:00:19. > :00:22.Police are warning that disruption at the Port of Dover could last

:00:23. > :00:28.They say motorists are currently experiencing delays of up to ten

:00:29. > :00:31.hours on roads getting to the port, and there are 80 minute waits

:00:32. > :00:36.Officials are blaming the volume of holiday traffic and stricter

:00:37. > :00:39.French security checks in the wake of the lorry attack in Nice.

:00:40. > :00:52.A family holiday abroad is not supposed to start like this.

:00:53. > :00:57.Hundreds of people were forced to queue for hours for the roads into

:00:58. > :01:02.Dover port, some had to spend the night inside their cars. There is a

:01:03. > :01:07.family behind us all asleep in the car. The guy opposite has got out,

:01:08. > :01:11.stretched his legs and he has gone back in and got his head down.

:01:12. > :01:17.Yesterday tailbacks from Dover stretched all the way back to

:01:18. > :01:21.Folkestone, the 820 and the A2 into Dover were gridlocked.

:01:22. > :01:24.Holiday-makers waiting to reach the port suffered in the heat. The

:01:25. > :01:30.situation is easing today, the travellers are being subjected to a

:01:31. > :01:34.weight to reach border security. The Port of Dover says there are six

:01:35. > :01:39.security lanes in operation today. Yesterday there were just three. The

:01:40. > :01:43.doubling of capacity appears to have eased to traffic congestion around

:01:44. > :01:46.the town. The Dover MP says the situation open the last few days has

:01:47. > :01:50.been intolerable. I think there is a real issue that

:01:51. > :01:54.when you get chaos at the border, as pointer gets so bad that they

:01:55. > :02:02.literally end the checks altogether and wave them through, which is the

:02:03. > :02:06.worst of all possible -- worlds. We want the national security big

:02:07. > :02:10.threats to be a Tait, it seems to be common sense. Earlier, police A20

:02:11. > :02:15.woke holiday-makers sleeping in their cars, asking them to move on.

:02:16. > :02:21.Some had spent all and 15 others inside their vehicles. How have the

:02:22. > :02:25.children been? Asleep! One is up there, one is back there. They are

:02:26. > :02:31.all right, it is just me and him. I am shattered. Kent Police say

:02:32. > :02:34.although the traffic congestion appears to be easing, they expect

:02:35. > :02:38.delays to last at least until tomorrow.

:02:39. > :02:45.You find me on the A2, the northerly drug into the Port of Dover, about a

:02:46. > :02:50.mile and three quarters away from the centre of town. Although it is

:02:51. > :02:54.fairly clear at the moment, the Port authority says it is still around

:02:55. > :02:57.two hours before you get through security, and for that reason they

:02:58. > :03:02.urge anybody trying to leave the port today to bring plenty of food

:03:03. > :03:03.and water just in case the situation changes for the worst.

:03:04. > :03:06.Thank you, Ian. A five-year-old boy has died

:03:07. > :03:08.following a visit to a water Police were called to

:03:09. > :03:12.Bosworth Water Park just before four The boy was taken to

:03:13. > :03:15.hospital but later died. A man and woman have been arrested

:03:16. > :03:18.and are currently being questioned A former Labour Shadow Cabinet

:03:19. > :03:23.minister has complained to the Speaker of the House

:03:24. > :03:25.of Commons about what she Seema Malhotra claims that staff

:03:26. > :03:29.working for leader Jeremy Corbyn and Shadow Chancellor John

:03:30. > :03:31.McDonnell entered her The Shadow Chancellor, Mr McDonnell,

:03:32. > :03:38.denies their actions were intimidating and has called

:03:39. > :03:40.for party unity - as our political The report contains some flashing

:03:41. > :03:49.images. Most of his MPs might think

:03:50. > :03:52.Jeremy Corbyn is useless, but look Despite these smiles,

:03:53. > :03:57.it shows just how toxic the atmosphere is within

:03:58. > :04:02.the Labour Party. Seema Malhotra has alleged her staff

:04:03. > :04:05.were harassed by Mr Corbyn's aides after they used a key to enter her

:04:06. > :04:11.office without permission. To be approached, to be

:04:12. > :04:14.what they described as feeling intimidated, what they described

:04:15. > :04:17.as feeling bullied is, And that is a matter I've also

:04:18. > :04:23.raised with the Labour Party. Seema Malhotra also alleges staff

:04:24. > :04:25.working for the Shadow Chancellor My office manager

:04:26. > :04:38.already apologised. Let me just say straight up,

:04:39. > :04:46.let me just say this to Labour Party supporters,

:04:47. > :04:48.Labour members, members of the Parliamentary Labour Party,

:04:49. > :04:52.we've got to stop this now. And there's little chance Labour's

:04:53. > :04:55.very public and increasingly bitter The contest to be Labour's leader

:04:56. > :05:02.still has two months to run. The International Olympic Committee

:05:03. > :05:11.is expected to make a final decision today on whether to ban the entire

:05:12. > :05:15.Russian team from the Rio Olympics following evidence of widespread,

:05:16. > :05:18.state-sponsored doping. It would be the first time

:05:19. > :05:21.an entire country has received such a punishment,

:05:22. > :05:23.and comes after Russia lost its appeal against the ban

:05:24. > :05:25.on its athletics squad With me now is our sports

:05:26. > :05:41.correspondent Richard Conway. What are we expecting? It will be

:05:42. > :05:44.the most momentous decision in the 122 year history of the IOC, they

:05:45. > :05:49.must decide if the entire Russian squad will be banned from Rio

:05:50. > :05:53.following the damning report showing state organised doping, very

:05:54. > :05:58.elaborate cover-ups involving secret police at some stages. A decision

:05:59. > :06:02.expected within the next few hours. Whatever happens, Russia says it

:06:03. > :06:06.will fight on if it is kicked out, believing this will be a politically

:06:07. > :06:13.motivated decision, so all to play for. It will go on past this point

:06:14. > :06:15.and perhaps even overshadow the start of the games. Thank you.

