:00:07. > :00:16.condemns last night's violence in Belfast as "disgraceful" and "deeply

:00:17. > :00:17.

:00:17. > :00:21.Chief Constable called it "mindless anarchy."

:00:21. > :00:29.An 11-year-old boy has died after an accident involving a tractor at a

:00:29. > :00:39.farm. The driver has been arrested. And it's gold for Mo in Moscow as he

:00:39. > :00:51.

:00:51. > :00:54.triumphs in the 10,000 metres at the Good evening. The Northern Ireland

:00:54. > :00:58.Secretary, Theresa Villers, has described last night's violence in

:00:58. > :01:06.Belfast as "shameful," and a "huge step backwards". The trouble began

:01:06. > :01:09.after loyalists protested against a republican parade. In all, 56 police

:01:09. > :01:16.officers were injured, one of whom is still in hospital. Chris Buckler

:01:16. > :01:21.is in Belfast. Northern Ireland's marching season

:01:21. > :01:25.has become known as a time of tension and trouble. Today,

:01:25. > :01:29.loyalists have been taking part in parades but last night they were

:01:29. > :01:33.trying to stop a march by republicans. What started as an

:01:33. > :01:40.evening of useful protests ended in several hours of violence right in

:01:40. > :01:43.the heart of Belfast. Images of destruction and disorder once again

:01:43. > :01:48.exposing divisions that still run deep in some parts of this city.

:01:48. > :01:53.Loyalists had blocked the route ahead of the republican parade and

:01:54. > :01:57.when police tried to move them, there were angry clashes. Bottles

:01:57. > :02:02.and bricks were used as makeshift weapons as rioters attacked the

:02:02. > :02:07.police. There were many injured in the running battles including dozens

:02:07. > :02:12.of police officers. There is no excuse for the violence we saw on

:02:12. > :02:17.the streets of Belfast last night. To have TV screens filled with

:02:17. > :02:21.street disorder again today, it is a real step backwards. This is where

:02:21. > :02:24.the trouble took place, a busy shopping street in the middle of

:02:25. > :02:31.Belfast. While the debris from last night's violence has been cleared

:02:31. > :02:36.away, concerns about parades remain. Tomorrow there is another republican

:02:36. > :02:42.parade in County Tyrone. The commemoration is being held to

:02:42. > :02:46.remember two IRA men killed by their own bomb. Unionists say it is

:02:46. > :02:50.offensive and should be banned. confident that everyone who has

:02:50. > :02:55.organised tomorrow want the event to pass peacefully and quickly and we

:02:55. > :03:03.will work as hard as we can to make sure that takes place. Northern

:03:03. > :03:09.Ireland's past still haunts its present. The peace process has

:03:09. > :03:12.changed life here but old problems continue to cause trouble.

:03:12. > :03:15.A wave of car bombings today in the Iraqi capital Baghdad has killed at

:03:15. > :03:19.least 33 people and injured 140. The deadliest attack happened near an

:03:19. > :03:22.outdoor market where seven people died. The authorities had stepped up

:03:22. > :03:26.security in the city for celebrations to mark the end of

:03:26. > :03:30.Ramadan. The new chairman of the Football

:03:30. > :03:33.Association, Greg Dyke, says it will be impossible to play the 2022 World

:03:33. > :03:36.Cup in Qatar in the summertime because of the high temperatures. He

:03:36. > :03:46.wants the tournament moved to the winter, or held in another country.

:03:46. > :03:50.

:03:50. > :03:52.Here's James Pearce. The FIFA World Cup is Qatar...

:03:52. > :03:58.surprise decision greeted with jubilation by the backers of the

:03:58. > :04:03.Qatar bed. While the country celebrated, concerns were being

:04:03. > :04:06.raised around the world about a tournament there in the summer heat.

:04:06. > :04:11.The Football Association has been celebrating its 150th anniversary

:04:11. > :04:14.today with events all over England. It is a competition another nine

:04:14. > :04:19.years away that has been dominating the thoughts of the FA's new

:04:19. > :04:23.chairman. Do we let thousands of fans go to Qatar and sit in boiling

:04:24. > :04:27.heat, queue up in boiling heat? I don't think you can and I think

:04:27. > :04:31.everybody in football is beginning to realise that you can't let it go

:04:31. > :04:35.on their in June and July. It will either have to move to another time

:04:36. > :04:41.or another place. Crystal Palace fans were watching their team play a

:04:41. > :04:45.friendly match ahead of next week's Premier League kick-off. The season

:04:45. > :04:49.in 2022 would look very different if it had to be halted for ten weeks.

