:03:03. > :03:05.have all of the reasons to be worried because we have seen this
:03:06. > :03:13.before. We have no reason to believe it would be any different this time.
:03:14. > :03:20.The onslaught from IS has created a massive humanitarian disaster with
:03:21. > :03:24.the UN launching its biggest push for aid in decades, to help those
:03:25. > :03:28.who have fled their homes. Iraq has been turned upside down by the
