# Words are so easy to say All right, yeah
:15:18. > :15:21.# You've got to show me love
:15:21. > :15:23.# And show me love. #
:15:23. > :15:32.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
:15:32. > :15:32.Let's
:15:32. > :15:32.Let's hear
:15:32. > :15:38.Let's hear if
:15:38. > :15:45.Let's hear if for Frances! APPLAUSE
:15:45. > :15:50.What a tune. I loved that. Well done you. Thank you. I don't know
:15:50. > :15:54.whether it's hello Wembley, but hello Wakefield! So much support
:15:54. > :15:58.for you. Does that feel good? amazing. The whole of the north has
:15:58. > :16:02.been like so supportive, posters and everywhere really. You don't
:16:02. > :16:08.think people care that much. It's amazing, yeah. One of your biggest
:16:08. > :16:12.supporters is stood up there. Will, let's come to you first.
:16:12. > :16:16.APPLAUSE I thought you did great. You held
:16:16. > :16:23.it down. You were strong. Every note was amazing. It was youthful.
:16:23. > :16:27.It was lots of energy. You did me proud. Awesome. Thank you. Jessie?
:16:27. > :16:32.I think you did a really good job. I think it was, I would have liked
:16:32. > :16:36.to hear it even higher than that. I think your voice can handle that. I
:16:36. > :16:39.would like to have heard it maybe in a higher key. I'd like to see
:16:39. > :16:43.you sing stuff that's more up there. It was very comfortable. It was
:16:43. > :16:46.nice, but I think you can take more risk. You did a really good job of
:16:46. > :16:54.making that song, current now and I'm loving the whole look, thing.
:16:54. > :16:59.It's cool. Can you go up there? I'll give it a try. I want to,
:16:59. > :17:03.that's why I'm here to push myself. Exactly, 100%. Tom, there was a big
:17:03. > :17:09.old light show in the background. Did she have a big voice to match?
:17:09. > :17:13.Oh, yes. But I mean she could get up with just a torch to light it
:17:14. > :17:19.you know. There were parts there that looked a bit like Star Wars.
:17:19. > :17:25.There again, you know, she's the Princess Leia and the force was
:17:25. > :17:32.with you. And Danny, let's come to you
:17:32. > :17:40.finally. OK, you've got Frances, she prances, she dances, she takes
:17:40. > :17:45.some chances (as will.i.am) APPLAUSE
:17:45. > :17:49.I'm not going to lie, I didn't think it was your best performance
:17:49. > :17:52.vokally. I thought the staging was brilliant. Your stage presence as
:17:52. > :17:56.well. You could come out a little bit more. But the growth I've seen
:17:56. > :17:59.so far working with Will has been great. Again, I don't know if that
:17:59. > :18:04.was enough to gept you into the next part, but it was a great
:18:04. > :18:07.performance. Well done you. You look beautiful.
:18:07. > :18:13.Let's hear it one more time for Frances.
:18:13. > :18:17.APPLAUSE From the blind auditions to the
:18:17. > :18:20.battles to the live shows, with each stage of this competition, the
:18:20. > :18:24.teams face new challenges. Luckily they have their coaches and
:18:24. > :18:31.incredible live band to support them. Using only music can you tell
:18:31. > :18:35.me how you're feeling? MUSIC: Ice Ice Baby
:18:35. > :18:42.Under pressure. You should try being our artists tonight. Thank
:18:42. > :18:45.you. Next up from Team Tom it's Matt and Sueleen.
:18:45. > :18:49.Wow. Performing on the live show, it's about as good as it gets.
:18:49. > :18:54.Loved every minute of being up there.
:18:54. > :18:58.Their elation didn't last for long. It was really hard being in the
:18:58. > :19:02.bottom two, standing next to Sam. I was like, man we don't have a
:19:02. > :19:07.chance here. There's that big pause before he says who he's going
:19:07. > :19:12.choose, it's like the world stands still. I think I'm going to take
:19:12. > :19:17.Matt and Sueleen. Then he said our names. It was like being hit by a
:19:17. > :19:21.brick. A nice brick. A Tom-shaped brick. It was lovely. You want to
:19:21. > :19:25.prove to him he's made the right decision. It adds to the pressure.
:19:25. > :19:35.After the trauma of the live show, it was nice going back to
:19:35. > :19:37.
:19:37. > :19:40.Canterbury. Before, it would be like, "Gand alf. "Now it's like
:19:41. > :19:47."All right mate." We have massive support from family and friends.
:19:47. > :19:54.They're so proud. This week they're singing a song called Missing.
:19:54. > :19:57.We've taken a song and put our own slight slant on it. It sounds very
:19:57. > :20:02.different now. I think what's happened now because you've changed
:20:02. > :20:07.the arm niz, that they're clashing against some of the chords. In
:20:07. > :20:12.order to get that song across you can't go too far from the original
:20:12. > :20:16.structure of the song. It still has to be audience friendly. This week
:20:16. > :20:20.they go from four acts to two, we really need to connect more with
:20:20. > :20:24.the audience. If you work on that a little bit more, ufr won't have any
:20:24. > :20:34.problems. Let's hope so. Singing for your votes with Missing, it's
:20:34. > :20:47.
:20:47. > :20:57.# It's years since # And now you've disappeared
:20:57. > :21:35.
:21:35. > :21:45.# You've found yourself # And now you've disappeared
:21:45. > :22:12.
:22:12. > :22:22.# You've found yourself # Yeah
:22:22. > :22:33.
:22:33. > :22:40.Let's hear it for Matt and Sueleen. APPLAUSE
:22:40. > :22:43.You go that side. Well done. How was that? Was there more pressure
:22:43. > :22:47.on you? Last time you were in the bottom two. Coming out again
:22:47. > :22:51.tonight, there's a lot riding on this. Yeah, I can feel Sueleen
:22:51. > :22:54.shaking right now. I'm not much better. It must have been odd, for
:22:54. > :22:57.the first time you weren't stood next to each other, in fact you
:22:57. > :23:01.didn't look at each other, did that change things? It's a really good
:23:01. > :23:09.test to see if we can work with each other back-to-back and I think
:23:09. > :23:11.that we can do that. It worked. Let's come to Tom first of all.