:04:49. > :04:52.The Premier League say that a winter World Cup would result in chaos,

:04:52. > :04:56.claiming three years worth of fixtures would be affected. And the

:04:56. > :05:01.fans seem to agree. The vast majority are against any change to

:05:01. > :05:05.the schedules. Would not be happy at all, keep it where it is. Don't

:05:06. > :05:10.interrupt our league. There is so much money in the Premier League and

:05:10. > :05:15.so much kudos, I don't see how they would be able to break away and send

:05:15. > :05:21.players over there. Why should the rest of the world have to comply

:05:21. > :05:25.with Qatar? The chances of a tournament being moved away from

:05:25. > :05:29.Qatar are extremely slim. Realistically the only change would

:05:29. > :05:32.have to be the dates. Football Association has set itself on a

:05:32. > :05:36.collision course with the Premier League over the football calendar

:05:36. > :05:39.for 2022. The Shadow Health Secretary says

:05:39. > :05:42.Labour is running out of time before the next election to produce a set

:05:42. > :05:46.of policies that grabs the attention of voters. The Andy Burnham believes

:05:46. > :05:49.the party has until next Spring to, as he put it, "shout louder", and

:05:49. > :05:51.speak in a way that captured the public's imagination. He says he's

:05:51. > :05:59.not criticising the Labour leader, Ed Miliband, but rather what he

:05:59. > :06:02.called the current state of modern The driver of a tractor which hit

:06:02. > :06:06.and killed an 11-year-old child has been arrested on suspicion of

:06:06. > :06:10.causing death by dangerous driving and drink driving. Harry Whitlam

:06:10. > :06:13.from the Wakefield area died in hospital last night. The accident

:06:13. > :06:20.happened at a farm in Rothwell, near Leeds. From there, Phillip Norton

:06:20. > :06:26.reports. These smiling face of Harry

:06:26. > :06:29.Whitlam, just 11 years old, the schoolboy died after being hit by a

:06:29. > :06:36.tractor at this farm attraction nearly... . His mother works at the

:06:36. > :06:43.site. It is believed he had been helping out in the working area when

:06:43. > :06:47.he was struck by a tractor and trailer -- near Leeds. Our thoughts

:06:47. > :06:53.are with you and any help she needs, the farm will certainly give it.

:06:53. > :06:56.thoughts are with her. A 48-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion

:06:57. > :07:06.of drink-driving and causing death by dangerous driving. He has been

:07:06. > :07:11.released on police bail pending continuing enquiries. It is sad, an

:07:11. > :07:14.11-year-old boy, it has got to be said for everybody. A lovely farm.

:07:14. > :07:20.Everybody who works there, the family that owned the farm, really

:07:20. > :07:28.lovely people and just very saddened by what has happened. Swithens Farm

:07:28. > :07:31.says it is trying to run business as Police searching for a missing

:07:31. > :07:36.13-year-old girl from Sheffield have arrested a man on suspicion of child

:07:36. > :07:38.abduction. Erika Kacicova was last seen leaving her home on Monday.

:07:38. > :07:47.Detectives say a 22-year-old man from Bradford handed himself in

:07:47. > :07:54.after hearing the appeals to find Mo Farah has won gold in the 10,000

:07:54. > :07:59.metres final at the World Athletics Championships in Moscow. His final

:07:59. > :08:08.lap sprint but paid to the hopes of Ibrahim Jeilan of retaining the

:08:08. > :08:12.title. Live now to David Bond in Moscow. The build-up to these

:08:12. > :08:17.championships have been dominated by doping. Even as we were waiting for

:08:17. > :08:22.Mo Farah's race, news of another positive test involving a well-known

:08:22. > :08:30.athlete, Kelly and Baptiste, was breaking. Mo Farah was under

:08:30. > :08:34.pressure to try to list some of the gloom around Moscow. -- lift some.

:08:34. > :08:37.Exactly one year on from completing his unforgettable Olympic double, Mo

:08:37. > :08:45.Farah was back, hoping to make history on the world stage. There

:08:45. > :08:49.was no shortage of British support but with so many empty seats, it was

:08:50. > :08:58.hardly London 2012. This was his first 10,000 metres since he won

:08:58. > :09:05.gold in London and he relied heavily on his American training partner,

:09:05. > :09:11.Rupp, to see off an African alliance of running talent. He was beaten in

:09:11. > :09:18.a sprint finish in the last world championships by Jeilan, but not

:09:18. > :09:23.this time. Mo Farah is going to get there, this is world domination!

:09:23. > :09:28.is the world champion. It is nice to have the nation behind you. I have

:09:28. > :09:34.been getting messages on Facebook and Twitter and it is nice to see is

:09:34. > :09:38.a many people still cheering for me and believing in me. This is

:09:38. > :09:43.becoming one of British board's most familiar sights. With each big

:09:43. > :09:47.victory, Mo Farah is getting closer to cementing his place as one of the

:09:47. > :09:52.all-time greats of distance running -- British sport's most familiar

:09:52. > :09:58.sights. He will be back next week bidding to

:09:58. > :10:02.win gold in the 5000 metres and if he is able to do that, he will be

:10:02. > :10:12.only the second man in history to consecutively hold the Olympic and

:10:12. > :10:19.
