:00:29. > :00:32.another 29 survivors from the rubble of a factory complex in Bangladesh

:00:32. > :00:37.after Wednesday's eight-storey building collapse which killed at

:00:37. > :00:42.least 348 people. Two factory owners have been arrested on suspicion of

:00:42. > :00:46.having ignored warnings that the building was unsafe. From Dhaka, our

:00:46. > :00:56.correspondent Andrew North has just sent this report.

:00:56. > :00:59.

:00:59. > :01:04.Everyone move back, he shouts. They need space. A woman has just been

:01:04. > :01:09.pulled from the rubble alive. Rescued after four days buried under

:01:09. > :01:13.layers of concrete. The search back in full swing after criticism the

:01:13. > :01:19.army was ending it too early. is no deadline. This operation will

:01:19. > :01:25.continue so long as there are survivors. Then, they get a man to

:01:25. > :01:28.the surface. This is now the fourth person in succession they've brought

:01:28. > :01:32.out alive from this hole. It is a huge boost for the rescue effort.

:01:32. > :01:38.But there are still many more people trapped in the rubble beneath. It is

:01:38. > :01:45.a race against time to get them out. They are using holes drilled deep

:01:45. > :01:52.through the ruins to search each level. But it is painfully slow and

:01:52. > :02:02.dangerous work. In places, they are only just beginning. Equipment is in

:02:02. > :02:06.

:02:06. > :02:16.short supply. SHOUTING TALK TO ME, HE SHOUTS or make a noise. A few

:02:16. > :02:16.

:02:16. > :02:21.hours ago, there were sounds from inside this wall of debris. We heard

:02:21. > :02:26.a voice, a woman's voice, he says, now it is silent but we are not

:02:26. > :02:32.giving up. The strain is telling on rescuers who have been working

:02:32. > :02:37.nonstop for days. Everywhere there are reminders of the cut plies

:02:37. > :02:41.clothing factories that were operating here. Two of the owners

:02:41. > :02:51.have now been arrested. With hundreds of people still missing,

:02:51. > :02:51.

:02:52. > :02:57.everyone is taking a different view now on the cost of cheap clothes.

:02:57. > :03:03.The teenaged girl killed in a road accident on the M62 yesterday has

:03:03. > :03:07.been named by police. Bethany Jones, who was 18, from Pontefract, was in

:03:07. > :03:11.a minibus which was in a collision with a lorry. Eight people are still

:03:11. > :03:16.234 hospital. Bethany Jones was on her way to a hen night in Liverpool

:03:16. > :03:20.but she was killed in a crash on one of Britain's busiest motorways. She

:03:20. > :03:25.was among 20 family and friends of the bride Stephanie Firth. They got

:03:26. > :03:30.on to this minibus yesterday in the small West Yorkshire town of South

:03:30. > :03:35.Elmsall. They were said to be in high spirits but the celebrations

:03:35. > :03:40.came to a tragic end just a few miles from home when there was a

:03:40. > :03:50.collision between the minibus and a lorry. Today Bethany's family paid

:03:50. > :03:53.

:03:53. > :03:57.South Elmsall is really today just coming to terms with what happened

:03:57. > :04:03.yesterday. Nearly every single person we've spoken to in the high

:04:03. > :04:08.street and in the shops here new -- knew someone on that minibus and

:04:08. > :04:12.they describe Bethany as a lovely, Bonnie girl who had her whole life

:04:12. > :04:17.ahead of her. Bethany was well known and liked in the town where she

:04:17. > :04:20.worked. Sending them all love, thoughts and prayers. Hoping the

:04:20. > :04:25.girls pull together. It is strange how everybody does pull together in

:04:25. > :04:29.times like this. Devastated really. Everyone's trying to come to grips

:04:29. > :04:32.with it. Today, the driver of the lorry arrested by police on

:04:32. > :04:35.suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving has been released

:04:35. > :04:40.on bail. Eight of the hen party, including the bride, are still in

:04:41. > :04:50.hospital. The others are recovering at home. All are mourning the loss

:04:51. > :04:51.

:04:52. > :04:55.of their friend Bethany. In Italy, after months of political

:04:55. > :05:01.uncertainty, a deal has been reached to form a new Coalition Government.

:05:01. > :05:05.The new Prime Minister will be the centre-left leader Enrico Letta. His

:05:05. > :05:09.main coalition partner is the party of the former Prime Minister Silvio

:05:09. > :05:12.Berlusconi, the new Government will be sworn in tomorrow.