:23:11. > :23:17.Everybody talks about their harmonies and how tight they are,
:23:17. > :23:20.did it work tonight? I think so, definitely. They take chances.
:23:20. > :23:25.APPLAUSE You know they flipped it, they
:23:25. > :23:28.flipped the song. They made it their own. Those harmonies are not
:23:29. > :23:34.easy. I've done duets myself with numerous people...
:23:34. > :23:42.LAUGHTER Oh, really? Aretha Franklin...
:23:42. > :23:47.a few. Gladys Knight. Me! And you too! The harmonies are fantastic. I
:23:47. > :23:54.wouldn't have been brave enough to try harmonies like that. You should
:23:54. > :23:58.be applauded for that alone. We can do that. Danny? For me personally,
:23:58. > :24:01.harmony to me is all about connecting. I personally found it a
:24:01. > :24:05.bit strange that you weren't looking at each other considering
:24:05. > :24:08.that is your bond. You're so strong together. I don't know if that took
:24:08. > :24:11.a bit away, because some of the harmonies were a little bit offment
:24:11. > :24:16.it is a difficult song to kind of pick out the third on top. But
:24:16. > :24:19.again, you guys take chances. You came in and made that song your own,
:24:19. > :24:29.it's your own version. I have to commend you on that. Well done.
:24:29. > :24:30.
:24:31. > :24:35.Will? You guys just proved that you know, the kind of group that you
:24:35. > :24:42.guys are, it's like I would love to hear more from you guys, if you tok
:24:42. > :24:47.a song and exist and made it sound like it's your own music, that was
:24:47. > :24:54.amazing. Two, it looked amazing. I don't know whose idea it was to sit
:24:54. > :24:59.on a park bench. Whose idea was that? I have no idea. I think back
:24:59. > :25:04.stage. That was amazing. It looked amazing, like straight from, I
:25:04. > :25:10.thought it was like a Harry Potter moment, it was really just, it
:25:10. > :25:14.looked fantastic. Tom said my team, Frances looked like Star Wars. That
:25:14. > :25:24.was... That's old school like Lord of the Rings. I think Tom had a
:25:24. > :25:28.hand as well. I'm still trying to make my mind up on how I feel about
:25:28. > :25:32.that, to be honest. I think it was great. I loved the fact it was such
:25:32. > :25:36.a risk. Buff I don't know if it showed you off to your full
:25:36. > :25:39.potential. I feel like harmonies like that haven't really been done
:25:39. > :25:44.a lot before. It was nice to hear that. It was refreshing. I kind of
:25:44. > :25:47.agree with Danny, it was weird that you weren't. I think it's great for
:25:47. > :25:52.like a music video, but for this, I want to see that connection that
:25:52. > :25:55.you have. I think the reason why that happened was because the
:25:55. > :26:02.lyrical content of the song, about not seeing the person there, so we
:26:02. > :26:08.tried to separate it and give a dream-like quality. I totally saw
:26:08. > :26:13.that. Because the lyrics said "I miss you like a desert misses the
:26:13. > :26:22.rain." The story has an ending. I was expecting an ending. Due want a
:26:22. > :26:28.kiss Danny? No. The last word was "Like the desert misses the rain".
:26:28. > :26:37.They were separated like that, when did you last see the rain in the
:26:37. > :26:45.desert. Thank you so much, off they APPLAUSE
:26:45. > :26:51.Next up from Team Will it's Joelle. When I was up there on that stage,
:26:52. > :26:57.I absolutely felt I belonged there. If she keeps doing performances
:26:57. > :27:01.like this, we're going to pay a lot of money to see this girl. Despite
:27:01. > :27:05.such high praise, Joelle found herself in the bottom two. My heart
:27:05. > :27:11.felt it was breaking. This is the hardest thing. I couldn't believe
:27:11. > :27:15.it could be ending right now. going to take Joelle. She has
:27:15. > :27:18.everything it takes for the public to vote for her. Given the correct
:27:18. > :27:28.opportunity I think the public will be wowed by her. There's a song
:27:28. > :27:31.
:27:31. > :27:35.that means so much to me, called I Surrender by Celine Dion. I like
:27:35. > :27:41.that song. You sing is wonderfully. But we're in a battle. Do you that
:27:41. > :27:44.I that's the one to knock people out? My coaching tactics make her
:27:44. > :27:48.realise that song selection is the most important thing. Figure out
:27:48. > :27:55.why you didn't connect and if I sing that, am I going to make the
:27:55. > :28:00.same mistake again? Having taken on board Will's concerns, Joelle
:28:00. > :28:05.returns to rehearsals with a new song. I can't see myself on stage
:28:05. > :28:10.singing a song that you've told me you don't like. I'm singing
:28:10. > :28:17.Stronger. It's up tempo, that's dope. You like it better? Oh, yeah
:28:17. > :28:24.like a billion times. I am so happy that me and Will are on the same
:28:24. > :28:34.page. Now all I need to concentrate on is giving a great performance.
:28:34. > :28:36.
