:03:45. > :03:49.mission also for the Typhoon jets flying alongside the Tornado jets
:03:50. > :03:56.here for a year and that the target was the Omar Oil Fields in eastern
:03:57. > :04:04.Syria. The army are deploying them, hundreds of thousands of dollars a
:04:05. > :04:08.day hitting the oilfields. And second, another near northern Iraq
:04:09. > :04:13.near Sinjar. Michael Fallon was clear to the air
:04:14. > :04:17.and ground crews, that now that the Parliament has voted "yes" to the
:04:18. > :04:20.air strikes, the hands are not tied behind their backs but made clear
:04:21. > :04:24.that the campaign would not be short. There would be many, many

:04:29. > :04:31.Roads have been closed in Scotland and the north of England,

:05:05. > :05:07.obsessively pursued by others on the street or on the internet.

:05:12. > :05:14.She was killed by her ex-boyfriend five years ago.
:05:15. > :05:16.He would stalk her by means of social media,
:05:17. > :05:20.by following her whereabouts using a telephone, constantly texting.
:05:21. > :05:26.And the police knew the extreme risk that Jane was at.
:05:27. > :05:37.Even so, she was still left with no protection.
:05:38. > :05:39.Stalking was made a criminal offence three years ago,
:05:40. > :05:42.and around 1,100 prosecutions were brought in the past year.
:05:43. > :05:45.That is a rise of nearly 50% on the previous 12 months.
:05:46. > :05:49.But the Home Office recognises that such prosecutions are often
:05:50. > :05:56.If we can intervene earlier, if we can protect victims and we
:05:57. > :05:59.can intervene on the perpetrator earlier, we believe we will be able
:06:00. > :06:03.to protect victims, but also stop the behaviour escalating into that
:06:04. > :06:09.One helpline suggests more than 50% stalkers are now pursuing
:06:10. > :06:11.people they have never actually met over the internet.
:06:12. > :06:14.The Home Office says it will tighten the law on such behaviour
:06:15. > :06:18.and put more funding into tackling abuse within teenage
