:02:16. > :02:21.All the migrants we've met here have huge hopes and
:02:22. > :02:25.expectations of the outcome of the Pope's short visit.

:02:28. > :02:32.But what difference will the Pope's visit
:02:33. > :02:41.We want them to rethink the EU- Turkey deal, and how
:02:42. > :02:44.At the moment it's being rushed through and
:02:45. > :02:47.people aren't having a chance to have their claims for asylum fairly
:02:48. > :02:50.The Pope flew back to Rome, taking with him three Syrian
:02:51. > :02:52.families whose homes have been destroyed.
:02:53. > :02:55.While thousands of others have been left
:02:56. > :03:09.As controversial as the EU- Turkey deal has been, it has succeeded in
:03:10. > :03:13.dramatically reducing the number of migrants arriving here. It has been
:03:14. > :03:18.Europe's main aim. It's come at a cost of Europe having its humanity
:03:19. > :03:21.questioned. The Pope's message was loud and clear, there has to be a
:03:22. > :03:24.more merciful response. It is a message that has also come today
:03:25. > :03:28.from the head of the Catholic Church in England and Wales who spoke of
:03:29. > :03:32.Britain's resettlement programme for Syrian refugees and said it had been
:03:33. > :03:36.going very slowly and was, in his words, a great disappointment.
:03:37. > :03:40.Boris Johnson has delivered a blunt message to President Obama,
:03:41. > :03:43.saying he should not back the campaign for Britain to remain
:03:44. > :03:49.The Mayor of London said it would be "nakedly hypocritical"
