:02:59. > :03:01.new powers devolved to Scotland. Labour has called for a slower
:03:02. > :03:04.process for the other UK nations with a constitutional convention
:03:05. > :03:07.next autumn. The Labour leader, Ed Miliband,
:03:08. > :03:10.spoke this morning as he arrived in Manchester
:03:11. > :03:13.ahead of its party conference. Now, the last few months have been
:03:14. > :03:18.about keeping our country together. The next eight months are about

:03:39. > :03:42.devolution for the rest of the UK in the timetable agreed
