:06:42. > :06:46.of unsecured borrowing per household has doubled since 2000 to ?12,899.
:06:47. > :06:52.Furthermore, the proportion of unsecured debt in proportion
:06:53. > :06:56.to disposable income has dropped from 21% to almost 28%,
:06:57. > :07:04.leaving a record total of unsecured debt of ?349 billion in Britain.

:09:56. > :09:58.to help her recovery. The Queen's presents at church over Christmas is
:09:59. > :10:02.a set piece Royal event so her absence inevitably causes concern
:10:03. > :10:06.and speculation but Royal officials had always said this with a
:10:07. > :10:12.90-year-old woman with a bad cold and needed time to get better. After
:10:13. > :10:15.church the Queen was driven back to the main house on the estate. She
