0:02:23 > 0:02:27- Sometimes, - he didn't leave the house for weeks.

0:07:20 > 0:07:25- ..to try and remove the stigma - attached to mental health in Wales.

0:07:27 > 0:07:30- ..to talk openly about - their experiences and problems.
0:07:32 > 0:07:35- Sara Powys is raising awareness - of the campaign.