:28:36. > :28:44.# You know the bed feels warmer # You know I sleep in colour
:28:45. > :28:50.# Think you got the best of me Think you've had the last laugh
:28:50. > :28:53.# Bet you think that everything good is gone
:28:53. > :28:58.# Think you left me broken down Think that I'd come running back
:28:58. > :29:01.# Baby, you don't know me cos you're dead wrong
:29:01. > :29:05.# What doesn't kill you makes me stronger
:29:05. > :29:07.# Stand a little taller
:29:07. > :29:11.# Doesn't mean I'm lonely when I'm alone
:29:11. > :29:13.# What doesn't kill you makes a fighter
:29:13. > :29:16.# Footsteps even lighter
:29:16. > :29:19.# Doesn't mean I'm over cos you're gone
:29:19. > :29:24.# What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, stronger
:29:24. > :29:28.# Just me, myself and I
:29:28. > :29:33.# Thanks to you I got a new thing started
:29:33. > :29:37.# Thanks to you I'm not the broken-hearted
:29:37. > :29:41.# Thanks to you I'm finally thinking 'bout me
:29:41. > :29:47.# You know in the end, the day you left was just my beginning
:29:47. > :29:55.# What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
:29:55. > :30:01.# Fighter
:30:01. > :30:04.# Whoo-hoo-hoo
:30:04. > :30:06.# No, no, no, no
:30:06. > :30:10.# Stronger, stronger
:30:10. > :30:13.# Just me, myself and I
:30:13. > :30:18.# Oh-oh-oh-oh
:30:18. > :30:22.# Oh-oh-oh-oh
:30:22. > :30:24.# What doesn't kill you makes you stronger! #
:30:25. > :30:34.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
:30:35. > :30:36.
:30:36. > :30:36.Let's
:30:37. > :30:37.Let's hear
:30:37. > :30:47.Let's hear it
:30:47. > :30:47.
:30:47. > :30:50.Let's hear it for Joelle! CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Wow, talk about life
:30:50. > :30:57.imitating art. You were in the bottom two before then you came out
:30:57. > :31:01.like that, well done. Thank you. Thank you guys. You're a great
:31:01. > :31:06.audience. Not just the audience are enjoying it. Will you were pulling
:31:06. > :31:13.some moves. I tell you why. He's loving it. I'm taking this real
:31:13. > :31:17.serious. Like, when we go out and tour and we do a festival, I check
:31:17. > :31:22.to see what the other bands are doing to see what their stage
:31:22. > :31:27.presence is like. Then I go back to tell our crew to amp it up. A lot
:31:27. > :31:31.of times like, your voice is great. There's not much I can do to help
:31:31. > :31:35.you get your voice even better than it is. When it comes to stage
:31:35. > :31:38.designing and lights, that's why I asked did you have anything to do
:31:38. > :31:42.with stage selection. Because I make sure the camera blocking is
:31:42. > :31:44.right, make sure your face is up there, oh, I want her face at the
:31:44. > :31:48.top and the lights and the splashes and explosions.
:31:48. > :31:54.APPLAUSE Like that! I get into it, man. I
:31:54. > :31:59.get into it. I get into it. We can tell. Yes. You know what, after
:31:59. > :32:03.that little thing, what just happened. You going, woo-hoo.
:32:03. > :32:09.you see the explosions she said # Stronger #
:32:09. > :32:14.And it was like, do, do, do, do. APPLAUSE
:32:14. > :32:18.You know what, I'm just excited, that was great, vokally great. I
:32:18. > :32:24.feel like the performance like I just want to see you let go more.
:32:24. > :32:30.Let go, there were explosions! but, all right. But I just want you
:32:30. > :32:34.to look your voice is amazing. It's great. But I can't wait to see what
:32:34. > :32:38.you're going to do later with your team. You don't know. I got
:32:38. > :32:45.explosions coming out of my ears. I'm going to be singing like...
:32:45. > :32:50.can't wait for that. Tom? She was a fighter tonight. Definitely. She
:32:50. > :32:54.reminded me of Mohammed Ali. Mohammed Ali. He sung with Mohammed
:32:54. > :32:58.Ali! LAUGHTER
:32:58. > :33:05.No, you're strong. You might have felt down because you were in the
:33:05. > :33:07.bottom two. But like Ali, you can go down but not out. You came out
:33:07. > :33:13.here tonight... APPLAUSE
:33:13. > :33:17.Thank you Tom. Danny? You know, I kind of agree with Jessie, if you
:33:17. > :33:20.had started as well as you finished, it would have been a flawless
:33:20. > :33:23.performance. It was shaky to start off with. Again, like Will,
:33:23. > :33:27.congratulations you know, it was a great job. He took everything that
:33:27. > :33:34.I did last week in our team and applied it to his own. Thank you
:33:34. > :33:37.Danny. I'm glad he went with staging and couraging. It was a
:33:37. > :33:42.brilliant effort. Cracked on a couple of the high notes, all in
:33:42. > :33:47.all it was great. You didn't crack. Give it up for Joelle!
:33:47. > :33:50.APPLAUSE The lines open later in the show,
:33:50. > :33:54.remember only the artists with the most public votes in each team will
:33:54. > :33:59.be guaranteed a place in the semi- finals. Let's get some of your
:33:59. > :34:04.thoughts and theirs in the V Room. Now apart from our amazing artists,
:34:04. > :34:09.the most talked about topic online is our own Holly Willoguhby. You Go
:34:09. > :34:13.Girl. I won't say that again. Team Tom and Will have got the evening
:34:13. > :34:17.started. You can't relax too much because you're performing with your
:34:17. > :34:22.coaches soon. Leanne, you opened the show. What did it feel like on
:34:22. > :34:25.what is the biggest night of your singing career so far? Yeah, it is!
:34:25. > :34:29.I was really worried about going first. Because you just like,
:34:29. > :34:32.you're not sure what to expect, like let it build up a bit. It was
:34:32. > :34:37.all right. It's the first time they've all stood up. That's cool.
:34:37. > :34:41.In the a bad reaction. A few weeks ago you were a girl from Wakefield.
:34:41. > :34:45.Today, you're kind of still a girl from Wakefield, but one who's going
:34:45. > :34:50.to sing with will.i.am later on. Did you ever imagine something that
:34:50. > :34:52.amazing would happen to you? the time! No, I'm joking. No, it's
:34:52. > :34:57.amazing, like, you never think something like that's going to
:34:58. > :35:03.happen. The fact it is, he tells us enjoy it. It makes you feel really
:35:03. > :35:06.fun. You get to see us in these numbers as well. Green looks good.
