:03:48. > :03:53.This is the bedroom. Colonel Gaddafi slept in a large,
:03:53. > :03:57.comfortable double bed. His private bathroom included a decent size
:03:57. > :04:02.jacuzzi. The man who gave the impression that he lived like a
:04:02. > :04:08.poor desert better when in fact travelled the world like the
:04:08. > :04:11.richest of billionaires. -- they do win. Battles between rebels and the
:04:11. > :04:16.remaining supporters of Colonel Gaddafi have been continuing today.
:04:16. > :04:20.Rebels have edged closer to car Gaddafi's former home town of Sanaa
:04:20. > :04:24.but they are still 70 miles away. On the outskirts, rebels have been
:04:24. > :04:34.attempting to capture or kill any remaining Gaddafi fighters. Orla

:07:29. > :07:33.rebel commander stress to us that he was making this gesture because
:07:33. > :07:38.of that special moment. Nonetheless, there has been an underlying
:07:38. > :07:42.message in a lot of what the rebels have said all the way along. That
:07:42. > :07:46.is that they want to build a new leadership and they have to do this
:07:46. > :07:50.together. In time, there will have to be some kind of process of
:07:50. > :07:53.reconciliation. We do not know what that will be. We have been hearing
:07:53. > :07:57.about those concerns for people living in Tripoli, with supplies
:07:57. > :08:02.running out. Had that is the situation? It is getting pretty
:08:02. > :08:06.dire. This is a city of 2 million people with no running water. As
:08:06. > :08:11.you might be able to see behind me, the skies are pretty dark. There
:08:11. > :08:16.has been another widespread blackout. A similar one occurred
:08:16. > :08:21.last night. There are critical shortages of water, causing
:08:21. > :08:24.problems with sanitation. There are medical supply problems and
:08:24. > :08:28.electricity problems. The message from the transitional leadership is
:08:28. > :08:32.that they are taking action. They will start emergency measures,
:08:32. > :08:37.bringing feel in to get the water supplies going. It will be a huge
:08:37. > :08:42.task. The water supply for Tripoli comes from the desert and has been
:08:43. > :08:46.disrupted by fighting. We met one family who were suspect a pretty
:08:46. > :08:49.typical. They have five young children and they have not have
:08:49. > :08:54.running water for three days. There are families across the city trying
:08:54. > :08:58.to cope with that. I think it is a critical test for the NTC. They
:08:58. > :09:01.have managed to take the city, and they have managed to push it
:09:01. > :09:05.Colonel Gaddafi's troops, but they need to show they can keep things
:09:05. > :09:08.running. They have set out an appeal to workers in the various
:09:09. > :09:12.sectors to get back to their jobs and get back to their desks. They
:09:12. > :09:14.have warned people that even though they want to take action and they
:09:15. > :09:21.are taking action, that they should not expect miracles and that this
:09:21. > :09:25.will take time. The Government has promised to discuss the case of the