:06:16. > :06:18.Finance ministers from the world's leading economies meeting in China

:06:19. > :06:20.have warned that Britain's vote to leave the EU has injected

:06:21. > :06:24.The G20 summit said there was a danger that the talks

:06:25. > :06:26.on Britain's departure could become acrimonious.

:06:27. > :06:28.But the Chancellor, Philip Hammond, said the uncertainty would subside

:06:29. > :06:31.once Britain laid out its vision for a future relationship

:06:32. > :06:34.The key element here has been colleagues wanting to explore

:06:35. > :06:37.with me how we're going to respond to the short-term challenges

:06:38. > :06:41.that the Brexit decision presents - for the UK economy and for,

:06:42. > :06:44.more widely, the global economy - and also how we're going to seize

:06:45. > :06:46.the longer-term opportunities and reset our economic plans

:06:47. > :06:56.And I've been able to, I hope, reassure them on both.

:06:57. > :06:59.Church services are being held in Munich for the victims

:07:00. > :07:01.of Friday's shooting, when an 18-year-old killed

:07:02. > :07:04.nine people and wounded more than 25 others.

:07:05. > :07:09.Police have described the gunman as a loner obsessed

:07:10. > :07:14.The government has promised to review the country's gun controls.

:07:15. > :07:30.Since this road reopened yesterday people have been coming here to pay

:07:31. > :07:33.their respects. We are outside the McDonald's where the shooting

:07:34. > :07:37.started on Friday. You can see the city 's official tributes here, but

:07:38. > :07:41.in the far left hand corner the unofficial ones, the Sea of flowers

:07:42. > :07:45.and teddy bears that people have come to lay down. There are

:07:46. > :07:47.questions about how an 18-year-old was able to buy a gun and get his

:07:48. > :07:49.hands on so much ammunition. A city in mourning

:07:50. > :07:51.for nine lives lost - seven of the victims teenagers,

:07:52. > :07:53.the youngest just 13 - and a country beginning to ask

:07:54. > :07:56.questions about how Sonboly was able to get his hands on a gun and more

:07:57. > :08:01.than 300 rounds of ammunition. Kids, to just do something with 300

:08:02. > :08:09.bullets, honestly speaking, It's new, and it's

:08:10. > :08:13.really hurting me. I really have to stop talking,

:08:14. > :08:21.because I'm in pain. Fatu's son Clint is due to go

:08:22. > :08:25.to a music festival in a few weeks. Safety, though,

:08:26. > :08:27.is suddenly a concern. I want to go there,

:08:28. > :08:30.but it's... The moments the shooting started

:08:31. > :08:39.are only now becoming clear. Witnesses have said Sonboly came

:08:40. > :08:41.from the toilet The headlines here,

:08:42. > :08:44."Were his victims lured Police are investigating if he used

:08:45. > :08:48.a hacked Facebook account with a promise of free food to draw

:08:49. > :08:57.people here before opening fire. Sonboly wasn't linked to any

:08:58. > :08:59.terrorist group but had, say police, an obsession with mass shootings

:09:00. > :09:02.and had reportedly had treatment Services have been held

:09:03. > :09:09.across Munich in memory of the dead as Germany begins

:09:10. > :09:12.to examine its laws on gun control and ask if more could have been done

:09:13. > :09:18.to stop the killings. Andrew Plant, BBC News,

:09:19. > :09:23.Munich. Chris Froome is set to make history

:09:24. > :09:26.today, becoming the first British cyclist to win the Tour de France

:09:27. > :09:29.for a third time. The last stage of the race finishes

:09:30. > :09:32.in Paris this afternoon, and tradition dictates that no-one

:09:33. > :09:36.challenges the leader Our correspondent Katie Gornall

:09:37. > :09:54.is on the Champs-Elysees. That's right, not long now until the

:09:55. > :09:57.coronation is complete. The women's Tour has just been taking place

:09:58. > :10:01.here, but Chris Froome will soon arrive. He has not just about the

:10:02. > :10:06.2000 miles of the Tour de France, he has dominated to become champion for

:10:07. > :10:10.the third time in four years. As you say, it is traditional that the

:10:11. > :10:14.yellow jersey is much Alan Johnson the final stage, so his right to the

:10:15. > :10:20.Champs-Elysees is effectively a long victory lap. It is taking place

:10:21. > :10:26.under increased security, as you might expect, given recent events in

:10:27. > :10:29.France. It does not seem to have dampened excitement. Chris Froome

:10:30. > :10:34.joins a small but de Laet a group of riders to have won the Tour more

:10:35. > :10:40.than twice, and British fans can celebrate the success of Adam Yates,