:35:06. > :35:10.Brings out of cheekbones. I don't know what I'm talking about! Now
:35:10. > :35:14.the pressure must be definitely on. Obviously, you are One Show away
:35:14. > :35:19.from getting to the semi-finals, how do you feel about it? I try not
:35:19. > :35:22.to think about. It I try to focus on getting the job done. It's just
:35:22. > :35:26.such high pressure. There's a million things going through your
:35:26. > :35:30.head. You have to blank it out and just give it everything you've got.
:35:30. > :35:35.Then if you do your best, that's all you can do. You're fantastic.
:35:35. > :35:39.And it's Joelle! Give me a cuddle. It happened in rehearsal, just
:35:39. > :35:43.caught myself on your shoulder blade. It's a weapon. You've been
:35:43. > :35:46.in the bottom two before, but you got amazing feet back that time.
:35:46. > :35:50.How do you feel? Great. I feel happy with that performance. I've
:35:50. > :35:55.got everything crossed. Nice. Thank you very much. And good luck to
:35:55. > :36:00.everyone. You can connect directly to The Voice. Keep the comments
:36:00. > :36:05.coming in. Sorry, thank you very much! We all know that artists can
:36:05. > :36:09.sing live to millions, but can they do it with an established star?
:36:09. > :36:14.This is what I'm talking about. This week away from the arena Tom
:36:14. > :36:18.and Will have been giving a new meaning to hands-on coaching.
:36:18. > :36:23.Because tonight, Will, Tom and their teams are giving us unique
:36:23. > :36:28.performances. Those global superstars will sing side by side
:36:28. > :36:33.with artists hoping to follow in their footsteps. Can the teams hold
:36:34. > :36:39.their own with two legends? The coaches, the teams - together,
:36:39. > :36:45.tonight! Yeah, you heard, later in the show Tom and Will are joining
:36:45. > :36:48.their teams for two amazing group performances. I cannot wait. Right
:36:48. > :36:57.now singing slowlyo from Team Tom it's Ruth.
:36:57. > :37:03.-- solo. Ruth Brown has an incredible voice. The live
:37:03. > :37:12.performance I thought she did a hell of a job. I was expecting the
:37:12. > :37:19.audience just to like it. I didn't realise they'd like it that much.
:37:19. > :37:24.If you were being judged on applause, you would win. Ruth, how
:37:24. > :37:30.are you darling? Feeling good? This week I'm singing Next To Me by
:37:30. > :37:35.Emeli Sande. After her performance on the show, Ruth took the
:37:35. > :37:38.opportunity to catch up back stage. How are you? Fine. It was good
:37:38. > :37:44.speaking to Emeli Sande. Remember why you're singing it and what the
:37:44. > :37:49.lyrics mean. She gave me good advice. Nice to meet you. How are
:37:49. > :37:56.you feeling about the song? Excited. I've got a few ideas. I've noticed
:37:56. > :38:00.a change in Ruth. She has more confidence. I wanted to have three
:38:01. > :38:08.backing singers. He'll go bang, bang, bang and it builds to the
:38:08. > :38:16.chorus. The show's given me confidence to try new things.
:38:16. > :38:19.feel fantastic for Ruth because she's getting stronger every day. I
:38:19. > :38:25.thought that was great. Are you happy? Yeah, I feel lick a musician
:38:25. > :38:30.now. I don't feel like a singer any more. -- I feel like a musician now.
:38:30. > :38:37.I don't feel like a singer any more. Singing for your votes with Next To
:38:37. > :38:47.# You won't find him # Rolling dice
:38:47. > :38:51.# You won't ever find him being unfaithful
:38:51. > :38:57.# You will find him You'll find him next to me
:38:57. > :39:01.# You won't find him trying to chase the devil
:39:01. > :39:06.# For money, fame, for power Out of grief
:39:06. > :39:11.# You won't ever find him where the rest go
:39:11. > :39:16.# You will find him You'll find him next to me
:39:16. > :39:25.# Next to me, oo-ooh Next to me, oo-ooh
:39:25. > :39:31.# Next to me, oo-ooh
:39:31. > :39:36.# Yes, you'll find him You'll find him next to me
:39:36. > :39:41.# When the money's gone and all my friends have vanished
:39:41. > :39:45.# And I can't seem to find no love or help for free
:39:45. > :39:50.# I know there's no need for me to panic
:39:50. > :39:55.# Cos I'll find him I'll find him next to me
:39:55. > :40:00.# When the skies are grey and all the doors are closing
:40:00. > :40:05.# And the rising pressure makes it hard to breathe
:40:05. > :40:10.# All I need is a helping hand to stop the tears from falling
:40:10. > :40:15.# And you'll find him next to me
:40:15. > :40:25.# Next to me, oo-ooh Next to me
:40:25. > :40:30.# Oh, baby, yeah Next to me Baby, o-oh
:40:30. > :40:36.# Oh you'll find him You'll find him next to me. #
:40:36. > :40:46.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
:40:46. > :40:48.
:40:48. > :40:48.Ladies
:40:48. > :40:48.Ladies and
:40:48. > :40:58.Ladies and gentleman,
:40:58. > :41:02.
:41:02. > :41:09.Ladies and gentleman, Ruth Brown! Listen to that. CHEERING AND
:41:09. > :41:12.APPLAUSE Wow! Wow, wow, wow. Something happened to you this week,
:41:12. > :41:18.didn't it? You were in control. You were saying I want this, I want
:41:18. > :41:24.that. Are you feeling more comfortable and more confident?
:41:24. > :41:29.Well, I'm just embracing what I love doing and just sharing my
:41:29. > :41:36.ideas with Tom and he just happens to like them, so we worked together.
:41:36. > :41:44.It's just a joy to hear you sing. Tom, are you all right? Yeah.
:41:44. > :41:49.CHEERING When I hear Ruth sing, I get choked
:41:49. > :41:55.up. So we're going to be singing later today and I hope that I don't
:41:55. > :41:56.get choked up too much so I'll be able to do it. I've sung with a lot
:41:56. > :42:03.of people and... LAUGHTER
:42:03. > :42:07.I have! And I've heard some amazing voices throughout my career, but
:42:07. > :42:16.this girl has got something that I have never, ever heard before in my
:42:16. > :42:26.life! CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Danny? Take it in.