:05:12. > :05:18.Hundreds of anti-war campaigners have gathered outside a military

:05:18. > :05:23.base in Lincolnshire today where RAF pilots have started operating remote

:05:23. > :05:33.controlled drone aircraft over Afghanistan. MoD corn firmed control

:05:33. > :05:35.

:05:35. > :05:39.of armed intelligence had moved there from a US facility in Nevada.

:05:39. > :05:46.The RAF's hi-tech drones have been flown for several years over

:05:46. > :05:51.Afghanistan by British pile olts working in America at an air base in

:05:51. > :05:57.the Nevada desert. Now, the squadron's based in Lincolnshire.

:05:57. > :06:02.The first missions flown remotely from here earlier this week

:06:02. > :06:06.attracted protesters. Demonstrators from stop Stop the War Coalition and

:06:06. > :06:10.CND gathered to express their fears about the use of drones. There is

:06:10. > :06:14.something sin ter about the idea that military personnel in

:06:14. > :06:20.Lincolnshire can attack or kill people in far-off country at the

:06:20. > :06:26.push of a bottom. What is a Reaper drone and what can it do? It is 11

:06:26. > :06:30.metres long with a wingspan of 20 metres. It can carry four Hellfire

:06:30. > :06:39.missiles as well as at least two laser-guided bombs. As used by the

:06:39. > :06:45.RAF, it can stay in the air for more than 16 hours at a time with around

:06:45. > :06:51.95% using Reaper missions for surveillance. It stems partly from

:06:51. > :06:56.the CIA's use of drones. Sometimes they cause civilian casualties. RAF

:06:56. > :07:02.pilots have to obey strict rules of engagement over Afghanistan. They

:07:02. > :07:07.are watching over British Forces and their Afghan allies in Helmand

:07:07. > :07:12.Province. They are not out to kill bad guys in the Yemen or Pakistan.

:07:12. > :07:19.This is supporting British troops and Afghan nation rebuilding.

:07:19. > :07:24.is due to stop Reaper missions after 2014 when British combat missions

:07:24. > :07:28.end there. North Korea has announced it will try an American-Korean man

:07:28. > :07:33.who it accuses of attempting to overthrow the Government. Kenneth

:07:33. > :07:37.Bae was arrested last November as he visited the country. The latest

:07:37. > :07:43.development could further inflame tension between the US and North

:07:43. > :07:48.Korea with relations already deeply frout after the north said it was

:07:48. > :07:53.going to launch military strikes against America. Nling Dreamliner

:07:53. > :07:55.has completed its first commercial flight after being ground in the

:07:56. > :08:03.January after serious battery problems. The flight went off

:08:03. > :08:06.without a hitch. On the move again after

:08:06. > :08:13.three-and-a-half months. The Dreamliner is finally airborne

:08:13. > :08:18.following a safety scare that grounded the entire fleet. This

:08:18. > :08:23.panicky scene is why it was grounded. An emergency landing in

:08:23. > :08:29.Japan after a battery overheated. And barely a week after another

:08:29. > :08:33.battery caught fire in a plane in Boston. In a hanger in Addis Ababa,

:08:33. > :08:38.Boeing engineers are fitting over a dozen new safety measures, including

:08:38. > :08:42.this steel case capable of can Taining a battery fire. It is being

:08:42. > :08:47.fitted to the 50 dream liners currently parked up around the

:08:47. > :08:51.world. This is the forward cargo hold of the aeroplane where they put

:08:52. > :08:56.your luggage normally. If we move forward to the front of the plane is

:08:56. > :09:04.it really cramped. This is where they will put that new battery with

:09:04. > :09:08.all its safety modifications. Back on board flight 801. A simple

:09:08. > :09:11.90-minute hop from Addis Ababa to Nairobi wouldn't normally attract

:09:11. > :09:16.senior executives from Boeing. Today, though, they were lining up

:09:16. > :09:19.to tell the world the plane is safe. We've looked at all the possible

:09:19. > :09:23.causes for the incidences we had in January. We've addressed those

:09:23. > :09:28.causes with a solution for the battery and enclosed the battery in

:09:28. > :09:34.a stainless steel case to ensure should there be a problem, it is

:09:34. > :09:37.isolated. Safety regulators say the plane is now fit to fly. But are

:09:37. > :09:44.passengers convinced? You got off the bus. Saw it was a Dreamliner.

:09:44. > :09:50.What went through your head? heart started beating. You EU I knew

:09:50. > :09:54.about the problems. It is always risky when you travel even in cars.

:09:54. > :09:58.I thought if they put it back in the sky, they must have done checks.
