:01:18. > :01:23.charged with murder. Lincolnshire Police say both are aged 14 and will

:01:24. > :01:26.appear before Lincoln Magistrates' Court tomorrow morning. Lincolnshire

:01:27. > :01:30.Police say postmortem examinations are still taking place and have not

:01:31. > :01:33.revealed the cause of death. Officers have asked anyone who may

:01:34. > :01:38.have seen or heard anything suspicious nearby to contact detect

:05:26. > :05:34.Many, like this farmer, are still waiting for help.

:05:35. > :05:39.His cow shed has completely collapsed, and his cows are trapped.

:06:42. > :06:43.and provide 7% of Britain's entire electricity needs well into this

:06:44. > :06:49.But it's also behind schedule, and there have been plenty

:06:50. > :06:51.of financial and technical problems at a similar nuclear power station

:06:52. > :06:58.Last month, EDF's financial director resigned

:06:59. > :07:01.over the cost of Hinkley, and last week the French Energy Minister,

:07:02. > :07:02.Segolene Royal, said it should be delayed.

:07:03. > :07:04.Now, though, the influential economy minister has

:07:05. > :07:10.given his full political commitment to the ?18 billion project.

:07:11. > :07:12.The political commitment is a complete

:07:13. > :07:18.We back the Hinkley Point project, it's very important for France, it's

:07:19. > :07:24.very important for the nuclear sector and EDF.

:07:25. > :07:26.Now we have to finalise the work, and especially

:07:27. > :07:32.the technical and industrial work, very closely with EDF, with the

:07:33. > :07:35.British Government, to be in a situation to sign in the coming

:07:36. > :07:40.That will doubtless be welcomed by EDF as well as the

:07:41. > :07:44.Government here, which hopes that nuclear power will be one of the key

:07:45. > :07:46.planks of Britain's future energy needs.

:07:47. > :07:49.But environmental campaigners were scathing.

:07:50. > :07:51.Greenpeace said, "Emmanuel Macron says one thing to a

:07:52. > :07:54.UK audience and another to a French one.

:07:55. > :07:57.He has made it abundantly clear in French that no decision has been

:07:58. > :08:00.The alternatives are looking increasingly attractive, no matter

:08:01. > :08:05.A final, final decision by EDF to build

:08:06. > :08:09.Hinkley Point has been delayed on many occasions.

:08:10. > :08:12.Political commitment is one thing, putting money on the

:08:13. > :08:19.One of the largest Roman villas ever discovered has been unearthed

:08:20. > :08:22.by chance by the owner of a farmhouse who was laying

:08:23. > :08:24.electricity cables in his garden in Wiltshire.

:08:25. > :08:25.Archaeologists have described the villa as extraordinarily

:08:26. > :08:28.well-preserved, saying the find is unparalleled in recent years.

:08:29. > :08:35.Building projects don't always go to plan,

:08:36. > :08:38.but they rarely result in a discovery like this.

:08:39. > :08:40.An untouched mosaic, a find that led to further

:08:41. > :08:42.excavations to reveal what could be one of

:08:43. > :08:47.Roman villas in Britain, only found because the owner

:08:48. > :08:50.of the farmhouse was carrying out some work so that his children

:08:51. > :08:56.could play table tennis in an old barn.

:08:57. > :08:58.While the builders were there, I said, "Would you put

:08:59. > :09:03.They dig a trench and they're going across and suddenly

:09:04. > :09:09.What has been revealed is this mosaic floor,

:09:10. > :09:13.which they call a guilloche, like a basket weave.

:09:14. > :09:15.This is what the villa might have looked like.

:09:16. > :09:17.It would have been occupied by a wealthy family

:09:18. > :09:24.The find is being described as unparalleled in recent years.

:09:25. > :09:29.The villa has not been touched since its collapse 1400 years ago.

:09:30. > :09:34.Absolute million to one chance just finding the mosaic by chance.

:09:35. > :09:39.Just to have a member of the public come and say, "I have found this

:09:40. > :09:42.mosaic" and for it to be such a high-quality, wonderful,

:09:43. > :09:50.Also discovered, a whole range of artefacts including coins,

:09:51. > :09:53.oyster shells and a child's coffin, which had been used

:09:54. > :10:00.Experts say this site has incredible potential to shed light on how