:42:26. > :42:30.
:42:30. > :42:33.That's for you. I didn't even hear. As Tom said, we know, he's sung
:42:33. > :42:37.with legends. I believe you're going to go down on one. All the
:42:37. > :42:40.hair on my hands, even my hair up here is standing on end. Every time
:42:41. > :42:47.you sing I'm the same. You're the reason why, again, I got involved
:42:47. > :42:56.in this show to find people just like you. Give it up!
:42:56. > :42:59.CHEERING . Amazing. Will? So...
:42:59. > :43:05.LAUGHTER You sing incredible, right, we all
:43:05. > :43:11.know that, like wow. And each time you sing, each time you perform
:43:11. > :43:15.again it gets better and better, to the point where the stage seems so
:43:16. > :43:23.boring, because you sing, you don't need explosions right. You don't.
:43:23. > :43:26.But when you was like... If you put some missiles and stuff coming out,
:43:27. > :43:34.I would like to design that for you, you know what I'm saying. Don't you
:43:34. > :43:44.start. A whole power ranger theme. I was like missiles. That would be
:43:44. > :43:44.
:43:44. > :43:48.out of this world. Does she need that? No, you don't. I don't know
:43:48. > :43:55.if everyone heard, you said "I'm embracing what I love. That's what
:43:55. > :44:02.I'm seeing. That's a joy. How old are you, like 17, 18? 20. Oh, well!
:44:02. > :44:10.Sorry. She just turned 20. Missiles! Stop it. I know, I'm here
:44:10. > :44:14.as well. Come on Will. Go on Jessie. You know what it's so nice to see
:44:14. > :44:18.you exploring your voice, like the way you're using it and you're a
:44:18. > :44:24.soul singer. Like you go to church and you see people sing like you
:44:24. > :44:30.and it's from within. Honestly, as Will said... I'm just going to stop,
:44:30. > :44:40.because I've had a moment. You just make me so like... Tremendous. Irk
:44:40. > :44:42.
:44:42. > :44:49.I hope that Emili Sunday, Sunday? Yes. Emeli Sande. Sunday,
:44:49. > :44:53.Saturday... She was on and a great singer herself. Ruth takes it
:44:53. > :44:56.somewhere else. I hope she was watching tonight. She is a special
:44:56. > :45:06.girl. They're going to raze this roof when I say this, Ruth, off you
:45:06. > :45:09.
:45:09. > :45:12.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE This weekend, Tom and will.i.am must say goodbye
:45:12. > :45:16.to two artists. It's up to you to get behind your favourites from
:45:16. > :45:24.each team. You'll find out who stays and who goes on Sunday's
:45:24. > :45:29.Results Show. Next up from Team Will, it's Tyler.
:45:29. > :45:32.Tyler proved that he's a headliner. The first live show was so
:45:32. > :45:38.nervewracking, at the same time, you realise just how lucky you are
:45:38. > :45:45.to be there. I do believe you're an artist. You're really strong.
:45:45. > :45:49.was relly, really special moment for me. I am singing Sign Your Name
:45:49. > :45:54.by Terence Trent D'Arby. It's probably one of my favourite songs
:45:54. > :45:58.ever. How are you feeling? Nervous as always, but... What are you
:45:58. > :46:02.nervous about? I feel the pressure and I get nervous. I just do.
:46:02. > :46:05.fear your nerves. It's cool to be nervous, that just means you're
:46:05. > :46:10.alive. It's because it means so much to me that I don't want to
:46:10. > :46:15.mess it up. Fergie was starting her solo project. She was really
:46:15. > :46:19.nervous. I was like, well, pretend everybody is your best friend.
:46:19. > :46:22.horrible to go through nerves every time before I go on. If I could
:46:22. > :46:26.skip them all together, then I would. The worst that's going to
:46:26. > :46:29.happen is you mess up. You're singing and snot comes down your
:46:29. > :46:33.nose. We know that's not going to happen. My friends are really
:46:33. > :46:38.important to me. They're very good at keeping me calm. So, I just try
:46:38. > :46:41.to spend as much time with them as possible. This experience, so far,
:46:41. > :46:45.it's already starting to change my life. It's the first time in ages
:46:45. > :46:49.that I can genuinely say that I feel happy. I don't know what Tyler
:46:49. > :46:55.was like before the competition, but something tells me that Tyler
:46:55. > :46:58.is Tyler again. When I go out on stage, I'll take all of Will's
:46:58. > :47:06.advice and I will imagine that everyone's my friend and everyone's
:47:06. > :47:16.there to support me. Hopefully people will feel that too.
:47:16. > :47:28.
:47:28. > :47:38.# Fortunately you have that someone # But the thought of you
:47:38. > :47:39.
:47:39. > :48:19.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 73 seconds
:48:19. > :48:29.# First ever look into the sun # Showering in the room
:48:29. > :48:29.
:48:29. > :49:25.Apology for the loss of subtitles for 73 seconds
:49:25. > :49:31.Ladies and gentleman, let's hear it for Tyler! CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
:49:31. > :49:37.Well done. I love the choir of Tyler behind you. Did you enjoy
:49:37. > :49:46.that? Yeah, I was really nervous. You just do not show it. Are you
:49:46. > :49:50.feeling better now? Yes. Let's come to Will. You're a true, like,
:49:50. > :49:54.you're an artist man. Like working with you in rehearsal and hanging
:49:54. > :49:59.with you and the way you work out your nerves, if you were nervous I
:49:59. > :50:04.couldn't tell. The stage looked like art, right. Sign Your Name
:50:04. > :50:10.across my heart with the flag, representing your country. Your
:50:10. > :50:16.country should be honoured to have a soulful, smooth, fashion singer
:50:16. > :50:25.like you, for real. Amazing. So amazing, so cool.
