:00:20. > :00:25.Egypt says foreign intelligence suggesting that the Russian plane

:00:26. > :00:27.crash in Sinai a week ago was caused by a bomb has not been

:00:28. > :00:34.it believes the airliner was brought down by a bomb.

:00:35. > :00:37.And reports in the United States say American agents

:00:38. > :00:40.intercepted communications between Islamic State extremists,

:00:41. > :00:42.boasting that they had brought down the plane.

:00:43. > :00:55.Piecing together the detail, examining the evidence, searching

:00:56. > :00:58.the scene, and the picture now is increasingly of an aircraft that was

:00:59. > :01:03.deliberately brought down by some kind of bomb. The American

:01:04. > :01:07.television network NBC is the latest report on intelligence it says

:01:08. > :01:11.supports this. They claim US officials have told them that they

:01:12. > :01:17.picked up chatter between ices operatives boasting about taking

:01:18. > :01:25.down an airliner. -- Isis. This comes after French officials told

:01:26. > :01:31.the BBC that the flight data recorder recorded a sudden

:01:32. > :01:38.explosion. And this video is claimed to show militants commending the

:01:39. > :01:46.Sinai wing for bringing down the aircraft. And there is now concerned

:01:47. > :01:55.in Egypt that intelligence about the crash is not being shared with them.

:01:56. > :01:58.TRANSLATION: We are the party which is mainly connected with the issue,

:01:59. > :02:02.and we expected to have the information on a technical level

:02:03. > :02:06.instead of it being released to the media in this public manner. In

:02:07. > :02:11.Sharm el-Sheikh, the wait for a return home continues. Frustrated

:02:12. > :02:15.and wanting information. I would like to speak to a human being, a

:02:16. > :02:20.phone call, anything. I would like to know what is going on. It is

:02:21. > :02:27.looking like it will be Monday, but Monday isn't good enough. Tens of

:02:28. > :02:31.thousands of Russians remain in Egypt after the Kremlin also

:02:32. > :02:36.grounded flights. They are concerned about the journey home. They said we

:02:37. > :02:43.shouldn't take any baggage with us on board, so we have to give it

:02:44. > :02:48.somewhere, I don't know where. Today the planned return of holiday-makers

:02:49. > :02:49.continues, but it is a complicated process that will last into next

:02:50. > :02:53.week. Daniela Relph, BBC News. More tourists are due to return

:02:54. > :02:56.from Sharm el-Sheikh later today. The last flight back to Britain

:02:57. > :02:58.arrived late last night at Glasgow Airport, and passengers

:02:59. > :03:00.spoke about their experiences. In the hotels,

:03:01. > :03:04.there was nothing we could do, but the bad thing was,

:03:05. > :03:07.when you're lying on your sunbed with nothing much more to do, and

:03:08. > :03:10.all you see is planes going over, and all you think is,

:03:11. > :03:16."One of those planes went down." It just turned into chaos,

:03:17. > :03:19.where it could have went so smoothly and a normal airport

:03:20. > :03:21.that operates on a daily basis could have went so smoothly,

:03:22. > :03:24.but it just turned to disaster. But we're home,

:03:25. > :03:26.so we're excited to be home! Our reporter Angus Crawford

:03:27. > :03:36.is at Luton Airport. Angus, bring us up to date, if you

:03:37. > :03:42.will, as to what we think is going to happen today at the airports. The

:03:43. > :03:45.situation is fluid, and as we found yesterday, there were cancellations

:03:46. > :03:49.of flights and recriminations, but what we believe is going to happen

:03:50. > :03:53.today is that a total of nine flights are going to come back from

:03:54. > :03:58.Sharm el-Sheikh to various British airports. We believe there will be

:03:59. > :04:02.one British Airways flight to Manchester, to Gatwick, two Monarch

:04:03. > :04:06.flight to Manchester, two Thomas Cook flights, one to Manchester, one

:04:07. > :04:12.to Gatwick, there will be two easyJet flights back here to Luton,

:04:13. > :04:16.arriving at 9:30 and 10:30 tonight, and finally two Thomson flights

:04:17. > :04:19.coming back to Manchester and Bristol. The one thing they will all

:04:20. > :04:24.share in common is that they will only, the passengers, be carrying

:04:25. > :04:28.hand baggage. All of the hold luggage will stay in Sharm el-Sheikh

:04:29. > :04:30.and be brought back later, and as Downing Street says, this is a

:04:31. > :04:33.hugely complex operation. There have been celebrations

:04:34. > :04:35.in Sierra Leone ahead of an official announcement

:04:36. > :04:37.by the World Health Organisation that the country

:04:38. > :04:40.is now free of Ebola. The outbreak there has claimed

:04:41. > :04:42.more than 4,000 lives Our global health correspondent,

:04:43. > :04:51.Tulip Mazumdar, reports from the capital,

:04:52. > :04:53.Freetown. And there we have it,

:04:54. > :05:02.after 18 long months of fighting Ebola in Sierra Leone,

:05:03. > :05:05.the outbreak is declared over. We've just heard Victoria Yillia

:05:06. > :05:10.speaking on the stage, she was Sierra Leone's

:05:11. > :05:13.first confirmed case of Ebola, and I'm very happy

:05:14. > :05:15.to say she joins us now. Victoria, you are celebrating

:05:16. > :05:18.the end of the outbreak tonight. I am very happy for that, that Ebola

:05:19. > :05:23.has gone from Sierra Leone. You feel like you have your life

:05:24. > :05:31.back? Yeah. We've had the street parties

:05:32. > :05:39.overnight, and now it's time

:05:40. > :05:42.for the official pageantry. The president is about to arrive

:05:43. > :05:45.any minute now. He'll go inside, and

:05:46. > :05:50.there he will address the nation. President Ernest Bai Koroma has

:05:51. > :05:54.praised the international efforts, particularly the UK response, which

:05:55. > :06:00.he says turned this outbreak around. but this is a bittersweet moment

:06:01. > :06:06.for Sierra Leone. Here,

:06:07. > :06:18.the Work and Pensions Secretary, Iain Duncan Smith, is strongly

:06:19. > :06:21.resisting efforts by the Treasury to make the new universal credit

:06:22. > :06:23.benefit less generous. The Chancellor, George Osborne,

:06:24. > :06:25.is seeking fresh savings after the House of Lords rejected his

:06:26. > :06:28.plans to cut working tax credits. A close ally of Mr Duncan Smith

:06:29. > :06:31.said he hadn't threatened to resign over the issue but had made it

:06:32. > :06:35.known it was a red line for him. The Government is aiming

:06:36. > :06:37.to provide every home and business in the country with

:06:38. > :06:40.a fast internet connection by 2020. It says broadband should be regarded

:06:41. > :06:43.as a basic service, putting it on a similar footing

:06:44. > :06:49.as electricity and water. You can see more on all of today's

:06:50. > :06:52.stories on the BBC News Channel. The next news on BBC One

:06:53. > :07:14.is at 5:20. Bye for now. Good afternoon. Well, if you feel

:07:15. > :07:15.like the weather is a touch out of sync with your
