:01:11. > :01:15.need and that patients are suffering as a result".
:01:16. > :01:19.And so ministers are proposing withholding extra funding from GPs
:01:20. > :01:21.who can't show they're offering appointments at the times
:01:22. > :01:29.The Government sees GPs as key to reducing pressure on hospitals,
:01:30. > :01:31.pointing to figures which suggest that nearly 30% of patients at A
:01:32. > :01:36.But those who represent GPs see today's announcement as an attack
:01:37. > :01:43.There's no point in blaming hard-working doctors
:01:44. > :01:48.There's no point blaming one part of the system when clearly,
:01:49. > :01:51.we know what the reasons for the problems are.
:01:52. > :01:53.The reasons are we have too few doctors - lower
:01:54. > :02:03.So patients who are in hospital can't come out into the community.
:02:04. > :02:06.Jeremy Corbyn today defended GPs and argued the solution to pressure
:02:07. > :02:11.in hospitals is to improve funding in the care system.
:02:12. > :02:15.A Labour Government would give social care the funding it needs
:02:16. > :02:18.and give a firm commitment to take failed private care homes
:02:19. > :02:20.into public ownership to maintain the social care protection
:02:21. > :02:31.It's the very least we can do to guarantee dignity for people
:02:32. > :02:42.who have given so much to our country.
:02:43. > :02:47.Ministers say stopping people from using A inappropriaty should ease
:02:48. > :02:53.pressure on hospitals and they say other parts of the NHS including GPs

:03:01. > :03:03.to their homes after escaping largely unscathed from a tidal storm

:03:38. > :03:41.The waters have receded and apart from a few pockets of isolated
:03:42. > :03:46.flooding, Great Yarmouth has escaped the worst of the surge. However, at
:03:47. > :03:49.Hornsea in East Yorkshire, 30 properties were flooded and three
:03:50. > :03:55.people had to be saved from a car that was trapped in five-feet of
:03:56. > :03:58.water on the sea-front after the water overtopped the sea defences.

:07:04. > :07:08.revealed that fraudulent documents were used to establish that young
:07:09. > :07:13.woman's identity. In interviews with people, it supported the possibility
:07:14. > :07:17.that this young woman maybe Kamiyah Mobley. After she was born in this
:07:18. > :07:21.hospital in Florida in 1998, Kamiyah Mobley was abducted by a woman
:07:22. > :07:26.posing as a nurse. But it was only last year, that police received a
:07:27. > :07:34.tip which eventually led to the arrest. For her biological family, a
:07:35. > :07:42.moment of huge relief. She sounds so intelligent and so respectful and
:07:43. > :07:47.she says she will be here to see us. For Kamiyah, disbelief, that the
:07:48. > :07:53.mother she loved as a mother is now being accused as her abductor.