:50:25. > :50:31.very cool. Very cool. I want to like chill with you. Yeah, I do.
:50:31. > :50:36.Wow. That's a turn up for the book. I'm getting picked on tonight. No,
:50:36. > :50:40.I think your voice is smooth. From last week to this week and I've
:50:40. > :50:45.enjoyed every time you've sung. I would happily buy an album of your
:50:45. > :50:51.voice. It's that. Can you feel those nerves drift ago
:50:51. > :50:55.way now? Yeah. A bit. And let's go out for dinner. Definitely. Jessie,
:50:55. > :50:59.get to the back of the queue! Tom, let's come to you, when you sing a
:50:59. > :51:07.song like that, that everybody knows, you have a tough job to make
:51:07. > :51:10.it your own. Yeah. I've said this before, your falsetto is as strong
:51:10. > :51:20.as your full voice, which is incredible. I have to...
:51:20. > :51:20.
:51:20. > :51:24.APPLAUSE After doing a song so well known as
:51:24. > :51:31.that, you didn't do a Terence Trent D'Arby, you did it yourself. Like
:51:31. > :51:35.for instance, when I did Kiss, you know, I heard Prince wrote the song
:51:35. > :51:40.but I didn't try to copy him. Prince did Prince and I did me. You
:51:40. > :51:46.do the same thing when you sing. Thank you, Tom. Doesn't get much
:51:46. > :51:50.better than that. When you're singing in false eto, it's such a
:51:50. > :51:53.pin point sound it's very easy to tell if you go off pitch. It's
:51:54. > :51:59.brave to sing up that high for a whole song. I didn't hear any
:51:59. > :52:04.pitching issues at all. Staging was perfect. The violins, I thought
:52:04. > :52:10.movement attracts attention, a-- attention will attract votes. You
:52:10. > :52:15.have a strong artist there, man. Very strong. All those faces, was
:52:15. > :52:18.that me or you? I think both of us. I can't tell, it's the same hair.
:52:18. > :52:28.Thank you coaches. Tyler, well done you. Off you go.
:52:28. > :52:33.APPLAUSE Next up from Team Tom, it's Adam.
:52:33. > :52:37.The first live show, for me, was crazy, because I was doing a
:52:37. > :52:44.controversial song. It was a risk. He pulled it off. To me, you know,
:52:44. > :52:49.mission accomplished. I was rocking out going yeah boy, yeah. You're so
:52:50. > :52:58.adorable the way you're leaning over to the mic. I blush very
:52:58. > :53:02.easily. So I don't know what to say about that really. Adam's got the
:53:02. > :53:07.whole thing. The girls like the way he looks and sings. The fellas
:53:07. > :53:11.would like to look like that and sing like that. Have you been
:53:11. > :53:17.getting any reaction from the ladies? I had marriage proposals.
:53:17. > :53:24.It goes with the territory. It's very nice that I've had so many
:53:24. > :53:28.great messages from the ladies. I am taken. Sorry about that. He's
:53:28. > :53:33.started getting a lot of female attention. I can understand why. If
:53:33. > :53:38.I wasn't with him, I'd probably have a massive crush on him as well.
:53:38. > :53:42.He's a lovely guy. And he's handsome. I'm lucky to have her
:53:42. > :53:46.there supporting me I'm very proud of Adam. Everybody wants to see him
:53:46. > :53:50.when he come back to Exeter. When I walked in it was like a surprise
:53:50. > :53:55.party. I was worried that I would cry actually. Thanks for coming
:53:55. > :54:02.down everyone. Hopefully they'll like my performance on Saturday
:54:03. > :54:12.night. If the lovely ladies like it too, that would be great.
:54:13. > :54:25.
:54:25. > :54:35.# I bet you think that's # Watching all the
:54:35. > :54:46.
:54:46. > :54:56.# You'd kill yourself # You're turning into
:54:56. > :55:03.
:55:03. > :55:13.# Don't leave me high # Don't leave me high
:55:13. > :55:18.
:55:18. > :55:25.# It's the best thing # The best thing that you've
:55:25. > :55:29.# It's the best thing that you've ever had
:55:29. > :55:34.# The best thing you have ever, ever had
:55:34. > :55:44.# Don't leave me high Don't leave me dry
:55:44. > :55:54.# Don't leave me high Don't leave me dry
:55:54. > :55:54.
:55:55. > :56:04.# Don't leave me high Don't leave me dry. #
:56:05. > :56:06.
:56:06. > :56:14.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
:56:14. > :56:15.Let's
:56:15. > :56:15.Let's hear
:56:15. > :56:22.Let's hear it
:56:22. > :56:28.Let's hear it for Adam! APPLAUSE
:56:28. > :56:34.Well done. Thank you. How was that? It was cool. Yeah, I enjoyed the
:56:34. > :56:38.song. You enjoyed the song. I think everybody enjoyed you. How many
:56:38. > :56:43.marriage proposals have you had? haven't been counting, but there's
:56:43. > :56:45.been a few. It's very flattering. It seems the ladies-a bit of Adam.
:56:45. > :56:49.Am I right? CHEERING
:56:49. > :56:54.Tom, it seems like you've got competition for the ladies? Yeah,
:56:54. > :57:02.but that's OK. He's a younger version of me. No, but with Adam,
:57:02. > :57:07.he's got a very honest voice. Again, the false eto is as strong as his
:57:07. > :57:12.full voice. I think the girls, some woman would like to mother him.
:57:12. > :57:14.Other women would like to do other things. You know, I think maybe men
:57:14. > :57:18.might envy him for that. But I know the feeling.
:57:18. > :57:25.LAUGHTER More power to you.
:57:25. > :57:32.I love that. Danny? Personally I don't think it was your best
:57:32. > :57:36.performance. When you come into the chorus, that chorus, you need a
:57:36. > :57:39.fearless falsetto. You needed to go higher. It lacked a bit of even
:57:39. > :57:43.emotion or projection. Even if you move closer on the mic it could
:57:44. > :57:47.have stuck out more. I enjoyed it, but I was hoping for a bit more.
