:01:22. > :01:27.Kelly reports. In Woolwich, some began their weekend by coming to the

:01:27. > :01:34.spot where a young soldier's life was taken. There's still an air of

:01:34. > :01:39.disbelief about what happened on the suburban street. At the nearby

:01:39. > :01:44.barracks, where Drummer Lee Rigby was based, a group of bikers, some

:01:44. > :01:50.ex-military, came to show their respect. It's just our way of saying

:01:50. > :01:57.thanks for a job well done, and we feel for the boys, we feel for the

:01:57. > :02:02.families, his loved ones, and it's a sad day. Flowers at the barracks,

:08:13. > :08:16.attractions, but yesterday, the male tiger turned on his keeper, killing

:08:16. > :08:22.24-year-old Sarah McClay. She had worked with them for over a year and

:08:22. > :08:25.was said to be passionate about her job. She was feeding the Jaguars

:08:25. > :08:31.before the attack, but staff don't know why she was in the enclosure

:08:31. > :08:41.alone with the Tigers. Without notifying anybody, and without any

:08:41. > :08:44.

:08:44. > :08:49.warning, she has undone three blocks. Visitors to the park saw

:08:49. > :08:55.what happened, and staff warned the Tigers with warning shots, but she

:08:56. > :09:02.later died in hospital. The Tigers are now in a darkened room, away

:09:16. > :09:20.looking at human factors, whether it be deliberate, reckless or

:09:20. > :09:25.accidental, or indeed a technical failure. All those issues need to be

:09:25. > :09:29.looked at. It is early days in the investigation. Sarah McClay's family

:09:29. > :09:38.are said to be distraught. As police investigate how an experienced

:09:38. > :09:40.member of staff lost their life. Tens of thousands of Germans have