:57:47. > :57:57.You know again, I commend you on doing a great choice in song.
:57:57. > :58:00.
:58:00. > :58:05.Really good. Will? I thought it was dope. Thanks Will. I don't just say
:58:05. > :58:10.it's dope when I don't mean it. I really take that word seriously.
:58:10. > :58:16.appreciate that very much. Thank you. Yes, siry, let's finish with
:58:16. > :58:20.you. You have a gorgeous tone. Rarely are you pitchy or off tune.
:58:20. > :58:24.That's really nice to hear. I kind of agree with Danny. I felt like
:58:24. > :58:29.you could have given more. You know it's a real big part of the
:58:29. > :58:33.competition now. You have to bring it. We've got to see growth. For me
:58:33. > :58:38.personally, last week you really kind of came forward and this week,
:58:38. > :58:43.I'm just hoping that was enough to keep you here. Did you notice that
:58:43. > :58:47.he took the advice. Yeah I did and how's your arm? It feels better.
:58:48. > :58:51.His voice seems more open. Definitely, up there, much better.
:58:51. > :58:55.I've been experimenting this week. The last song was so weird, so I
:58:55. > :59:01.thought I'd like to come out and sing a nice song. It was really
:59:01. > :59:07.nice. We all love today in here. Coaches, thank you for your
:59:07. > :59:16.comments. Off he goes. It's Adam! APPLAUSE
:59:16. > :59:25.Next up from Team Will it's Jaz. The first live show, if I have to
:59:25. > :59:30.sum up it up -- sum it up in a word it would be unreal. There was this
:59:30. > :59:35.hickory Dickery trictery dock. Sometimes it's a bit middle of the
:59:35. > :59:38.road. His name is Jaz ladies and gentleman. I think I did it well.
:59:38. > :59:43.Definitely the proudest moment of my life so far. It's recently been
:59:43. > :59:48.me and my wife's first anniversary. To add to that, we're having a baby.
:59:48. > :59:54.We're here to hopefully find out the sex of our baby. Let's listen
:59:54. > :59:58.to the heart beating. There you go. That is nuts. There you go, a baby
:59:59. > :00:04.boy. Very happy. That baby scan has put a lot of things in perspective.
:00:04. > :00:09.I'm doing it for little man, I can say that now I know what I'm having.
:00:09. > :00:16.This week I'm doing a mash up of billow Joel's Just The Way You Are
:00:16. > :00:21.the way you are and Bruno Mars too. When you got crazy Jaz skills ain't
:00:21. > :00:24.no such thing as safe. You're a stunt man. Imagine a stunt man
:00:24. > :00:29.playing it safe on the set of Mission Impossible. Ain't going to
:00:29. > :00:33.happen. There's a lot going on in his life. He's getting ready to be
:00:33. > :00:38.a daddy. Singing a song like this, I think he should dedicate it to
:00:38. > :00:44.his wife and new baby coming. That's going to be fresh. When I
:00:44. > :00:48.sing this song, it's going to be sang to her and her alone. I have
:00:48. > :00:58.to step on the stage and give it what I've got. Singing just the way
:00:58. > :01:00.
:01:00. > :01:06.# Don't go changing # You never let me down before
:01:06. > :01:13.# I'll take the good times, I'll take the bad times
:01:13. > :01:23.# I'll take you just the way you are
:01:23. > :01:24.
:01:24. > :01:27.# When I see your face
:01:27. > :01:32.# There's not a thing that I would change
:01:32. > :01:39.# Cos you're amazing just the way you are
:01:39. > :01:41.# Yeah, yeah
:01:41. > :01:46.# Her eyes, her eyes make the stars look like they're not shining
:01:46. > :01:50.# Her hair, her hair falls perfectly without her trying
:01:50. > :01:57.# She's so beautiful, and I tell her every day, oo-oh
:01:57. > :02:03.# I know, I know when I compliment her she won't believe me
:02:03. > :02:06.# And it's so, it's so sad to think that she don't see
:02:06. > :02:11.# What I see every time she asks, me do I look OK?
:02:11. > :02:14.# I say oh oh
:02:14. > :02:17.# When I see your face
:02:17. > :02:22.# There's not a thing that I would change
:02:22. > :02:30.# Cos you're amazing just the way you are
:02:30. > :02:40.# The way you are The way you are
:02:40. > :02:43.
:02:43. > :02:50.# Cos you're amazing Just the way you are. #
:02:50. > :03:00.CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
:03:00. > :03:01.
:03:01. > :03:01.Ladies
:03:01. > :03:01.Ladies and
:03:01. > :03:11.Ladies and gentleman,
:03:11. > :03:12.
:03:12. > :03:18.Ladies and gentleman, it's Jaz! CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Oh, Jaz.
:03:18. > :03:22.First of all, I mean, everybody back stage is crying. That was so
:03:22. > :03:26.beautiful. That was for your wife. I can't imagine how she is feeling
:03:26. > :03:33.at this moment. What do you want to say to her? Happy anniversary. Love
:03:33. > :03:37.you. She's all hormonal and you come out
:03:37. > :03:40.here being cute and lovey-dovey, what are you trying to do. So
:03:40. > :03:44.amazing. Did you enjoy that? Helped having that inspiration? Definitely.
:03:45. > :03:49.I mean, I said to Will this is a hard song, man, this song's going
:03:49. > :03:57.to be a challenge. But you know, when I focused on thinking of her,
:03:57. > :04:05.it just came out. Will, let's come to you.
:04:05. > :04:10.So, I'm going to speak from my heart, so my mum's a single mum.
:04:10. > :04:14.That song by Billy Joel just the way you are, I wish that my mum had
:04:15. > :04:18.someone in her life that she could share life with, that could sing
:04:18. > :04:26.that song to her like you just did her wife, amazing.
:04:26. > :04:35.APPLAUSE Thank you. Jessie? First of all,
:04:35. > :04:38.congratulations. Congratulations. Thank you. The most amazing thing
:04:38. > :04:42.about music is that when someone writes a song, it's mostly personal
:04:42. > :04:45.for them. Then they give it to the world an the world can take it and
:04:45. > :04:49.adapt it to their own lives. That was what was beautiful about that.
:04:49. > :04:53.It was so personal to you and you made it your own about your own
:04:53. > :05:00.life and situation. You know, that was just lovely. That was a lovely
:05:00. > :05:05.way to end the show. It was lovely. Tom? It helps when
:05:05. > :05:10.you have someone in the back of your mind? Yeah, it all depends
:05:10. > :05:16.what kind of song you're singing. If you're singing an up tempo song
:05:16. > :05:20.or a crowd pleasing song, then you work the crowd. When you are
:05:20. > :05:24.singing like Jaz is tonight, I mean, he's thinking about somebody and
:05:24. > :05:29.it's plain, it's his wife, of course. It's plain to see that he
:05:29. > :05:36.has somebody in mind. But he didn't only do that to one person. He did
:05:36. > :05:40.it to the whole audience as well. Specially when he went into the
:05:40. > :05:46.second song. You've got two love songs and you've got two crowd
:05:46. > :05:53.pleasers. So the whole thing is wrapped up into one. You did a won
:05:53. > :05:58.-- wonderful job. Who did you have in the back of your mind when you
:05:58. > :06:04.wrote Sex Bomb? Maybe leave that for later. Honestly, I'm glad you
:06:04. > :06:09.took my advice from last week and that was a fantastic performance. I
:06:10. > :06:13.was here with my book to critique and I left it. I shut my eyes and
:06:13. > :06:17.sat back. You're special, really special. Are you special. More of
:06:17. > :06:20.you with the group performances later on, when all of our teams are
:06:20. > :06:28.singing with their coaches. Jaz, will you go and give your wife a
:06:28. > :06:35.big old kiss for me. Off he goes! APPLAUSE
:06:35. > :06:39.All eight have performed their solo numbers. They're back soon with
:06:39. > :06:43.their coaches for that special group performance. Not to be missed.
:06:43. > :06:48.The job's half done and their night isn't over by a long way.
:06:48. > :06:53.Everyone online is talking about Tyler and Jessie J's dinner date.
:06:53. > :06:57.Both you and the coaches have had plenty to say about performances.
:06:57. > :07:02.Now Ruth you came out of your shell this week, but that reaction was
:07:02. > :07:06.phenomenal. Was it overwhelming on stage hearing such huge applause?
:07:06. > :07:09.enjoyed it. I wanted everyone else to enjoy it too. You did that. You
:07:09. > :07:14.should be proud. Now Tyler, you were talking about feeling happier
:07:14. > :07:17.in the lead up to tonight's performance. On stage, due feel
:07:17. > :07:22.that way? Yeah, this is such an amazing experience. It's changing
:07:22. > :07:25.my life, so yeah, it's making me really happy. Are you taking Jessie
:07:25. > :07:32.on a date any time soon? I don't know. This is suddenly getting very
:07:32. > :07:35.weird isn't it? Yes. Let's move on. Quickly over to Adam. You are
:07:35. > :07:38.moments away from taking the stage with your coach. How are you
:07:38. > :07:43.feeling about that, is that pressure? Yeah, it is. But it's a
:07:43. > :07:47.wonderful thing. If I think about it too much, maybe no sound will
:07:47. > :07:53.come out of my mouth at all. It's Sir Tom Jones! But I'm looking
:07:53. > :08:00.forward it. Me asking you this question is making you more nervous
:08:00. > :08:05.is that what's happen sning That's right, yes. Here's Jaz everyone!
:08:05. > :08:09.Man, you made everyone cry. You made your wife cry. You're a bad
:08:09. > :08:13.person. I'd like to think I'm a good guy, come on man. You made her
:08:13. > :08:18.cry for the right reasons. It was beautiful. Congratulations. You're
:08:18. > :08:24.going to be a daddy and a boy. very excited to have a boy. He will
:08:24. > :08:29.sing better than me. Any chance of calling him Reginald? Erm... That's
:08:30. > :08:32.a no. One more time for Jaz. Good luck to everyone with all of your
:08:32. > :08:35.performances. Tomorrow only four artists will remain in the
:08:35. > :08:38.competition. Remember your questions and comments come direct
:08:38. > :08:41.to us. All the contact details you need are on the screen now. What
:08:42. > :08:47.started off as a big night is about to get bigger. We can't wait any
:08:47. > :08:51.longer. Back to you. I'm so excited too. This weekend
:08:51. > :08:54.two artists from each team must leave. The person with the highest
:08:54. > :08:58.public vote on each team will automatically go through to the
:08:58. > :09:08.semi-finals. It's over to you. The phone lines are now open.
:09:08. > :09:08.
:09:08. > :09:15.They will close tonight at 8.15pm. For each vote a min up of 10p goes
:09:15. > :09:18.to the BBC performing arts fund. Don't forget, we're minutes away
:09:18. > :09:23.from seeing will.i.am and Tom Jones singing with their artists on this
:09:23. > :09:29.very stage. Before that, to help you decide here's a reminder of
:09:29. > :09:35.tonight's performances. # Because I love you
:09:35. > :09:40.# I love you # I love you any how
:09:40. > :09:50.# And I don't care if you don't want me
:09:50. > :09:55.
:09:55. > :10:05.# I'm yours right now # I put a spell on you
:10:05. > :10:09.
:10:09. > :10:17.# Because you're mine # # What I really need is somebody
:10:18. > :10:25.who will always be there # So, baby, if you want me
:10:25. > :10:32.# You've got to show me love # And words are so easy to say
:10:32. > :10:42.# You've got to show me love # So baby, if you want me
:10:42. > :10:44.
:10:44. > :10:51.# Hey, your words are so easy to # You've got to show me love
:10:51. > :10:58.# And show me love # # Step off the train
